Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于焊接和切断包装材料(8)的装置,包括超声波焊接装置(2)以及组合的切割和张紧装置(5),所述超声波焊接装置(2)包括具有至少一个超声焊极部段(3a)的超声焊极(3)和具有至少一个砧座部段(4a)的砧座(4),其中,所述超声焊极(3)能够绕第一旋转轴旋转,并且所述砧座(4)能够绕第二旋转轴旋转,所述切割和张紧装置(5)集成到所述超声波焊接装置(2)中,所述切割和张紧装置(5)首先张紧被输入的包装材料(8),然后在已张紧的状态中借助刀片(6)切断包装材料。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于通过组合的切割和张紧装置焊接和切断包装材料的装置,该装置尤其用在软管袋机(Schlauchbeutelmaschine)中。
背景技术
在现有技术中已经公知例如包装糖果或其他物品的软管袋机。在这里,一般用薄膜在成型凸肩上制造长形地闭合的软管,然后利用横向密封过程封闭所述软管的开口端。随后填充所述软管,然后在填充区域上再次利用另一横向密封过程密封。在对软管袋的底部端进行第二横向密封时,同时也密封紧随的袋的第一侧(头部端)。接着,一般设置切割装置以便切断仍然连续的袋。在这里已知例如利用超声波执行焊接过程,其中,超声波焊接装置包括超声焊极和砧座。包装材料在超声焊极和砧座之间通过这两个部件的接触而被焊接。
发明内容
与之相比,具有权利要求1的特征的根据本发明的装置具有以下优点:它能够在一个工作步骤中实现包装材料、特别是软管袋的焊接和切断。根据本发明,为此设置了具有超声焊极和砧座的超声波焊接装置,所述超声焊极具有至少一个超声焊接部段,所述砧座具有至少一个砧座部段。在这里,所述超声焊极和砧座分别布置成可绕旋转轴旋转。还设置一组合的切割和张紧装置,所述切割和张紧装置首先张紧然后切割被输入的包装材料。所述组合的切割和张紧装置在这里是单件式的工具,其能够执行“张紧和切割”两项功能,并且被集成到所述超声波焊接装置中。所述切割和张紧装置包括刀片,所述刀片优选除执行切割过程外还执行张紧过程。
从属权利要求显示本发明的优选改进方案。
优选地,所述切割和张紧装置布置在所述砧座上。由此能够实现特别紧凑且简单的结构。
进一步优选地,所述超声焊极包括多个径向向外突出的超声焊极部段,且所述砧座包括多个径向向外突出的砧座部段。因此,所述超声焊极和砧座分别构造成星形的,并且能够设置旋转的密封系统,该密封系统保证单位时间的高密封效率。
为了能够尽可能快地适应不同的包装要求,所述组合的切割和张紧装置还包括调整装置,以在径向方向上调整所述切割和张紧装置。因此能够特别地改变两个相继的包装之间的切割棱边的位置。
根据本发明的另一优选设计方案,在超声焊极部段上构造空槽,所述空槽这样地布置,使得空槽对于切割过程至少部分地接收所述组合的切割和张紧装置,而此时在所述切割和张紧装置与空槽或超声焊极的壁之间不发生接触。由此在切割刀片不与其他构件接触的情况下保证了包装材料的切割。
因此,这能够使所述组合的切割和张紧装置无磨损。特别地,由此还能够取消振动去耦合,从而使根据本发明的装置成本非常适宜。在这里,所述空槽优选构造成矩形的或三角形的或梯形的或圆形的。
特别优选地,所述调整装置包括彼此重叠地布置的两个倾斜平面,且通过两个倾斜平面上的相对移动能够执行相应的高度变化。
为了能够实现不同类型的切口,所述组合的切割和张紧装置优选可更换地布置在所述砧座上。在这里所述切割和张紧装置的刀片被任意地选择并且特别地设置成直线形的或波浪形的或呈锯齿形的布置。
进一步优选地,在所述超声焊极部段上和砧座部段上分别构造第一和第二密封区域,并且所述切割和张紧装置布置在所述第一和第二密封区域之间。因此能够实现通过旋转地布置超声焊极和砧座首先执行密封步骤(前一包装的底部结合缝),然后执行张紧和切割步骤,然后又执行密封步骤(后一包装的头部结合缝)。
根据本发明的装置在这里能够水平地或竖直地布置,即用于包装材料的输送方向能够是水平的或竖直的。所述装置还能够连续地或断续地工作。
进一步地,本发明涉及一种软管袋机,其包括根据本发明的用于焊接和切断包装材料的装置。特别优选地,在这里,所述超声焊极和砧座竖直地布置,并且所制造的软管袋的输送方向同样是竖直的。在这里,还能够通过所述超声焊极和砧座之间的接触在密封步骤期间捎带地输送包装材料。
