技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于超声波密封连续管带的装置。
背景技术
众所周知,例如按照美国专利US6574944,在成型填充密封机上,一种用于封装连续产品的由热塑性材料制成的连续管带沿着一进给路径输送并延伸穿过一设置在一密封站的旋转密封装置,以沿一横向密封线连续的封闭管带,每条密封线沿两相邻产品之间的各管带部分分布。
上述公知的旋转密封装置包括第一转子和第二转子,所述转子设置在进给路径的对面,第一转子和第二转子的节面彼此相切且相对于进给路径也相切,而且第一转子和第二转子分别相对于第一轴和第二轴反向旋转,第一轴和第二轴互相平行且限定出一个穿过所述密封站、垂直于进给路径的平面。
所述第一转子具有至少一个密封装置,该密封装置具有一可沿各自的节面移动的活动密封面;所述第二转子具有至少一个台砧,台砧的一端部相对面可沿着相关的节面移动并且与活动密封面一起及时到达密封站。所述台砧通常通过一设备连接到相关的转子,该设备用于调节所述相对面的径向位置,并且具有一嵌入刀形物的中心槽,在密封站该刀形物的切边嵌入并剪切所述连续管带。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能克服上述缺陷的可旋转的超声密封装置。

具体实施方式
图2中的附图标记1指的是作为整体的成型填充密封机,在该密封机内封装连续产品3的连续管带2以公知的方式(未示出)沿穿过密封站4延伸的进给路径P输送。其中,密封机1包括一个旋转超声波密封装置5,该密封装置5用于沿密封区6封闭管带2,密封区6横穿管带2的轴线并且设在各对邻近产品3之间的管带2的各自部分上,密封装置5还用于沿密封区6切断管带2以形成包含各个产品3的连续的密封包装7。

图1所示的旋转密封装置5特别适合于相对较宽的管带2,并且转子8包括一个驱动轴14,该驱动轴14与轴10同轴并且在其自由端上安装有轴套15。穿过轴套15并通过一横断部17的分隔形成两径向通孔16,横断部17未达到轴10即终止以便径向通孔16与一个大致矩形的开口18相通,而与径向通孔16反向的矩形开口18的外边由一环19限定。每个径向通孔16分别嵌入一个超声密封装置20,超声密封装置20从轴套15径向向外凸出穿过开口18和环19,并被环19锁定到轴套15上。
每个密封装置20包括一个激励装置21和一个超声波焊极22,激励装置21可以是一变流器、一调压器、或一套陶瓷压电板;而超声波焊极22沿其各自的轴23连续排列,其中轴23相对于轴套15是径向的。超声波焊极22包括有一锥形角24,锥形角24具有一限定了相关密封装置20活动面25的自由端面,以及一个配重26,该配重26沿着各个轴23与锥形角24同轴,并且沿着朝着各自的激励装置21的各自的端面27具有一腔体28,该腔体28与轴10共轴并被一底面29限制。激励装置21通过一螺纹附加物30连接到超声波焊极22,该螺纹附加物30与轴10共轴凸出于激励装置21的端面31,并且嵌入一穿过底面29成型的螺纹孔32;而且激励装置21部分插入腔体28的内部以便自由面31与底面29接触。
密封装置20通过与超声波电极22一体成型并且从超声波电极22向外伸出的法兰33连接到环19上,接近相关的节表面(未示出)。
如图1所示,旋转密封装置5的转子9包括一与轴11同轴的管状驱动轴34,在驱动轴34的自由端内设有一个用于旋转的销轴35,并且该销轴35通过一个隔板36连接到一个安装用于在轴套15的自由端内旋转的相似的销轴37上,以保持轴套15和驱动轴34互相平行。
转子9还包括一轴套38,该轴套38面对轴套15安装到驱动轴34上,并具有一轴向肋状物39,肋状物39又具有一纵向槽40,轴套38在肋状物39上限定出一纵向的叉状物41。一刀形物42的内部嵌入到所述叉状物41中,该刀形物42沿轴向肋状物39纵向延伸,延伸长度至少等于所述超声波焊极22纵向长度的两倍;刀形物42有一外部,该外部从叉状物41径向凸出并具有一平行于轴11的切边43。如图1和图3所示,刀形物42的径向位置沿着纵向叉状物41刚性固定到转子9,并且通过公知的调节和紧固装置44调节,该调节和紧固装置44包括两螺栓45,两螺栓45分别延伸穿过形成在叉状物41上的孔和形成在刀形物42上的纵向槽46。
