技术领域

背景技术
在本技术领域中,用于诸如牛奶或者果汁这样液态物质的消费包装件在很早之前即是非常公知的,并且这种包装件可以具有多个不同的类型和尺寸。包装容器通常由一种层压材料制造而成,该层压材料包括有纤维材料层,比如纸,和热塑材料层,该热塑材料层不仅能够使得该包装层压材料具有液密性,而且能够对其进行热封接。所述层压材料还可以包括有附加层,比如由诸如铝箔(Alifoil)这样的阻气材料制成的薄层,来进一步增强所述层压材料的性能,对包裹在包装容器中的物料提供保护作用,并且将其保持在初始状态。
在由欧洲专利No.217282所描述的通用型包装和灌装机械中,所利用的半成品是呈平伏状的管式包装容器坯件。该坯件被以一种本身公知的方式(in a per se known manner)设置成带有一条纵向封接部和折缝线结构(a pattern of cease lines),以便能够将所述坯件的两个端部重新制成一个端部(分别为顶部和底部)。通常来说,预制的平伏状坯件被拉伸开,以便得到一个正方形或者长方形的横截面构造,此后,通过对位于该坯件一端部处并且由折缝线所限定的端部壁板进行折叠和封接,使得该坯件带有一个液密性的底部。借助于一个传送装置,带有底部的所述坯件被移动到一个灌装工位中,在该工位中向其内部供送预定量的合适物料,比如牛奶。在灌装完毕后,得以灌装的坯件被进一步移送到一个后续的封接工位中,在该工位中通过液密性横向封接来将该坯件的上端部封接在一起(在完成可能存在的辅助性成形操作之后)。在该成形操作中,由于其几何结构,将产生多个三角形角部折片,并且该折片可以被向外或者向内进行折叠,并且以合适的方式固定在合适的位置上。
前述在常规机械中进行的操作流程,通常是一种间歇式操作工艺,即利用传送装置将不同的包装容器步进式地在用于进行底部成形/封接、灌装及顶部成形/封接的工位之间进行移送。由于在进行加工处理时,各个包装容器被置于一个静态的精确固定位置上,所以加工处理和封接工艺将借助于间歇式操作以及往复移动的加工工具来进行。通常,在该封接操作中利用常规的封接夹板(sealing jaws)来进行热封接操作,这些封接夹板在基本上横切传送装置移动方向的方向上作往复运动。在某些类型的机械中,对包装容器坯件端部进行成形的操作,比如可以借助于旋转的或者固定的成形设备来在传送装置移动的过程中部分完成,直至到达封接工位。例如,有时会使得导引装置沿传送装置的移动方向发生会聚,以便能够迫使后续形成坯件端部壁面的端部壁板沿相向方向发生移动,来作为在实际中进行最终成形和封接操作的预备步骤。
为了制造能够以较高的输出能力进行工作的包装或者灌装机械,已经导致传送装置的速度更快,并且在不同加工工位上停留的时间更短。但是,在传送装置的步进式前进中,将会产生这种制约,即由于步进式前进动作的急剧变化,容器中的物料,尤其是低粘度的物料,比如牛奶或者果汁,将会从该包装容器中溅出。为了对传送装置的加速度和制动速度进行调节以满足物料粘度的需要,已经进行了某些改进,但是,为了能够确保进一步提高机械的生产能力,还必需改变传送装置的间歇式运动,并且使得该机械带有一个以恒定速度运行的连续工作式传送装置。相应地,这就使得无法再使用相对于传送装置作横切往复运动的静态加工工具。因此,本技术领域中的一个普遍需求是获得一种对连续移动容器组中的包装容器进行成形和热封接的方法,但却无需考虑这些容器是否是以变化的或者恒定的速度移动。
本发明方法的目的
本发明的一个目的在于实现一种在将包装容器送经一个加工处理工位的同时,对一个包装容器的一个端部进行成形和热封接的方法,但却无需进行停顿,其中所述的加工处理工位比如可以是一个用于对包装容器的所述端部进行成形或者封接的工位。
