因此还知道了为防止袋壁划破而具有更高耐裂强度的敞口袋。这样的袋例如由织物材料制成,所述织物材料由相互交织的且大多为拉伸的膜带构成。这样的织物袋也称作细带织物袋。此外,所述膜带还可由具有相对高强度的材料制成,如高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)或聚丙烯(PP)。由于在各织物网眼上没有涂层,故不能保证不透灰尘或不透气的封闭,为了将织物实施为不透灰尘的且在一些情况下不透水甚至是不透气的,所述织物可在管状膜制造前在内侧和/或外侧上设有涂层。
然而,若应密封灌装口,则由细带织物制成的敞口袋显然更难焊接,所述细带织物由HDPE或PP制成。
具有侧折皱的由管状膜制成的敞口袋为了更好的堆叠能力通常设有角焊接部,以实现已灌装的敞口袋的方形外形。在由聚乙烯膜制成的敞口袋中,在焊接所述敞开的灌装端时,不仅在敞口袋的中部区域中的两个上下叠置的膜层相互焊接,而且在侧折皱区域中的每4个上下叠置的层相互焊接。由此,在封闭的敞口袋的端部处形成实用的抓握部或抓握槽,在该处可方便地抓住并拿走已灌装的敞口袋。
在由HDPE或PP的细带织物制成的袋中,灌装端的焊接更困难,因为HDPE或PP材料的可焊接性更差。因此,在由细带织物制成的敞口袋中,通常仅使大多由聚乙烯制成的内层相互焊接。因为内侧可焊接的聚乙烯(PE)层与细带织物是牢固连接的,故这样的焊接也形成袋的密封封闭。但缺点在于,在侧折皱的外部区域中仅侧折皱的前层和后层相互连接,而不是侧折皱的全部4层。总是只有所述两层相互连接,在此,由聚乙烯或类似物制成的内层上下叠置。这样的焊接虽然使袋密封封闭,但缺乏实用的抓握槽,以能方便地拿走所述袋。此外,当侧折皱区域彼此张开时,在外观上不利地影响了袋的形状。这尤其在消费品领域中是扰人的。
一种提供这样的抓握槽的可行方案是如此提高焊接温度,即,不仅由细带织物制成的敞口袋的内层相互连接,而且细带织物层相互熔接。但这种方案的缺点在于这样的焊缝硬而脆。这可能在撞击载荷情况下导致焊缝开裂,由此还导致产品漏出。
此外,对于许多包装机所期待的是,根据实际需求来制造不同的袋制品并且例如交替加工聚乙烯膜和细带织物。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务是提供一种用于在具有侧折皱的敞口袋中灌装产品的包装机及方法,对此在不同材料情况下,在尤其还具有更吸引人的外观的同时提供了抓握可能性。此外,所述任务是提供一种相应的袋。
该任务通过具有权利要求1的特征的包装机以及具有权利要求11的特征的方法以及具有权利要求14的特征的敞口袋来完成。优选改进方案是各从属权利要求的主题。从实施例描述中得到进一步的优势和特征。
本发明的包装机用于灌装产品,尤其用于在具有侧折皱的敞口袋中灌装散装物料。该包装机具有至少一个灌装机构用于从灌装端灌装敞口袋。设有至少一个封口机构,所述灌装端借此在灌装过程之后可通过至少一个焊缝在横向上被至少基本完全密封封闭。设有至少一个附加的焊接机构。该附加的焊接机构适合于且被构造成在敞口袋的侧折皱中加入两个在横向上侧向相互间隔的附加的握持缝。此外,附加的握持缝尤其用于提供用于握持已灌装的敞口袋的抓握部或抓握可能性。此外,外观得以改善。
附加的握持缝大致平行于焊缝取向。附加的焊接机构优选这样布置和构造,附加的握持缝大致平行于取向或平行于焊缝取向。尤其是附加的焊接机构和封闭灌装端的封口机构被布置成大致相互平行或相互平行。在焊缝和附加的握持缝之间的角度优选小于20°,尤其小于10°,尤其优选小于5°。附加的握持缝横向于敞口袋长边取向,优选大致垂直于敞口袋长边。附加的握持缝横向于敞口袋长边延伸且不与焊缝相交。
