休闲食品的食用,除供应必需的营养物质外,还会因食物的性能作用或多或少的对身体平衡和生理功能产生有利或不利的影响,日积月累,从量变到质变,这种影响作用就变得非常明显。从这个意义上讲,正确合理地调配食用休闲小食品对健康很有必要,坚持长期食用,会起到药物所不能达到的效果,对糖尿病人来说更有必要。
糖尿病是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,其发病率增加与人口老龄化、肥胖、体力活动明显减少和遗传易感性有关。糖尿病已成为发展中国家继心血管病和肿瘤之后的第三大非传染病,并发症成为第五位死因,是严重威胁人类健康的世界性公共卫生问题。因此,研制一种体积小、食用方便、无化学添加剂且具有辅助降血糖功能的食品显得尤为重要,目前尚未见有具有辅助降血糖的脆片食品面市,利用具有辅助降血糖功能的药食原料生产纯天然的食品,一定会受到人们喜爱。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种辅助降血糖的桑叶脆片食品,以满足人们所需,克服现有技术问题,使制备得的脆片营养丰富,工业化程度高且易于进行营养强化,改进以往以面粉为主原料的脆片营养元素较少、营养保健价值不高的缺失。
本发明以如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种辅助降血糖的桑叶脆片食品,其特征是以桑叶为原料制取的桑叶粉,配以苦荞麦、苦瓜、罗汉果为原料制得的中药提取物,其组分的重量百分比为:桑叶粉60-80%、中药提取物20-40%,经搅拌均匀后采用压片设备压制成型、入炉烘烤、冷却、充氮包装制成。
所述的桑叶粉是以新鲜桑叶为原料,将其洗净,烘干,超微粉碎,过150目筛,将过筛后的细粉制得桑叶粉。
所述的中药提取物是以苦荞麦、苦瓜、罗汉果为原料制备而成,其组分的重量百分比为:苦荞麦60-80%、苦瓜20-40%、罗汉果10-30%。
所述的中药提取物的制备方法,首先用水清洗干净后投入多功能提取罐中,加水提取2 次,第一次加7-9倍量的水,加热煮沸1.5-2.5小时后,提取液用100目绢布过滤;第二次加5-7倍重量的水,加热煮沸1.5-2小时后,提取液用100目绢布过滤;合并二次提取液,再置于真空浓缩器中浓缩,温度控制在85℃以下,真空度为0.04-0.06Mpa,浓缩至相对密度为1.10-1.22的浓缩液,经冷却制得膏状的中药提取物。
所述的入炉烘烤,烘烤温度为上火200-220℃,下火150-170℃,时间为8-12分钟,冷却,整理出炉后置室温下冷却5-10分钟,水分小于3%,即可包装,制成桑叶脆片食品。
为了便于产品的储存和保鲜,桑叶脆片食品的包装采用抽真空包装充氮包装。

本发明组分中的桑叶具有降血压、血脂、抗炎等作用,主要功能为疏散风热,清肺润燥,清肝明目,用于风热感冒,肺热燥咳,头晕头痛,目赤昏花,桑叶中富含桑叶多糖,具有显著的降血糖和抑制血脂升高的作用;组分中的苦荞麦性味苦、平、寒,有益气力、续精神、利耳目、降气宽肠健胃的作用,有理气止痛、健脾利湿的功效,能辅助治疗糖尿病,是糖尿病患者主粮的最佳选择;组分中的苦瓜气味苦、无毒、性寒,入心、肝、脾、肺经,果实中含有丰富的蛋白质、糖、矿物质及各种维生素等。特别是维生素C含量尤为突出,为黄瓜的14倍,冬瓜的5倍,番茄的7倍。据分析,每100克鲜果含碳水化合物3克,蛋白质0.9克,脂肪0.2克,钙18毫克,磷29毫克,维生素C为84毫克。此外,还含有铁、维生素A、B和无机盐等。苦瓜含有的特殊糖甙,味苦性寒,能刺激唾液及胃液分泌,可促进食欲,帮助消化。