技术领域
本发明总体上涉及用于保持产品的加强包装件和形成包装件的方法。更具体地说,本发明涉及用于形成包装件的方法和系统,该包装件包括用于支承袋子的加强套筒。
背景技术
传统上,袋(例如纸袋或塑料袋)已经用于包装和运输产品,从散装材料如稻米或沙子到更大物品。袋通常便宜而且容易制造,并能够形成不同的结构和尺寸,并能够用于存储和运输多种产品。特别是,在快餐行业中,袋经常用于包装制备好的食品,例如三明治等。当前,对用于包装多种产品(包括三明治、炸薯条和其它制备好的食品)的袋或类似包装件的需求增加,工人能够很容易地打开,例如用一只手,并使得袋支承在打开构型中,以便提高这种产品的包装效率。不过,同样重要的是,这种袋的成本必须尽可能地最小化。尽管已经开发了包括加强或支承材料的各种袋设计,但是,通常,具有提供的加强层或材料的这种专用袋的制造需要多个阶段或操作,这可能显着增加这种袋的制造成本。
发明内容
总的来说,本发明的一个方面涉及一种形成加强包装件的方法。该方法能够包括:通过将坯件粘接在材料织物上而形成附接织物,使所述附接织物沿下游方向运动而穿过至少管形成组件和纸板形成组件。使得所述附接织物运动能够包括:使得坯件与材料织物一起运动。该方法还能够包括:当所述附接织物穿过所述管形成组件时通过折叠所述材料织物的至少一部分而至少局部形成管;通过折叠所述坯件的至少一部分而形成加强套筒,这样,当所述附接织物穿过所述纸板形成组件而移动时,所述加强套筒至少局部环绕所述管延伸;形成加强包装件的方法包括:通过使得所述管部分与管的其余部分分离而形成包括加强套筒和管部分的加强包装件,加强套筒粘接在管部分上。
在另一方面,本发明总体上涉及用于形成加强包装件的系统。该系统能够包括附接组件,该附接组件接收材料织物和坯件。附接组件能够使得坯件与材料织物接合,用于形成附接织物。管形成组件能够布置在所述附接组件的下游。管形成组件能够接收所述附接织物,并能够包括织物折叠结构部,用于折叠所述材料织物的至少一部分,以便至少局部形成管。纸板形成组件能够布置在附接组件的下游。纸板形成组件能够接收附接织物,并能够包括纸板折叠结构部,用于将坯件的至少一部分折叠在管上,以便形成加强套筒。该系统还能够包括切割组件,该切割组件包括切割结构部,用于使得管部分与材料织物分离,以便至少局部形成加强包装件,该加强包装件包括附接在加强套筒上的管部分。

具体实施方式
本发明总体上涉及一种形成加强包装件的系统和方法,该加强包装件用于保持产品,例如食品或其它物品。根据本发明的包装件能够接收任意形状的物品。包装件能够包括袋或衬里,该袋或衬里包括附接在相对刚性材料(例如纸板)的加强结构上的相对柔性材料。袋通常能够由纸、塑料、层压材料或其它原材料来制造,并能够附接在加强结构上,该加强结构能够布置在袋的开口端和密封端或封闭端之间。在一个实施例中,袋包括聚乙烯材料或任意其它合适的可热密封的材料。加强结构能够有变化的宽度,并能够环绕所述袋的封闭端或在该封闭端上延伸,在一些实施例中,能够包围该封闭端,且当其中装载有产品或物品或一系列物品时将提供用于袋的支承。在一些实施例中,加强结构能够与它们的袋一起折叠成这样的构型:该构型将所述袋支承为独立、竖直和打开的状态,以便容易装载。
图1表示了能够通过本发明的系统和方法的一个实施例形成的加强包装件,该加强包装件总体表示为1。包装件1包括袋3和附接在该袋3上的加强结构或套筒5。袋有开口端7、封闭端9(图3)和用于保持产品的内部空间17。在一个实施例中,袋3有角撑(gusseted)侧部60,该角撑侧部包括折叠线61(图3和图4),该折叠线61在各侧部延伸该袋的长度,以便于形成角撑侧部。角撑60能够在中心部分63(例如袋3的前部)和相应边缘部分65、67之间延伸,该边缘部分能够形成袋3的背部。在所示实施例中,边缘部分65、67能够至少局部相互交叠,并相互粘接,以便形成沿袋3的高度延伸的纵向接缝71(图4)。如图3中所示,封闭端9能够至少局部由横向密封件或接缝69来封闭,其中,壁(例如,角撑60、中心部分63和边缘部分65、67)已经沿袋3的一部分热密封和/或粘接在一起。内部空间17可以通过袋3中的凹槽15而进入。加强套筒5用于至少局部接收袋3的封闭端9的一部分11。替代地,加强套筒5能够定位成环绕所述袋3的中间部分或顶部部分延伸,而并不脱离本发明。