本发明的包装机具有许多优点。本发明的包装机可被广泛应用且可被用于截然不同的袋材料。
优选设有用于选择袋材料的选择机构。于是,根据袋材料的选择,可启动所述附加的焊接机构。若袋材料不需要附加的焊接机构,则通过相应的袋材料的选择来停用该附加的焊接机构。
这样,可借助选择机构来选择传统的例如由聚乙烯膜构成的袋材料,从而实现传统制造。反之,借助选择机构选择其它不那么容易焊接的袋材料,如此可启动所述附加的焊接机构,以便在焊接灌装端之前或之后将附加的握持缝加入敞口袋的侧折皱中。由于该敞口袋已经通过封口机构用封闭所述袋的焊缝被完全密封封闭,故所述握持缝可承担抓握可能性的功能。此外,在握持缝加入中不必注意所述握持缝实施为不太脆性。由于即当使用者在端处抓住已灌装的敞口袋时,为了将其放入购物车或送至规定使用地点,握持缝通常更可能承受静态载荷,通常避免在握持缝上的动态载荷。但动态载荷尤其在脆性连接情况下是关键的。相反,封口机构的焊缝避免了已灌装产品从敞口袋内部漏出,所述焊缝也可被设计用于动态载荷。
散装物料尤其可借助该包装机来灌装。该包装机优选具有机架,其可表示所述包装机的所有支承部件的总和。在机架上常紧固有形成机体的板材或平面材料以使包装机对外封闭。所述机架还可行使机体功能。
在所有实施方案中尤其优选的是,该灌装机构适合于且被构造成在灌装过程中灌装敞口袋,其中所述敞口袋具有由袋壁限定的、具有两端的袋体,在所述敞口袋中,该袋体在两端之间在长度范围延伸且横向于该长度具有宽度,并且所述敞口袋的其中一端是底端,另一端是灌装端,并且在所述敞口袋中在袋体的中部区段中设有前袋壁和后袋壁,而在侧折皱处各设有两个前袋壁和两个后袋壁。
尤其在侧向区域中在侧折皱处所述两个前袋壁通过前角焊缝连接,所述两个后袋壁通过后角焊缝连接,以在灌装过程后实现袋体灌装端的方形形状。所述角焊缝相对于敞口袋长边倾斜延伸,尤其从一个长边朝向一个侧边延伸。
在所有实施方案中优选的是,设有用于控制的控制机构。该附加的焊接机构最好为了如下目的构成,在侧折皱区域中产生比用于在侧折皱区域中焊接灌装端的封口机构高了至少40开尔文的焊接温度。此时要考虑,在侧折皱区域中的封口机构产生比在敞口袋的中部区段高至少40开尔文的焊接温度,因为在侧折皱区域中四个层相互焊接,因此需要更多能量。即,所述附加的焊接机构产生比在敞口袋的中部区段内的封口机构产生的焊接温度高尤其至少60开尔文且优选至少80开尔文。
通过用于形成握持缝的高焊接温度,不仅确保所述袋材料的上表面层熔化,还确保例如可能使用的织物层熔化。
所述附加的焊接机构最好具有两个焊接颚板和/或两个侧向相互间隔的焊接颚板。该焊接颚板独立形成且在敞口袋的每个侧折皱中形成握持缝。
所述附加的焊接机构的焊接颚板在其宽度范围具有不同的横截面和/或涂层以在焊接颚板宽度上形成不同的温度。所述焊接颚板横向于敞口袋纵向延伸经过侧折皱深度的至少一部分。所述附加的焊接机构的焊接颚板尤其有如下宽度,其小于待灌装敞口袋的侧折皱的深度。即,该握持缝通常不延伸于侧折皱的整个深度。由此可确保,即使在敞口袋有微小侧向移动情况下,握持缝的焊接仅在侧折皱区域中进行。
所述焊接颚板最好这样构成,在指向外部的区段处产生比在至少更靠内部的区段处更低的焊接温度。尤其确保在外部区段处该握持缝相比于内部不那么脆。由此提供了在握持缝处的弹性区域,从而握持缝从敞口袋的侧边开始的破裂的危险被显著降低。这样,脆的握持缝也许也能更好地承受动态载荷,例如在抓住时的第一次拉扯时。
还可能的是,所述附加的焊接机构至少覆盖袋宽度地具有连续的焊接带,其在侧折皱的区域中比在侧折皱之间的中部区域中具有更大的电阻。此外,所述焊接带的电阻优选越过侧折皱的深度在更外部的区段中大于在更内部的区段中。尤其所述焊接带这样设计,即在侧折皱之间的中心或中部区段中不形成焊缝或仅形成弱的焊缝,而在侧折皱的区域中形成明显更强的焊缝,其使侧折皱的所有层相互连接。由此,即为了握持缝的弹性边缘考虑,在握持缝的更外部区段中存在焊接带的更小电阻。
