Abstract

背景技术

发明内容

另外,提出驱动和/或控制单元,其设置用于在封口过程期间这样驱动所述横向封口单元进行所述移动运动,使得封口运动与薄膜软管沿输送方向的速度差至少基本上被补偿。“驱动和/或控制单元”应尤其理解为一单元,该单元设置用于触发和/或影响所述移动运动。驱动和/或控制单元可具有驱动装置、如传动装置和/或曲柄传动装置,马达、尤其是电动马达,以及机械的和/或电的控制装置。在上下文中,“封口运动和薄膜软管沿输送方向的速度差的补偿”应尤其理解为:这样选择移动运动,使得封口面和薄膜软管至少在它们相互触及时沿输送方向至少基本上具有一致的速度。在上下文中,“至少基本上”应理解偏差小于10%,优选小于5%,特别优选小于1%。在封口过程期间,封口面可特别良好地跟随薄膜软管。可避免薄膜软管和封口面之间的相对速度。可避免薄膜软管的压缩和/或避免在封口面之间的薄膜软管上拉长。封口品质可特别高。可避免薄膜软管的损伤。优选地,驱动和/或控制单元设置用于使横向封口单元在两个封口过程之间与输送方向相反地运动回初始位置中并且为了下一封口过程而再次将封口面与薄膜软管在输送方向上同步。封口面可按封口过程顺序与薄膜软管同步运动。优选地,可这样确定封口过程期间封口颚的封口运动的速度,使得获得所希望的封口时间。封口时间例如可通过薄膜软管的材料特性和/或对横向封口缝的品质要求来确定。优选地,移动运动可补偿封口运动与薄膜软管的输送运动之间余留的速度差。封口时间可与薄膜软管的输送运动的速度在很大程度上无关地被确定。在封口时间给定的情况下,可实现薄膜软管的更高的速度。在封口时间确定的情况下,起限制作用的因素尤其可为移动运动的可能的偏移、加速度和/或速度。
优选地,水平横向封口站具有质量补偿单元,该质量补偿单元具有至少一个可被驱动地受支承的平衡质量,这样驱动所述平衡质量进行具有至少一个平行于所述移动运动的运动分量的补偿运动,使得由于所述移动运动以及由于所述补偿运动引起的惯性力至少部分地相互抵消。在上下文中,“至少部分抵消”应尤其理解为:惯性力沿移动运动方向的合力小于由于横向封口单元沿移动方向的移动运动引起的惯性力的50%,优选25%,特别优选10%。优选地,补偿运动可为与所述移动运动方向相反的直线运动。理想地,这样布置多个平衡质量,使得这些平衡质量的虚拟质量重心与横向封口单元的虚拟质量重心沿着移动方向位于一条直线上。在上下文中,横向封口单元的或平衡质量的“虚拟质量重心”应理解为形成横向封口单元或平衡质量的所有质量的共同的重心。在该理想情况下,惯性力可完全被补偿。优选地,平衡质量的虚拟质量重心与使横向封口单元可移动地支承在横向封口站基底上的直线导向装置之间沿重力方向的间距等于或小于横向封口单元的虚拟质量重心相对于直线导向装置沿重力方向的间距。优选地,横向封口单元的虚拟质量重心与平衡质量的虚拟质量重心在输送方向上对准。在上下文中,“对准”应尤其理解为:这些虚拟质量重心至少基本上在由输送方向和重力方向展开的平面中运动。补偿运动和移动运动的合成惯性力可保持小。与理想地完全补偿惯性力的情况相比,可降低结构方面的耗费。可降低震动。能以特别高的速度实施所述移动运动。薄膜软管的输送速度可特别高。水平横向封口站可具有特别强的性能。
另外,提出能量储存单元,其设置用于将与所述移动运动的偏移方向相反的复位力施加到横向封口单元上。该能量储存单元尤其可具有至少一个弹簧元件。优选地,能量储存单元在横向封口单元和横向封口站基底之间施加复位力,特别优选地在横向封口单元和质量补偿单元之间施加复位力。如果在横向封口单元和质量补偿单元之间施加复位力,则可避免复位力对横向封口站基底和/或对包装机的影响。可降低震动。在上下文中,“偏移”应理解为所述移动运动以常态位置为出发点的位移,在该常态位置中,能量储存单元并不将复位力施加到横向封口单元上。优选地,在横向封口单元在所述移动运动中移动时,能量储存单元在常态位置的两侧引起朝常态位置方向的复位力。优选地,复位力在所述移动运动的转向点具有该复位力的最大值。用于所述移动运动的驱动力可被减小和/或可变得更均匀。在所述转向点,可实现移动运动的特别高的加速度。
