本发明的目的就在于为了解决传统的簇绒地毯容易滋生细菌,而且容易磨损降低地毯使用寿命等问题而提供一种耐磨抗菌的簇绒地毯制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:本发明提供的一种耐磨抗菌的簇绒地毯制备方法,该工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:原料选择:
底布采用棉麻混合纤维,以重量计份为,棉丝3-6份,麻丝4-7份,面料采用丙纶与羊毛混合纤维,以重量计份为,丙纶2-3份,羊毛7-8份;
S2:和毛:
对S1步骤中的纤维使用和毛机进行开松、除杂和混合,加入和毛油,形成混料,和毛油重量比为0.8-1.5%(owf);
S3:梳毛:
对混料使用梳毛机进行彻底的疏松,去除死毛和粗硬纤维,使纤维伸直平行并具有方向性,制成粗纱;

S9:初次水洗:
将蒸化后的印花坯毯放入水洗机内进行初次水洗,水洗温度为30-50℃;
S10:抗菌浸泡:
将经过水洗后的印花坯毯放入浸泡池浸泡,浸泡时间为16-20min,浸泡温度为40-60℃,浸泡池内添加有抗菌剂;
S11:二次水洗:
将抗菌浸泡后的印花坯毯放入水洗机内进行二次水洗,水洗温度为25-40 ℃;
S12:热定型:
将二次水洗后的印花坯毯通过高温定型机进行烘干拉幅,烘干温度为 150-160℃,拉幅张力为3-3.5MPa,烘干时间为60-80秒,进步速度为 20-23m/min;
S13:簇绒:
对热定型后的印花坯毯使用簇绒机进行簇绒,制成簇绒坯毯;
S14:背胶:
将簇绒坯毯使用背胶机进行喷胶,背胶厚度为10-20mm;

其中,S4步骤中,将棉麻混合纤维和丙纶羊毛混合纤维均按照经向间距 5-8mm,纬向间距8-10mm,制得经纱密度8-9.5根/mm,纬纱密度10-12根/mm 的耐磨材料,可以提高编织密度,提高耐磨性能,S7步骤中,色浆包含分散红3-6g/L,分散黄2-4g/L,分散蓝0.7-1.4g/L,酒石酸5-10g/L,醋酸5-10g/L,尿素45-50g/L,可以使染色印花更明亮,提高染色效果,S10步骤中,抗菌剂为三嗪基季铵化N-卤胺溶液,可以起到抑制细菌滋生的效果,S13步骤中,簇绒方式为圈绒,可以提高使用舒适度和美观,S14步骤中,背胶使用聚酯类胶粘剂,可以提高地毯的环保性。
实施例2:
S1:原料选择:
底布采用棉麻混合纤维,以重量计份为,棉丝5份,麻丝6份,面料采用丙纶与羊毛混合纤维,以重量计份为,丙纶2.5份,羊毛7.5份;
S2:和毛:
对S1步骤中的纤维使用和毛机进行开松、除杂和混合,加入和毛油,形成混料,和毛油重量比为1%(owf);
S3:梳毛:
对混料使用梳毛机进行彻底的疏松,去除死毛和粗硬纤维,使纤维伸直平行并具有方向性,制成粗纱;
S4:制备坯毯:
将制成的粗纱经过纱架、铝管及导纱板进行导纱,使用威尔顿机织法制成两块坯毯;
S5:固纱:
对坯毯使用涂胶机进行涂胶,并使用烘干箱进行烘干,烘干温度为110 ℃,时间为65s;
S6:复合:
将两块固纱处理后的坯毯两面相对,涂上环保胶复合,制成复合坯毯,胶水含量为2.25%(owf),温度为190℃,时间为30s;
S7:印花:
将复合坯毯绒毛向上平铺在平网印花机布带上,采用逆毛进布的方式将印花网板压在坯毯绒毛上刮印色浆,制成印花坯毯,其中:色浆浓度为4%,柔软增稠剂为0.8%(owf),色浆刮印量为110%;
S8:蒸化上染:
将印花坯毯放入高压高温蒸化机内进行蒸化,蒸化温度为140℃,蒸化压强为2.5MPa,浅色染料蒸化时间为11min,中色染料蒸化时间为15min,深色染料蒸化时间为22min;
S9:初次水洗:
将蒸化后的印花坯毯放入水洗机内进行初次水洗,水洗温度为40℃;
S10:抗菌浸泡:
将经过水洗后的印花坯毯放入浸泡池浸泡,浸泡时间为18min,浸泡温度为50℃,浸泡池内添加有抗菌剂;
S11:二次水洗:
将抗菌浸泡后的印花坯毯放入水洗机内进行二次水洗,水洗温度为30℃;
S12:热定型:
将二次水洗后的印花坯毯通过高温定型机进行烘干拉幅,烘干温度为155 ℃,拉幅张力为3.2MPa,烘干时间为70秒,进步速度为22m/min;
S13:簇绒:
对热定型后的印花坯毯使用簇绒机进行簇绒,制成簇绒坯毯;
S14:背胶:
将簇绒坯毯使用背胶机进行喷胶,背胶厚度为15mm;
S15:后整理:
使用切割机对背胶完的簇绒坯毯进行切割,制成成品。
实施例3:
S1:原料选择:
底布采用棉麻混合纤维,以重量计份为,棉丝6份,麻丝7份,面料采用丙纶与羊毛混合纤维,以重量计份为,丙纶3份,羊毛8份;
S2:和毛:

对混料使用梳毛机进行彻底的疏松,去除死毛和粗硬纤维,使纤维伸直平行并具有方向性,制成粗纱;