焊接带或还有焊接颚板的电阻可通过不同的横截面和/或不同的涂层来调整。举例来说,由不同材料制成且具有不同厚度的的涂层可被涂覆,以相应地影响焊接颚板或焊接带的电阻。借助于小电阻使局部焊接温度降低,从而可相应地影响焊缝。尤其所述焊接温度在更外部区段中与在握持缝的更内部区段中相比低大于20开尔文且尤其大于40开尔文。在握持缝之内的焊接温度处于一范围内,在该范围内细带织物可被熔化。
焊接颚板或焊接带可周期性地或连续地被加热。焊接颚板可实施为焊接块。
优选设置有至少一个角焊接机构,其适合于且构造为至少在灌装端处将角焊缝引入侧折皱。此外在角焊缝处每次仅侧壁的两层相互连接。
优选设置有制袋装置,其适合于且构造为,由袋管制造并分隔敞口袋。
根据本发明的方法用于将产品且尤其是散料灌装入设置有侧折皱的敞口袋,其中所述敞口袋借助于灌装机构从灌装端被灌装。在所述灌装过程之后,灌装端以至少一个焊缝在横向上至少基本上完全密封封闭。借助于附加的焊接机构,至少两个相互在横向上侧向间隔的附加的且大致平行于焊缝取向的握持缝被引入敞口袋的侧折皱。
根据本发明的方法具有许多优点,因为通过将握持缝引入侧折皱提供了握持已灌装的敞口袋的抓握可能性。还改善了完成灌装的敞口袋的外观。
在所有设计方案中尤其优选,附加的握持缝构造为朝向外更具弹性。由此在使用者的手指或手抓住已灌装的敞口袋的地方,握持缝构造为更具弹性的并因此即使在动态负载的情况下更加能负重,从而防止了握持缝的扯裂。但是即使在握持缝扯裂时,已灌装的敞口袋通常保持封闭。
优选可借助选择机构来选择袋材料。根据袋材料的选择,附加的焊接机构被启动。通过选择机构,可启动或停用该附加的焊接机构,从而可制造类型截然不同的侧折皱袋。
本发明的敞口袋具有带有两个端部的袋体,其中该袋体在两个端部之间在长度范围延伸且横向于该长度具有宽度。该袋体由袋壁限定。其中一个所述端部是底端或袋底,而另一端部是灌装端。至少在袋体灌装端处,在侧向区域中在袋壁内设有侧折皱,从而在袋体的灌装端处在袋体中部区段中设有前袋壁和后袋壁,而在侧向区域中在侧折皱处分别设有两个前袋壁和后袋壁。所述底端至少基本封闭,而灌装端在横向上在整个宽度至少基本以至少一个焊缝被完全封闭。至少在灌装端处,至少在侧向区域中在侧折皱内设有至少一个附加的且在横向上大致平行于焊缝取向的握持缝,在该握持缝处,所述两个前袋壁和两个后袋壁全部相互连接。
本发明的敞口袋具有许多优点,因为其除了可靠的功能性外还具有实用的握持缝。这样的握持缝尤其以焊缝形式实现且就此而言也可称作握持焊缝。握持缝提供了实用的用于抓持袋体的抓握部或手指槽。
优选在侧向区域内所述两个前袋壁通过前焊缝相互连接,而所述两个后袋壁通过后角焊缝相互连接,以实现袋体灌装端的方形形状。
尤其优选在敞口袋的两个端部分别设有角焊缝,从而实现已灌装的敞口袋的总体方形形状。
优选在两个端部处分别在侧折皱的两个侧向区域中分别设有至少一个附加的握持缝。尤其优选设有共四个握持缝,即在已灌装的敞口袋的四角处各有一个。每个握持缝优选以焊缝形式实现。
所述附加的握持缝最好在袋体横向上具有至少两个不同强度的缝区段。即,每个握持缝具有至少两个不同强度和/或弹性的缝区段。所述附加的握持缝最好朝向袋体的侧向端部被构造成更具弹性。由此可实现,更靠近袋体侧向端部设置的缝区段与设置在附加的握持缝的更后面的缝区段相比以更低的焊接温度形成。
在所有设计方案中优选的是,所述附加的握持缝与用于封闭灌装端的焊缝相比设置成更靠近灌装端。这有如下优点,在下述区域中设置所述附加的握持缝,该区域与已装入的产品分开。即使在握持缝开裂情况下,也不会导致已装入的产品的漏出。