转子9还包括一台砧47,该台砧47与两超声波焊极22相配合,其长度沿平行于轴10和11的方向测量至少等于两个超声波焊极22的总长。台砧47大致是杯形,其下凹处朝向轴11,并且台砧47还包括平行于轴11的顶壁48,其外边界由一槽型相对面49限定,而且顶壁48具有一纵向槽50,该纵向槽50以径向滑动方式与刀形物42配合;台砧47还包括两个侧壁51,在两侧壁51之间限定一个与纵向槽50相通并且以轴向滑动方式与轴向肋39相配合的凹槽52。
如图1和图4所示,台砧47具有两个纵向端部53,所述两纵向端部53分别凸出于刀形物42的各个纵向端部,并且限定一相关腔体54,该腔体54由一端壁55向外封闭且开口朝向轴11,同时容纳由两个独立的金属螺旋弹簧56限定的弹性部件56。可以使用其他弹性部件而不是螺旋形和金属材质的弹性部件,例如,琴用钢丝。弹簧56分别在大致径向的位置上并排设置,并且被压缩在端壁55和轴套38的外表面之间。
如图1和图2所示,台砧47的径向位置可以通过公知的偏心调节和紧固装置57调节,所述调节和紧固装置57包括两螺栓58,每一个螺栓58分别穿过形成在侧壁51上的孔59,螺栓58还包括中央偏心部60,该中央偏心部60在径向与穿过叉状物41的两个孔61和穿过刀形物42的一个孔62松配合。
从前面的描述中可以容易的推出旋转密封装置5的操作而不需要进一步的解释。但是,应该指出在密封站4的外侧,依靠调节和紧固装置44的调节以及弹簧56施加的推力,在两螺栓58的偏心部60和纵向叉状物41上的两孔61之间的间隙完全设在偏心部60面对轴11的相反侧;然而,在密封站4,两螺栓58的偏心部60和纵向叉状物41上的两孔61之间的间隙是变化的--即相对弹簧56并且依靠接触超声波焊极22的活动表面25的相对面49,而且管状带2位于其间时,间隙变化至偏心部60面向轴11的一侧,从而超声波焊极22与台砧47弹性连接。
在图8所示的第二实施例中,刀形物2通过刚性固定到台砧47上从而被弹性固定而不是刚性固定到转子9上,因为台砧47有一弹性部件56设置在台砧47和相关的转子9之间。而且在此实施例中,刀形物42可通过公知的调节和紧固装置44调节,所述调节和紧固装置44包括两螺栓45,所述螺栓45分别穿过设在台砧47上的孔和设在整个刀形物42上的各自的纵向槽46。
综上所述,应该指出由于超声波焊极22和台砧47穿过密封站4,通过超声波焊极22传递给台砧47的热量,几乎不会损害和影响弹簧56的弹性响应。
另外,由于材料的塑化设在超声波焊极22和台砧47之间的材料的厚度被减小,从而导致了台砧47相对于超声波焊极22发生径向运动,在密封站4通过弹簧56在超声波焊极22和台砧47之间交换的压力也因为塑化处理而逐渐地、自动地减少了,因此预防了过度挤压和密封包装7端部的弱化。在一个未示出的更适合于更狭窄的管带的变化中,转子8的轴套15支撑一单独的密封装置20,所述密封装置20的超声波焊极22具有一活动面25,在平行于轴10和11的方向上测量该活动面的长度,该长度与相关台砧47的相对面49的长度大致相同,并且比管带2的宽度稍大。
图5-7完全以非限定性的方式示出转子8和9的各种结构变化,在图5的结构中转子8和9是相同的,并且每个转子包括各自的轴套63,相关密封装置20的超声波焊极22和带有相应刀形物42的台砧47在相反的位置上径向向外凸出。
在图6的结构中,转子8和9也是同样的,并且每个转子包括各自的轴套64,两密封装置20的两超声波焊极22在相反的位置上径向向外凸出,并且带有相应刀形物42的两台砧47在相反的位置上径向向外凸出同时与两超声波焊极22成90°角。
在图7的结构中,转子8和9不同。更具体地是,转子8包括一轴套65,四个密封装置20的超声波焊极22径向向外凸出并且相对于轴10等间距分布;而转子9包括一驱动轴66,带有相应刀形物42的四个台砧47向外凸出并且与超声波焊极22的间距一致。