本发明的另一个目的在于实现一种对一个包装容器的一个端部进行成形和热封接的方法,该方法适合于用在包装容器相对于固定的加工处理工位连续前移的过程中。
本发明的再一个目的在于实现一种对一个包装容器的一个端部进行成形和热封接的方法,与现有技术中的方法相比,该方法能够显著地提高生产速度。
本发明还有一个目的是在于最终实现一种对一个包装容器的一个端部进行成形和热封接的方法,该方法不具有现有技术中类似方法所固有的局限性与缺点。
解决方案
这些及其它的目的已经根据本发明而得以实现,其中通过前言所描述的方法已经给出了如下区别技术特征:由传送装置来在与机械式成形设备相接触的条件下将包装容器移送到成形工位,其中所述机械式成形设备逐步对包装容器的端部进行重新成形,直至在其中相对的壁板在一个封接肋板(a sealing fin)中相互贴合在一起为止,其中所述封接肋板沿包装容器的移动方向进行定向,此后,所述传送装置进一步将包装容器的端部移送到设置在封接工位中的封接设备之间,在该封接工位中将位于封接肋板中的热塑性材料加热到封接温度,此后,在同时进行冷却并且持续前移的过程中,将包括在封接肋板中的壁板部分机械式相互压靠在一起。
在本技术领域中,还存在有这样一个需求,即希望获得一种用于根据前述方法来连续制造包装容器的机械,该机械即是这样一种机械,在该机械中利用了一个连续运转的传送装置来将包装容器被移送通过顺序设置的加工处理工位,比如用于对一个包装容器的一个端部进行成形和热封接的工位。
本发明设备的目的
本发明的一个目的在于实现一种用于对一个包装容器的一个端部进行成形和热封接的设备,其中所述包装容器被连续地被移送通过用于进行成形和封接的工位。
本发明的另一个目的在于实现一种用于对一个包装容器的一个端部进行成形和热封接的设备,该设备能够对连续移动的包装容器坯件,即借助于一个传送装置向前移送的包装容器坯件,进行加工处理。
本发明的再一个目的在于实现一种用于对一个包装容器的一个端部进行成形和热封接的设备,该设备包括有静态的成形和封接设备。
本发明的又一个目的在于实现一种用于对一个包装容器的一个端部进行成形和热封接的设备,该设备中没有间歇式移动的部件。
本发明还有一个目的是在于最终实现一个用于对一个包装容器的一个端部进行成形和热封接的设备,该设备除了简单且经济的设计和构造之外与现有技术中间歇式工作的机械相比,使得一个包装或者灌装机械具有显著提高的生产能力。
解决方案
前面的及其它的目的已经根据本发明而得以实现,即提出一种用于对一个包装容器的一个端部进行成形和封接的设备,其中所述包装容器借助于一个传送装置被移送通过一个成形工位和一个封接工位,成形工位中包括有一个被设置成沿所述传送装置并与其间隔一定距离的机械式成形设备,同样,在封接工位中设置有封接设备,该封接设备同样沿所述传送装置延伸,并与其间隔一定的距离,并且被设置成能够对所述包装容器的上的封接区域进行加热,另外,在封接设备之后还设置有压缩设备,并且该压缩设备被设置成能够对被加热过的壁板进行机械式压缩,以便在冷却之后将这些壁板部分以液密方式相互封接在一起,其特征在于:所述成形设备还包括有两个折叠导轨,用于逐步对包装容器的端部进行重新成形,直至包装容器的相对壁板部分在封接肋板中相互贴合在一起为止,所述两个折叠导轨均沿传送装置进行延伸并各具有一个工作面,沿传送装置的移动方向进行观察,所述工作面起始于第一方位并且终止于第二方位,其中该第二方位与第一方位的夹角为90度,并且所述两个工作面在第一方位中是彼此平行,而在第二方位中以在所述折叠导轨之间仅剩下一个空隙而位于一个共同面上,该空隙等于或略微大于包装容器的相对壁板部分的总厚度。
有益效果