图2表示了用于形成加强套筒5的坯件10。该坯件有横轴L1和纵轴L2。在所示实施例中,坯件10有前部面板21,该前部面板21在第一弓形折叠线33处与第一侧部面板28可折叠地连接。第一侧部面板28包括两个单独的面板部分28A、28B,它们在横向折叠线26处相互可折叠地连接。第一后部面板23在第二弓形折叠线31处与第一侧部面板28可折叠地连接。第二侧部面板29在第三弓形折叠线35处与前部面板21可折叠地连接。第二侧部面板29包括两个单独的面板部分29A、29B,这两个面板部分29A、29B在横向折叠线27处相互可折叠地连接。第二后部面板25在第四弓形折叠线37处与第二侧部面板29可折叠地连接。在所示实施例中,弓形折叠线31、33与横向折叠线26间隔开,并相对于横向折叠线26成凹形。类似地,弓形折叠线35、37与横向折叠线27间隔开,并相对于横向折叠线27成凹形。在可选实施例中,坯件10能够具有可选的面板、折叠线和/或面板部分布置方式。因此,美国专利申请No.13/826937(申请日为1993年3月14日)被本文参引,并表示了能够由本说明书的方法和系统形成的多种加强包装件,该加强包装件包括多种加强结构5、坯件10和袋3。
在所示实施例中,坯件10能够包括分别在第一后部面板23、前部面板21和/或第二后部面板25上的一个或多个粘接剂区域41、43和45,用于接收粘接剂并牢固附接在袋3的外表面上。而且,坯件10有沿纵向方向L2延伸的第一边缘52和第二边缘53。在一个实施例中,粘接剂区域41、43、45与第一边缘52分开第一距离D1,与第二边缘53分开第二距离D2。在一个实施例中,第一距离D1小于第二距离D2。在一些实施例中,第一和第二侧部面板28、29以及离开粘接剂区域41、43、45的区域可以大致没有粘接剂,或者在可选实施例中可以包括粘接剂。另外,在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,第一和第二距离D1、D2、粘接剂区域41、43、45和/或边缘52、53能够以其它方式布置、形成、变化或省略。例如,第一距离D1和第二距离D2能够大致相等,或者第一距离D1能够大于第二距离D2。
通常,坯件10可绕折叠线26、27折叠,以便产生加强套筒5。例如,第一和第二后部面板23、25的远端55、57可以交叠,且套筒5可以附接在袋3上,如图1、3和4所示。在一个实施例中,胶水区域或另外的粘接剂能够延伸至一个或两个远端55、57中,这样,当形成加强套筒5时,后部面板23、25的交叠部分相互粘接。在袋3的第一非竖立位置中,单独的面板部分28A、28B、29A和29B能够面对面对齐,图1中所示。所示的第一非竖立位置使内部空间17的容积减小和/或最小化,以使得包装件1处于非竖立或扁平状态。非竖立状态可以方便将多个包装件很容易地堆垛至例如装运集装箱中以及随后在目的地设施中进行组织。在袋3的第二竖立位置中,单独的面板部分28A、28B、29A和29B可以弯曲或定位而形成包装件1的第一和第二侧部58、59,如图3和4所示。所示的第二竖立位置使内部空间17的容积增加和/或最大化,以使得包装件1处于竖立或自支承状态。当包装件处于竖立状态(图3)时,袋3的封闭端9能够沿箭头A1的方向向上延伸至套筒5的内部56中。而且,当包装件1处于竖立状态时,底部边缘53形成支承件,用于接触表面S(图4)。由底部边缘53形成的支承件使得包装件以竖立位置保持在表面S上。如图3和4中所示,当包装件1处于竖立状态时,袋3的角撑侧部60可以保持伸展。根据一些实施例,包装件1也可以采用其它介入状态,包括包装件1未完全竖立的中间状态。而且,根据一些实施例,也可以采用不同结构的附加加强套管。在不脱离本发明的情况下,加强包装件1可以以其它方式成形、布置和设置。
图5大致表示了根据本发明的用于形成加强包装件(例如,加强包装件1)的系统100和方法的示例实施例。在所示实施例中,包装系统100使得用于形成包装件1的袋3的材料织物101附接在坯件10上,且附接的坯件和织物大致沿机器方向M(例如下游方向)通过相应包装系统而从上游端103运动至下游端105,并通过所述系统的多个部分和部件而形成单独的包装件,如下面进一步所述。
如图5中所示,在用于制造加强包装件1的系统100和方法中,袋的材料织物101从辊或供给源102来供给,该材料织物101例如可包括预先印刷或未印刷的纸、聚乙烯、层压材料或其它材料,包括柔性和可热密封的材料。在一个实施例中,袋材料101能够预先印刷有各种设计、字母、标签和/或其它图形,并能够是穿孔的、印刷的卷状原材料,它能够包括图形化的粘接剂,该粘接剂的位置设置得便于使织物101形成在所形成的包装件1中的袋3。