还可行且优选的是,用于封闭灌装端的附加焊缝与握持缝相比被设置成更靠近灌装端。因此这在如下情况下尤其可行,附加焊缝位于与角焊缝分开的区域内且不与所述角焊缝相交。那么即使在一些情况下脆的握持缝开裂,也没有已灌入敞口袋的产品向外漏出。所述握持缝的区域通过角焊缝与袋内部分开。
所述袋体的袋壁在优选实施方案中由外层例如像细带织物构成并且由至少一个与其连接的涂层构成。所述涂层布置在袋体内侧上。优选在焊缝处所述前袋壁和后袋壁的涂层相互焊接以封闭灌装口。优选在那里仅前袋壁和后袋壁的涂层相互焊接。
在附加的握持缝处,所述两个前袋壁和两个后袋壁的细带织物至少很大部分相互熔化形成熔接缝。即,不仅所述涂层相互焊接,而且所有上下叠置的袋壁的细带织物层也绝大部分相互熔接,以提供连接所有层的附加握持缝。此外,所述熔接缝优选仅存在于侧折皱区域中。

具体实施方式
在图1中以示意横剖视图示出的包装机30用于给敞口袋1灌装产品8。这样的产品例如可以是在产品供给装置54的上方示意所示的具有颗粒44的散装物料。但也可以将其它产品8例如像液态或糊状产品灌入该袋1。
包装机30呈FFS包装机形式且具有包括管状卷的储膜31。在储膜31中有卷绕的管状膜32,其用于袋1的制造。通过提供具有一个或多个管状卷的储膜31,可根据需要制造敞口袋1。此外,尤其各袋长度可灵活改变且可简单匹配每次所需的灌装量。
从储膜31的膜卷展开的管状膜32通过蓄膜机构33进入包装机30内并被引导向角焊接机构34。在角焊接机构34中,可根据需要进行角焊,其例如在图4中以角焊缝29a形式被示出。通过这种角焊缝或角焊29a,实现了已灌装的敞口袋的方形外形,从而所述袋能简单且以外形吸引人的方式堆叠。
在可能制成角焊缝29a之后,管状膜32连带在侧折皱20中采取的角焊缝一起延伸至袋长度平衡部36,其用于平衡包装机30的工作节奏。通过袋长度平衡部36,储膜31的膜卷可均匀连续展开,同时在包装机内部存在用于制造敞口袋1和用于灌装且随后封闭敞口袋1的工作节拍。
膜驱动机构37用于输送管状膜32并可同时用于距离检测,从而包装机30的控制机构57随时具有关于一个管状段或每个管状段相对于膜卷的位置的信息。
此外,管状膜32被供应给封口机构42,在那里,在(参照图2)借助焊接颚板38将作为底封口的袋封口加入管状膜32之前,首先将管状膜用夹紧机构35夹紧。此外,焊缝5沿横向24延伸于敞口袋1的宽度7范围。
选择机构58用于袋材料12的选择。根据所述选择,附加的焊接机构59被启动或停用。也可以自动识别袋材料12或者外部信号传输。
如图2放大所示,设置有切割刀具39,其在底端或袋底3形成焊缝5且在管状材料的前行一拍之后在所形成的袋的第二端4区域切断管状膜。呈敞口袋1形式的袋现在已具有袋底3且在上端部或灌装端4具有灌装口11。灌装口11可延伸于袋的整个宽度7范围。但也可行的是,灌装口11实际上基本仅延伸于侧折皱20之间的中部区域10,当在那里所述侧折皱区域通过角焊缝29a、29b被焊接时。
接着,焊缝5可在袋底3处通过冷却机构43被冷却,以在高生产率情况下实现足够的稳定性。
袋1通过摆动输送机构45借助可旋转的摆臂46被继续输送并被开袋机构40打开。在下一个节拍中,袋1以灌装口11被挂在灌装机构53或其灌装嘴53处并被灌装来自产品供给装置54的产品8。在此,灌装可通过净重方法实现,其中在供给之前对一定量的产品进行称重,然后将其供应至敞口袋。此外,也可考虑其它的灌装方法。
在灌装过程后,敞口袋1通过摆动输送机构45被供应到封口机构55,其又具备夹紧机构35和焊接颚板38。
在封口机构55处,灌装端或敞口袋1的第二端4通过焊缝5或顶缝41被封闭。焊缝5又在横向24上优选延伸于袋1的整个宽度并且至少延伸于灌装口宽度且实现了袋内部的密封封闭。
