Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于楔形包装(1)的输送机(4)。输送机(4)包括一被动的循环带(5),包装(1)在其上以斜卧的状态输送。在输送机带(5)的各侧设有一圆形截面的被动的循环带(10)。该带(10)和输送机带(5)共享同一原动机。输送机带(5)的宽度大体与包装(1)在其底部(2)的宽度A相同。带(10)设置在输送机带(5)上方约5—20mm处并且带(10)之间的宽度B大于包装底部(2)的宽度A且小于包装(1)在其顶部(3)处的宽度C。

Description

用于楔形包装的输送机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于楔形包装的输送机,包括一被动的循环输送机带,其被设置成输送呈斜卧状态的包装。
背景技术
在几乎所有的制造工艺中,采用输送机将成品或半成品输送到不同的工位,或输送到打包工位进行成组多重包装。而且,在生产液体或可泵送食品的包装容器中,采用输送机将完成的包装从充填机输送到分配设备的不同机器,例如涂覆机或盘包装机。
用于液体或可泵送食品的包装可以由叠层材料制成,具有一纸或纸版的芯层,在其上层压上不同的热塑层,可能的话层压上铝箔(Alifoil)。一类这种包装具有一楔形的外观。从一包装材料的连续材料带,使该材料带再成形为一管,该管的接缝沿纵向被密封并被充填进打算要装的容物。随后,将管沿横向密封并将其切割成单独的包装坯料。通过形成和折叠折片,可获得一平面形的底部,并且通过允许包装的顶部保持原状,即可获得一楔形的包装。
这些楔形包装通常以斜卧的状态在输送机上进给,因为它们在直立的位置不是很稳定。从充填机,这些预成形的包装在输送机上向下移动并斜卧在其上,其底部沿输送机的移动方向在前。在不同的工位或包装机必须通过的分配设备处,有时需要设置一个序列,以便包装在正确的时刻到达。如果为斜卧的楔形包装形成一个序列,包装将不可避免地相互“攀爬”而导致停顿。在包装上设置有吸管的情况下,就存在从包装上撕离这些吸管的危险。

本发明的目的是在一输送斜卧的楔形包装的输送机中,设置一个序列形式,不存在包装相互“攀爬”并导致停顿或撕离吸管袋(有时固定在包装上)的现象。
技术方案
根据本发明可以达到这一和其他目的,其中前面以介绍的方式描的这类输送机被赋予以下特征,输送机带具有一宽度,此宽度与包装在其底部的宽度A大体对应,和一被动的带,其被设置在输送机带的各侧并被设置在输送机带上方约5-20mm处,在该带之间的宽度B大于包装底部的宽度A,但小于包装在其顶部处的宽度C。
本发明的优选实施例被进一步赋予了在所附从属权利要求中所述的特征。