在一个实施例中,纸板供给器107位于系统100的上游端103处,并包括纸板坯件10的堆垛108,该纸板坯件10被供给坯件传送器109。如图6A和6B中所示,纸板供给器107是拾取和布置类型的纸板供给器,它包括臂110,该臂110有用于保持坯件10的吸盘110a或任意其它合适的促动器。如图6A中所示,臂110定位在堆垛108中的坯件10附近,吸盘110a能够与坯件10接合(例如通过真空压力),这样,臂110能够承载坯件。如图6B中所示,臂110能够运动至图6B中所示的位置,以使得臂110从堆叠108中移除坯件10,并将它传递至坯件传送器109。吸盘110a能够将坯件10释放在坯件传送器109上,布置臂110能够返回至图6A中所示的位置,以便取出另一坯件10。坯件传送器109能够使坯件10沿机器方向M朝向袋材料织物101运动。纸板供给器能够包括其它类型的供给器,例如用于传送从坯件切割站或任意其它合适类型的供给器或其它机构引导的坯件10的机构,而并不脱离本发明。
如图6A、6B和7中所示,坯件传送器109包括两个间隔开的凸耳带或履带111,该凸耳带或履带111有凸耳113,用于与一系列坯件10接合并沿机器方向M传送坯件。在所示实施例中,凸耳带111能够是环形带,各自有沿相应带间隔开的多个凸耳113。在一个实施例中,凸耳113能够在凸耳带111上间隔开大约加强包装件1中的袋3的高度的距离。坯件传送器109从纸板供给器107(图6B)接收坯件10,并使得一系列坯件10从纸板供给器107运动至包装系统100的附接组件115,在该附接组件115中,材料织物101通过粘接剂而附接在坯件10上。如图7中所示,坯件传送器109能够包括一个或多个刷114或其它合适的结构部,其能够在凸耳带111使得坯件10经过刷114运动时与该坯件10接合。因此,当凸耳带111使得坯件10向下游运动时,刷114能够抵靠坯件10拖动,并将坯件推靠在相邻的凸耳113上,以使得例如坯件10能够合适定位而用于在附接组件115中与材料织物101附接。随后,凸耳113能够克服刷114的阻力而将相应的坯件10推向附接组件115。
在所示实施例中,系统100的附接组件115包括粘接剂施加器116(图5-8),用于将粘接剂施加在坯件10上(例如在粘接剂区域43处)。在一个实施例中,粘接剂施加器116能够包括一个或多个粘接剂出口116a,该粘接剂出口116a安装在坯件传送器109上方的框架116b上,这样,当坯件在粘接剂施加器116下面通过时且在坯件10与材料织物101接合之前,粘接剂施加器116能够将粘接剂(例如,粘接剂118,在图6A和8示意表示)施加在坯件10的上表面上。如图8中所示,材料织物101能够从一个或多个辊上的卷材102中展开,并被引导而沿机器方向在凸耳带111上面运动(例如,大致平行),这样,材料织物101能够与坯件10在附接组件115中接触。在所示实施例中,附接组件115能够包括在粘接剂施加器116的下游在材料织物101上面的粘接剂压缩夹辊117(图5和8)。相对的夹辊或其它表面(未示出)能够布置在坯件10的下方。因此,夹辊能够接收材料织物101和坯件10,并将材料织物101压靠在坯件10上,以便例如通过粘接剂118而使得织物粘接附接在坯件上。在一个实施例中,夹辊117和相对的辊能够布置在凸耳带111之间,以使得凸耳113能够经过辊。坯件10能够通过其它合适的机构而附接在织物101上,而并不脱离本发明。
在一个实施例中,如图5中示意所示,有附接坯件10的织物101(以下称为附接织物W)从坯件传送器109通过一系列辊121、123运行至系统100的管形成组件125。该管形成组件125能够包括织物折叠结构部,用于将材料织物101形成端部开口的管101’。在一个实施例中,如图5和9-11中所示,管形成组件125能够包括形成辊126、引导辊128a、内部形成板129和两个外部引导板130,它们使得织物101形成和成形为具有侧部角撑60和折叠线61的管101’(图3和图4)。如图9中所示,形成辊126能够与材料织物101的中心部分63接合,并且材料织物101的边缘部分65、67能够在形成辊126处向上折叠至引导辊128a。在所示实施例中,引导辊128a能够将边缘部分65、67引导至内部形成板129的上面和在外部引导板130之间。在引导辊128a下游的附加引导辊128b(图10)能够进一步引导边缘部分65、67,以便在内部形成板129上相互交叠。在一个实施例中,内部形成板129能够与材料织物的中心部分63间隔开,以使得角撑部分60大致竖直地在中心部分63和相应边缘部分65、67之间延伸,并邻近相应的外部引导板130。因此,材料织物101的边缘部分65、67在内部形成板129和引导辊128a、128b之间接合,以使得边缘部分从与中心部分63大致成平面(例如在形成辊126的上游)的状态运动成至少局部相互交叠和在引导辊128a的下游在中心部分63上面延伸的状态。