根据本发明的方法和设备,从而能够通过连续式工作方式制成一种带有一个连续式运转的包装传送装置的包装和灌装机械,该包装和灌装机械不仅带来了显著提高的输出能力,而且带来了平稳的工作状态,并且与现有技术中的包装和灌装机械相比,能够减少磨损,其中在现有技术中的包装和灌装机械中,包装传送装置和加工处理工具均间歇式移动。

对优选实施例的描述
根据本发明的方法和设备用于对一个本身公知的包装容器1中的至少一个端部进行成形和热封接,其中所述包装容器1的最终形式,基本上为平行六面体或者呈砖块状。这种或者类似类型的包装件通常不仅用于对诸如牛奶或果汁这样的不同类型产品进行包装,而且还用于对高粘度或者半固态的制品,比如布丁或者乳酪,进行包装。所述包装容器通常由一种层压包装材料制成,该层压包装材料中包括有纤维材料层,比如纸,和热塑材料层以及铝箔层(Alifoil)。热塑材料层最好包裹在纤维层上,并且为该包装容器具有液密性提供必要条件。另外,所述热塑性材料使得能够将包装材料热封接到其本身上或者热封接到其它热塑性材料上。铝箔层用于保证所述材料具有阻气性和蔽光性,并且还使得所述层压材料能够被感应式加热,比如用于进行封接。
附图1A示出了一个由一种前述类型的包装层压材料所制成的包装容器坯件2的上部部分,该包装容器坯件2上带有折缝线结构,并且包括有四个成对的侧部壁板3和位于这些侧部壁板上、下端部处的端部壁板4。在附图1中只有位于包装容器坯件2上端部处的端部壁板4是可见的,但是应该想象到,包装容器1上相对的下端部可以与上端部为同一类型,或者也可以被以任何其它先前已经公知的方式进行设计。一方面,端部壁板4包括有两个正对的长方形端部壁板4′(主壁板),而另一方面,又包括有两个位于主壁板之间正对的长方形端部壁板4″(折叠用壁板)。在端部壁板4上背向所述侧部壁板3的上端部处,存在有环绕所述包装容器坯件2的周边延伸的封接板5。当包装容器1被预先成形时,即为了形成一个基本上平整的端部壁面而已经将包装容器坯件2上的端部壁板4和封接板5折叠在一起时,由两个基本上呈长方形的主壁板4′共同形成实际的端部壁面,在该端部壁面上,相互封接在一起的封接板5延伸为一个横向的封接肋板6。长方形的折叠壁板4″被折叠在一起,形成平伏状并且基本上呈三角形的角部折片7,此时该角部折片7已经被向下折叠并且连接在两个正对的侧部壁板3上。封接肋板6的端部在向下折叠的角部折片7上延伸。
附图1B和1C示出了逐步将包装容器坯件2重新制成成品包装容器1的过程。在附图1B中,重新成形操作已经开始,其中对端部壁板4进行向下折叠的操作已经开始,并且封接板5开始相互靠近。在附图1C中,所述封接板5相互接触并且可以被封接在一起来成形封接肋板6,与此同时长方形的端部壁板4″已经被合并在一起来成形正对的平伏状角部折片7,但是,该折片7尚未被向下折叠并且封接到包装容器1中的侧部壁板3上。
根据本发明的方法和设备用于为能够以连续并且合理的方式对包装容器坯件2(附图1A-1C)的端部壁面进行前述的重新成形和封接操作提供必要条件,其中所述重新成形和封接操作本身是公知的。为了实施该操作,需要利用附图2中所示出的设备,该设备包括有一个传送装置8,该传送装置8为一条柔软的或者有接缝的输送带,在该输送带上承载有多个顺序设置的卡盒9(cassettes),该卡盒9用于容纳包装容器坯件2。卡盒9可以具有任意的构造,但是最好具有U形截面,并且最好包括有用于将包装容器坯件2固定在该卡盒9中所需轴线位置上的装置(未示出)。在该位置上,至少包装容器坯件2上的一个端部(下端部)延伸在卡盒9的下限表面之外,即端部壁板4和封接板5将易于在卡盒9下端部的外侧得以加工处理。在附图2中,传送装置8连续地并且最好以均匀的速度从左向右移动,所述卡盒9将依次经过一个用于对包装容器坯件2的一个端部进行预成形的预成形装置10,一个用于逐步对该包装容器坯件2的端部进行重新成形并且将封接板5合并在一起成形封接肋板6的成形工位11,及一个用于对所述端部壁面进行液密性封接的封接工位12。封接工位12依次包括有,一个用于对包括在封接肋板6中的碾压层进行感应式加热的封接设备13,一个用于将包括在肋板6中的封接板5压缩并封接在一起的施压设备14,及一个用于保持肋板6上的压缩压力直至封接操作完成为止的支撑设备15。下面,将对包括在根据本发明的所述设备中的这些每一个工位进行较为详细的描述。
