根据本发明的设备的这样的构型能够允许方法步骤排挤、夹合和材料结合的连接的过程可靠的流程。因此,提供一种设备,所述设备消除现有技术的缺点。
用于夹合、用于材料结合连接的器件和切割装置在此能够装配在气动的或者电驱动的轴上。为了夹合,材料结合地连接和切割或者分离,器件通过气动的、液压的或者电动的轴移动到软管袋上。电子控制在此确保这种移近以均匀的时间间隔进行进而确保保持不变的软管袋长度。该时间间隔能够由预定的袋长度和填充速度(这里每个时间单元测得的体积)算出。
另一优选的实施例设置为,在软管的侧面布置转动驱动的第一齿轮和在该齿的径向外侧上构造用于排挤、夹合和材料结合连接的器件,其中,软管在齿的外侧和位于软管的相对侧上的配对保持器之间被夹着。
此外,通过用于排挤、夹合和材料结合连接的器件布置在齿轮上实现根据本发明的设备的更可靠的、模块化的构造。因此,例如使根据本发明的设备上的维护工作变的简单。通过在配对保持器上可选地不布置用于排挤、夹合和材料结合连接的器件,配对保持器可以实施为结构简单进而成本低廉的构件。
此外,配对保持器可以通过可转动地支承的第二齿轮构造。两个齿轮能够在相反的转动方向上同步地被驱动,从而软管在对置的齿的外侧之间被夹着。
在根据本发明的设备的该构型中,齿轮的转动运动这样同步,使得对置的齿轮的齿尖始终彼此相遇。软管或者软管袋包装位于这些齿尖之间。齿轮的几何特性、尤其是用于排挤、夹合和材料结合连接的器件之间的角度错位与软管的进给速度一起共同地确定软管袋包装的长度。配对保持器构型为可转动地支承的第二齿轮此外避免:软管或者软管袋包装与配对保持器滑动接触并且因此由于该机械负荷引起损坏。两个根据本发明的齿轮必要时也可以将软管袋包装的软管输送穿过根据本发明的设备。
在外侧上可以构造基本上平行于旋转轴线延伸的线形的、径向的延伸部,所述延伸部构成用于夹合软管的器件。在对置的齿的外侧上实现线形的径向的延伸部同时是结构简单的且可靠的。在对置的齿轮之间的间距一次设定之后,通过线形的、径向的延伸部能够容易地实现重复夹合软管。
根据本发明的设备可以在外侧上具有至少四个并排地延伸的径向延伸部,其中,延伸部的间距是至少1mm,优选至少2mm。
在本发明的一种有利的变型中,延伸部在齿轮的径向剖视图中具有缩窄变尖的或者倒圆的轮廓。通过该几何构型,首先可能的是,待包装的填充物的颗粒被排挤离开连接区域。视颗粒大小、颗粒材料和颗粒几何形状而定,缩窄变尖的或者倒圆的轮廓可以更好地适合于此。也可以考虑组合。此外,通过软管袋的该几何构型在连接区域上可以这样共同挤压,使得可以无缺陷地产生材料结合的连接。
本发明的另一实施形式在于,切割装置、尤其是呈可径向移出的刀的形式的切割装置集成在齿中。该构型能够允许在连接区域之间将填充的软管袋彼此分离。切割装置集成在齿轮的齿中此外能够允许根据本发明的设备的紧凑的构造。如果切割装置构型为可径向移出的刀,该刀仅仅在需要它的时刻中移出。因此大大地减小机器操作者的受伤风险。
附加地,本发明的一种改进方案设置为,用于材料结合的连接的器件由齿轮和配对保持器构成,尤其是其中,第一齿轮构造成超声波焊头(Sonotrode)或者焊接钳(爪)和配对保持器构造为砧或者焊接钳。
根据本发明的设备此外设置为,延伸部构造焊接触头,由此实现根据本发明的设备的紧凑的构造。因此不需要附加的构造焊接触头的元件。

具体实施方式
图1示例地示出用于填充和封闭软管袋包装的设备。
通过管形的填充装置将含有粗糙的、沙状的材料的填充物12装入到柔性的、薄膜状的软管14中,所述软管14是用于填充物的软管袋包装。
通常任何类型的填充物,尤其是单组分或者多组分的材料可理解为填充物12,尤其是用于建筑工业。
软管14在图1中从右往左运动并且在其端部上分别由一设备封闭,所述设备具有可沿着箭头方向旋转的齿轮16。在齿轮16的在这种情况下倒圆的齿20上,设置用于夹合软管14的器件、用于使软管14的对置的和相邻的区段材料结合地连接的器件和最后用于分离填充的、然后封闭的软管袋24的切割装置22,在所述用于夹合软管的器件中软管14在前端部和后端部上被夹合。在下文中,将更详细地讨论相应的细节。
所谓的配对保持器26与齿轮16共同作用,所述配对保持器可以实施为静止的并且可以实施为倒圆的、横向于软管14的运输方向和沿着齿轮16的轴向方向延伸的肋。对此替代地,可能的是,将配对保持器26也实施为转动的齿轮。