苦瓜提取类黄酮物质与桑叶提取物脱氧野尻霉素结合形成一种新物质——洗胰清糖,具有降血糖、血脂、抗炎等作用。苦瓜的新鲜汁液,含有苦瓜甙和类似胰岛素的物质,具有良好的降血糖作用;组分中的罗汉果,具有清热润肺、止咳化痰、润肠通便的功效,食用罗汉果既可提神生津,又可预防呼吸道感染,常年服用能驻颜美容、延年益寿;各组分起到相互协调和强化的作用,共同发挥了这些天然物质对人体的营养保健作用,可共奏辅助降血糖之功效,长期服用可以提高免疫、滋补强身,是一种辅助降血糖的桑叶脆片食品。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
采收新鲜桑叶为原料,将其洗净,烘干,超微粉碎,过150目筛,将过筛后的细粉制得桑叶粉,备用。
采收苦荞麦、苦瓜、罗汉果为原料,按照苦荞麦65%、苦瓜25%、罗汉果10%的比例称取,用水清洗干净,投入多功能提取罐中,加水提取2 次,第一次加7倍量的水,加热煮沸1.5小时后,提取液用100目绢布过滤;第二次加5倍重量的水,加热煮沸1.5小时后,提取液用100目绢布过滤;合并二次提取液,再置于真空浓缩器中浓缩,温度控制在85℃以下,真空度为0.06Mpa,浓缩至相对密度为1.22,得浓缩液,冷却,所得膏状的中药提取物,备用。
称取上述备好的各组分,按照桑叶粉79%、中药提取物21%的比例,将桑叶粉加入中药提取物搅拌均匀,然后采用压片设备压制成型,再入炉进行烘烤,烘烤温度为上火220℃,下火160℃,时间为12分钟,冷却,整理出炉后置室温下冷却12分钟,至水分2%,即可进行充氮包装,制成本发明的一种辅助降血糖的桑叶脆片食品。
实施例2:
采收新鲜桑叶为原料,将其洗净,烘干,超微粉碎,过180目筛,将过筛后的细粉制得桑叶粉,备用。
采收苦荞麦、苦瓜、罗汉果为原料,按照苦荞麦71%、苦瓜20%、罗汉果9%的比例称取,用水清洗干净,投入多功能提取罐中,加水提取2 次,第一次加7倍量的水,加热煮沸1.5小时后,提取液用100目绢布过滤;第二次加5倍重量的水,加热煮沸1小时后,提取液用100目绢布过滤;合并二次提取液,再置于真空浓缩器中浓缩,温度控制在85℃以下,真空度为0.06Mpa,浓缩至相对密度为1.22,得浓缩液,冷却,所得膏状的中药提取物,备用。
称取上述备好的各组分,按照桑叶粉73%、中药提取物27%的比例,将桑叶粉加入中药提取物搅拌均匀,然后采用压片设备压制成型,再入炉进行烘烤,烘烤温度为上火220℃,下火160℃,时间为11分钟,冷却,整理出炉后置室温下冷却10分钟,至水分3%,即可进行充氮包装,制成本发明的一种辅助降血糖的桑叶脆片食品。
实施例3:
采收新鲜桑叶为原料,将其洗净,烘干,超微粉碎,过150目筛,将过筛后的细粉制得桑叶粉,备用。

称取上述备好的各组分,按照桑叶粉78%、中药提取物22%的比例,将桑叶粉加入中药提取物搅拌均匀,然后采用压片设备压制成型,再入炉进行烘烤,烘烤温度为上火210℃,下火160℃,时间为12分钟,冷却,整理出炉后置室温下冷却11分钟,至水分3%,即可进行充氮包装,制成本发明的一种辅助降血糖的桑叶脆片食品。
Claims (1)
1.一种辅助降血糖的桑叶脆片食品,其特征是以新鲜桑叶为原料,将其洗净、烘干、超微粉碎、过150目筛制取的桑叶粉,配以苦荞麦、苦瓜、罗汉果原料制得的中药提取物,经搅拌均匀后用压片设备压制成型,再入炉以上火200-220℃、下火150-170℃烘烤8-12分钟,再经冷却、充氮包装制成,其组分的重量百分比为:桑叶粉60-80%、中药提取物20-40%,其中中药提取物组分的重量百分比为:苦荞麦60-80%、苦瓜20-40%、罗汉果10-30%。
