Abstract

本发明公开了一种柳条微波浸渍染色的方法,其先对柳条进行蒸煮、碱氧浴、壳聚糖酸溶液预处理,对其中的木质素等成分进行一定的降解,从而降低柳条组织的刚性,防止在机械力和热力作用下开裂,而壳聚糖的引入对柳条纤维有一定的改性作用,对染料的固着性更高,此外在染料中加入了防裂助染剂,进一步提高了染料在柳条表面的上染力,可在柳条表面形成保护膜,最终形成连续、平整、光滑的色膜,而微波处理则帮助染料快速的浸入柳条纤维内部,从而获得持久稳定的染色效果。

背景技术
[0002]柳条作为绿色材料的一种,具有自然、环保的特点,常将其用来制备各种生活用 具、工艺品,在我国具有悠久的历史,艺人辈出,世代相传,其编制技艺高超,艺术品质独特, 具f浓郁的民间文化气息。随着社会经济的发展,消费者对这类充满天然气息的产品兴趣 日M浓厚,编织工业品也成了很多传统小镇出口创汇、带动经济发展的重要产品,而传统的 柳编生产模式逐P发展为现代柳编产业,在保持传统编织工艺精华的基础上实现产业的良 性循环发展,提高资源的利用率、形成一套多产业链的发展模式是柳编技术全球化和市场 化的先决条件。
[0003]由于柳条本身的色彩较为单一,不能满足市场多样性的需求,且柳条纤维本身在 使用过程中也容易发生氧化变色的现象,从而影响产品的外观美感,因此对编织品或者编 织材料进行有效的染色处理是提高产品经济价值和保护产品性能的必要手段。目前有关植 物纤维染色处理的方法多为传统的加热方式,不仅处理时间长,且染色效果较差。文献《微 波辅助染色对竹片染色效果的影响》用250W微波对竹片在pH值为5 • 5的染液中处理9min后 达到了71.12%的色差值,可见微波对提高生物质组织的上染率有一定的促进作用,但是柳 条纤维组织不同于竹片,柳条纤维结构疏松,容易开裂,需要制定相应的工艺步骤才能达到 良好的染色效果和表面性能。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种柳条微波浸渍染色的方法。
[0005] 本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
[0006] 一种柳条微波浸渍染色的方法,包括以下步骤:
[0007] (1)将柳条捆扎后投入蒸锅中,加水满浸后蒸煮l_2h,随后捞出沥水;
[0008] (2)将步骤⑴所得柳条投入碱氧-浴中,按照1:10-15的浴比蒸煮50-80min后取出 水洗至中性;
[0009] (3)将步骤(2)所得物料投入壳聚糖酸溶液中,按照1:10的浴比浸泡处理i-2h后取 出,干燥至含水率为30-35%;
[0010] (4)按照着色需求配制好液体染料;
[0011] (5)配制防裂助染剂;
[0012] (6)将液体染料与防裂助染剂混合,加热至6〇-65°C,搅拌均匀后浸入步骤(3)得到 的柳条,开启微波发生器装置,微波浸渍处理20—3〇min后出料,送入干燥室热风干燥,即完 成柳条染色。

具体实施方式

Claims (1)

1. 一种柳条微波浸渍染色的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: (1) 将柳条捆扎后投入蒸锅中,加水满浸后蒸煮l-2h,随后捞出沥水; (2) 将步骤(1)所得柳条投入碱氧-浴中,按照1:10-15的浴比蒸煮50-80min后取出水洗 至中性; (3) 将步骤(2)所得物料投入壳聚糖酸溶液中,按照1:10的浴比浸泡处理l-2h后取出, 干燥至含水率为30-35%; (4) 按照着色需求配制好液体染料; (5) 配制防裂助染剂; (6) 将液体染料与防裂助染剂混合,加热至60-65°C,搅拌均匀后浸入步骤(3)得到的柳 条,开启微波发生器装置,微波浸渍处理20-30min后出料,送入干燥室热风干燥,即完成柳 条染色; 所述的步骤(2)中碱氧_浴中含4-5g/L氢氧化钠、2-5g/L双氧水、l_1.5g/L的氧漂稳定 剂; 所述的步骤(3)中的壳聚糖酸溶液是由0.1-5%的壳聚糖和余量的浓度为0.1-1%的乙 酸或柠檬酸配制而成; 所述的步骤(5)中的防裂助染剂由聚乙烯醇、烷基糖苷、水按照10-15g: l-2g: 1L的配 比配制而成; 所述的步骤(6)中的微波发生器功率为500-800W; 所述的步骤(6)中的热风干燥温度为100-120°C。
