Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る製袋包装機3を含む計量包装装置1の斜視図である。また、図2は、製袋包装機3に含まれる製袋包装ユニット3aの概略構成を示す斜視図である。
製袋包装機3について詳細を説明する。
以下に、製袋包装ユニット3aについて説明する。
成形機構13は、チューブ13bと、フォーマ13aとを有する。
プルダウンベルト機構14は、チューブ13bに巻き付いた筒状フィルムFcを吸着して下方に連続搬送する。プルダウンベルト機構14は、図2に示すように、チューブ13bの左右にチューブ13bを挟むように配置された一対のベルト14cを有する。プルダウンベルト機構14では、吸着機能を有するベルト14cが駆動ローラ14aおよび従動ローラ14bによって回転されることで、筒状フィルムFcが下方に搬送される。なお、図2では、駆動ローラ14a等を回転させるローラ駆動モータの図示を省略している。
縦シール機構15は、筒状フィルムFcを縦方向(図2中では上下方向)に超音波シールする。
横シール機構17は、後述する第1ホーン51aおよび第1アンビル51b、又は、第2ホーン52aおよび第2アンビル52b、により筒状フィルムFcを挟み込んだ状態で超音波シールする。横シール機構17は、下方に向かって搬送される筒状フィルムFcを、筒状フィルムFcの搬送方向と交差する方向に沿って横シールする、超音波シール機構の一例である。
第1および第2ホーン51a,52aについて詳細に説明する。
第1および第2アンビル51b,52bについて詳細に説明する。
切断機構70は、第1アンビル51bおよび第2アンビル52bに対してそれぞれ設けられている。各切断機構70は、アンビル51b,52bのアンビル側ナイフ移動空間Saに収納された金属製(例えばステンレス製)のナイフ72と、ナイフ72を駆動するナイフ駆動部としてのエアシリンダ75と、アンビル51b,52bの左右の両端に設けられた2つのガイド76と、を主に有する。ガイド76には、ナイフ72がエアシリンダ75により駆動される時に、ナイフ72の移動をガイドするガイド空間Sgが形成されている。
フィルム供給ユニット3bは、製袋包装ユニット3aの成形機構13に対してシート状のフィルムFを供給するユニットである。フィルム供給ユニット3bは、製袋包装ユニット3aに隣接して設けられている。フィルム供給ユニット3bにはフィルムFが巻かれたロールがセットされ、このロールからフィルムFが繰り出される。
本実施形態に係る製袋包装機3の特徴について以下に説明する。
本実施形態に係る製袋包装機3は、第1方向(本実施形態では下向き)に搬送される筒状に形成されたフィルム(筒状フィルムFc)を、超音波シール用の第1ホーン51aおよび第1アンビル51bにより挟み込んで、第1方向と交差する方向(本実施形態では左右方向)に沿って横シールを行う。製袋包装機3は、ナイフ72と、ナイフ駆動部としてのエアシリンダ75と、ガイド部としてのガイド76と、を備える。ナイフ72は、第1アンビル51bに形成されたアンビル側ナイフ移動空間Saに配置される。エアシリンダ75は、筒状フィルムFcの横シール時に、アンビル側ナイフ移動空間Saに配置されたナイフ72を、第1ホーン51aに向かって移動するように駆動することで、包装済みの袋Bを筒状フィルムFcから切断して分離する。ガイド76は、第1アンビル51bの両端にそれぞれ設けられる。ガイド76には、ナイフ72がエアシリンダ75により駆動される時にナイフ72の移動をガイドするガイド空間Sgが形成されている。エアシリンダ75により駆動されるナイフ72の移動方向(本実施形態では前後方向)およびナイフ72の長手方向(本実施形態ではでは左右方向)、と直交する第2方向(本実施形態では上下方向)におけるガイド空間Sgの幅Dgは、アンビル側ナイフ移動空間Saの第2方向における幅Daよりも小さい。
本実施形態に係る製袋包装機3では、ガイド76は、非金属部材であって、第1アンビル51bとは別部材である。
本実施形態に係る製袋包装機3では、ガイド76は、第1アンビル51bへの取付位置が調整された後、締結部材としてのボルト78により第1アンビル51bと固定される。
本実施形態に係る製袋包装機3では、第1ホーン51aおよび第1アンビル51bは、それぞれが旋回駆動されることで、第1方向(本実施形態では下向き)に搬送される筒状フィルムFcを挟み込んで横シールを行う。
本実施形態に係る製袋包装機3では、ガイド空間Sgは、第1ホーン51aおよび第1アンビル51bが筒状フィルムFcを挟み込んだ状態において、アンビル側ナイフ移動空間Saよりも、第1ホーン51a側に突出している。
本実施形態に係る製袋包装機3では、ナイフ72の厚みは1.2mmである。
以下に本実施形態の変形例を示す。なお、互いに矛盾のない範囲で、複数の変形例を適宜組み合わされてもよい。