如图10中所示,管形成组件125包括织物粘接剂施加器127,当织物形成管101’时,该织物粘接剂施加器127将粘接剂(例如,图10中示意表示的粘接剂72)施加在织物101上。粘接剂72能够在边缘部分65、67交叠时通过粘接剂施加器127而施加在一个或两个边缘部分65、67上,以便在管101’中形成纵向接缝71(图10和11)。如图4中所示,纵向接缝71能够在形成的包装件1中形成袋3的背部。在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,能够以其它方式形成接缝71。如图11中所示,管101’的角撑60能够由内部形成板129、外部引导板130和柔性板132来形成,该柔性板132布置在内部形成板和外部引导板的下游。在一个实施例中,内部形成板129能够向下成角度,以使得内部形成板129(图9)的上游端与形成板的下游端(未示出)相比更远地与材料织物101的中心部分63间隔开。另外,外部引导板130能够各自包括直接向内的水平板130a(图9-11),且具有水平板130a的外部引导板130能够向内成角度,以使得外部引导板130在它的上游端处(图9)比在下游端处(图11)彼此间隔更远。因此,在一个实施例中,当附接织物W沿机器方向M运动,内部形成板129能够使得交叠的边缘部分65、67和纵向接缝71朝向管101’的中心部分63降低,而水平板130a向内推动管101’的角撑部分60。如图11中所示,当管101’从内部形成板129和外部引导板130向下游运动时,邻近相应边缘部分65、67的角撑60部分与邻近中心部分63的角撑60部分在中心部分63和相应边缘部分65、67之间交叠。柔性板132能够在管101’上施加向下的压力,以便帮助形成角撑60的折叠线,以帮助通过粘接剂72来将边缘部分65、67粘接一起,和/或大致使管101’变平。在不脱离本发明的情况下,管形成组件115能够以其它方式来设置。
在一个实施例中,附接织物W’从管形成组件125运动至系统100的纸板形成组件131。在一个实施例中,纸板形成组件131包括纸板折叠结构部(图12和13),该纸板折叠结构部定位坯件10的各种折片和面板。另外,系统100能够包括在管形成组件115和纸板形成组件131之间的折叠器(未示出),用于折断坯件10的折叠线(例如,弓形折叠线31、33、35、37)。在一个实施例中,纸板形成组件131包括纸板粘接剂施加器135(图12),该纸板粘接剂施加器135将粘接剂(例如,图12中示意表示的粘接剂136)施加至坯件10(例如,在粘接剂区域41、45-图2),以使得面板(例如,第一后部面板23和第二后部面板25)能够交叠和粘接(图13),以便在附接织物W’通过纸板形成组件131时使得坯件10形成加强套筒5。在所示实施例中,纸板形成组件131能够包括折叠板,该折叠板包括外部楔形板133a、内部引导板133b和形成板134。如图12中所示,在一个实施例中,内部引导板133b能够在坯件10上面延伸(例如,在横向折叠线26、27的附近和内部-图2),且外部楔形板133a能够向上推动坯件的后面板23、25而使其在相应的外部楔形板133a和相应的内部引导板133b之间大致竖直地延伸,从而在横向折叠线26、27处折叠坯件10。如图13中所示,形成板134能够有向内成角度的内边缘,以便将后部面板23、25进一步向下折叠在管101’上面。另外,形成板134能够将后部面板23、25压靠在管上,以使得粘接剂136能够将后部面板附接在管上。在一个实施例中,后部面板23、25能够至少局部交叠,并能够相互粘接。在不脱离本发明的情况下,纸板形成组件131能够以其它方式设置。例如,代替图12和13所示的折叠板或者除了该折叠板之外,纸板形成组件131还能够使用形成带。
