Claims (3)
- 흑색 코니쉬(Black Cornish) 수컷과, 갈색 재래닭(Brown Korean native chicken) 또는 흑색 재래닭(Black Korean native chicken) 수컷에 로드아일랜드레드(Rhode Island Red) 암컷을 교배하여 생산된 우리맛닭 종계 1호 암컷(F1)을 교배하여 생산된 신품종 우리맛닭 1호를 재료로 이용하여 제조된 조리식품.
- 흑색 코니쉬(Black Cornish) 수컷과, 갈색 코니쉬(Brown Cornish) 수컷에 갈색 재래닭(Brown Korean native chicken) 또는 로드아일랜드레드(Rhode Island Red) 암컷을 교배하여 생산된 우리맛닭 종계 2호 암컷(F1)을 교배하여 생산하거나,
갈색 코니쉬(Brown Cornish) 수컷과, 흑색 코니쉬(Black Cornish) 수컷에 갈색 재래닭(Brown Korean native chicken) 암컷을 교배하여 생산된 우리맛닭 종계 2호 암컷(F1)을 교배하여 생산된 신품종 우리맛닭 2호를 재료로 이용하여 제조된 조리식품. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조리식품은 삼계탕, 백숙, 닭볶음탕, 훈제, 죽, 육수 또는 소스인 것을 특징으로 하는 조리식품.
