特别是在水平的软管袋机上的超声波封缄中涉及头接缝或尾接缝的封缄或者用于将超声波频率传递到被动振动的构件、例如切割刀片或挤压刀片上的切割过程。激励频率的所述耦合在夹紧部之间的自由长度上引起固有频率,所述固有频率可以在挤压力或切割力的作用下导致构件失效。因此,刀片的使用寿命不是由切割几何结构的磨损来限制,而是由通过刀片断裂引起的构件失效来限制。
此外,公知了切割方法,所述切割方法使用施加力的刺刀片或高速切削刀片。在所述方法中,借助于气动装置、液压装置、曲柄传动机构产生切割力和切割速度。
发明内容
因此,本发明涉及一种用于柔性包装的接合装置的分离工具,特别是用于软管袋机,所述分离工具具有刀片承载体,所述刀片承载体具有槽状的缺口,在所述缺口中布置一个刀片。在此根据本发明设置,缺口的壁的至少一部分以一个弯梁的形式构造,所述弯梁在刀片的长度上延伸并且邻接于缺口的底脚区域地与刀片承载体一体地连接,并且在刀片承载体上布置有夹紧螺钉,所述夹紧螺钉支承在刀片承载体的螺纹凹槽中并且朝向刀片的方向给弯梁预加应力以夹紧所述弯梁。因此,本发明设置,所述夹紧螺钉不是直接作用于刀片,而是作用于弯梁,所述弯梁又夹紧刀片。这导致刀片和弯梁之间的大面积的接触。因此,实现了振动解耦(刀片与超声波发生器的固有频率解耦),所述振动解耦明显不同于现有技术。在由现有技术公知的装置中公知的是,使用大量夹紧螺钉。这导致超静定并且带来的缺点是,所述螺钉可能由于振动加载、特别是由于在接合中所使用的超声波而松动。与此相对地,根据本发明可能的是,利用至少两个夹紧螺钉实现可靠地固定刀片。根据本发明的在旋转的超声波封缄装置中用于切割刀片或挤压刀片的固定原理消除了构件中由激励频率产生的固有频率。可以根据封缄凸缘的数量将一个至多个切割装置安置在旋转的超声波装置上。本发明实现了简单地、无磨损地切割并且分离产品、例如由包装材料软管构成的软管袋,所述切割和分离也可以使用在旋转的热封缄、冷封缄或超声波封缄中。新型的固定导致显著地提高了切割刀片或挤压刀片的使用寿命。振动解耦与激励频率无关,所述激励频率例如处于20至40kHz的范围内,因为通过在这个长度上夹紧构件而不产生固有频率,所述固有频率可以导致构件失效。为了极为有效地加固切割刀片或挤压刀片,在现有技术中在30kHz的激励频率下需要至少六个夹紧螺钉。本发明的一个很大的优点是,为了例如在热密封方法中全面地夹紧而只需要两个夹紧螺钉。夹紧螺钉不需要附加的螺钉固定装置,因为在待夹紧的构件中不产生固有频率。因此根据本发明,切割刀片或挤压刀片全面地借助于弯梁来夹紧,从而不存在激励成以固有频率振动的刀片自由长度。因此,切割刀片或挤压刀片的固定以振动解耦的方式进行。通过根据本发明设置的结构将固有频率移动到比激励频率高的范围中。因此,根据本发明的解决方案设置对整个分离工具结构进行加固,通过所述加固使固有频率解耦。
从属权利要求示出本发明优选的进一步方案。
在本发明的优选的进一步方案中设置,优选地至少两个夹紧螺钉彼此间隔开并且与弯梁的端部间隔开。因此,夹紧螺钉可以关于刀片或弯梁的长度、关于与相应的螺钉邻接的自由长度均匀地构造。
特别有利的是,刀片具有与刀片承载体相同的长度。这同样适用于弯梁。因此,刀片在其整个长度上抵靠在弯梁和刀片承载体上并且由二者夹紧并且由此可靠地保持。
用于根据本发明的刀片承载体的一个特别有利的应用可能性在具有可旋转运动的切割装置的水平软管袋机中实现。在此,横向封缄装置可以例如设置有四个封缄凸缘,所述封缄凸缘能够绕着水平轴线旋转并且与同样能绕着水平轴线旋转的配合轮相互作用。
在本发明的特别有利的进一步方案中设置,弯梁构造为邻接于缺口的底脚区域并且至少在槽状的缺口的高度的一部分上延伸,刀片被接收在所述缺口中。通过所述构型提出一种在弯梁的高度上充分确定尺寸的弯梁,所述弯梁为了夹紧刀片可以充分地变形。此外在本发明的特别有利的进一步方案中设置,刀片在槽状的缺口的下部区域处两侧地抵靠在缺口的壁上。因此,刀片位于缺口内部的固定的座中并且附加地通过夹紧装置借助于弯梁和夹紧螺钉来固定。
在本发明的一个另外的、特别有利的构型中设置,在刀片承载体中构造一个环绕弯梁的自由区域的间隙。所述间隙可以例如通过金属丝冲蚀产生。因此可能的是,弯梁与刀片承载体一体地构造并且同时借助于夹紧螺钉确保弯梁的可弯曲性或可变形性。
为了确保完全有效的振动解耦,特别有利的是,刀片全面地被夹紧在刀片承载体中。因此避免了,刀片的各个区域可以处于固有振动中。
根据本发明,刀片振动解耦地被夹紧在刀片承载体中。因此根据超声波接合装置的频率,刀片可以这样确定尺寸并且构造,即所述刀片适用于待产生的软管袋包装,其中,实现了关于超声波频率优化整个封缄装置,并且刀片的尺寸确定在此处于次要地位。
在本发明的特别有利的构型中设置,接合装置构造为超声波接合装置。然而其他接合原理也是可能的,例如也在与通常的超声波频率范围不同的频率范围内进行激励。

具体实施方式
图1示出根据本发明的分离工具的示意性的侧视图。所述分离工具包括刀片承载体1,在所述刀片承载体中构造有槽状缺口2。在所述缺口中布置一个刀片3,所述刀片可以构造为切割刀片或挤压刀片。从图1的视图中看到,刀片3以其侧面全面地直接接触地接收在槽状缺口2中。
槽状缺口2的壁中的一个由弯梁5构成,所述弯梁在其关于图1的视图的下部区域上与刀片承载体1一体地连接。夹紧螺钉7借助于螺纹凹槽6(见图3)支承在刀片承载体1中。通过旋入夹紧螺钉7使所述夹紧螺钉达到与弯梁5接触并且使所述弯梁变形,从而因此将刀片3夹紧在刀片承载体1的槽状缺口2中。