如5和图14-16中所示,附接织物W’从纸板形成组件131通过两个驱动辊135、137进入在该驱动辊下游的旋转袋密封器组件139中。在一个实施例中,附接织物W’从驱动辊135、137向上运动至旋转袋密封器组件139,该旋转袋密封器组件139包括热密封辊141和热密封臂143。在一个实施例中,辊141具有正方形或其它合适的多边形横截面形状(在图16中示意表示),以使得辊包括环绕所述辊的周边的四个边缘144或拐角。替代地,在不脱离本发明的情况下,所述辊能够有任意合适数量的边缘。当附接织物W’从辊135、137向上运动时,辊141旋转,且边缘144运动成与附接织物的、与在袋的封闭端9处的底部横向密封件69相对应的相应部分接合。热密封臂143被推靠在辊141上,并沿辊的正方形外表面骑行。当辊的相应边缘144使得附接织物W’的相应部分与热密封臂143接合时,臂离开辊141,但保持与辊接触,以便加热织物材料,并连接在管101’部分处的两层交叠材料,以便形成横向密封件69。在一个实施例中,来自热密封臂143的热量能够激活先前施加的热激活胶水,和/或使得管101’的壁至少局部熔化或焊接在一起,以便形成横向密封件69。
在所示实施例中,布置在从辊141向下游运动的附接织物W上的各加强套筒5之间的顺序横向密封件69能够形成所述管101’中的管部分147。在一个实施例中,管部分147能够从一个横向密封件69延伸至另一个横向密封件,并能够大致对应于包装件1中的袋3。辊141的尺寸能够调节,以便改变在各个边缘之间的距离,从而根据所需要的袋尺寸来调整到袋3的底部密封件9的位置。如图15和16中所示,密封臂143为大致弓形,具有弯曲的内表面146,该内表面146接触材料织物101,并将材料织物压靠在相应边缘144上。在离开旋转袋密封器组件139之后,附接织物W’包括一系列形成的加强包装件(例如,包括附接在管部分147上的加强套筒5,该管部分147大致对应于在分开的包装件1中的袋3),该加强包装件通过管101’而连接在一起。旋转袋密封器组件139可以以其它方式成形、布置、设置和/或省略,而并不脱离本发明。例如,密封器组件139能够包括辊,该辊有大致柱形本体,该本体有一系列升高的加热元件,这些加热元件绕辊的周边布置在间隔开的位置,从而通过将附接织物W’的一部分压靠在升高的加热元件上而提供所述袋3的底部横向密封件69。
如图5和17中所示,系统100包括在旋转袋密封器组件139下游的切割组件151,该切割组件151有一个或多个切割结构部。在所示实施例中,切割组件是旋转切割组件151,该旋转切割组件151包括切割辊153和基部辊155,该切割辊153和基部辊155将附接织物W’切割成单独的加强包装件1。通过在与包装件1的顶边缘7相对应的位置和与包装件的底边缘9相对应的位置处(例如,邻近横向密封件69)切割织物材料110而将附接织物W’切割和分离成单独的包装件1。在一个实施例中,切割辊153能够具有刀刃157或其它切割结构部,该刀刃157或其它切割结构部设置成在管部分147的横向接缝69经过切割辊153之后切割所述管101’,以使得切割恰好在横向接缝69的上游进行。在切割之后,包装件1这时与附接织物W’的其余部分分离,且管部分147这时成为袋3。附接织物W’能够通过其它机构而被切割和形成包装件1,而并不脱离本发明。而且,在不脱离本发明的情况下,旋转切割组件151能够以其它方式成形、布置和/或设置。
如图17和18中所示,传送器组件161位于旋转袋密封器组件139和切割组件151的下游,以输送分开的包装件1,用于收集和进一步处理和/或包装,以便运送给顾客。在一个实施例中,例如,传送器组件161能够包括由辊驱动和引导的多个带,以使得包装件1离开切割组件151以及将包装件输出至例如堆垛或另一传送器上。在不脱离本发明的情况下,包装件1能够以其它方式离开切割组件151。

图20是第二实施例的系统200的示意图,该系统200与第一实施例的系统100类似。系统200用于以与系统100类似的方式形成加强包装件1,但是系统200包括不同的密封器机构203来用于形成袋3的底端9的横向密封件69。因此,相同或相似的参考标号用于表示两个实施例的相同或相似的特征。在图20的实施例中,旋转袋密封器组件139(图5和14-16)已经除去,并由密封机构203来代替,该密封机构203在附接织物W’已经在旋转切割组件115处分离之后热密封所述袋3的底端部分9。分离但未密封的包装件210(包括附接在相应管部分147上的加强套筒5)能够供给至密封机构203,且袋的底端部分9能够热密封,以便形成加强包装件1的横向密封件69(图3)。热密封机构203能够是用于热密封所述袋材料101的任意合适的热密封器,或者是用于形成袋3的横向密封件69的任意其它合适机构。
