本发明公开了一种食品包装线的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:将棉纱精梳后,置于处理液浸泡,然后取出清洗得处理棉纱;将处理棉纱分成A、B两份,并将B份棉纱完全浸入装有染料的染缸内,升温后保温染色,得染色棉纱;将染色棉纱用温水清洗后,置于皂洗液中沸煮,然后用冷水清洗;将清洗后的染色棉纱与A份棉纱进行合股,得棉线;将棉线浸入抗菌液后,取出干燥,即得所需食品包装线。本发明提出的一种食品包装线的制备工艺,操作简单,设备投资小,制备成本低,所得食品包装线安全性能高,强度高,耐高温和抗菌性能好,可广泛应用于食品包装和加工领域,值得推广。

本发明涉及食品安全技术领域,尤其涉及一种食品包装线的制备工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,各式各样的美食被端上了餐桌。而像大闸蟹、粽子和糯米鸡等美食在加工时需要用到线类辅助工具。现实生活中,人们在加工此类美食对加工辅助用线没有讲究,忽略了选用的线在加工过程中对美食本身造成的影响。而随着人们自我保与安全意识的不断增强,食品包装用线的美观、安全性能得到了关注,生产食品加工专用线成为了必要。基于上述陈述,本发明提出了一种食品包装线的制备工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种食品包装线的制备工艺。
一种食品包装线的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、精选优质棉纱,将棉纱精梳后,置于58~75℃的处理液浸泡25~40min,然后取出用40~60℃的温水清洗1~2次,得处理棉纱;
S2、将步骤S1中所得的处理棉纱按1∶1~2的比例,分成A、B两份,并将B份棉纱完全浸入装有染料的染缸内,以2~5℃/min的升温速率,加热至58~70℃后保温,加入染料量2.8~4.5%的氯化钠,保温染色1~2h,得染色棉纱;
S3、将步骤S2中所得的染色棉纱用25~58℃的温水清洗10~18min后,置于浓度为0.1~0.22%的皂洗液中沸煮8~12min,然后用冷水清洗10~18min;
S4、将步骤S3中清洗后的染色棉纱8~10根与步骤S2中的A份棉纱5~7根,以捻度为300~500,捻向为Z的捻合方式进行合股,得棉线;
S5、将步骤S4中所得的棉线浸入抗菌液中10~20min,然后取出压去余液,置于78~95℃的温度下,干燥30~50min,即得所需食品包装线。
优选的,所述步骤S1中的棉纱为100%纯棉。
优选的,所述步骤S1中的处理液为质量比为1.4~1.8∶1.5~2.2∶1~1.8∶5~6.5的75%过氧化氢、碳酸钠、海藻酸钠和去离子水的混合液。
优选的,所述步骤S2中的染料为质量比为3.2~5.8∶0.3~0.5∶0.3~0.5∶55~80的植物染料、环保固色剂、环保匀染剂和去离子水的混合液。
优选的,所述步骤S4中的捻合方式为捻度为350~450,捻向为Z。
优选的,所述步骤S5中的抗菌液为浓度为5.8~7.5%的纳米银系纺织抗菌剂水溶液。
本发明提出的一种食品包装线的制备工艺,采用100%纯棉的棉纱为生产原料,并采用安全无毒的植物染料对其进行染色,通过对棉纱染色前后的处理,和染色过程中环保固色剂和环保匀染剂的使用,有效的提高了染色和固色效果,以合理的捻度和捻向对棉纱进行合股,保证了制得棉线的强度,最后通过抗菌液浸渍,提高所得食品包装线的抗菌性能,本发明提出的制备工艺,操作简单,设备投资小,制备成本低,所得食品包装线安全性能高,强度高,耐高温和抗菌性能好,可广泛应用于食品包装和加工领域,值得推广。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例一
本发明提出的一种食品包装线的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、精选100%纯棉棉纱,将棉纱精梳后,置于75℃的质量比为1.8∶2.2∶1.8∶6.5的75%过氧化氢、碳酸钠、海藻酸钠和去离子水的混合液浸泡40min,然后取出用60℃的温水清洗1次,得处理棉纱;