正如该设备中的其它部件一样,不同的加工处理工位均由一个机架(未示出)以本身公知的方式进行承载,在该机架上还支撑有那些在附图中未示出但却常用的其它机械部件,比如电动马达,驱动轴,输送带及其它机械单元或者电子单元。这些加工处理工位沿传送装置8上的直线段依次排布成一直线,其中所述传送装置8在卡盒9的协助下,将包装容器坯件2在附图2中连续地由左向右移动。卡盒9的下端部表面位于所述工位中相邻部件上方几毫米的位置处。通过以这种方式导引卡盒9经过不同工位,突伸在卡盒9下部之外的端部壁板4和封接板5将与所述成形工位中的不同加工处理部件发生接触,并且从而在逐步被移送通过所述工位的过程中,被重新成形为具有所希望的最终形状(附图1C)的包装容器端部壁面。
沿传送装置8的移动方向进行观测,预成形装置10位于所述加工处理工位序列中的首位。如同包括在根据本发明的设备中的其它加工处理工位一样,预成形装置10被固定连接并且被支撑在一个机架上(未示出)。该预成形装置10包括有旋转式挤压机16,该旋转式挤压机16被定位成相互对齐并且相对于传送装置8相互对称,并且由驱动轴17,18进行承载。驱动轴17和18均由常用类型的枢轴19提供支撑作用,该枢轴19被固定连接在所述机架上(未示出)。驱动轴17和18还均承载有它们各自的皮带轮20,该皮带轮20借助于一根皮带(未示出),与一个或者多个公知类型的原动装置相连接。在这种情况下,挤压机16可以借助于皮带轮20沿相反的方向进行旋转,即使得该挤压机16中的对齐部件基本上与传送装置8沿相同的方向移动。各个挤压机16均呈十字架状,驱动轴17和18延伸穿过该十字架的中心。所述十字架的支臂端部呈缓慢弯曲的工作面21,该工作面21与环绕各个挤压机16的虚拟圆相重合,并且其直径与两个正对的工作面21之间的距离相一致。两个挤压机16之间的距离,即暂时相互正对的两个工作面21之间的距离,小于当两个相对的主端部壁板4′位于一个带有相邻侧部壁板3的平面中时(附图1A),这两个主端部壁板4′之间的距离。正如从附图3中所能够明白的那样,用于不同加工处理工位的虚拟中心线,也在两个挤压机16上的前述相对工作面21之间沿其中心进行延伸。
在预成形装置10之后,紧接着是成形工位11,该成形工位11包括有一个沿传送装置8延伸的成形设备22。更确切地说,所述成形设备22包括有两个相互平行的折叠导轨23,各个折叠导轨23的均具有它们各自的工作面24,该工作面24的方向沿成形设备22的长度方向发生变化。正如在附图4A-E中所能够明白的那样,位于折叠导轨23进料端部处,即最接近于预成形装置10的端部处,的工作面24基本上平行于由传送装置8向前移送的包装容器1的纵轴,其中在附图4A-E中示出了在折叠导轨23的长度上均匀分布的多个横截面。换句话说,工作面24相互平行,并且被被设置成相互之间间隔一定的距离,该距离基本上与挤压机16上相互正对的工作面21之间的距离相一致。沿卡盒9的移动方向进行观察,工作面24的倾斜角此后逐渐变化,以便在沿折叠导轨的中间位置处,这些工作面24基本上与前述平面成45度的角度(附图4C)。在折叠导轨的末端处,即在正对后续封接工位12的端部处,工作面24位于一个通常的水平面上(附图4E),该水平面位于紧邻所述卡盒9下表面的位置处(1-2毫米)。此时,在所述的两个正对导轨之间,仅剩下一个空隙,该空隙等于或者略微大于包括在封接肋板6中的壁板的总厚度。
