Claims (10)
- 一种汽车电池装夹装置,安装于汽车的车架上,用于装夹所述汽车内两个相同的电池,其特征在于,包括:固定梁,其固定设于所述车架上;手柄转轴,其转动设于所述固定梁上,所述手柄转轴上固定设有缠绕轮组;钢丝绳,其缠绕于所述缠绕轮组上;前转轴,其上端转动连接于所述固定梁上,其下端设有前卡板,所述前卡板与所述前转轴相垂直;后转轴,其上端转动连接于所述车架上,其下端设有后卡板,所述后卡板与所述后转轴相垂直;同步带,用于同步带动所述前转轴和所述后转轴转动,其两端分别绕于所述前转轴和所述后转轴上;导向轮组件,用于改变所述钢丝绳的传动方向,其设于所述固定梁上,所述钢丝绳穿过所述导向轮组件且其两端分别与所述同步带连接;所述固定梁、所述前转轴及所述前卡板三者构成“工”型装夹结构,所述后卡板及所述后转轴两者构成倒“T”型装夹结构,两所述电池前后端分别装夹于所述“工”型装夹结构两侧和所述倒“T”型装夹结构两侧。
- 如权利要求1所述的汽车电池装夹装置,其特征在于:所述手柄转轴两端分别设有可折叠收缩的手柄,所述手柄垂直于所述手柄转轴。
- 如权利要求2所述的汽车电池装夹装置,其特征在于:所述固定梁上设有用于支撑所述手柄转轴的支撑架,所述手柄转轴转动设于所述支撑架上。
- 如权利要求1所述的汽车电池装夹装置,其特征在于:所述导向轮组件包括框架以及若干个用于改变所述钢丝绳的传动方向的导向轮,所述框架设于所述固定梁上,所述导向轮设于所述框架内,穿过所述导向轮组件的所述钢丝绳缠绕于所述导向轮上。
- 如权利要求1所述的汽车电池装夹装置,其特征在于:所述前转轴上套设有前齿轮,所述后转轴上套设有后齿轮,所述同步带为柔性齿条,所述柔性齿条呈闭合环状且绕于所述前齿轮及所述后齿轮上。
- 如权利要求5所述的汽车电池装夹装置,其特征在于:所述同步带上固定夹设有两个同步带锁件,两所述同步带锁件分别夹设于所述同步带的两侧上,所述钢丝绳的两端分别与两所述同步带锁件连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的汽车电池装夹装置,其特征在于:所述固定梁两端分别设有具有弹性的前夹片,所述前夹片夹持所述电池的外侧;所述车架上设有两个具有弹性的后夹片,所述后夹片夹持所述电池的外侧。
- 如权利要求7所述的汽车电池装夹装置,其特征在于:两所述前夹片末端均设有容所述前卡板卡入的前卡口,所述车架上设有可将所述前卡板锁定于所述前卡口内的前卡口锁件;两所述后夹片末端均设有容所述后卡板卡入的后卡口,所述车架上设有可将所述后卡板锁定于所述后卡口内的后卡口锁件。
- 如权利要求8所述的汽车电池装夹装置,其特征在于:所述前卡口锁件包括前锁套、前压块以及顶压所述前压块后可收缩入所述前锁套的前锁块,所述前压块及所述前锁块均设于所述前锁套内;所述后卡口锁件包括后锁套、后压块以及顶压所述后压块后可收缩入所述后锁套的后锁块,所述后压块及所述后锁块均设于所述后锁套内。
- 如权利要求9所述的汽车电池装夹装置,其特征在于:所述前卡板的两端分别设有卡入所述前卡口的前U型口;所述后卡板的两端分别设有卡入所述后卡口的后U型口。