图2所示的封口机构55包括用于夹紧袋壁2a、2b的夹紧机构35和焊接机构,所述焊接机构具有焊接颚板38用于在结束的灌装过程之后焊接灌装口11或焊接灌装端4。为此,也能呈焊接带形式的焊接颚板38延伸超过已灌装的敞口袋的整个宽度7,从而实现敞口袋1的连贯完整的封闭。也可以加入多个相邻的或平行的焊缝。
在此,在焊接颚板38上方设有附加的焊接机构59,其包括焊接颚板60、61。焊接颚板61在根据图2的视图中布置在焊接颚板60的后面,因此在根据图2的视图中是看不到的。
焊接颚板60、61在敞口袋1的横向24上相互间隔布置,从而焊接颚板60还有焊接颚板61均设置在侧折皱20的区域25中(参照图4)。
封口机构55的焊接颚板38用于敞口袋1的密封封闭,而附加的焊接机构59的焊接颚板60/61用于在袋端部处设置握持缝22、23,所述握持缝提供在袋端部处的抓握部15和抓握可能性。封口机构42相似地构成。
图3示出封口机构55的很示意性的前视图,在此可清楚看到连续的焊接颚板38还有附加的焊接机构59的焊接颚板60、61。
用于封闭敞口袋1的灌装端4的焊接颚板38延伸超过敞口袋1宽度7,而焊接颚板60、61均设置在侧折皱20的各区域25中。焊接颚板60、61分别具有相同的宽度62并且在其宽度62上分成不同的焊接区段66和67且如有必要还有68。朝向外边缘设有外部区段66,同时设有更朝内的区段67。在区段67中获得明显高于在外部区段66中的焊接温度。可行的是,外部区段66如图3所示再次划分为多个分区段,以实现更加连续或平缓的过渡。
外部区段66与更靠内布置的区段67的主要区别在于,焊接温度在外部区段66中显著降低。在区段67中存在很高的焊接温度,这导致袋壁的位于那里的所有四个层熔接,而在外部区段66处所述焊接温度显著降低。这导致在握持缝22、23的外端处的更具弹性的焊缝。通过握持缝22、23在外边缘处更具弹性地构成,还可使抓握部15经受住动态负载。从外边缘扯裂的危险也被有效降低。与之相似地,可选区段68还可具有更低的焊接温度。
在此,在根据图3的实施例中,焊接颚板60、61均只在侧折皱20的区域25内延伸。但也可行的是使用连续焊接带,其延伸于敞口袋1的整个宽度7。因此,通过可选也是连续的焊接带65的相应横截面和/或涂层和/或材料实现了中部区段10内不形成焊缝。握持缝22和23的意义在于,在通过角焊接部29a、29b分开的区域中提供熔接缝,其也可以脆性构成的或甚至是非常脆的。即使握持缝22、23开裂,仍没有材料能从已灌装的敞口袋1内溢出,因为角焊接部29a或29b和/或封闭灌装口的焊缝5使袋内部对外密封。
图4示出示意性所示的敞口袋1的俯视图,该敞口袋从第一端3至第二端4在长度6范围延伸。敞口袋1在横向24上具有宽度7。在第一端或底端3处设有封闭底部的焊缝5。在第二端4设有呈顶缝41形式的焊缝5,其密封封闭灌装端11。在敞口袋1的所有四个角处,在侧折皱20中设有角焊接部29a、29b,它们实现已灌装的敞口袋1的方形外形。在袋的各端3、4和各焊缝5之间,在侧折皱20的区域25中设有握持缝22、23。握持缝22、23横向于纵向64延伸且在此仅设置在侧折皱20区域中。因此,握持缝22、23的宽度62小于侧折皱20的深度21。握持缝22、23通常大致平行取向且在此是平行于焊缝5取向。握持缝22、23比焊缝5更靠外。由此,焊缝5密封封闭敞口袋1。握持缝22、23提供抓握部。握持缝22、23比焊缝5更脆。因为握持缝22、23更靠外,故即使握持缝22、23之一应开裂,封闭的敞口袋1内部仍然保持封闭。
