背景技术
袋子密封设备用于热密封袋子的开口端,通常是为了保持袋子中的内容物没有污垢和其他污染,从而有助于保存内容物并延长内容物的保质期,尤其是在内容物是食物或饮料等的情况下。袋子密封设备可以是真空袋子密封设备,其在袋子被热密封之前将空气从袋子中吸出,这进一步有助于保持袋子中的内容物清洁甚至无菌。袋子密封设备具有加热器,该加热器通常是条形的电阻加热器,当袋子要被热密封时,袋子的开口端放置在加热器上。
发明内容
根据本文公开的第一方面,提供了一种用于热密封袋子的袋子密封设备,该设备包括:
加热器装置,其可操作以施加热量来热密封袋子的开口端,该袋子在使用中被插入袋子密封设备中;以及
袋子检测器,其被构造和布置为当所述袋子在使用中被插入到袋子密封设备中时,检测所述袋子相对于加热器装置的位置;
其中加热器装置由多个加热器部分形成;
加热器装置可操作以使得只有覆盖在由袋子检测器检测到在使用中被插入到袋子密封设备中的所述袋子上的加热器部分或每个加热器部分进行工作以向所述袋子施加热量。
因此,例如,对于完全覆盖加热器装置的大袋子,所有加热器部分都进行工作以沿着袋子的整个范围密封袋子的开口端。另一方面,对于没有完全覆盖加热器装置的较小袋子,仅是用以密封较小袋子开口端所需的加热器部分才进行工作;没有(完全或部分)覆盖较小袋子的任何加热器部分都不工作。这可以节省能量,因为只有那些实际上覆盖在袋子上并且热密封袋子实际上需要的加热器部分才进行工作以热密封袋子。各个加热器部分可以彼此独立地工作。
在一个示例中,加热器装置的多个加热器部分是电阻加热器。
具有多个加热器部分的其它加热器装置是可能的,包括例如红外加热器,其可以独立操作。
在一个示例中,袋子密封设备包括:
第一构件和第二构件,其被布置为在它们之间接纳袋子;
该加热器装置布置在第一构件和第二构件中的至少一者上,以便当所述袋子被接纳在第一构件与第二构件之间时,可操作地施加热量以便热密封所述袋子的开口端;

空气孔可以一直穿过构件,从而可以从另一侧推动/拉动空气。替代地或补充地,一个或更多个或所有的空气孔可以仅仅是出口/入口,以通过在构件中通向空气孔的通道接纳/供应空气。
在一个示例中,袋子密封设备包括与空气孔连通的空气泵,用于通过空气孔吹送空气或吸入空气。
作为使用空气孔和一个或更多个空气压力传感器等的替代或补充,袋子检测器可以是光学的检测器,一个或更多个光源发出的光被一个或更多个光检测器检测到,并且可以通过袋子阻挡光来检测袋子的位置。然而,这种袋子通常是透明的,因此光学检测器可能并不总是有效或方便的。
在一个示例中,袋子密封设备是真空袋子密封设备,其被构造和布置为从在使用中被插入袋子密封设备中的袋子中吸出空气,吸出空气在加热器装置施加热量以热密封所述袋子的开口端之前进行。

检测袋子相对于加热器装置的位置;以及
操作加热器装置以热密封袋子;
其中,加热器装置被操作为使得只有覆盖着由袋子检测器检测到的放置在袋子密封设备中的袋子的加热器部分或每个加热器部分进行工作以向袋子施加热量。
在一个示例中,袋子密封设备包括第一构件和第二构件,第一构件和第二构件被布置为在它们之间接纳袋子,加热器装置被布置在第一构件和第二构件中的至少一者上,以便当袋子被放置在第一构件与第二构件之间时,加热器装置可操作地施加热量以热密封袋子的开口端,第一构件和第二构件中的至少一者包括多个空气孔;

具体实施方式
参考图1,示出了根据本公开实施例的用于密封袋子10的袋子密封设备20的示例。袋子密封设备20可用于热密封袋子10的开口端12,以保持袋子10的内容物没有污垢和其他污染,从而有助于保存内容物并改进内容物的保质期,特别是在内容物是食物或饮料等的情况下。
袋子密封设备20具有下基座22和上罩或盖24。基座22和罩24在它们之间提供了空间26,袋子10的开口端12可以插入该空间26中用于热密封。在一些示例中,基座22和罩24相对于彼此固定。在其他示例中,基座22和罩24相对于彼此铰接固定或以其他方式可移动,使得罩24可被提起,以允许袋子10更容易地插入基座22与罩24之间的空间26中和从其中移除。
