本发明涉及一种营养沙虫粉及其制备方法,属于保健食品技术领域。
背景技术
沙虫俗称方格星虫。它的形状很像一根肠子,呈长筒形,体长约两分米,且浑身光裸无毛,体壁纵肌成束,每环肌交错排列,形成方块格子状花纹,沙虫虽然没有海参、鱼翅、鲍鱼的名贵,但味道鲜美脆嫩,为海参、鱼翅所不及。生长在沿海滩涂,因为对生长环境的质量十分敏感,一旦污染则不能成活,因而有“环境标志生物”之称。沙虫肉质脆嫩,味道鲜美,营养丰富,富含蛋白质、脂肪和钙、磷、铁等多种营养成分,特别是味道,还胜过海参、鱼翅。沙虫还有较高药用功效和食疗价值。它性寒,味甘、咸,有滋阴降火、清肺补虚之功效。据药书记载,凡有骨蒸潮热、阴虚盗汗、肺虚咳喘、胸闷痰多以及妇女产后乳汁稀少等症状,是老少皆宜的营养滋补及食疗佳品。目前食用沙虫的主要方法是新鲜的煮粥或煮汤,或是晒成虫干,方便储藏和运输,但由于沙虫对于生存环境的要求颇高,导致产量减少,因此对于沙虫的食用要有更多的方式和方法,但目前以沙虫为主料的保健品是基本没有的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述已有技术存在的不足之处,提供一种富含蛋白质、脂肪和钙、磷、铁等多种营养成分,味道鲜美的营养沙虫粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种营养沙虫粉,其特殊之处在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:沙虫干50-80份、干羊肚菌8-20份、干松乳菇8-20份、干竹荪5-10份、白松露2-6份、藜麦粉20-40份、葛粉10-18份、黄芪粉5-9份、天麻粉3-8份、茯苓粉5-8份、三七粉3-8份、冬虫夏草粉2-5份、牛油果5-18份、人参果5-18份、沙棘3-10份、圣女果5-10份、枸杞3-8份、沙茶粉4-9份、精盐12-20份、罗勒粉8-15份、牡蛎精粉8-15份;

一种营养沙虫粉的制备方法,其特殊之处在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将沙虫干、干羊肚菌、干松乳菇、干竹荪、白松露混合,放入研磨机冲,研磨成100-120目粉末;
(2)将步骤(1)的粉末加入藜麦粉、葛粉、黄芪粉、天麻粉、茯苓粉、三七粉、冬虫夏草粉,混合搅拌均匀,过100目筛,放置在远红外炉中,在150-180℃下,烘培30-40分钟,使其熟化,得到熟化粉;
(3)将牛油果、人参果去核切片,圣女果切片,加入沙棘、枸杞,放入烤盘中,在150-180℃下,烘烤至无水分、无焦糊即可,出去放入研磨机中,研磨成100-120目粉末,得到水果粉;
(4)将步骤(2)的熟化粉和步骤(3)的水果粉放入调配缸中,搅拌均匀,拌入沙茶粉、精盐、罗勒粉、牡蛎精粉,搅拌均匀,再放入远红外炉中,在100-120℃下,烘培15-20分钟,取出冷却至室温,包装即可。

本实施例的一种营养沙虫粉,由以下按重量份最优配比的原料制成:沙虫干65份、干羊肚菌10份、干松乳菇12份、干竹荪8份、白松露4份、藜麦粉30份、葛粉15份、黄芪粉7份、天麻粉5份、茯苓粉6份、三七粉7份、冬虫夏草粉3份、牛油果10份、人参果10份、沙棘8份、圣女果8份、枸杞5份、沙茶粉6份、精盐15份、罗勒粉12份、牡蛎精粉12份。
以上实施例的一种营养沙虫粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将沙虫干、干羊肚菌、干松乳菇、干竹荪、白松露混合,放入研磨机冲,研磨成120目粉末;
(2)将步骤(1)的粉末加入藜麦粉、葛粉、黄芪粉、天麻粉、茯苓粉、三七粉、冬虫夏草粉,混合搅拌均匀,过100目筛,放置在远红外炉中,在180℃下,烘培35分钟,使其熟化,得到熟化粉;
(3)将牛油果、人参果去核切片,圣女果切片,加入沙棘、枸杞,放入烤盘中,在180℃下,烘烤至无水分、无焦糊即可,出去放入研磨机中,研磨成120目粉末,得到水果粉;
(4)将步骤(2)的熟化粉和步骤(3)的水果粉放入调配缸中,搅拌均匀,拌入沙茶粉、精盐、罗勒粉、牡蛎精粉,搅拌均匀,再放入远红外炉中,在120℃下,烘培15分钟,取出冷却至室温,包装即可。

1.一种营养沙虫粉,其特征在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:沙虫干50-80份、干羊肚菌8-20份、干松乳菇8-20份、干竹荪5-10份、白松露2-6份、藜麦粉20-40份、葛粉10-18份、黄芪粉5-9份、天麻粉3-8份、茯苓粉5-8份、三七粉3-8份、冬虫夏草粉2-5份、牛油果5-18份、人参果5-18份、沙棘3-10份、圣女果5-10份、枸杞3-8份、沙茶粉4-9份、精盐12-20份、罗勒粉8-15份、牡蛎精粉8-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种营养沙虫粉,其特征在于由以下按重量份最优配比的原料制成:沙虫干65份、干羊肚菌10份、干松乳菇12份、干竹荪8份、白松露4份、藜麦粉30份、葛粉15份、黄芪粉7份、天麻粉5份、茯苓粉6份、三七粉7份、冬虫夏草粉3份、牛油果10份、人参果10份、沙棘8份、圣女果8份、枸杞5份、沙茶粉6份、精盐15份、罗勒粉12份、牡蛎精粉12份。
3.权利要求1或2所述一种营养沙虫粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将沙虫干、干羊肚菌、干松乳菇、干竹荪、白松露混合,放入研磨机冲,研磨成100-120目粉末;
(2)将步骤(1)的粉末加入藜麦粉、葛粉、黄芪粉、天麻粉、茯苓粉、三七粉、冬虫夏草粉,混合搅拌均匀,过100目筛,放置在远红外炉中,在150-180℃下,烘培30-40分钟,使其熟化,得到熟化粉;
(3)将牛油果、人参果去核切片,圣女果切片,加入沙棘、枸杞,放入烤盘中,在150-180℃下,烘烤至无水分、无焦糊即可,出去放入研磨机中,研磨成100-120目粉末,得到水果粉;
(4)将步骤(2)的熟化粉和步骤(3)的水果粉放入调配缸中,搅拌均匀,拌入沙茶粉、精盐、罗勒粉、牡蛎精粉,搅拌均匀,再放入远红外炉中,在100-120℃下,烘培15-20分钟,取出冷却至室温,包装即可。