在成形工位11中成形设备12后方的一定距离处,设置有封接工位12中的封接设备13。该封接设备13也同样与剩余的封接工位及传送装置8设置成一直线。封接设备13包括有两个感应器25,这两个被设置在传送装置8的两个侧面上并且被固定连接在所述机架(未示出)上的感应器25,相互镜像相对并且间隔一定的距离(附图5)。正如从在附图5中所示出穿通两个感应器25一部分的横截面中所能够明白的那样,各个感应器均包括有一个线圈(未示出),该线圈带有两个平行的导体26和位于导体26后方的冷却剂通道27。导体26被以一致常规方式连接到一个电源上(未示出),并且用于对位于包装容器坯件2中封接板5内的铝箔层进行感应式加热。相互正对的感应器25上两个工作面28之间的距离,略大于包括在封接肋板6中封接板5的总厚度,以确保对封接肋板进行感应式加热的顺利进行。该技术在本技术领域中其本身是公知的,因此在本部分也许无需进行任何详细描述。
封接工位12还包括有一个施压设备14,该施压设备14设置在封接设备13之后,并具有两个协同工作的压力滚轮29和30。压力滚轮29和30与位于后续支撑设备15中的支撑滚轮31一样,借助于一根带齿皮带32,连接到一个本身公知的电动马达(未示出)上,其中所述皮带32由一个皮带轮33和一根驱动轴34进行中间过渡。施压滚轮29和30由两个相互平行的轴提供支撑作用,这两根相互平行的轴均与位于卡盒9中的包装容器坯件2的纵轴相平行。正如从附图7中所能够明白的那样,一个施压滚轮29(即由诸如不锈钢这样的硬质材料制成的那个施压滚轮29),包括有一个突伸出来的凸缘或者隆起部35,该凸缘或者隆起部35比施压滚轮29的圆柱形圆周工作面高出几毫米。协同工作的施压滚轮30在其整个高度上也呈圆柱形,但是利用一个由柔性材料,比如橡胶,制成的表面层36来形成其工作面。施压滚轮29的工作面与施压滚轮30上由橡胶形成的表面层36之间的距离基本上等于或者略微小于包括在封接肋板6中的封接板5的总厚度。施压滚轮29上由凸缘35承载的工作面部分与施压滚轮30上的柔性表面层36之间的距离明显减小,并且基本上仅为1毫米。比如与挤压机16相类似,两个施压滚轮29和30被沿相反的旋转方向进行驱动,即它们各自工作面上的暂时正对部分与卡盒9以相同的方向移动,其中所述卡盒9借助于传送装置8被传送经过施压滚轮29和30。
沿传送装置9的移动方向进行观察,在施压设备14之后,封接工位12具有支撑设备15,该支撑设备15带有前面所提及的支撑滚轮31,该支撑滚轮31沿传送装置8的移动路径被设置成两个平行的队列。支撑滚轮31由相互平行的轴(未示出)进行承载,这些轴能够在相互邻接并且相互平行的两个转轮安装件37上自由地枢轴转动。在所述转轮安装件37的另一个不可见侧面上,支撑滚轮31的轴上具有皮带轮,这些皮带轮在前述带齿皮带32的协助下,能够被沿相反的方向进行驱动,以便支撑滚轮31上相互正对的工作面沿传送装置8的移动方向进行移动。包括在两个队列中的支撑滚轮31工作面之间的距离,略微小于包装容器1中封接肋板6的总厚度。支撑滚轮31由一种相对较为柔软的材料,比如橡胶,制成,或者带有一个由这种相对较为柔软的材料制成的表面层。