袋子10可以作为个别的物品提供,例如可以在两个边缘和底部是闭合的或是预先密封的,并且沿着顶部是敞开的。更常见的是,这种袋子10由一卷具有两个相对侧边缘的袋子原料形成,这两个侧边缘是预先密封的。从卷上切下期望长度的袋子10。在一些情况下,最初切割的袋子10具有两个相对的预先密封的侧边缘和两个相对的开口端,并且一端被密封以提供袋子10,该袋子10具有一个开口端,然后准备接纳内容物。在其他情况下,最初切割的袋子10具有两个相对的预先密封侧边缘和一个预先密封(底)边缘以及一个开口(顶)端,并且准备好接纳内容物。袋子10可以由切割器切割,该切割器作为袋子密封设备20的一部分提供,这本身是已知的,或者可以由单独的刀或切割装置切割。这种袋子10通常由塑料材料或不同塑料材料例如聚乙烯(PE)、聚酰胺(PA)等的复合物形成。这种袋子10通常是透明的,或者至少是半透明的,以便能够看到内容物。袋子10可以是热缩袋子。在这种情况下,在袋子10的开口端12被密封后,袋子10被移动到热水或热空气收缩隧道,这导致袋子10在食品或其他内容物周围收缩。
具体参照图2,其示意性地示出了袋子密封设备20内部的主要部件的立体图。袋子密封设备20具有上部构件28,上部构件28在使用中固定在罩24中。袋子密封设备20具有下部构件30,下部构件30在使用中固定在基座22中。上部构件28和下部构件30限定了空间26,袋子10可以插入该空间26中以便进行热密封。上部构件28和下部构件30中的每一个可以是板或块或棒等,并且可以由塑料、金属等制成。在使用中,上部构件28和下部构件30可以移动分开以允许袋子10插入并且可以彼此靠近,从而有效地将袋子10的开口端12拘限在上部构件28与下部构件30之间。上部构件28和下部构件30相对于彼此的这种移动可以通过例如相对于基座22移动罩24来实现。
该示例的袋子密封设备20是真空袋子密封设备20,其在袋子10被热密封之前从袋子10中抽出或吸出空气。这进一步有助于保持袋子的内容物清洁甚至无菌。为此,并且以本身已知的方式,上部构件28和下部构件30(在该示例中,下部构件30)中的至少一者具有与真空泵(未示出)流体连通的抽空凹槽32。在使用中,袋子10被部分地插入到设备20中,使得袋子10的开口端12位于抽空凹槽32中。然后,在袋子10的开口端12被热密封之前,操作真空泵以基本上或完全抽空袋子10,这将在下面进一步讨论。然而,这里描述的原理可以应用于这种一般类型的任何袋子密封设备,无论袋子密封设备是否是真空袋子密封设备。
袋子密封设备20具有加热器34,当袋子10的开口端12插入设备20时,加热器34可操作以热密封袋子10的开口端12。在该示例中,通常,加热器34位于下部构件30的上表面上。在其他示例中,加热器34可以位于上部构件28的下表面上,或者在上部构件28和下部构件30二者的相对表面上可以设有加热器。当袋子10插入袋子密封设备20时,使袋子10的开口端12与加热器34接触或靠近,以允许加热器34加热袋子10的开口端12,从而密封袋子10。
在常规的袋子密封设备中,加热器通常是单个整体式加热器,通常是条形加热器的形式,加热器当操作时沿其整个长度加热。然而,根据本公开的实施例,加热器34由多个加热器部分形成。在示例中,多个加热器部分中的至少一些并且可选地全部可以彼此独立地操作。也就是说,在一个示例中,加热器部分中的任何一个加热器部分都可以独立于其它部分而操作,或者加热器部分中的至少一些加热器部分可以独立于其它部分而操作。
在这个示例中,加热器34是条形的,并且由几个加热器部分36形成。在所示的示例中,有四个成直线布置的加热器部分36,但是在其他示例中,可以有更多或更少的加热器部分。在这个示例中,加热器34以及因此每个加热器部分36是电阻加热器,其在使用中连接到电源,例如市电电源。当袋子10的开口端12插入到上部构件28与下部构件30之间的空间26中时,电阻加热器34接触袋子10并操作以热密封袋子10的开口端12。除了电阻加热器之外或者代替电阻加热器,可以使用其他加热器装置。例如,一个或所有加热器部分36可以由红外加热器或一些其他热源提供。