S2、将步骤S1中所得的处理棉纱按1∶2的比例,分成A、B两份,并将B份棉纱完全浸入装有质量比为5.8∶0.5∶0.5∶80的植物染料、环保固色剂、环保匀染剂和去离子水的混合液的染缸内,以5℃/min的升温速率,加热至70℃后保温,加入染料量4.5%的氯化钠,保温染色1h,得染色棉纱;
S3、将步骤S2中所得的染色棉纱用58℃的温水清洗10min后,置于浓度为0.22%的皂洗液中沸煮8min,然后用冷水清洗18min;
S4、将步骤S3中清洗后的染色棉纱10根与步骤S2中的A份棉纱5根,以捻度为500,捻向为Z的捻合方式进行合股,得棉线;
S5、将步骤S4中所得的棉线浸入浓度为7.5%的纳米银系纺织抗菌剂水溶液中20min,然后取出压去余液,置于95℃的温度下,干燥30min,即得所需食品包装线。
实施例二
本发明提出的一种食品包装线的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、精选100%纯棉棉纱,将棉纱精梳后,置于58℃的质量比为1.4∶1.5∶1∶5的75%过氧化氢、碳酸钠、海藻酸钠和去离子水的混合液浸泡25min,然后取出用40℃的温水清洗2次,得处理棉纱;
S2、将步骤S1中所得的处理棉纱按1∶1的比例,分成A、B两份,并将B份棉纱完全浸入装有质量比为3.2∶0.3∶0.3∶55的植物染料、环保固色剂、环保匀染剂和去离子水的混合液的染缸内,以2℃/min的升温速率,加热至58℃后保温,加入染料量2.8%的氯化钠,保温染色2h,得染色棉纱;
S3、将步骤S2中所得的染色棉纱用25℃的温水清洗18min后,置于浓度为0.1%的皂洗液中沸煮12min,然后用冷水清洗10min;
S4、将步骤S3中清洗后的染色棉纱8根与步骤S2中的A份棉纱7根,以捻度为300,捻向为Z的捻合方式进行合股,得棉线;
S5、将步骤S4中所得的棉线浸入浓度为5.8%的纳米银系纺织抗菌剂水溶液中20min,然后取出压去余液,置于78℃的温度下,干燥50min,即得所需食品包装线。
实施例三
本发明提出的一种食品包装线的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、精选100%纯棉棉纱,将棉纱精梳后,置于65℃的质量比为1.6∶1.8∶1.5∶5.8的75%过氧化氢、碳酸钠、海藻酸钠和去离子水的混合液浸泡32min,然后取出用50℃的温水清洗2次,得处理棉纱;
S2、将步骤S1中所得的处理棉纱按1∶1.5的比例,分成A、B两份,并将B份棉纱完全浸入装有质量比为4.5∶0.4∶0.4∶68的植物染料、环保固色剂、环保匀染剂和去离子水的混合液的染缸内,以4℃/min的升温速率,加热至65℃后保温,加入染料量3.5%的氯化钠,保温染色1.5h,得染色棉纱;
S3、将步骤S2中所得的染色棉纱用42℃的温水清洗15min后,置于浓度为0.16%的皂洗液中沸煮10min,然后用冷水清洗15min;
S4、将步骤S3中清洗后的染色棉纱9根与步骤S2中的A份棉纱6根,以捻度为400,捻向为Z的捻合方式进行合股,得棉线;
S5、将步骤S4中所得的棉线浸入浓度为6.8%的纳米银系纺织抗菌剂水溶液中15min,然后取出压去余液,置于85℃的温度下,干燥40min,即得所需食品包装线。
分别测试本发明实施例一~三中制备的食品包装线的性能,得出如下参数:

S2、将步骤S1中所得的处理棉纱按1:1~2的比例,分成A、B两份,并将B份棉纱完全浸入装有染料的染缸内,以2~5℃/min的升温速率,加热至58~70℃后保温,加入染料量2.8~4.5%的氯化钠,保温染色1~2h,得染色棉纱;
S3、将步骤S2中所得的染色棉纱用25~58℃的温水清洗10~18min后,置于浓度为0.1~0.22%的皂洗液中沸煮8~12min,然后用冷水清洗10~18min;
S4、将步骤S3中清洗后的染色棉纱8~10根与步骤S2中的A份棉纱5~7根,以捻度为300~500,捻向为Z的捻合方式进行合股,得棉线;
S5、将步骤S4中所得的棉线浸入抗菌液中10~20min,然后取出压去余液,置于78~95℃的温度下,干燥30~50min,即得所需食品包装线。