另外,提出支撑单元,其设置用于在封口过程之前和/或之后在横向封口单元的封口区域中抵抗重力地支撑薄膜软管。在上下文中,“封口区域”应理解为横向封口单元的由封口颚对的封口面在所述封口面触及薄膜软管期间覆盖的区域。支撑单元可布置在至少一个沿重力方向布置在薄膜软管下方的封口颚的两侧。也可能的是,支撑单元支承在水平横向封口站或包装机的另一组件上并且与横向封口单元同步地运动。可避免在封口区域前方和/或后方薄膜软管沿重力方向下降和/或下垂。
另外提出的是,所述水平横向封口站具有曲柄传动装置,该曲柄传动装置设置用于由移动驱动装置的旋转驱动运动产生所述移动运动。优选地,曲柄传动装置是设置用于驱动移动运动的驱动和控制单元的一部分。在上下文中,“曲柄传动装置”应尤其理解为一传动装置,该传动装置为了传递运动而具有至少一个曲柄。有利地,该曲柄传动装置可将旋转驱动运动转化为周期性的直线移动运动。旋转驱动运动尤其可具有特别小的周期性惯性力。可避免震动。可避免移动驱动装置的驱动运动在该移动驱动装置的转向点上转向。在本发明的一种替代构型中提出:驱动和/或控制单元具有曲柄传动装置,该曲柄传动装置设置用于由横向封口单元的封口驱动装置的驱动运动产生所述移动运动。在上下文中,“横向封口单元的封口驱动装置”应尤其理解为设置用于驱动所述封口运动的驱动装置。优选地,驱动运动可为回转的旋转驱动运动。可取消用于所述移动运动的独立的驱动装置。尤其可简单地确保:封口运动和所述移动运动是同步的。优选地,曲柄传动装置具有至少一个调整装置,该调整装置设置用于调整旋转驱动运动和移动运动之间的传动比曲线。可有利地影响封口运动和所述移动运动的关系。
在本发明的另一构型中提出:水平横向封口站具有直线驱动装置,该直线驱动装置设置用于产生所述移动运动。优选地,直线驱动装置是设置用于产生所述移动运动的驱动和控制单元的一部分。优选地,直线马达平行地在所述移动运动的反方向上运动。优选地,设置有杠杆传动装置,用于将该直线马达的在反方向上的运动传递到横向封口单元上。优选地,这样选择该直线马达的运动与横向封口单元的运动的传动比,使得该传动比相当于直线马达和横向封口单元各自质量的相互比例的倒数。直线马达和横向封口单元的惯性力可至少部分相互抵消。该直线马达可形成质量补偿单元和/或是质量补偿单元的一部分。移动运动可与封口运动无关地被调整。可取消机械调整。尤其可灵活地调整移动运动的速度曲线。
提出,所述封口颚支承在封口轴上,所述封口轴可旋转地支承在横向封口单元上。优选地,两个封口轴沿重力方向布置在薄膜软管的上方和下方并且分别支承封口颚对的一个封口颚或分别支承多个封口颚对的多个封口颚。优选地,沿着圆形轨道驱动封口颚的封口面,其中,封口轴的封口轴线形成所述圆形轨道的中心。横向封口单元可以是特别成本有利的。能以特别高的速度旋转地驱动封口颚。可能的是,尤其为了制造具有以短间距彼此相继的横向封口缝的短包装而在封口轴上布置有多个封口颚对的多个封口颚,尤其是二至六个封口颚对的二至六个封口颚。这些封口轴能以较低速度旋转。优选地,在封口颚与薄膜软管的接触期间可这样降低封口颚的旋转速度,使得封口面的切向速度小于薄膜软管的输送速度。所述移动运动可补偿这种速度差。可通过旋转的封口颚实现特别长的封口时间。优选地,这样选择在两个封口过程之间驱动所述封口颚所用的旋转速度以及所述移动运动的速度,使得薄膜软管上彼此相继的横向封口缝之间的间距相当于希望的包装长度。尤其可提高在这些封口过程之间的旋转速度。对封口过程之间的旋转速度的、用于实现希望包装长度的适配对于本领域技术人员作为“跛行(Hinkung)”已知。优选地,跛行可分成封口运动和移动运动。可减小封口运动的和/或所述移动运动的驱动装置的加速度峰值。也可设想本领域技术人员认为有意义的其它横向封口单元构造。尤其可设置有至少两个独立的封口驱动装置,用于相互独立地驱动至少两个封口颚对。每个封口颚对的两个封口颚可分别围绕封口颚对的两个共同的封口轴线旋转。