根据本发明,当袋子10插入设备20时,只有覆盖袋子10(开口端12)的加热器部分36或每个加热器部分36操作以热密封袋子10的开口端12。实际上,这种袋子10有多种尺寸,尤其包括不同的宽度w。这可能意味着对于宽度w较小的窄袋子10,袋子10仅覆盖整个加热器34的一部分。在常规的袋子密封设备中,这意味着加热器的各个部分被通电,即使不是所有的加热器都向袋子施加热量。这导致了能量的浪费,并且可能意味着加热器的各个部分或常规的袋子密封设备作为一个整体变得不必要地和潜在危险地灼热。根据本公开的袋子密封设备20避免了这种情况,因为只有加热器34中的那些实际上需要加热袋子10的加热器部分36才被通电。对于大袋子10,即具有相对大的宽度w并完全覆盖加热器34的袋子10,所有的加热器部分36都进行工作以便沿着袋子10的整个范围密封袋子10的开口端12。另一方面,对于较小的袋子10,即具有相对窄的宽度w且不完全覆盖加热器34的袋子10,仅密封较小袋子10的开口端12所需的加热器部分36才进行工作。也就是说,仅跨较小袋子10的宽度延伸的加热器部分36才进行工作以便对袋子10的开口端12进行热密封;不(完全或部分)覆盖袋子10的任何加热器部分36都不工作。这降低了能量消耗,并且当密封较小的袋子10时,可以降低袋子密封设备20的零件的温度。
袋子密封设备20具有袋子检测器,该袋子检测器用于检测袋子10相对于加热器34的位置,特别是当袋子10插入袋子密封设备20时,检测袋子10相对于加热器部分36的位置。袋子密封设备20可以具有位于加热器34内部的壁或脊或棘爪等(未示出)。当袋子10被正确地插入袋子密封设备20中时,这用作袋子10的开口端抵靠的抵接部或对准部。此时,袋子10接触或靠近加热器34。袋子检测器可以有多种选择,可以使用多于一种类型的袋子检测器。
例如,袋子检测器可以是或包括通常沿着加热器34或靠近加热器34排列的一个或更多个接触或位置传感器。接触位置传感器测量袋子10的位置,特别是提供袋子10相对于加热器34和加热器部分36的位置指示。在本文中,接触或位置传感器的一个问题是所使用的袋子10往往是非常柔软或柔性的,因此并非所有这样的袋子都能正确或可靠地触发接触或位置传感器。因此,接触或位置传感器可能不是所有应用的最佳选择。
作为另一个示例,袋子检测器可以是或包括通常沿着加热器34或靠近加热器34排列的一个或更多个光学传感器装置。光学传感器装置以光学方式检测袋子10相对于加热器34和特别地是加热器部分36的位置。该光学传感器装置或每个光学传感器装置包括例如光源(例如发光二极管(LED))和光检测器(例如光电二极管)。在本文中,光学传感器装置的问题在于,所使用的袋子10通常是透明的或者至少是半透明的,因此光学检测器可能不总是正确或可靠地检测袋子10的位置。
在图2示意性示出的示例中,袋子检测器使用空气来检测袋子10的位置,这将在下面进一步讨论。袋子检测器可以仅使用空气,或者可以结合一些其他类型的袋子检测器例如接触或位置传感器、光学传感器等而使用空气。使用空气来检测袋子10的位置避免了上述接触传感器和光学传感器装置的问题。
进一步参考图2,在该示例中,上部构件28和下部构件30中的至少一者具有多个空气孔40。空气孔40向外敞开,以便面对相对的构件30、28。在该示例中,只有上部构件28具有空气孔40,空气孔40向外敞开以与下部构件30相对。特别地,空气孔40至少大致与加热器34相对。在这个示例中,空气孔40布置为平行于细长条状加热器34延伸的直线。从下文中可以理解,空气可以通过袋子10上的空气孔40被推出或吹出,或者空气可以通过空气孔40从袋子10附近被吸入,并且测量或检测压力变化以确定袋子10的位置。在实践中,使用空气的吹送或推动的示例可能更可靠和准确,并且该示例将在此进一步描述,应当理解,从使用空气的吹送或推动的检测到使用空气的吸入的检测只需要微小的改变。
更详细地,在该示例中,空气孔40与空气泵42流体连通。为此,在该示例中,空气孔40从上部构件28的一个面到另一个面完全穿过上部构件28。管道44或软管等将相应空气孔40的背面连接到空气泵42,可选地经由公共歧管46。管道44可以是刚性的或柔性的。为了清楚起见,图2中用虚线示出了一些管道44。在其他示例中,一些或所有空气孔40并不完全穿过上部构件28,而是上部构件28具有通道,该通道有效地提供与空气泵42流体连通的管道,并且空气穿过该管道进出空气孔40。
管道44中每一个包含或包括空气压力传感器48,其可以测量管道44内的空气压力或至少感测管道44内的空气压力变化并相应地提供输出。
此外,在该示例中,每个空气压力传感器48的输出被传递到控制器50,控制器50也操作以控制加热器34,特别是加热器部分36。控制器50也可以操作来控制空气泵42。控制器50可以由处理器或处理系统提供,并且可以是例如微控制器。虽然被适当编程的控制器50可以提供对加热器34特别是加热器部分36更灵活的控制,但是在其他示例中,没有这样的控制器,并且其功能可以通过逻辑门等来实施,以根据传感器48的输出来操作加热器部分36。