通过首先将织物101附接在坯件10上以便形成附接织物W’以及然后由该织物形成管101’(该管101’包括在管各侧的侧部角撑60),用于形成本发明的加强包装件1的系统100、200以高效率的方式形成包装件。然后,坯件10进行折叠,以便形成加强结构或套筒5。然后,包括管101’和套筒5的附接织物W被进一步处理,以便形成袋的底部横向密封件69,并将附接织物切割和分离成单独的加强包装件1。本发明的系统100、200与单独形成袋3和将所形成的袋附接至坯件上的其它系统相比更高效,至少是因为:一旦坯件10附接在织物101上以便产生本发明系统100、200的附接织物W时,坯件以对齐的方式与织物101一起运动,并且通过牢固附接在织物上而防止坯件在处理过程中扭转或转动。而且,因为由系统100、200形成的包装件1将由包括附接在织物101上的坯件10的附接织物W’来形成,因此不再需要使得分离的坯件10和所形成的袋3对齐。
通常,如本文中所述,袋能够由纸原材料形成,但是也能够使用各种塑料或其它袋材料,且能够衬有或涂覆合适材料。本文中所述的加强套筒能够由更刚性的材料来制造,例如粘土涂覆的天然牛皮纸(“CCNK”)。其它材料例如多种卡片纸、纸、塑料或其它合成或天然材料也能够用于形成本文中所述的包装件的部件。
通常,本发明的坯件可以由具有一定厚度的纸板来构成,这样,它比普通纸更重和更刚性。坯件还能够由其它材料构成,例如卡片纸板,或者具有适合使得纸板能够至少大致如上所述起作用的特性的任意其它材料。坯件能够涂覆有例如粘土涂层。然后,该粘土涂层能够打印有产品、广告和其它信息或图像。然后能够用清漆涂覆坯件,以便保护印在坯件上的信息。坯件还能够在坯件的一侧或两侧上涂覆有例如防潮层。坯件还能够在选定的面板或面板部分处层压或涂覆有一种或多种片状材料。
作为实例,撕开线能够包括:狭缝,该狭缝沿所希望的削弱线局部伸入材料中;和/或一系列间隔开的狭缝,这些狭缝沿所希望的削弱线局部伸入材料中和/或完全穿过材料延伸;或者这些特征的多种组合。作为更具体的实例,一种类型的撕开线呈一系列间隔开的狭缝的形式,该狭缝完全穿过材料延伸,且相邻的狭缝稍微间隔开,以便在相邻狭缝之间限定刻痕(例如,较小和稍微桥接的材料片),用于通常暂时横过撕开线而连接材料。在沿撕开线撕开的过程中刻痕断裂。刻痕通常是撕开线的相对较小的百分数,替代地,刻痕能够在撕开线中省略或撕开,这样,撕开线是连续的切割线。也就是,在本发明的范围内,各撕开线由连续的狭缝等来替换。例如,切割线能够是连续狭缝,或者能够比狭缝更宽,而并不脱离本发明。
根据示例实施例,折叠线能够是任意基本线性形式的削弱部分(但是并不必须为直线形),该削弱部分方便沿它折叠。更具体地说(但并不为了缩小本发明的范围),折叠线包括:刻划线,例如用钝的刻刀等形成的线,该刻刀沿所希望的削弱线在材料中产生破碎或凹入部分;切口,该切口沿所希望的削弱线局部伸入材料中;和/或一系列切口,这些切口沿所希望的削弱线局部伸入材料中和/或完全穿过材料延伸;以及这些特征的多种组合。在进行切割用于产生折叠线的情况下,通常切割不会过度延伸成可能使得合理的用户错误地将折叠线视为撕开线。
上述实施例可以介绍为有一个或多个面板,该面板在纸板实施例的竖立过程中通过胶水而粘接在一起。术语“胶水”将包括通常用于将纸板面板固定就位的所有粘接剂。

Claims (30)
1.一种形成加强包装件的方法,该方法包括:
通过将纸板坯件粘接在连续的材料织物的卷材上而形成连续的附接织物;
使所述附接织物沿下游方向运动通过至少管形成组件和纸板形成组件,所述纸板形成组件位于所述管形成组件的下游,使所述附接织物沿下游方向运动的步骤包括:使所述纸板坯件与所述材料织物一起运动;
当所述附接织物运动通过所述管形成组件时,通过折叠所述材料织物的至少一部分而至少局部形成管;
通过折叠所述纸板坯件的至少一部分而形成加强套筒,这样,当所述附接织物运动通过所述纸板形成组件时,所述加强套筒至少局部环绕所述管延伸,所述的形成加强套筒的步骤在所述的至少局部形成管的步骤之后,所述加强套筒包括所述纸板坯件;以及