优选实施例的描述
参照附图,图1示出了一种类型的楔形包装1,根据本发明的输送机4为此类包装设计。在一充填机中,该楔形包装由一连续的材料带制成。该材料带具有一由纸或纸版构成的芯层,在该芯层上叠置不同的热塑层和可能的话一铝箔层。在充填机中该材料带被再成形为一个管,其叠合的边缘被密封在一起以形成一纵向接缝。用欲充填的容物充填材料管,如牛奶,果汁或其他饮料,随后横向于该管密封此材料管,并在密封处切断该材料管,从而形成单个的包装坯料。在包装坯料的一端形成折片,该折片被折叠进并在适当位置被密封,以获得平底2。包装坯料的另一端保持在未成形状态,以形成包装1的顶部3。作为这一过程的结果,就获得了一楔形包装1。
在充填机上完成最终成形之后,楔形包装1从充填机脱离并从充填机释放,使得其在一输送机4上呈一斜卧的位置。通常,包装1在输送机4上进给,底部2沿运行方向在前。作为选择,包装1在进给时亦可以顶部3沿运行方向在前。
输送机4包括一被动的循环带5,该循环带5在一主动滚6和至少一个转向滚被驱动。在图2-5中,仅示出了输送机4的一部分,为此原因,输送带5的转向滚未被包括在说明中。在图2-5中,仅输送机的一部分4′根据本发明进行了设计,其余部分则由传统输送机4构成。图中示出了一个序列,其恰设置在用于将包装1打包成纸箱或多重包装的机器(未示出)的前面。其先决条件是该包装能够被保持直至正确的时刻,以便多重包装等能够被正确地被打包。这里,包装1已经设有一固定在侧表面7上的吸管袋,其内有一吸管8。类似的序列形式可能是必要的,以便以相应的方式设置在其他分配机械中,例如涂覆机等。
该序列形式可简单地借助于一制动件9来形成,在优选实施例中,该制动件被朝着包装1下降并在其底部2保持该第一个包装1。可以想象其他类型的制动件,如从侧面朝包装1移动的制动件或从下面升高的制动件。
根据本发明设计的输送机4′的该部分在输送带5的两侧设置有被动的循环带10。该带10最好具有圆形的截面,并在优选实施例中,它们通过与驱动输送机带5的相同的原动机和驱动滚6来驱动。该带10在至少一个转向滚11上驱动。对于输送机带5和带10,通过采用同一原动机,将对不同的部分获得相同的速度,并且由于仅较短距离的输送机4′是根据本发明设计的,所以可实现相同的摩擦力。该带10可能需要由支承轮(未示出)支承。
输送机带5的宽度与包装1在其底部2处的宽度A大体对应。该带被设置在输送机带上方5-20mm处,在该带10之间有一宽度B,所述带10超过在包装1的底部2处的宽度A并小于包装1的顶部3处的宽度C。在优选实施例中,该带10被设置在输送机带5上方5-10mm处,并且带10之间的宽度B约为(A+C)/2。相对于输送机带5的中心线,该带10被对称地设置。
图4示出了斜卧在输送机4上的一包装1,其底部2沿输送机4的运行方向在前。在前面的工位,包装1上已经设置有一吸管袋,其被固定地密封在一个侧表面7上并且包含一吸管8。当包装1到达根据本发明所设计的输送机4′的该部分时,包装1的下部将继续靠在输送机带5上。包装1的上部被带10抬升并且约在其底部2和其顶部3之间的地方,包装1靠在该带10上。当必须形成一个序列时,如在纸箱打包机之前,在必须符合一定的打包模式并且包装1因此必须在正确的时刻到达的情况下,则设置有一制动件9,该制动件可由一可动部分构成,使该可动部分从输送机4′上方的一位置向着包装1朝下移动并在该序列中在其底部2处保持住第一包装1。由于通过该带10保持着包装1的上部从输送机带5向上,所以包装1将形成一有序的序列而不致相互“攀爬”。
如从上述说明中可明显看出的,本发明实现了一种输送机,其中可为斜卧的楔形包装形成一序列形式。包装可保持在该序列中而不致开始相互“攀爬”,这种“攀爬”现象可能导致停顿并有碍获得正确的打包模式(例如在一纸箱打包机中)。如果包装上设有吸管,就可能从包装上将吸管撕松或损坏。
本发明不应被认为限制在上面所描述和附图所示出的内容,可以想象出许多改动而不超出所附权利要求书的范围。

Claims (4)

1.用于楔形包装(1)的输送机(4),包括一被动的循环输送机带(5),其被设置成输送呈斜卧状态的包装(1),其特征在于输送机带(5)具有一宽度,此宽度与包装(1)在其底部(2)的宽度A大体对应,和一被动的带(10),其被设置在输送机带(5)的各侧并被设置在输送机带(5)上方约5-20mm处,在该带(10)之间的宽度B大于包装底部(2)的宽度A,但小于包装(1)在其顶部(3)处的宽度C。
2.如权利要求1所述的输送机(4),其特征在于输送机带(5)和所述两个带(10)共享一个共同的原动机。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的输送机(4),其特征在于所述带(10)之间的宽度B约为(A+C)/2。
4.如上述任一权利要求所述的输送机(4),其特征在于所述带(10)具有圆形的截面。
