本发明公开了一种毛毯印花工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)前处理;(2)预烘干;(3)梳毛;(4)印花;(5)蒸化固色;(6)清洗;(7)柔软;(8)烘干;(9)整理。本发明采用磁棒平网自动印花机对毛毯坯布进行印花,印花颜色重现性和鲜艳度良好,经高温固色后制备的毛毯色彩艳丽、层次感强烈,并且着色牢固,不容易褪色,同时提高了工作效率,增加效益,清洗后进行柔软处理,同时进行抗静电处理;经梳毛、起毛、抛光和剪毛等干态整理,制得毛毯成品,实践证明,该印花工艺毛毯印花合理可行,产品花纹轮廓清晰,鲜艳度好,手感柔软舒适。

本发明涉及毛毯生产领域,具体涉及一种毛毯印花工艺。
背景技术
毛毯(Blanket)是一种常用的床上用品,具有保暖功能,与被子相比较薄。其原料多采用动物纤维(如羊毛、马海毛、兔毛、羊绒、驼绒、牦牛绒)或腈纶、粘胶纤维等化学纤维,也有的为动物纤维与化纤混纺制成的。双面都有丰厚毛绒的毛织物,表面有丰厚的毛绒,具有保暖性能的床上用毛织物,也可用作床罩、壁毯等装饰品。分纯毛毯、混纺毛毯、化纤毛毯三类,按织造方法分有机织、簇绒、经编、针刺、缝编等。毯面花式有提花、印花、素色、鸳鸯色、道子、格子等。毯面风格有绒面型、立绒型、顺毛型、滚球型和水纹型等。弹性和保暖性强,质地厚实。主要用作床上盖被,兼作床罩或壁毯等装饰品。毛毯的外观形象多样,有丰满卷缩的绒面型,绒毛挺立又富有丝绒感的立绒型,绒毛顺而长的顺毛型,状似羔皮的滚球型,以及不规则波纹的水纹型等。毛毯图案配色繁多,有几何图案、花卉、风景、动物等。
目前,毛毯的印花工艺存在如下不足:1、对花不准,不同套色印制在织物上,颜色重叠或脱开,印制花型与原样不符;2、印制花型边缘渗化会导致轮廓不清,花型周边不规整,不光洁,色相之间相互渗溢,与原样不符;3、印花纹样中出现的无规律、较深的细小色点和小线条等。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种毛毯印花工艺。
为了达到以上目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种毛毯印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:用处理液对毛毯坯布进行染色前处理,处理液中含有碳酸钠2~3g/L、海藻酸钠3~6g/L和双氧水2~3g/L,浴比20:1;浸泡处理30min后用清水进行水洗;
(2)预烘干:对经过前处理的毛毯坯布进行烘干,烘干温度100℃~120℃,烘干时间10~15min。
(3)梳毛:将毛毯坯布送入梳毛机进行梳毛,梳毛车速3~5m/min,梳毛辊转速800~960转/min,
(4)印花:采用磁棒平网自动印花机对毛毯坯布进行印花,其中印花染料的配制按照以下配方以重量计进行配制:有机颜料10~20份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4~7份、速溶糊料5~8份、丙烯酸酯3~5份、酒石酸5~10份、分散剂2~4份、均染剂0.8~2份、水80~100份;
(5)蒸化固色:采用快速蒸化机,温度为115~125℃,蒸化固色时间为8~13min;
(6)清洗:用还原清洗剂清洗处理20min,以去除残留在毛毯上的糊料和未固着的染料等杂质,最后用0.5%的醋酸中和水洗出缸;
(7)柔软:采用柔软剂对毛毯进行柔软处理,使得毛毯获得光滑、柔软的手感;
(8)烘干:将柔软化的毛毯通过高温定型机进行拉幅烘干,拉幅烘干温度130~135℃,时间15min;
(9)整理:根据毛高调整梳毛机上的梳毛刷子,进行梳毛、起毛、抛光和剪毛四个工艺流程,得到毛毯成品。
作为优选,所述步骤(6)中的还原清洗剂包括以下质量百分的组分:氢氧化钠0.2~0.3%,80%保险粉0.2~0.4%,合成净洗剂0.3~0.5%,表面活性剂0.2~0.4%,余量为水。
作为优选,所述步骤(7)中的柔软剂柔软剂为织物重量百分比的4%~5%,连续追加,用计量泵控制追加量,回流使用,追加量达到浓度动态平衡。
本发明取得的有益效果为:
本发明采用磁棒平网自动印花机对毛毯坯布进行印花,印花颜色重现性和鲜艳度良好,经高温固色后制备的毛毯色彩艳丽、层次感强烈,并且着色牢固,不容易褪色,同时提高了工作效率,增加效益,清洗后进行柔软处理,同时进行抗静电处理;经梳毛、起毛、抛光和剪毛等干态整理,制得毛毯成品,实践证明,该印花工艺毛毯印花合理可行,产品花纹轮廓清晰,鲜艳度好,手感柔软舒适。