正如从前面的描述中已经明白的那样,根据本发明的设备包括有多个相互设置成一直线的加工处理工位,通过该设备的工作,这些加工处理工位依次作用于从卡盒9中突伸出来的包装容器坯件2的端部。更确切地说,根据本发明中所述的方法,一个由任意卡盒9承载的包装容器坯件2将使得其上的一个端部,从附图1A中所图示的状态重新成形为附图1C中所图示的状态。即将该包装容器坯件2的端部在封接肋板6中以液密方式进行合并和封接。当根据本发明对一个包装容器的一个端部进行成形和热封接时,如同前面所提及的那样,首先将一个包装容器坯件2置于传送装置8中的一个卡盒9内。在这种情况下,包装容器坯件2被定位成能够使得其中的一个端部突伸在卡盒9的下端部之外。更确切地说,该端部基本上沿侧部壁板3进行延伸,这就意味着端部壁板4和封接板5向下延伸到卡盒9的下方,并且当相应卡盒9在传送装置8的协助下在附图2中从左向右移动时,可以很容易地对端部壁板4和封接板5进行加工处理。在这种情况下,包装容器坯件2首先到达预成形装置10中,该预成形装置10以基本上等于传送装置8线速度的圆周速度进行转动。通过挤压机16的转动,两个相互协同工作的工作面21将与包装容器坯件2中的相对主端部壁板4′发生接触,这是因为在这种情况下,两个工作面21之间的距离将沿相互正对方向被操纵。更确切地说,两个主端部壁板4′将围绕一个基本上水平的折叠线被相向折叠,所述折叠线位于所述主端部壁板4′与相邻的侧部壁板3之间。与此同时,三角形的折叠板4″将受迫向外延伸,以便邻接在两个主端部壁板4″上的封接板5′能够相互靠近,正如附图1B中所示出的那样。
当借助于预成形装置10以前述方式对包装容器坯件2重新成形时,通过传送装置8的连续移动,使得所述突伸出来的端部被导入到成形设备22中的两个折叠导轨23之中,因此折叠导轨上相互平行的工作面24将与主端部壁板4′在它们与封接板5相邻的上边缘处发生接触。此时折叠导轨23工作面24上逐步变化的倾斜度将使得主端部壁板4′逐步发生会聚,直至封接板5相互贴靠并且共同形成封接肋板6。接着,封接肋板6将在传送装置8的协助下进一步被移送到封接工位12中,更确切地说,是被移送到封接设备13中两个已经启动的感应器25之间,在所述感应器25中,导体26已经被连接在前述的电源(未示出)上。在这种情况下,环绕导体26将产生一个磁性交变的电流,通过与包括在包装层压材料中的铝箔层共同作用,在封接板5上需要进行相互封接的那些部分中的铝箔层进行感应式加热。当相应包装容器1中的封接肋板6已经穿过感应器25的整个长度时,对铝箔的加热操作将使得包装层压材料中相邻的热塑材料层部分被加热到封接温度(比如,对于聚丙烯来说约为160至170℃),以便能够将包括在封接板5中的热塑材料层相互热封接在一起。
此后,包装容器1被从封接设备13中移送到施压设备14中,更确切地说,突伸出来的封接肋板6(此时已经被加热到封接温度)在两个相互协同工作的施压滚轮29,30之间行进。随后,包括在封接肋板6中的封接板5被相互压靠在一起,以便包装容器内侧已被加热过的热塑材料层受迫熔粘在一起。借助于施压滚轮29中的凸缘35,产生一次更为集中的压缩作用,其中所述凸缘35进一步减小了施压滚轮29与30的工作面之间的自由间隙。通过对压缩滚轮30上柔软表面层36的合适选择,来调节该压缩力。在这种情况下,应该确保沿朝向相邻主端部壁板4′的封接肋板6部分获得一个具有液密性并且极其匹配的封接部,这就为液密性封接提供了保障。在被封接在一起之后,借助于支撑滚轮31,保持目前处于相互合并状态的相互正对热塑材料层之间的接触压力,以确保包括在该肋板中的封接板5被以合适的压力持续地相互压靠在一起,直至该被加热过的热塑材料层被再次冷却并且封接操作完成,其中所述支撑滚轮31在相应包装容器1被连续送进的过程中环绕在肋板6的周围。在这种情况下,支撑滚轮31相互协作性地进行转动,来使得目前仍旧温热的封接肋板6经受均匀地压缩,并且在包括于封接肋板6中的封接板5不会发生任何相对移动的条件下前移,其中所述封接板5所发生的任何相对移动将会弱化最终的封接部。当封接肋板6经过支撑滚轮31之后,对该封接肋板6的冷却作用将持续一定的时间,以便相互连接在一起的热塑材料层重新硬化并且从而由包括在肋板6中的封接板5形成所需的液密性高强度粘结部。在从支撑设备15中的支撑滚轮31中移出后,以一种本身公知的方式对包装容器1进行辅助性成形处理,以便将平伏状的角部折片7及封接肋板6中的相关部分向下折叠,并且将它们封接到该包装容器的外侧面上。但是,这是一个与本发明没有密切关系并且本身公知的技术和结构。