将制成的粗纱经过纱架、铝管及导纱板进行导纱,使用威尔顿机织法制成两块坯毯;
S5:固纱:
对坯毯使用涂胶机进行涂胶,并使用烘干箱进行烘干,烘干温度为120 ℃,时间为70s;
S6:复合:
将两块固纱处理后的坯毯两面相对,涂上环保胶复合,制成复合坯毯,胶水含量为2.5%(owf),温度为200℃,时间为40s;
S7:印花:
将复合坯毯绒毛向上平铺在平网印花机布带上,采用逆毛进布的方式将印花网板压在坯毯绒毛上刮印色浆,制成印花坯毯,其中:色浆浓度为4.3%,柔软增稠剂为1.0%(owf),色浆刮印量为130%;
S8:蒸化上染:
将印花坯毯放入高压高温蒸化机内进行蒸化,蒸化温度为150℃,蒸化压强为3MPa,浅色染料蒸化时间为12min,中色染料蒸化时间为18min,深色染料蒸化时间为25min;
S9:初次水洗:
将蒸化后的印花坯毯放入水洗机内进行初次水洗,水洗温度为50℃;
S10:抗菌浸泡:
将经过水洗后的印花坯毯放入浸泡池浸泡,浸泡时间为20min,浸泡温度为60℃,浸泡池内添加有抗菌剂;
S11:二次水洗:
将抗菌浸泡后的印花坯毯放入水洗机内进行二次水洗,水洗温度为40℃;
S12:热定型:
将二次水洗后的印花坯毯通过高温定型机进行烘干拉幅,烘干温度为160 ℃,拉幅张力为3.5MPa,烘干时间为80秒,进步速度为23m/min;
S13:簇绒:
对热定型后的印花坯毯使用簇绒机进行簇绒,制成簇绒坯毯;
S14:背胶:
将簇绒坯毯使用背胶机进行喷胶,背胶厚度为20mm;
S15:后整理:
使用切割机对背胶完的簇绒坯毯进行切割,制成成品。
对比实施例一、实施例二和实施例三中的步骤S10,得表如下:

Claims (6)

1.一种耐磨抗菌的簇绒地毯制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:原料选择:
底布采用棉麻混合纤维,以重量计份为,棉丝3-6份,麻丝4-7份,面料采用丙纶与羊毛混合纤维,以重量计份为,丙纶2-3份,羊毛7-8份;
S2:和毛:
对S1步骤中的纤维使用和毛机进行开松、除杂和混合,加入和毛油,形成混料,和毛油重量比为0.8-1.5%(owf);
S3:梳毛:
对混料使用梳毛机进行彻底的疏松,去除死毛和粗硬纤维,使纤维伸直平行并具有方向性,制成粗纱;
S4:制备坯毯:
将制成的粗纱经过纱架、铝管及导纱板进行导纱,使用威尔顿机织法制成两块坯毯;
S5:固纱:
对坯毯使用涂胶机进行涂胶,并使用烘干箱进行烘干,烘干温度为90-120℃,时间为55-70s;
S6:复合:
将两块固纱处理后的坯毯两面相对,涂上环保胶复合,制成复合坯毯,胶水含量为2-2.5%(owf),温度为180-200℃,时间为20-40s;
S7:印花:
将复合坯毯绒毛向上平铺在平网印花机布带上,采用逆毛进布的方式将印花网板压在坯毯绒毛上刮印色浆,制成印花坯毯,其中:色浆浓度为3.8-4.3%,柔软增稠剂为0.5-1.0%(owf),色浆刮印量为90-130%;
S8:蒸化上染:
将印花坯毯放入高压高温蒸化机内进行蒸化,蒸化温度为130-150℃,蒸化压强为2-3MPa,浅色染料蒸化时间为10-12min,中色染料蒸化时间为13-18min,深色染料蒸化时间为19-25min;
S9:初次水洗:
将蒸化后的印花坯毯放入水洗机内进行初次水洗,水洗温度为30-50℃;
S10:抗菌浸泡:
将经过水洗后的印花坯毯放入浸泡池浸泡,浸泡时间为16-20min,浸泡温度为40-60℃,浸泡池内添加有抗菌剂;
S11:二次水洗:
将抗菌浸泡后的印花坯毯放入水洗机内进行二次水洗,水洗温度为25-40℃;
S12:热定型:
将二次水洗后的印花坯毯通过高温定型机进行烘干拉幅,烘干温度为150-160℃,拉幅张力为3-3.5MPa,烘干时间为60-80秒,进步速度为20-23m/min;
S13:簇绒:
对热定型后的印花坯毯使用簇绒机进行簇绒,制成簇绒坯毯;
S14:背胶:
将簇绒坯毯使用背胶机进行喷胶,背胶厚度为10-20mm;
S15:后整理:
使用切割机对背胶完的簇绒坯毯进行切割,制成成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨抗菌的簇绒地毯制备方法,其特征在于:所述S4步骤中,将棉麻混合纤维和丙纶羊毛混合纤维均按照经向间距5-8mm,纬向间距8-10mm,制得经纱密度8-9.5根/mm,纬纱密度10-12根/mm的耐磨材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨抗菌的簇绒地毯制备方法,其特征在于:所述S7步骤中,所述色浆包含分散红3-6g/L,分散黄2-4g/L,分散蓝0.7-1.4g/L,酒石酸5-10g/L,醋酸5-10g/L,尿素45-50g/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨抗菌的簇绒地毯制备方法,其特征在于:所述S10步骤中,抗菌剂为三嗪基季铵化N-卤胺溶液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨抗菌的簇绒地毯制备方法,其特征在于:所述S13步骤中,簇绒方式为圈绒。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨抗菌的簇绒地毯制备方法,其特征在于:所述S14步骤中,背胶使用聚酯类胶粘剂。