如果配对保持器26是不可转动的部件,当软管14必须进一步步进式前进(getaktet),配对保持器可以优选朝向和远离该齿轮的轴线运动,根据图1可以竖直地运动。
在图1中可以看出,在齿轮16左边已经填充的软管袋24由贴靠在配对保持器26上的齿夹合。由此,同时齿轮16右边待填充的软管袋包装被封闭。
图2示出齿20中的一个的细节。呈可径向移动的刀28形式的切割装置22置于每个齿20中,所述刀装在齿中的相应的凹槽中并且所述刀可以通过机电的、液压的或气动的驱动单元在径向上向外和向内运动。
每个倒圆的齿20在其齿尖的区域中具有多个区段。区段32、34在侧面位于用于刀28的排出缝隙旁边,所述区段构成每个齿20的径向向外最远的区段并且所述区段在本身和配对保持器26之间夹合软管14。因此这些区段32、34构成用于夹合软管的器件。
软管14的被夹合的区域构成所谓的闭合区域。
区域30邻接区段32,所述区域不是直接用于夹合软管14。但是,在齿轮16转动时,齿轮16在区域30中迫使填充物12中的材料的位于闭合区域中的颗粒离开后面的连接区域,从而使得没有颗粒在连接区域中。连接区域是软管袋包装的彼此材料结合连接的对置的区域。齿20的区域30由此构成用于迫使填充物离开软管14的闭合区域的器件。
在图3中进一步放大地和在一个替代的变型中示出齿轮16和配对保持器26的在图1中用I示出的区域。
在区段32和34中存在多个沿着齿轮16的轴向方向延伸的肋状的延伸部,在这些延伸部中该延伸部36缩窄变尖并且延伸部38是倒圆的。这些延伸部36、38朝向配对保持器26不是以平的面结束,而是形成与配对保持器26的一种线接触。在齿轮16和配对保持器26朝向彼此运动时,位于闭合区域中的颗粒不被挤压,而是在侧面或者排挤到延伸部36、38之间的中间空间中或者到袋中。因此,排除掉颗粒进入配对保持器26和延伸部36、38的径向端部之间。因此,保证延伸部36、38和配对保持器26之间的薄膜的对置的区域的接触,从而在这里产生连接区域。
沿着薄膜的运输方向在相邻的延伸部36、38之间的测量的间距是至少1mm,优选至少2mm,从而存在用于接收填充物中的颗粒的足够的地方。
该变型不是强制地还需要用于使填充物从连接区域离开的单独的区域30。该用于排挤的相应的器件也可以由延伸部36、38的特别的几何形状构成。
在图3中此外示出凹部40,刀28可以没入到所述凹部中以便切断薄膜。
齿轮16、更准确地说是延伸部36、38可以作为焊接钳或超声波超声波焊头起作用,从而其具有多种功能。
下面详细说明该设备的工作原理。在图1中示出的实施形式中,齿轮16正好转动到图1中示出的位置中,从而延伸部36、38或者(参考根据图2的简化的实施形式)区段32、34,更确切地说,在本身和配对保持器26之间,相互挤压外侧部的对置的区域。
例如配对保持器26能够被竖直地调节或者静止地布置,从而软管14在齿轮16沿着配对保持器26运动时被拉动。但是当区域30或者延伸部36、38朝向配对保持器26运动时,软管14中的位于该区域中的颗粒被向侧面排挤,更确切地说排挤到例如延伸部36、38之间的相邻的区域中。随后当区段32、34或者延伸部36、38位于其最终的位置中时,在所述最终的位置中,它们在本身和配对保持器26之间将软管14分离,引起软管的闭合。
随后激活焊接钳或者超声波超声波焊头,从而使得软管14的朝向彼此的区域彼此焊接。如图4中所示,得出多个平行的、线形的连接区域46,所述连接区域共同限定闭合区域48。
连续的软管袋24因此在其面对的端部上同时闭合。
然后刀28移出并且将两个软管袋24彼此分离。
如图4中所示,优选地在分割线旁侧上设置多个连接区域,所述多个连接区域在该示出的实施例中由每侧上的延伸部36、38构成。因此,保证附加的闭合可靠性。
在该图3中示出的实施形式中,在刀28右边由延伸部36、38构成三个连接区域46,而在刀28左边存在两个延伸部36、38和两个连接区域46。

Claims (16)

1.一种用于用包含粗糙的、沙状的材料的填充物(12)填充柔性的软管袋包装和用于闭合所述软管袋包装的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
a)将填充物(12)装入到软管(14)中,
b)将所述填充物(12)排挤离开所述软管(14)的闭合区域(48),
c)在所述闭合区域(48)中夹合软管(14),
d)所述软管(14)在所述闭合区域(48)中的对置的区域材料结合地连接以用于构成连续的软管袋的闭合的端部,和