通过下列方式形成包括所述加强套筒和管部分的加强包装件:使所述管部分与所述管的其余部分分离,所述加强套筒粘接在所述管部分上,所述的形成包括所述加强套筒和管部分的加强包装件的步骤在所述的形成加强套筒的步骤之后。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:通过在所述管部分中至少局部形成横向密封件而形成袋。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中:该方法包括:在使得所述管部分与管的其余部分分离之前,在所述管中形成所述横向密封件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中:形成所述横向密封件的步骤包括:使所述附接织物的所述管的至少一部分在热密封辊和热密封臂之间运动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中:所述热密封辊包括至少一个边缘,所述热密封臂包括布置在所述热密封辊近侧的弯曲表面,在所述管中形成所述横向密封件的步骤包括:使所述热密封辊相对于所述热密封臂旋转,且所述管的一部分沿该边缘延伸,当所述热密封辊旋转时,将所述弯曲表面的至少一部分压靠在所述边缘的至少一部分上,且管的所述部分布置在所述边缘和弯曲表面之间,以及通过加热所述热密封臂和热密封辊中的至少一个而向所述管的所述部分施加热量。
6.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中:所述方法包括:在使所述管部分与管的其余部分分离之后,在所述管中形成所述横向密封件。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:在形成所述附接织物之前,使所述纸板坯件放置在传送器上,该传送器包括多个凸耳,在使所述纸板坯件放置在所述传送器上之后,至少一个凸耳与所述纸板坯件接合,所述至少一个凸耳使得所述坯件沿下游方向运动。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中:所述传送器包括两个间隔开的凸耳带,各凸耳带包括所述多个凸耳中的凸耳。
9.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中:将纸板坯件粘接在材料织物上的步骤包括:使所述传送器上的纸板坯件运动至粘接剂施加器,通过操作所述粘接剂施加器而将粘接剂施加至所述纸板坯件的至少一部分上,以及使得所述传送器上的纸板坯件运动至附接组件。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中:将纸板坯件粘接在材料织物上的步骤还包括:使所述材料织物与纸板坯件接触,这样,施加在所述纸板坯件上的粘接剂将所述纸板坯件固定在所述材料织物上,以便形成所述附接织物。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,还包括:使所述附接织物在至少一个辊上面运动离开所述传送器而至所述管形成组件。
12.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中:至少局部形成管的步骤包括:折叠所述材料织物的第一边缘部分和所述材料织物的第二边缘部分,以便至少局部在所述材料织物的中心部分上延伸。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中:至少局部形成管的步骤还包括:通过至少局部交叠和粘接所述材料织物的第一边缘部分和第二边缘部分而形成纵向接缝。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中:所述管形成组件包括两个引导辊和一个内部形成板,所述内部形成板至少局部在所述材料织物的所述中心部分上面延伸,所述的至少局部交叠和粘接所述材料织物的第一边缘部分和第二边缘部分的步骤包括:使所述第一边缘部分和第二边缘部分在所述内部形成板和所述两个引导辊中的相应引导辊之间接合,这样,所述第一边缘部分和第二边缘部分从在所述两个引导辊上游的与所述中心部分大致成平面的状态运动成在所述两个引导辊下游的至少局部交叠和在所述中心部分上面延伸的状态。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中:所述的至少局部交叠和粘接所述材料织物的第一边缘部分和第二边缘部分的步骤包括:将接缝粘接剂施加至第一边缘部分和第二边缘部分中的至少一个上。
16.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中:所述内部形成板在所述管形成组件的上游端处与所述材料织物的中心部分间隔开,以使得所述管包括从所述中心部分延伸至各第一边缘部分和第二边缘部分的角撑部分,至少局部形成管的步骤包括:当所述管沿下游方向运动时使得第一边缘部分和第二边缘部分向下朝向所述中心部分运动,同时向内推动各角撑部分的至少一部分,以便在所述管的相应侧部上形成角撑。