此外,图1以简图示出超声波发生器10,所述超声波发生器与刀片3对置地布置。此外,示意性地示出超声波振动11,所述超声波振动用于使软管袋机的未详细示出的柔性包装接合。
图2示出图1所示的布置的侧视图。在此明显看出,设置两个夹紧螺钉7,以便借助于弯梁5夹紧所述刀片3。附图标记12表示夹紧螺钉7之间的自由长度。
图3示出类似于图1的详细的侧视图。在此特别是明显看出,弯梁5在底脚区域处与刀片承载体1一体地连接。弯梁5的侧表面和上表面通过一个间隙限定边界,所述间隙例如通过线侵蚀来制造。此外,图3示出,刀片3抵靠在缺口2的底脚区域4上并且由此与刀片承载体1全面地接触。如同特别是由图2和3的概览得出地,弯梁5基本上具有与刀片承载体1和刀片3相同的长度。
图4中示出了在HFFS机器上用于纵向和横向接缝的根据本发明的分离工具的工作方式和应用。包装材料带材14从包装材料卷13通过导辊15来引导并且通过成型座16成型为包装材料软管17。接着,利用纵向封缄装置18使鳍接缝或搭接接缝接合。在产品由产品链输送给包装材料软管17之后,产品19借助于产品和包装材料之间的摩擦被继续输送直至具有分离功能的横向封缄装置20。横向封缄装置20使软管袋的两个横向接缝接合并且在封缄之间也借助于分离进行分割功能21。
在所述实施例中,超声波发生器可以直接固定在接合位置上,然而在声波导体上的任意其他的固定可能性也是可能的。不需要具有能量方向发送器的铁砧以构成接缝,因为主要通过热点实现使封缄层在连接位置上熔化。然而本发明也可以用于传统的超声波。
图5中详细地示出用于横向接缝的封缄装置。
在横向封缄装置20的所示的实施变体中,四个以楔形的声波导体22形式的封缄凸缘设置在可绕着轴线23旋转的基轴24上。实施变体可以由一个封缄凸缘变为直至八个封缄凸缘并且也可以具有奇数数量的声波导体。聚焦装置26与轴24和声波导体22的固定25可以是力配合的方式或者是形状配合的方式。振动由声波发生器/压电陶瓷27通过聚焦装置26借助于声波导体22转换成热线。所述热线产生用于封缄过程所需的到接合材料中的温度输入。借助于可绕着轴线28旋转的配合轮29(旋转的配合保持装置)施加用于接合过程所需的接合压力并且同时产生用于分离过程相应的挤压或切割力。
具有产品17的包装材料软管被输送给同步绕着轴线28旋转的超声波发生器和配合保持单元29。首先构成在前的软管袋21的头接缝。接着进行分离功能,并且在封缄凸缘的继续滚动中构成在后的软管袋21的尾接缝。
Claims (11)
1.一种接合装置的分离工具,所述分离工具具有刀片承载体(1),所述刀片承载体具有槽状的缺口(2),在所述缺口中布置一刀片(3),其特征在于,所述缺口(2)的壁的至少一部分以一弯梁的形式构造,所述弯梁在所述刀片(3)的长度上延伸并且邻接于所述缺口(2)的底脚区域(4)地与所述刀片承载体(1)一体地连接,并且在所述刀片承载体(1)上布置有至少两个夹紧螺钉(7),所述夹紧螺钉朝向所述刀片(3)的方向给所述弯梁(5)预加应力以夹紧所述弯梁,所述夹紧螺钉支承在所述刀片承载体(1)的螺纹凹槽(6)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分离工具,其特征在于,所述夹紧螺钉(7)彼此间隔开并且与所述弯梁(5)的端部间隔开。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的分离工具,其特征在于,所述刀片(3)具有与所述刀片承载体(1)基本上相同的长度。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的分离工具,其特征在于,所述刀片承载体(1)布置在可旋转地运动的切割装置(8)上。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的分离工具,其特征在于,所述弯梁(5)构造为邻接于所述缺口(2)的底脚区域(4)并且至少在槽状的所述缺口(2)的高度的一部分上延伸。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的分离工具,其特征在于,所述刀片(3)在槽状的所述缺口(2)的下部区域处两侧地抵靠在所述缺口(2)的壁上。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的分离工具,其特征在于,在所述刀片承载体(1)中构造一环绕所述弯梁(5)的自由区域的间隙(9)。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的分离工具,其特征在于,所述刀片(3)全面地被夹紧在所述刀片承载体(1)中。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的分离工具,其特征在于,所述刀片(3)振动解耦地被夹紧在所述刀片承载体(1)中。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的分离工具,其特征在于,所述接合装置构造为超声波接合装置。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的分离工具,其特征在于,所述分离工具用于软管袋机。