下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种毛毯印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:用处理液对毛毯坯布进行染色前处理,处理液中含有碳酸钠2.5g/L、海藻酸钠4.5g/L和双氧水2.5g/L,浴比20:1;浸泡处理30min后用清水进行水洗;
(2)预烘干:对经过前处理的毛毯坯布进行烘干,烘干温度100℃~120℃,烘干时间10~15min。
(3)梳毛:将毛毯坯布送入梳毛机进行梳毛,梳毛车速3m/min~5m/min,梳毛辊转速800转/min~960转/min,
(4)印花:采用磁棒平网自动印花机对毛毯坯布进行印花,其中印花染料的配制按照以下配方以重量计进行配制:有机颜料15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、速溶糊料7份、丙烯酸酯4份、酒石酸8份、分散剂3份、均染剂1.4份、水90份;
(5)蒸化固色:采用快速蒸化机,温度为115~125℃,蒸化固色时间为8~13min;
(6)清洗:用还原清洗剂清洗处理20min,以去除残留在毛毯上的糊料和未固着的染料等杂质,最后用0.5%的醋酸中和水洗出缸;其中,还原清洗剂包括以下质量百分的组分:氢氧化钠0.25%,80%保险粉0.3%,合成净洗剂0.4%,表面活性剂0.3%,余量为水;
(7)柔软:采用柔软剂对毛毯进行柔软处理,使得毛毯获得光滑、柔软的手感;柔软剂柔软剂为织物重量百分比的4%~5%,连续追加,用计量泵控制追加量,回流使用,追加量达到浓度动态平衡;
(8)烘干:将柔软化的毛毯通过高温定型机进行拉幅烘干,拉幅烘干温度130~135℃,时间15min;
(9)整理:根据毛高调整梳毛机上的梳毛刷子,进行梳毛、起毛、抛光和剪毛四个工艺流程,得到毛毯成品。
实施例2

步骤(4)中印花染料的配制按照以下配方以重量计进行配制:有机颜料10份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4份、速溶糊料8份、丙烯酸酯5份、酒石酸5份、分散剂2份、均染剂2份、水100份。
步骤(6)中还原清洗剂包括以下质量百分的组分:氢氧化钠0.3%,80%保险粉0.4%,合成净洗剂0.3%,表面活性剂0.2%,余量为水。
实施例3
方法与实施例1相同,不同之处在于步骤(1)中处理液中含有碳酸钠3g/L、海藻酸钠3g/L和双氧水3g/L。
步骤(4)中印花染料的配制按照以下配方以重量计进行配制:有机颜料20份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚7份、速溶糊料5份、丙烯酸酯3份、酒石酸10份、分散剂4份、均染剂0.8份、水80份。
步骤(6)中还原清洗剂包括以下质量百分的组分:氢氧化钠0.2%,80%保险粉0.2%,合成净洗剂0.5%,表面活性剂0.4%,余量为水。

(2)预烘干:对经过前处理的毛毯坯布进行烘干,烘干温度100℃~120℃,烘干时间10~15min;
(3)梳毛:将毛毯坯布送入梳毛机进行梳毛,梳毛车速3m/min~5m/min,梳毛辊转速800~960转/min,
(4)印花:采用磁棒平网自动印花机对毛毯坯布进行印花,其中印花染料的配制按照以下配方以重量计进行配制:有机颜料10~20份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4~7份、速溶糊料5~8份、丙烯酸酯3~5份、酒石酸5~10份、分散剂2~4份、均染剂0.8~2份、水80~100份;
(5)蒸化固色:采用快速蒸化机,温度为115~125℃,蒸化固色时间为8~13min;
(6)清洗:用还原清洗剂清洗处理20min,以去除残留在毛毯上的糊料和未固着的染料等杂质,最后用0.5%的醋酸中和水洗出缸;
(7)柔软:采用柔软剂对毛毯进行柔软处理,使得毛毯获得光滑、柔软的手感;
(8)烘干:将柔软化的毛毯通过高温定型机进行拉幅烘干,拉幅烘干温度130~135℃,时间15min;
(9)整理:根据毛高调整梳毛机上的梳毛刷子,进行梳毛、起毛、抛光和剪毛四个工艺流程,得到毛毯成品。

3.如权利要求1所述的毛毯印花工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(7)中的柔软剂柔软剂为织物重量百分比的4%~5%,连续追加,用计量泵控制追加量,回流使用,追加量达到浓度动态平衡。