需要说明的是,原则上,超声焊极部段的数量或砧座部段的数量是可以自由选择的,并且必要时,根据产品的大小或所述回转的超声焊极的直径或所述回旋的砧座的直径确定。然而,优选偶数个超声焊极部段和砧座部段,特别优选2至8个部段,最好分别为6个部段。

具体实施方式
下面参照图1至6详细描述根据本发明的优选实施例的、用于焊接和切断包装材料的装置1。
如图1至6所示,用于焊接和切断包装材料的装置1包括具有超声焊极3和砧座4的超声波焊接装置2。超声焊极3和砧座4分别构造成星形的,其中,超声焊极3包括多个超声焊极部段3a,这些超声焊极部段从中间区域径向向外突出。砧座4同样构造成星形的,并且包括多个砧座部段4a,这些砧座部段从砧座的中间区域同样呈星形地向外突出。超声焊极部段3a的数量和砧座部段4a的数量在这里是相等的,例如为6。超声焊极3可绕旋转轴(未显示)沿箭头B的方向旋转,且砧座4可绕旋转轴(同样未显示)沿箭头C的方向旋转。
在本实施例中,超声焊极和砧座4竖直地布置,且包装材料8沿箭头A的方向在超声焊极3和砧座4之间穿行。
在本实施例中,装置1是软管袋机的一部分,软管袋机连续或断续地工作,并且在这里形成袋且对袋进行填充。在这里用附图标记9表示已经填充有物品例如糖果的袋,附图标记10表示已经成形但尚未填充的袋。
超声焊极3在每个超声焊极部段3a上具有第一密封区域13和第二密封区域23。同样地,砧座4的每个砧座部段4a具有第一密封区域14和第二区域24。如图1至5清楚地所示,第一密封区域13、14和第二密封区域23、24此时协同工作,以便根据超声焊极3和砧座4之间的旋转位置执行密封过程。如图3或图5清楚地显示的,第二密封区域23、24用于密封已经填充的前一个袋9的底部结合缝,且第一密封区域13、14用于密封后一个袋10的头部结合缝(图5)。
装置1还包括一个组合的切割和张紧装置5。该组合的切割和张紧装置5一方面用于张紧包装材料8,另一方面用于切割包装材料,以使前一个袋9从后一个袋10断开。从附图清楚地看到,切割和张紧装置5布置在砧座4上,更确切地说布置在每个砧座部段4a上。切割和张紧装置5在这里布置在砧座部段的第一密封区域14和第二密封区域15之间的砧座上。在这里,切割和张紧装置5以高度H径向地突出于砧座部段4a。切割和张紧装置5包括高度调整装置7,以调整切割和张紧装置5相对于砧座部段4a的相对位置。为此,高度调整装置7包括第一倾斜平面7a和第二倾斜平面7b。通过这些倾斜平面上的位置变化可以改变切割和张紧装置5的高度。如图6所清楚地显示的,高度调整装置7包括第一螺杆71和第二螺杆72。如通过两个双箭头R和S所表明的,这两个螺杆71、72能够在刀片6的纵向方向上在两个方向上构成。因此,整个切割和张紧装置5可侧向地调整,其中,基于倾斜平面7a、7b能够使切割和张紧装置5向上或向下地进行高度调整。因为倾斜平面7a、7b只具有很小的坡度,所以能够实现非常精确的高度调整。
超声焊极部段3a还设有空槽11。空槽11在超声焊极部段3a的布置位置类似于切割和张紧装置5在砧座上的布置位置,即在第一密封区域13和第二密封区域23之间。空槽11在这里形成为使得在运行期间避免切割和张紧装置5与超声焊极3接触。在本实施例中,空槽11构造为矩形的。但它可以如图6所示是圆形的或者如图7所示是梯形的。在此,空槽11分别用超声焊极部段3a的一个外圆周区域构成一个棱边12,棱边12支持包装材料8的张紧过程。
特别是如图4所示,在密封过程中,切割和张紧装置5部分地伸入到空槽11中,但在这里在切割和张紧装置5与超声焊极部段3a之间不发生接触。由此保护布置在切割和张紧装置5的径向端部上的刀片6以免与超声焊极部段3a接触,从而在刀片6不出现由接触引起的磨损。
在这里根据本发明的装置1的功能如下。如图1清楚地显示的,在第一步骤中,刀片6与在前一个袋9和后一个袋10之间的包装材料8形成接触。但在这里,仍然不执行切割过程,这是因为包装材料8还没有被正确地张紧。当超声焊极3和砧座4沿箭头B和C的方向进一步旋转时,切割和张紧装置5的刀片6稍微移动到空槽11中。如图2所示,此时,包装材料在大约位于刀片6和超声焊极部段3a上的棱边12之间的区域8a上被张紧。由此,刀片6开始进入包装材料8中,进而执行切割过程(图3)。刀片6因此同时具有张紧功能和切割功能。同时,在超声焊极和砧座之间的图3所示位置中,通过第二密封区域23、24开始前一个袋9的底部结合缝的密封过程。在图4所示位置中完成切割过程,从而已经填充的前一个袋9从后一个袋10切断。同样地,在图4中完成前一个袋9的底部结合缝的密封过程,从而在那里产生密封结合缝9a。同时,在图4中,开始利用第一密封区域13、14执行后一个袋10的头部端的密封过程。在图5中,前一个袋9通过未显示的传送装置进一步传送,且恰好完成后一个袋10上的头部结合缝的密封过程。通过包装材料与超声焊极和砧座在第一密封区域13、14上的接触也执行对后一个袋10的传送功能。随后,包装材料被填充且继续传送,使得后续的超声焊极部段或砧座部段执行底部结合缝并且利用张紧或切割装置5执行张紧和切割过程。