袋体8具有纵向侧28和横向侧并且由前袋壁2a和后袋壁2b(在图4中看不见)限定。在袋体9的四个角处设有抓握部或抓握可能性15,其由握持缝22、23形成。当焊缝5在端部3、4在侧折皱20的区域25中分别仅延伸经过各两层时,握持缝22、23通过这样的焊接温度形成,袋壁2a、2b的所有四层在那里相互连接,尤其在那里至少部分相互熔接。
图5示出根据图4的视图的敞口袋1的右上角的放大局部。握持缝22仅在侧折皱20的区域25内延伸并且在此还仅在被角焊缝29a分开的区域中延伸。握持缝22在此具有不同的焊接区段26、27,其中,外部区段27靠近外壁并且靠近侧边28地被构造成更靠内的焊接区段26更具弹性。在此通过不同的焊接温度形成不同的弹性,其中在焊接区段27的区域中存在比在焊接区段26的区域中更低的焊接温度。握持缝22提供了在敞口袋1的由角焊缝29a、29b分开的区域处的抓握部15。
在根据图5的实施例中,握持缝22被布置成比封闭内空间的焊缝5更靠近敞口袋1的端部4。
图6示出另一实施例,在此,从其后侧示出该敞口袋。因此在根据图6的视图中能看到后角焊缝29b和后袋壁2b,而看不到前角焊缝29a。
根据图6的敞口袋1也在相应的区域25处具有侧折皱20和中部区段10。已灌装的敞口袋1分别在第一端3和第二端4处分别通过焊缝5被封闭。握持缝22、23使袋壁2a、2b的各四层相互牢固连接且由此提供在敞口袋1的角部处的抓握部。在此,握持缝22、23比封闭内空间的焊缝5距离端部3、4更远。但在这里,握持缝22、23的开裂对于可能发生的材料漏出也不构成危险,因为握持缝22、23设置在被焊缝29a、29b分开的区域内。在用虚线所示的区段69中,可以在任何时候形成袋壁2a、2b的附着,但它们不用于力的传递。
图7以非常示意性的视图示出敞口袋1的袋壁的区段。敞口袋1的袋材料12在此由外层14构成,例如由膜带13制成的细带织物14。为了说明而放大示出在各膜带13之间的自由区域,其通过在外层14或细带织物的内侧16上的涂层19被密封。这样的由细带织物14制造的敞口袋1具有高荷载能力且还由内侧16上的涂层19决定地可焊接。
图8示出已灌装的敞口袋1,其从端部3延伸至端部4。在中部区域,所述侧折皱20由于已灌装的产品被展平且就此而言实际上不(再)存在。在端部3、4处,为了敞口袋1的封闭而设有焊缝5。握持缝22和23用于如下目的,即在敞口袋1的四个角处提供抓握部15。

Claims (23)

1.一种用于将产品(8)灌装进具有侧折皱(20)的敞口袋(1)的包装机(30),具有用于从灌装端(4)灌装敞口袋(1)的灌装机构(53),其中设有封口机构(55),借助该封口机构能在灌装过程后用至少一个焊缝(5)在横向(24)上完全密封封闭该灌装端(4),其特征在于,设有附加的焊接机构(59),该附加的焊接机构(59)适用于且被构造成在该敞口袋(1)的侧折皱(20)中加入两个在横向(24)上侧向相互间隔的且大致平行于该焊缝取向的附加的握持缝(22,23)。
2.根据前述权利要求之一的包装机(30),其中,设有用于选择袋材料(12)的选择机构(58)并且该附加的焊接机构(59)根据袋材料(12)的选择能被启动。
3.根据前述权利要求之一的包装机(30),其中,该附加的焊接机构(59)具有两个在横向(24)上侧向相互间隔的焊接颚板对(60,61)。
4.根据前一权利要求的包装机(30),其中,该附加的焊接机构(59)的焊接颚板对(60,61)在它们的宽度(62)范围内具有不同的横截面和/或涂层,以便在宽度(62)范围内形成不同的焊接温度。
5.根据前两个权利要求之一的包装机(30),其中,该附加的焊接机构(60,61)的焊接颚板对(60,61)具有宽度(62),该宽度小于待灌装的敞口袋(1)的侧折皱(20)的深度(21)。