Claims (14)
1.一种旋转超声波密封装置,该装置设在一用于超声密封连续管带(2)的密封站(4),该连续管带(2)封装一连续产品(3)并且沿着穿过所述密封站的进给路径(P)传送;所述旋转密封装置(5)包括两转子(8、9),两转子设在进给路径(P)的相对侧并相对于各自的轴(10、11)反向旋转,两转子(8、9)具有互相相切并与进给路径(P)相切的各自的节面(12、13);两转子(8、9)中的至少一个装有至少一个超声密封装置(20),并且两转子(8、9)中的另一个装有相应的台砧(47),台砧(47)在密封站(4)处与密封装置(20)协作;其中:弹性部件(56)设置在台砧(47)和相关转子(8、9)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转密封装置,其特征在于:所述弹性部件(56)由金属制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的旋转密封装置,其特征在于:所述弹性部件包括金属螺旋弹簧(56)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的旋转密封装置,其特征在于:所述弹簧(56)相对于相关转子(8、9)大体径向伸展。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的旋转密封装置,其特征在于:所述台砧(47)包括开口对着相关转子(8、9)的空心部(53);每个空心部(53)具有一在外面封闭该空心部的端壁(55);并且每个弹簧(56)被覆盖在相关空心部(53)之内而且被压缩在相关转子(8、9)和相关端壁(55)之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的旋转密封装置,其特征在于:空心部(53)的数量为两个,并且分别限定所述台砧(47)的纵向端部。
7.根据上述权利要求中任意一项所述的旋转密封装置,其特征在于:还包括两个密封装置(20),所述密封装置各自带有对齐的活动面(25);所述台砧(47)具有一纵向延伸的相对面(49),且在密封站(4)与所述活动面(25)配合。
8.根据上述权利要求中任意一项所述的旋转密封装置,其特征在于:每个转子(8、9)包括一给定数量的密封装置(20)和相同数量的台砧(47);每个密封装置(20)具有独立的活动面(25);每个台砧(47)具有各自的相对面(49);并且所述活动面(25)和相对面(49)限定了各自的交互部,该交互部沿相关转子(8、9)的节面(12、13)等间隔排列。
9.根据权利要求8所述的旋转密封装置,其特征在于:每一活动面(25)沿着所述相关转子(8、9)的节面(12、13)与另一活动面(25)径向相对设置。
10.根据权利要求8所述的旋转密封装置,其特征在于:每一活动面(25)沿着所述相关转子(8、9)的节面(12、13)与一相对面(49)径向相对设置。
11.根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的旋转密封装置,其特征在于:还包括多个密封装置(20)和多个台砧(47);所述密封装置(20)都被转子(8、9)中的一个转子(8)支撑,所述台砧(47)都被转子(8、9)中的另一个转子(9)支撑。
12.根据权利要求1所述的旋转密封装置,其特征在于:所述两转子(8、9)中的至少一个刚性安装有一刀形物(42)。
13.根据权利要求1所述的旋转密封装置,其特征在于:所述两转子(8、9)中的至少一个弹性安装有一刀形物(42),该刀形物刚性固定到所述台砧(47)上;所述弹性部件(56)设置在所述台砧(47)和所述相关转子(8、9)之间。
14.一种成型填充密封机,其特征在于:该成型填充和密封机包括上述权利要求任意一项所述的旋转超声波密封装置(5)。
