在图1的帮助下可以理解的是,由于密封过程,在横向密封接缝18和产品11的部分堆10之间形成的袋结点24区域内的膜管12中产生拉应力,该拉应力导致作用在与横向密封接缝18相对的产品边缘区域25上的径向应力F,当达到临界大小并且如果奶油夹心23还是柔软的,所述径向应力可使三明治饼干21、22产生相对于彼此的楔形倾斜,因此可导致相应的产品变形。
如图2所示,在用于密封目的的接触的最终阶段,在相互抵靠的膜网部分28、29的至少部分材料连接之后,横向密封装置14的密封工具15、16进行相对运动,以形成横向密封接缝18,该相对运动具有运动路径s,以在与膜管12的输送方向13相反的方向上,相对于膜管12从图2中点划线所示的用于密封目的的接触的开始阶段移动密封工具15、16。
在这种情况下,该相对运动由与膜管在相同的方向上运动的横向密封装置14的延迟(或减速)实现。
从图2中变得清楚的是,可防止袋结点24中拉应力的形成以及达到临界大小的径向应力F的形成,因为由于横向密封装置14的相对运动,实现了袋结点24的松弛形式。
从图2中进一步可以看出的是,横向密封装置14的相对运动所覆盖的运动距离s小于横向密封装置14和布置在横向密封装置14上方的部分堆10之间的间隔a。
为了支撑在横向密封接缝18处以确定的方式形成的袋结点24,在所示示例性实施例的情况下,在每种情况下,横向密封装置14的上方和下方分别设有折叠推杆27、28,该折叠推杆27、28可朝向膜管12枢转到与膜管12的输送方向13成一个角度,并且允许形成确定的结点折叠,以使在底部结点区域内彼此相对放置的膜网部分以复写簿的方式一个放置在另一个的上方,并且能够以相应地确定的方式形成横向密封接缝。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于在管状袋成型、填充和密封设备中制造包装单元(20)的方法,所述方法包括:竖直地输送盘状产品(11),所述盘状产品(11)在部分堆(10)中一个位于另一个的上方,以及采用通过移送装置平行于所述产品输送的膜网对所述产品进行包裹,其中,为了形成膜管(12),所述膜网通过纵向密封装置设有纵向密封接缝,所述膜网随后通过横向密封装置(14)在所述部分堆的上方和下方设有横向密封接缝(18),所述横向密封装置(14)由独立于所述移送装置的驱动装置驱动,且在所述密封装置为了密封的目的而接触所述膜网时,所述横向密封装置(14)与所述膜网在相同的方向上运动,
其特征在于,在所述密封装置为了密封的目的而接触所述膜管时,所述横向密封装置在与所述膜管的输送方向相反的方向上相对于所述膜管进行竖直运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述横向密封装置(14)的所述相对运动通过所述横向密封装置的所述竖直运动的延迟实现。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述为了密封目的的接触的最终阶段,所述横向密封装置(14)的所述相对运动的所述延迟在相互倚靠的膜网部分(28、29)的至少部分材料连接之后实现。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述横向密封装置(14)的所述相对运动所覆盖的运动距离s小于所述横向密封装置和布置在所述横向密封装置上方的所述产品(11)的所述部分堆(10)之间的间隔a。