8.根据前一权利要求的包装机(30),其中,在外部区段(66)内的焊接温度比在内部区段(67)内高了大于20开尔文,尤其高了大于40开尔文。
9.根据前述权利要求之一的包装机(30),其中,设有至少一个角焊接机构(34),它适用于且被构造成至少在该灌装端(4)处将角焊缝(29a,29)加入该侧折皱(20)中。
10.根据前述权利要求之一的包装机(30),其中,设有制袋装置(56),该制袋装置适用于且被构造成由袋管(32)制造并分断出敞口袋(1)。
11.一种用于将产品灌装进具有侧折皱(20)的敞口袋(1)的方法,其中该敞口袋(1)借助灌装机构(53)从灌装端(4)被灌装,并且在灌装过程后该灌装端(4)借助至少一个焊缝(5)被完全密封封闭,在这里,借助附加的焊接机构(59)将至少两个在横向上侧向相互间隔的附加的握持缝(22,23)加入该敞口袋(1)的侧折皱(20)中。
12.根据前一权利要求的方法,其中,该附加的握持缝(22,23)被构造成向外更具有弹性。
13.根据前两个权利要求之一的方法,其中,借助选择机构(58)选择袋材料(12),并且该附加的焊接机构(59)根据袋材料(12)的选择被启动。
14.一种敞口袋(1),其具有带有两个端部(3,4)的袋体(9),该袋体(9)在两个端部(3,4)之间在长度(6)范围内延伸并且横向于该长度具有宽度(7),并且该袋体(9)由袋壁(2a,2b)限定,并且其中一个所述端部是底端(3),另一个所述端部是灌装端(4),并且至少在该袋体(9)的灌装端(4)处,在侧向区域(25)中在该袋壁(2a,2b)中设有侧折皱(20),从而在该袋体(9)的灌装端(4)处在该袋体(9)的中部(10)设有前袋壁(2a)和后袋壁(2b),而在侧向区域(25)中在该侧折皱(20)处分别设有两个前袋壁和两个后袋壁(2a,2b),并且该底端(3)是封闭的且该灌装端(4)在整个宽度(7)范围内通过至少一个焊缝(5)被完全封闭,其特征在于,至少在该灌装端(4)处,在侧向区域(25)中在该侧折皱(20)中设有至少一个附加的且大致平行于焊缝取向的握持缝(22,23),在所述握持缝处,两个所述前袋壁(2a)和两个所述后袋壁(2b)全部相互连接。
15.根据前一权利要求的敞口袋(1),其中,在侧向区域(25)中,两个所述前袋壁(2a)通过前角焊缝(29a)相互连接,两个所述后袋壁(2b)通过后角焊缝(29b)相互连接,以实现该袋体(9)的灌装端(4)的方形形状。
16.根据前两个权利要求之一的敞口袋(1),其中,在两个端部(3,4)处,在该侧折皱(20)的两个侧向区域(25)的每一个中均设有至少一个附加的握持缝(22,23)。
17.根据前三个权利要求之一的敞口袋(1),其中,该附加的握持缝(22,23)以焊缝形式实现。
18.根据前四个权利要求之一的敞口袋(1),其中,该附加的握持缝(22,23)在该袋体(9)的横向(24)上具有至少两个具有不同的强度的缝区段(26,27)。
19.根据前五个权利要求之一的敞口袋,其中,该附加的握持缝(22,23)被构造成朝向该袋体(9)的侧向端部更具有弹性。
20.根据前六个权利要求之一的敞口袋,其中,该附加的握持缝(22,23)与焊缝(5)(焊接缝或粘合缝)相比更靠近该灌装端(4)。
21.根据前五个权利要求之一的敞口袋(1),其中,该袋体(9)的袋壁(2a,2b)由具有与之连接的涂层(19)的外层(14)构成,其中该涂层(19)设置在该袋体(9)的内侧(16),并且在该焊缝(5)处,该前袋壁和该后袋壁(2a,2b)的涂层(19)相互焊接。
22.根据前一权利要求的敞口袋(1),其中,在该附加的握持缝(22,23)处,两个所述前袋壁的和两个所述后袋壁(2a)的外层(14)至少绝大部分相互熔化形成熔接缝(18)。