具有独立的封口驱动装置的多个封口轴尤其可与这两个封口轴线同轴地布置并且分别支承这些封口颚对的一个封口颚。在一个封口颚对实施封口过程期间,其他封口颚对能以与正在封口的封口颚对不同的速度被驱动,和/或,在所述一个封口颚对封口期间,所述其他封口颚对实施跛行运动。为跛行运动必需的加速度可更小。所述封口颚对可在封口过程期间制动至特别小的速度。可实现特别长的封口时间。尤其有利地,横向封口单元可将封口颚对在D形的封口运动中支承在曲柄传动装置上。封口颚对可在D形封口运动的沿输送方向的笔直部分路段期间与薄膜软管一起运动。封口面可沿着封口运动的笔直部分路段触及所述薄膜软管。可进一步延长封口时间。同样可能的是,封口轴的一个或多个封口轴线在垂直于输送方向的方向上可移动地受支承。
另外,提出一种具有水平横向封口站的水平软管袋机。所述水平软管袋机可具有特别长的封口时间。包装品质可特别高。能以高的速度加工需要长封口时间的包装材料。替代地,可在封口时间相同的情况下实现更高的速度。
根据本发明的水平横向封口站在此不应局限定于上述的用途和实施方式。根据本发明的水平横向封口站尤其可以为满足在这里所描述的工作方式而具有与在这里所提及的数量不同数量的各个元件、构件和单元。

驱动和控制单元40a设置用于在封口过程期间这样驱动横向封口单元24a进行移动运动38a,使得封口颚26a的封口面30a在输送方向16a上至少基本上与薄膜软管18a同步地运动。在没有移动运动38a的情况下,为了获得在封口面30a和薄膜软管18a之间的同步性,封口面30a在封口过程期间沿输送方向16a的运动分量34a必须相当于薄膜软管18a沿输送方向16a运动的速度。否则,会拉长和/或压缩和/或损伤薄膜软管18a。在封口过程期间,在旋转封口运动32a中必须以一角速度驱动这些封口轴70a,使得封口面30a的切向速度相当于薄膜软管18a沿输送方向16a的速度。尤其在薄膜软管18a的速度高的情况下,这会导致封口轴70a的高角速度并从而导致封口面30a与薄膜软管18a接触时间很短并且封口时间短。通过移动运动38a,在封口过程期间能以较小的角速度驱动所述封口轴70a。沿输送方向16a的运动分量34a与薄膜软管18a沿输送方向16a的运动相比具有较小的速度。速度差在封口过程期间通过移动运动38a来补偿。封口轴70a在封口过程期间可由此实现的较小的角速度导致封口面30a与薄膜软管18a的接触时间较长并导致封口时间较长。在尤其通过移动运动38a的最大偏移52a、最大加速度和最大速度确定的极限内,封口时间尤其可与薄膜软管18a沿输送方向16a的速度无关地被调整。在此,通过封口面30a与薄膜软管18a的接触时间并且因此通过封口轴70a在封口过程期间的角速度确定封口时间。产生的封口面30a切向速度与薄膜软管18a沿输送方向16a的速度之间的速度差通过移动运动38a来补偿。在各个封口过程之间,这样控制封口轴70a的角速度和/或移动运动38a在跛行运动中的速度,使得在薄膜软管18a上产生的横向封口缝14a之间的间距相当于所希望的包装长度。

另外,在横向封口站基底20a中布置有质量补偿单元42a,其具有可被驱动地受支承的平衡质量44a,这样驱动所述平衡质量进行具有平行于移动运动38a的运动分量48a的补偿运动46a,使得由于移动运动38a引起的惯性力与由于补偿运动46a引起的惯性力至少部分相互抵消。平衡质量44a通过两个直线导向装置102a支承在横向封口站基底20a中并且由布置在杠杆96a的关于铰接点100a而言对置的一侧上的推杆104a驱动。因此,平衡质量44a以在横向封口单元24a移动运动38a的反方向上的补偿运动46a运动。平衡质量44a具有相当于横向封口单元24a质量的质量。因此,由于移动运动38a引起的以及由于补偿运动46a引起的惯性力除了由平衡质量44a的质量重心与横向封口单元24a的质量重心的垂直于移动运动38a的间距产生的力矩之外相互抵消。替代地,平衡质量44a可具有与横向封口单元24a不同的质量,并且,可这样适配杠杆96a的杠杆比,使得由于移动运动38a引起的惯性力又除了由平衡质量44a的质量重心与横向封口单元24a的质量重心的垂直于移动运动38a的间距产生的力矩之外相互抵消。为了实现这一点,必须这样选择杠杆比,使得平衡质量44a与横向封口单元24a的质量比例与它们的速度比例成反比。通过横向封口站基底20a将所述力矩继续传导给软管袋机12a并且通过软管袋机12a的支脚导出到机器地基上。