在使用中,当大(宽)袋子10插入袋子密封设备20时,假设袋子10的开口端12覆盖加热器34的所有加热器部分36。在这种情况下,在该示例中,袋子10将有效地堵塞所有空气孔40。这意味着当空气泵42操作以将空气通过管道44吹送到空气孔40时,由与管道相应的空气压力传感器48所测量的空气压力的每个管道44内的空气压力将上升。每个管道44内的空气压力升高的事实被认为是袋子10覆盖每个空气孔40并因此覆盖加热器34的整个范围的指示。为此,对于由每个空气压力传感器48测量的空气压力,可能存在一些阈值,对于每个管道44及其传感器48,该阈值可以是相同的或不同的,使得高于管道44阈值的空气压力升高被视为袋子10阻挡相关联的空气孔40的指示。在任何情形下,在这种情况下,操作加热器34,使得每个加热器部分36通电,从而沿着大袋子10的整个长度加热大袋子10的开口端12。
另一方面,当小(窄)袋子10插入袋子密封设备20时,假设袋子10的开口端12仅覆盖加热器34的一个或一些但不是所有加热器部分36。在这种情况下,袋子10将仅有效地堵塞一个或一些空气孔40,而一个或更多个其它空气孔40将不会被袋子10堵塞。这意味着,当操作空气泵42以将空气通过管道44吹送到空气孔40时,由该相应的空气压力传感器48或每个相应的空气压力传感器48测量的仅一个或一些管道44内的空气压力将升高。再次,管道44内的空气压力升高的事实被认为是袋子10覆盖相对应空气孔40的指示。另一方面,对于通向没有被袋子10堵塞的空气孔40的任何管道44,空气压力不会上升或者只会上升较小的量。因此,根据用于各个管道44的每个空气压力传感器48的输出,可以确定袋子10的侧向范围。然后操作加热器34,使得只有对应于袋子10的开口端12的那些加热器部分36才进行工作,以便热密封袋子10。这至少节省了能量,因为对于密封较小袋子10而言无效的那些加热器部分36没有被通电。
接收来自空气压力传感器48的输入并相应地控制加热器34和加热器部分36的控制器或逻辑电路系统等可以被布置为忽略物理上不可能的情况。例如,袋子10不能(适当地)仅覆盖在加热器34的相对端的加热器部分36上,而不覆盖在任何中央加热器部分36上。如果袋子检测器装置指示这种情况,可以为用户产生警报或警告。

Claims (9)

袋子检测器,其被构造和布置为当所述袋子在使用中被插入到所述袋子密封设备中时,检测所述袋子相对于所述加热器装置的位置;
其中所述加热器装置由多个加热器部分形成;
所述加热器装置可操作以使得只有覆盖在由所述袋子监测器检测到在使用中被插入于所述袋子密封设备内的所述袋子上的所述加热器部分或每个加热器部分进行工作以向所述袋子施加热量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的袋子密封设备,其中所述加热器装置的多个加热器部分是电阻加热器。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的袋子密封设备,包括:
第一构件和第二构件,所述第一构件和第二构件被布置为在它们之间接纳袋子;
所述加热器装置布置在所述第一构件和第二构件中的至少一者上,以便当所述袋子被接纳在第一构件与第二构件之间时,可操作地施加热量以热密封所述袋子的开口端;

6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的袋子密封设备,包括与所述加热器装置和所述袋子检测器通信的控制器,所述控制器被构造和布置为接收来自所述袋子检测器的与所述袋子相对于所述加热器装置的位置相关的输入,并控制所述加热器装置根据来自所述袋子检测器的输入进行操作。
7.一种对袋子进行热密封的方法,所述方法使用袋子密封设备,所述袋子密封设备具有加热器装置,所述加热器装置由能够相独立地操作的多个加热器部分形成,所述方法包括:
将所述袋子的开口端放置在所述袋子密封设备中;
检测所述袋子相对于所述加热器装置的位置;以及
操作所述加热器装置以热密封所述袋子;
其中,所述加热器装置被操作为使得只有覆盖由所述袋子检测器检测到的放置在所述袋子密封设备中的所述袋子的所述加热器部分或每个加热器部分进行工作以向所述袋子施加热量。