由此,根据本发明,在一个工作节拍中,不仅执行两个相继的袋的头部结合缝、底部结合缝的密封,还执行两个相继的袋的切断。切割过程在这里不需要用例如气压或液压支持的附加辅助能量,且完全无磨损地进行。
还要说明的是,通过改变刀片6的几何结构,也能够产生不同的切口轮廓,并且例如通过设置一个沿旋转方向取向的短的附加刀片能够在包装的底部结合缝中开设断裂辅助部。进一步地,因为根据本发明的切割和张紧装置5仅仅布置在砧座4上且不与超声焊极3接触,所以根据本发明能够取消超声波焊接装置和切割装置的构件之间的振动技术的去耦合。
Claims (12)
1.用于焊接和切断包装材料(8)的装置,包括:
超声波焊接装置(2),其具有超声焊极(3)和砧座(4),所述超声焊极(3)具有至少一个超声焊极部段(3a),所述砧座(4)具有至少一个砧座部段(4a),以及
组合的切割和张紧装置(5),
其中,所述超声焊极(3)可绕第一旋转轴旋转,所述砧座(4)可绕第二旋转轴旋转,
其中,所述切割和张紧装置(5)集成在所述超声波焊接装置(2)中,以及
其中,所述切割和张紧装置(5)首先张紧被输入的包装材料(8),然后在已张紧的状态下利用刀片(6)切割所述包装材料。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述刀片(6)也张紧所述包装材料(9)。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述切割和张紧装置(5)布置在所述砧座(4)上。
4.按照前述权利要求中任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述超声焊极(3)具有多个径向突出的超声焊极部段(3a),且所述砧座(4)具有多个径向突出的砧座部段(4a)。
5.按照前述权利要求中任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述切割和张紧装置(5)包括调整装置(7),以沿径向方向调整所述切割和张紧装置(5)。
6.按照前述权利要求中任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述超声焊极部段(3a)上构造有空槽(11),以在切割过程期间至少部分地接收所述切割和张紧装置(5)。
7.按照权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述空槽(11)构造成矩形的或三角形的或梯形的或圆形的。
8.按照权利要求5至7中任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述调整装置(7)包括第一倾斜平面(7a)和第二倾斜平面(7b),以沿径向方向执行所述切割和张紧装置(5)的位置变化。
9.按照前述权利要求中任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述切割和张紧装置(5)布置成可更换的。
10.按照前述权利要求中任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述切割和张紧装置(5)具有直线刀片或波浪形刀片或锯齿形刀片。
11.按照前述权利要求中任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述超声焊极部段(3a)上和在所述砧座部段(4a)上分别构造第一密封区域(13,23)和第二密封区域(14,24),并且所述切割和张紧装置(5)在砧座(4)上布置在所述第一密封区域(14)和所述第二密封区域(24)之间。
12.软管袋机,包括根据前述权利要求中任意一项所述的用于焊接和切断的装置。