17.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中:所述管形成组件还包括形成轮,所述形成轮布置在所述两个引导辊和所述内部形成板的上游,在折叠所述材料织物的第一边缘部分和第二边缘部分的至少一部分的过程中,所述形成轮至少局部与所述材料织物的中心部分接合。
18.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中:所述纸板坯件包括前部面板、第一后部面板和第二后部面板,形成加强套筒的步骤包括:相对于前部面板而折叠第一后部面板和第二后部面板,以便至少局部与所述管交叠。
19.根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中:形成加强套筒的步骤还包括:在折叠第一后部面板和第二后部面板之前通过操作纸板粘接剂施加器而将纸板粘接剂施加至第一后部面板和第二后部面板中的至少一个上,以使得第一后部面板和第二后部面板中的至少一个在折叠第一后部面板和第二后部面板之后粘接在所述管上。
20.根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中:折叠第一后部面板和第二后部面板的步骤包括:使所述第一后部面板和第二后部面板彼此至少局部交叠和粘接。
21.一种用于形成加强包装件的系统,该系统包括:
附接组件,所述附接组件接收连续的材料织物的卷材和纸板坯件,所述附接组件使得所述纸板坯件与所述材料织物接合,用于形成连续的附接织物;
管形成组件,所述管形成组件布置在所述附接组件的下游,所述管形成组件接收所述附接织物,并包括织物折叠结构部,用于折叠所述材料织物的至少一部分,以便至少局部形成管;
纸板形成组件,所述纸板形成组件布置在所述附接组件的下游,所述纸板形成组件接收所述附接织物,并包括纸板折叠结构部,用于将纸板坯件的至少一部分折叠在所述管上面,以便形成加强套筒,所述加强套筒包括所述纸板坯件;以及
切割组件,所述切割组件包括切割结构部,用于使管部分与所述材料织物分离,以便至少局部形成加强包装件,所述加强包装件包括附接在所述加强套筒上的所述管部分。
22.根据权利要求21所述的系统,还包括:密封器组件,用于在所述管中形成横向密封件,所述密封器组件包括热密封辊和热密封臂,所述热密封辊相对于热密封臂旋转。
23.根据权利要求22所述的系统,其中:所述热密封辊包括至少一个边缘,热密封臂包括布置在热密封辊近侧的弯曲表面,这样,当所述热密封辊旋转时,所述至少一个边缘沿着所述弯曲表面滑动,用于在所述至少一个边缘和所述弯曲表面之间按压所述管的一部分。
24.根据权利要求23所述的系统,其中:所述至少一个边缘包括多个边缘,且所述热密封辊包括多边形横截面。
25.根据权利要求21所述的系统,还包括:坯件传送器,用于使得所述纸板坯件运动至所述附接组件,所述坯件传送器包括至少一个凸耳带,所述凸耳带有至少一个凸耳,用于与所述纸板坯件接合和使得所述纸板坯件朝向所述附接组件运动。
26.根据权利要求25所述的系统,还包括:粘接剂施加器,其中,所述坯件传送器用于使得所述纸板坯件运动而至少局部通过粘接剂施加器和附接组件,且所述附接组件包括至少一个夹辊,所述粘接剂施加器用于将粘接剂施加至所述纸板坯件上,所述至少一个夹辊用于当所述坯件传送器使得所述纸板坯件运动通过所述粘接剂施加器和所述附接组件时将具有粘接剂的纸板坯件压靠在所述材料织物上。
27.根据权利要求21所述的系统,其中:所述管形成组件的织物折叠结构部包括两个引导辊和一个内部形成板,所述内部形成板至少局部在所述材料织物的中心部分上面延伸,这两个引导辊用于在所述内部形成板上面引导所述材料织物的相应的边缘部分,以使得所述边缘部分至少局部交叠,以便形成所述管。
28.根据权利要求27所述的系统,其中:所述管形成组件还包括形成轮,所述形成轮布置在所述两个引导辊和内部形成板的上游,所述形成轮用于在折叠所述材料织物的边缘部分的至少一部分的过程中与所述材料织物的中心部分至少局部接合。
29.根据权利要求21所述的系统,其中:所述纸板形成组件包括:粘接剂施加器,用于将纸板粘接剂施加至所述纸板坯件的两个后部面板上;以及折叠板,用于相对于所述纸板坯件的前部面板折叠这两个后部面板,并使得所述两个后部面板定位成对着所述管。
30.根据权利要求21所述的系统,其中:所述切割组件包括用于切割所述管的切割辊。