另外,设置有能量储存单元50a,用于将抵抗移动运动38a偏移52a的复位力54a施加到横向封口单元24a上。能量储存单元50a具有弹簧元件106a,该弹簧元件布置在横向封口单元24a和平衡质量44a之间。在偏移52a为零的常态位置108a中,弹簧元件106a松弛且并不施加复位力54a。在常态位置108a中,横向封口单元24a以及平衡质量44a在移动运动38a方向上以及补偿运动46a方向上相对于移动运动38a最大位移以及补偿运动46a最大位移布置在中心点。如果横向封口单元24a以移动运动38a运动并且平衡质量44a以方向相反的补偿运动46a运动,则弹簧元件106a与运动方向有关地被延长或缩短并且在横向封口单元24a和平衡质量44a之间施加拉力或压力,所述拉力或压力具有引起复位力54a的力分量。复位力54a随着偏移52的增大而变大。在曲柄传动装置62a的偏心件94a的转向点,偏移52a最大,复位力54a在该转向点具有最大值。在该转向点中,横向封口单元24a沿移动运动38a的方向的速度暂时为零。复位力54a在该转向点引起横向封口单元24a的特别大的加速度,从而速度快速增大。驱动和控制单元40a的动态性并且因此横向封口单元24a在移动运动38a中的运动的动态性通过能量储存单元50a被显著改善。可实现较高的速度,或者在速度相同时可使用成本更有利的驱动装置。

另外,水平横向封口站10b与第一实施例的水平横向封口站10a的区别在于,两个封口颚26b在输送方向16b上相应于所希望的包装长度地分别前后相继地布置在对应的两个相互对置的D运动曲柄传动装置114b上,其中,相互对置的封口颚26b分别形成一个封口颚对28b。D运动曲柄传动装置114b具有运动学结构,该运动学结构导致封口颚26b的D形封口运动32b,其中,“D”的沿着输送方向16b的笔直路段沿着封口路段116b延伸,在该笔直路段期间,封口颚26b与薄膜软管18b处于接触中。这种D运动曲柄传动装置114b对本领域技术人员而言是已知的并且产生延长的封口时间,这是因为封口颚26b的封口面30b在封口路段116b上可与薄膜软管18b同步地运动。但是,可实现的封口路段116b最大长度是受限制的,这是因为D运动曲柄传动装置114b的动态性在设计大封口路段116b时逐渐变差。通过附加的移动运动38b可使薄膜软管18b在输送方向16b上走过的位移中的一部分通过移动运动38b来补偿并且可使相对于横向封口单元24b的封口路段116b缩短。通过横向封口单元24b与D运动曲柄传动装置114b以及附加的移动运动38b的结合,水平横向封口站10b具有更强的性能,并且可实现更长的封口时间以及沿输送方向16b的更高的薄膜软管速度并从而实现更强的生产能力。另外,设置有在这里未详细示出的支撑单元,用于防止薄膜软管18b和/或在这里同样未示出的包装件在横向封口单元24b之前或之后下垂。该支撑单元由在输送方向16b上与封口颚26b同步地运动的带棱边形成。在此,所述带棱边与封口颚26b之间的间距始终足够小,使得薄膜软管18b和/或包装件不会发生不允许的下垂。这类支撑单元对本领域技术人员而言是已知的。

Claims (10)