e)将软管袋(24)从软管(14)上分离,从而连续的软管袋(24)的由于所述软管(14)的分离产生的两个端部分别材料结合地闭合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过焊接工艺、尤其是超声波焊接工艺进行材料结合的连接,尤其与夹合同时进行。
3.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在材料结合连接时,产生至少4个在整个闭合区域(48)上彼此并排的、尤其平行延伸的、线形的连接区域(46)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述线形的连接区域(46)分别构造成连续的连接区域。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,在两个线形的连接区域(46)之间实施所述软管(14)的分离。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述夹合在所述连接区域(46)中进行并且在所述连接区域(46)之间形成用于接收沙状材料的颗粒的区域,在所述连接区域(46)中的颗粒在排挤时移动到所述区域中。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,转动驱动的齿轮(16)在软管(14)的侧面用于排挤、夹合、材料结合地连接软管(14)的区域和用于使填充的、闭合的软管袋(24)从软管(14)上分离,其中,在齿(20)的外侧上构造基本上沿着转动轴线的方向延伸的延伸部(36、38)。
8.一种设备,所述设备用于用包含粗糙的、沙状的材料的填充物(12)填充柔性的软管袋包装和用于闭合所述软管袋包装,该设备包括:
a)用于将填充物(12)装入到软管(14)中的填充装置;
b)用于在闭合区域(48)中夹合所述软管(14)的器件;
c)用于使所述软管(14)在所述闭合区域(48)中的对置的区域材料结合地连接的器件;
d)用于在所述闭合区域(48)中将填充的、闭合的软管袋(24)从所述软管(14)上分离的切割装置(22),从而连续的软管袋包装的两个由于分离所述软管(14)产生的端部分别材料结合地闭合。
9.根据权利要求8所述的设备,其特征在于,在所述软管(14)的侧面布置转动驱动的第一齿轮(16)和在该齿(20)的径向外侧上构造用于排挤、夹合和材料结合连接的器件,其中,所述软管(14)在齿(20)的外侧和位于所述软管(14)的相对侧上的配对保持器(26)之间被夹着。
10.根据权利要求9所述的设备,其特征在于,所述配对保持器(26)通过能转动地支承的第二齿轮构造,和两个齿轮能够在相反的转动方向上同步地被驱动,从而所述软管(14)在对置的齿(20)的外侧之间被夹着。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的设备,其特征在于,在外侧上构造基本上平行于旋转轴线延伸的线形的、径向的延伸部(36、38),所述延伸部构成用于夹合所述软管(14)的器件。
12.根据权利要求11所述的设备,其特征在于,在外侧上具有至少四个并排地延伸的径向延伸部(36、38)以用于在夹合过程期间夹合,其中,所述延伸部(36、38)的间距是至少1mm,优选至少2mm。
13.根据权利要求11或者12所述的设备,其特征在于,所述延伸部(36、38)在所述齿轮(16)的径向剖视图中具有缩窄变尖的或者倒圆的轮廓。
14.根据权利要求9至13中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述切割装置(22)、尤其是呈至少一个能径向移出的刀(28)的形式的切割装置,集成在齿(20)中。
15.根据权利要求9至14中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,用于材料结合的连接的器件由齿轮(16)和配对保持器(26)构成,尤其是其中,所述第一齿轮(16)构造成超声波焊头或者焊接钳和配对保持器构造为砧或者焊接钳。
16.根据权利要求11至13和附加地根据权利要求15中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述延伸部(36、38)构造焊接触头。
