背景技术
正在被通气的患者的气道可能被气管内导管紧固。气管内导管通常由橡胶或塑料制成,且通过自然上气道(即,嘴或鼻、咽、和喉)插入,或通过到气管的手术途径(即,气管造口术)插入。气管内导管可配有围绕其气管端的可充气套囊,所述可充气套囊密封气管,且因此允许正压通气以及保护气道不被外来物质沾污。通常,导管的在患者远侧的端部经由管件系统联接到通气器,或经由在导管出口处的止回阀通向周围空气。

发明内容

Claims (21)

1.一种支气管镜锁定机构,包括:
夹持部件,其包括螺纹部分和夹持表面,夹持表面限定可压缩通道,可压缩通道配置成与气管导管连通;和
螺母,其具有内螺纹表面和外表面;内螺纹表面配置成与夹持部件的螺纹部分协作,其中,可压缩通道具有限定第一直径的第一位置和限定小于第一直径的第二直径的第二位置,其中,当螺母在螺纹部分上前进时,螺母与夹持部件干涉,以使得可压缩通道从第一位置朝向第二位置移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锁定机构,其中,螺母在螺纹部分上向近侧前进,以将可压缩通道从第一位置转变到第二位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锁定机构,其中,螺母在螺纹部分上向远侧前进,以将可压缩通道从第一位置转变到第二位置。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一所述的锁定机构,其中,夹持部件包括两个或更多个片。
5.根据权利要求1-3中任一所述的锁定机构,其中,夹持部件包括悬臂式部件,悬臂式部件包括夹持表面。
6.根据权利要求1-3中任一所述的锁定机构,其中,螺母的外表面配置成增强触感。
7.根据权利要求6所述的锁定机构,其中,螺母的外表面包括倒圆突起、花瓣形突起、星形突起、翼部、或滚花中的至少一个。
8.一种气管导管适配器组件,包括:
支气管镜;
细长导管,其具有近侧部分和远侧部分;以及
锁定机构,其定位在细长导管的近侧,锁定机构限定纵向轴线,锁定机构包括:
夹持部件,其包括螺纹部分和夹持表面,夹持表面限定可压缩通道,可压缩通道与细长导管的近侧部分轴向对齐;以及
螺母,其具有内螺纹表面和外表面;内螺纹表面配置成与夹持部件的螺纹部分协作,可压缩通道具有限定第一直径的第一位置和限定小于第一直径的第二直径的第二位置,在第一位置中,支气管镜在可压缩通道内自由滑动,在第二位置中,支气管镜纵向固定在可压缩通道内,其中,当螺母在螺纹部分上前进时,螺母与夹持部件干涉,以使得可压缩通道从第一位置朝向第二位置移动。
9.根据权利要求8所述的组件,其中,锁定机构围绕细长导管的近侧部分定位。
10.根据权利要求8所述的组件,其中,细长导管具有接近于细长导管的近端定位的近侧凸缘。
11.根据权利要求8、9或10中任一所述的组件,其中,螺母在螺纹部分上向近侧前进,以将可压缩通道从第一位置转变到第二位置。
12.根据权利要求8、9或10中任一所述的组件,其中,螺母在螺纹部分上向远侧前进,以将可压缩通道从第一位置转变到第二位置。
13.根据权利要求8、9或10中任一所述的组件,还包括肘部、第一连接器、和第二连接器,肘部包括侧壁开口且在锁定机构远侧定位,并且第二连接器在肘部远侧定位,肘部和第二连接器与锁定机构轴向对齐,第二连接器定位在锁定机构和细长导管之间,第一连接器包括细长本体,细长本体的端部联接到肘部的侧壁开口。
14.根据权利要求13所述的组件,其中,肘部限定第一通路,并且第二连接器限定与第一通路流体连通的第二通路。
15.根据权利要求14所述的组件,其中,第一连接器的细长本体限定第一腔体,第一腔体通过肘部的侧壁开口与第一通路和第二通路流体连通。
16.根据权利要求15所述的组件,其中,第一连接器的细长本体还限定邻近于第一腔体的第二腔体,第二腔体通过肘部的侧壁开口与第一通路和第二通路流体连通。
17.根据权利要求16所述的组件,其中,第一腔体配置成允许流体流入第一通路和第二通路中且阻止流体从第一通路和第二通路流出,而第二腔体配置成允许流体从第一通路和第二通路流出且阻止流体流入第一通路和第二通路中。
18.根据权利要求13所述的组件,其中,第一连接器的细长本体正交于纵向轴线。
19.根据权利要求13所述的组件,其中,锁定机构的夹持表面与支气管镜形成密封。
20.一种用于紧固支气管镜的方法,包括:
将支气管镜插入锁定机构的可压缩通道中;并且
通过使螺母在锁定机构的螺纹部分上前进,将支气管镜紧固在锁定机构中,螺母压缩夹持表面以减小可压缩通道的直径。
21.根据权利要求20所述的方法,还包括在支气管镜紧固在锁定机构中之后,通过支气管镜插入仪器。