借助于根据本发明的方法和设备,从而可以在包装容器坯件2连续移动的过程中,实现对包装容器1上的一个或者两个端部进行成形和热封接。与现有技术中的类似机械相比,这就能够显著提高工作速度,其中所述现有技术中的类似机械通常在一个或者多个包装容器步进式前移的条件下工作。由于根据本发明的这种设计和结构包括有存在但数量很少的移动部件,并且总体上来说未包括执行往复移动的移动部件,所以它们的结构明显更为简单,从而不仅经济而且工作时更为可靠。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于对一个包装容器(1)的一个端部进行成形和封接的设备,其中所述包装容器(1)借助于一个传送装置(8)被移送通过一个成形工位(11)和一个封接工位(12),所述成形工位(11)包括有一个机械式成形设备(22),该机械式成形设备(22)被设置成沿传送装置(8)并与其间隔一定的距离,同样,在封接工位(12)中设置有封接设备(13),该封接设备(13)同样沿传送装置(8)进行延伸,并且与其间隔一定的距离,该封接设备(13)还被设置成能够对包装容器(1)中的封接区域进行加热,另外,在封接设备(13)之后还设置有施压设备(14),该施压设备(14)被设置成能够对经过加热后的壁板部分进行机械式压缩,以便在冷却之后将这些壁板部分以液密方式相互封接在一起,其特征在于:所述成形设备(22)还包括有两个折叠导轨(23),用于逐步对包装容器的端部进行重新成形,直至包装容器的相对壁板部分在封接肋板(6)中相互贴合在一起为止,所述两个折叠导轨(23)均沿传送装置(8)进行延伸并各具有一个工作面(24),沿传送装置的移动方向进行观察,所述工作面(24)起始于第一方位并且终止于第二方位,其中该第二方位与第一方位的夹角为90度,并且所述两个工作面(24)在第一方位中是彼此平行,而在第二方位中以在所述折叠导轨(23)之间仅剩下一个空隙而位于一个共同面上,该空隙等于或略微大于包装容器的相对壁板部分的总厚度。
2.如权利要求1中所述的设备,其特征在于:所述第一方位平行于在传送装置(8)作用下向前移动的包装容器(1)的纵轴。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于:所述封接设备(13)包括有一个感应器(25),用于在包括于层压材料内的传导材料层中感应出一个加热磁场。
4.如权利要求3中所述的设备,其特征在于:在包装容器(1)端部的移动路径每一侧设置有一个感应器(25),其中所述包装容器(1)借助于所述传送装置(8)而向前移动。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于:沿所述传送装置(8)的移动方向进行观察,在成形设备(22)的前方设置有一个机械式预成形装置(10),所述预成形装置(10)适于将两个主端部壁板(4′)绕一个水平折叠线彼此相对折叠,该水平折叠线位于在所述两个主端部壁板(4′)与相邻侧部壁板(3)之间。
6.如权利要求5中所述的设备,其特征在于:所述预成形装置(10)包括有两个反向旋转的挤压机(16),该挤压机(16)设置在传送装置(8)的两侧上,并且带有外围相互正对的工作面(21),该工作面(21)被沿传送装置(8)的移动方向并且以与该传送装置(8)相同的速度进行驱动,该工作面(21)适于使所述两个主端部壁板(4′)发生接触。