1.一种水平横向封口站,该水平横向封口站用于在至少一个薄膜软管(18a;18b)上制成横向封口缝(14a;14b),所述薄膜软管在连续的、至少基本上水平的输送方向(16a;16b)上被输送,所述水平横向封口站具有:横向封口站基底(20a;20b),该横向封口站基底与包装机(22a;22b)固定连接;横向封口单元(24a;24b);以及至少一个能运动地支承在所述横向封口单元(24a;24b)上的、由两个封口颚(26a;26b)形成的封口颚对(28a;28b),所述封口颚对的封口面(30a;30b)在封口过程中以封口运动(32a;32b)相互靠近,以便在所述封口面(30a;30b)之间在加热和/或施加压力的情况下将所述薄膜软管(18a;18b)的材料层(36a;36b)封口并且在封口过程结束时将所述材料层移除,所述封口运动相对于所述横向封口单元(24a;24b)具有至少一个沿所述输送方向(16a;16b)的运动分量(34a;34b),设有质量补偿单元(42a;42b),该质量补偿单元具有至少一个能被驱动地受支承的平衡质量(44a;44b),其特征在于,所述横向封口单元(24a;24b)能通过与所述输送方向(16a;16b)至少基本上平行的移动运动(38a;38b)被驱动地支承在所述横向封口站基底(20a;20b)上,并且,这样驱动所述平衡质量进行具有至少一个平行于所述移动运动(38a;38b)的运动分量(48a;48b)的补偿运动(46a;46b),使得由于所述移动运动(38a;38b)引起的惯性力与由于所述补偿运动(46a;46b)引起的惯性力至少部分地相互抵消。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水平横向封口站,其特征在于,设有驱动和/或控制单元(40a;40b),该驱动和/或控制单元设置用于在所述封口过程期间这样驱动所述横向封口单元(24a;24b)进行所述移动运动(38a;38b),使得所述封口运动(32a;32b)与所述薄膜软管(18a;18b)沿所述输送方向(16a;16b)的速度差至少基本上被补偿。
3.根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的水平横向封口站,其特征在于,设有能量储存单元(50a;50b),所述能量储存单元设置用于将复位力(54a;54b)施加到所述横向封口单元(24a;24b)上,所述复位力抵抗所述移动运动(38a;38b)的偏移(52a;52b)。
4.根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的水平横向封口站,其特征在于,设有支撑单元(56a),所述支撑单元设置用于在所述封口过程之前和/或之后在所述横向封口单元(24a)的封口区域(58a)中抵抗重力(60a)地支撑所述薄膜软管(18a)。
5.根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的水平横向封口站,其特征在于,设有曲柄传动装置(62a),所述曲柄传动装置设置用于由移动驱动装置(66a)的旋转驱动运动(64a)产生所述移动运动(38a)。
6.根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的水平横向封口站,其特征在于,设有直线驱动装置(68b),所述直线驱动装置设置用于产生所述移动运动(38b)。
7.根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的水平横向封口站,其特征在于,所述封口颚(26a)支承在封口轴(70a)上,所述封口轴以能旋转的方式支承在所述横向封口单元(24a)上。
8.根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的水平横向封口站,其特征在于,所述封口颚(26b)支承在曲柄传动装置(114b)上,所述曲柄传动装置支承在所述横向封口单元(24b)上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的水平横向封口站,其特征在于,所述水平横向封口站是用于水平软管袋机(12a;12b)的水平横向封口站。
10.一种水平软管袋机(12a;12b),其具有根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的水平横向封口站(10a;10b)。