上記実施形態に係る横シール機構17は、ホーン51a,52aおよびアンビル51b,52bをD字状に旋回駆動させることで、第1ホーン51aおよび第1アンビル51bの間、または、第2ホーン52aおよび第2アンビル52bの間で筒状フィルムFcを挟み込んで横シールを行うが、これに限定されるものではない。
上記実施形態に係る横シール機構17では、第1回転体50aに第1ホーン51aおよび第2アンビル52bが設けられ、第2回転体50bに第1アンビル51bおよび第2ホーン52aが設けられ、第1ホーン51aおよび第1アンビル51bと、第2ホーン52aおよび第2アンビル52bとが、交互に筒状フィルムFcを挟み込んで横シールを行うがこれに限定されるものではない。
上記実施形態に係る切断機構70では、エアシリンダ75によりナイフ72が駆動されるが、これに限定されるものではなく、ナイフ72は、モータや油圧機器等により駆動されてもよい。
上記実施形態に係るガイド76は非金属部材(例えば、樹脂製の部材)であるが、これに限定されるものではなく、ガイド76は金属部材であってもよい。ただし、ガイド76を金属部材とすると、金属製のナイフ72がガイド76に接触した場合に摩耗等する可能性があるので、ガイド76は、樹脂等の非金属部材であることが望ましい。
上記実施形態に係るガイド76はアンビル51b,52bとは別部材であるが、これに限定されるものではない。例えば、一体として形成される金属製のアンビル51b,52bの左右両端に、ホーン51a,51bとは接触しない部分が設けられ、これがガイド部として利用されてもよい。さらに、このガイド部は、接触時のナイフ72の摩耗が抑制されるように、樹脂で被覆されてもよい。
上記実施形態に係る製袋包装機3では、第1アンビル51bに設けられたガイド76のガイド空間Sgは、第1ホーン51aおよび第1アンビル51bが筒状フィルムFcを挟みこんだ状態において、第1アンビル51bのアンビル側ナイフ移動空間Saよりも第1ホーン51a側に突出しているが、これに限定されるものではない。例えば、第1アンビル51bに設けられたガイド76のガイド空間Sgが、第1アンビル51bに形成されたアンビル側ナイフ移動空間Saよりも第1ホーン51a側に突出していない場合であっても、ナイフ72が第1ホーン51aのホーン側ナイフ移動空間Shを移動する時に、ナイフ72の一部がガイド空間Sgによりガイドされていれば、ナイフ72の第1ホーン51aへの接触が抑制される。ただし、第1ホーン51aおよび第1アンビル51bが筒状フィルムFcを挟みこんだ状態において、第1アンビル51bに設けられたガイド76のガイド空間Sgが、第1アンビル51bのアンビル側ナイフ移動空間Saよりも第1ホーン51a側に突出していれば、ナイフ72が第1ホーン51aに接触することを抑制することが、より容易である。

Claims (6)
- 第1方向に搬送される筒状に形成されたフィルムを、超音波シール用のホーンおよびアンビルにより挟み込んで、前記第1方向と交差する方向に沿って横シールを行う製袋包装機であって、
前記アンビルに形成されたナイフ移動空間に配置されたナイフと、
フィルムの横シール時に、前記ナイフ移動空間に配置された前記ナイフを、前記ホーンに向かって移動するように駆動することで、包装済みの袋を筒状に形成されたフィルムから切断して分離するナイフ駆動部と、
前記アンビルの両端にそれぞれ設けられ、前記ナイフが前記ナイフ駆動部により駆動される時に前記ナイフの移動をガイドするガイド空間が形成されたガイド部と、
を備え、
前記ナイフ駆動部により駆動される前記ナイフの移動方向および前記ナイフの長手方向、と直交する第2方向における前記ガイド空間の幅は、前記ナイフ移動空間の前記第2方向における幅よりも小さい、
製袋包装機。 - 前記ガイド部は、非金属部材であって、前記アンビルとは別部材である、
請求項1に記載の製袋包装機。 - 前記ガイド部は、前記アンビルへの取付位置が調整された後、締結部材により前記アンビルと固定される、
請求項2に記載の製袋包装機。 - 前記ホーンおよび前記アンビルは、それぞれが旋回駆動されることで、前記第1方向に搬送される筒状に形成されたフィルムを挟み込んで横シールを行う、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の製袋包装機。 - 前記ガイド空間は、前記ホーンおよび前記アンビルが筒状に形成されたフィルムを挟み込んだ状態において、前記ナイフ移動空間よりも前記ホーン側に突出している、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の製袋包装機。 - 前記ナイフの厚みは1.2mm以下である、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の製袋包装機。
