控制面板16操作性地与控制器200连接,并包括一个或更多个输入元件(按钮、开关、旋钮等)和/或一个或更多个输出元件(字母数字显示器、灯、蜂鸣器等)。在一些实施例中,控制面板16可以包括提供输入和输出元件的触摸屏显示器。密封机构(示出为密封杆)22固定在盖子18的下侧上,尽管它可以位于下部部分12或邻近真空室26的周边的其他合适位置。密封杆22可以包括一个或更多个加热带,当在密封操作期间施加电力(本文也称为通电或供电)时,加热带升温以热密封袋的开口。下部部分12的对应的顶部表面13可以具有隔热的背衬条24,该隔热的背衬条被定位成使得当盖子18处于关闭位置时,袋被夹置在密封杆22和隔热的背衬条24之间。在替代实施例中,隔热的背衬条24位于盖子18中,而密封杆22位于壳体11的下部部分12的对应的顶部表面13中。
真空室26被构造成当盖子18处于关闭位置时,围绕聚合物或塑料袋(例如图4A或图4B所示的袋)的开口端部密封。在真空密封器10的操作期间,空气被抽真空排出真空室26,这进而经由开口端部将空气从袋的内部抽真空。真空泵21(在图2中以虚线示出)容纳在壳体11内,并且与真空室26流体连通,以当由电源19(在图2中以虚线示出)供电时,从真空室26中抽出空气,并且在真空室中产生真空。密封的真空室26被构造成当电源19给真空泵21供电以从袋中抽出空气时,将袋的开口端部保持在第一和第二空腔15、17之间。提供闩锁28以在真空密封器10操作期间将盖子18固定在关闭位置。在一些实施例中,真空泵21提供的吸力足以在操作期间将盖子18保持在关闭位置,以保持真空室的第一和第二空腔15、17之间的密封。
真空室26可以包括一个或更多个传感器36(在图2中以虚线示出),传感器被配置成输出相应的信号,所述相应的信号可以被转换成或以其他方式指示真空室26中的真空度。例如,传感器36可以包括电联接到真空泵21的电流传感器,和/或位于真空室26中或与真空室26流体连通的压力换能器(例如,安装到通过端口连接到真空室26的印刷电路板上)。电流传感器36可以被配置成响应于真空泵21的操作输出指示电流消耗的信号。压力换能器36可以被配置为响应真空泵21的操作,基于真空室26中的真空度来输出电压信号。
密封机构或杆22可以包括加热带或其它加热元件,其沿密封杆22的长度具有一个或更多个区段,所述区段可以对应于真空袋的开口端部的尺寸。对于多个区段,这些区段可以被连续地或并行地启动,以在不同的时间密封袋的开口端部的不同部分,例如,使得袋的开口端部的一部分可以被初始地被密封,而袋的开口端部的其余部分可以随后被密封。例如,一些实施例可以通过随着真空泵21通电以从袋中抽出空气或在此之前启动一个或更多个加热带区段来开始密封袋的一部分,并且可以通过响应于识别如本文所述的真空度的变化率的转变来启动一个或更多个剩余的加热带区段来开始密封袋的其余部分(例如,较短的部分),以完成密封。也就是说,加热元件可以包括多个区段,这些区段可以响应于识别这种转变而被顺序地通电。密封杆22的端部可以电连接到电源19,以向加热带提供电力。在加热带的一个或更多个端部处的电连接可以是弹簧加载的,以允许带在加热循环期间膨胀/收缩。
仍然参考图2并且还参考图2A,真空密封器10包括壳体11内的电磁阀39。在图示的实施例中,电磁阀39包括套筒39a和柱塞39b,柱塞可以缩回到套筒39a中和从套筒中伸出。密封元件39c可以附接到柱塞39b的自由端部。如图2A所示,柱塞39b延伸穿过壳体11的壁并进入第一空腔15中。在图2A的缩回位置,柱塞39b至少部分地缩回到套筒39a中,使得密封元件39c与壳体11的壁形成密封,因此真空室26保持密封。在图2B的伸出位置,柱塞39b远离套筒39a充分地伸出,使得密封元件39c不与壳体11的壁形成密封,因此真空室26没有被密封并且通向大气。
电源19、真空泵21、任何传感器36和电磁阀39可操作地与控制器200连接,控制器接收信号和/或控制这些部件的操作。
在一些实施例中,真空密封器10可以进一步包括塑料卷隔室壳体,并且在其中存储塑料袋坯料卷,真空袋可以从该塑料袋坯料卷上分配。例如,塑料卷隔室可以位于下壳体12内(例如,可通过可枢转的门进入),以便容纳/承载塑料袋坯料卷。袋坯料可以具有两个相对的侧边缘,这两个相对的侧边缘是工厂密封的。可以从卷上切割下期望长度的袋坯料(例如,通过塑料卷隔室中的切割机构),使得限定真空袋的切割的袋坯料具有两个相对的密封的侧边缘,例如左侧和右侧,以及至少一个开口端部。
图4A和图4B是根据本实用新型的一些实施例的示例性真空袋80a和80b(本文通常称为“80”)的俯视平面视图。现在参考图4A,聚合物袋80a具有开口端部82,在该开口端部处,根据本文所述的实施例,通过响应于检测到真空度的变化而使密封机构22通电,可以产生密封84a、86a,从而在部分85中密封袋80a的内容物。如图4B所示,替代袋80b具有开口端部82,开口端部包括两个平行的密封84a、86a和密封84b、86b,并且根据本文所述的实施例,所述密封可以通过响应于检测到真空度的变化率的转变而使密封机构22通电来产生。密封84a和/或86b的一部分可以在给真空泵21通电之前产生,而在一些实施例中,剩余部分86a和/或84b(如虚线所示)可以响应于检测到真空度的变化率的转变而被密封。
在操作中,用户将袋80a、80b定位在真空密封器中的适当位置(图5的框310)。初始地,电磁阀39处于其缩回位置,密封元件39c提供与壳体11的壁的密封,使得真空室26实际是气密的。真空泵21由电源19供电,以经由聚合物袋80的开口端部82并通过真空室26内的孔从聚合物袋抽出空气(框320)。为了密封袋80的开口端部,包括一个或更多个加热带的密封杆22然后被通电一段规定的时间和/或达到规定的温度,以密封袋80的被按压在密封机构22和背衬条24之间的部分(框330)。
如上所述,当袋80包含液体时,存在的风险是,由于很少或没有空气残留在袋80中,液体可能被吸入到真空室26中。为了避免这种不希望的结果,在密封过程期间的指定的点,电磁阀39可以从其缩回位置移动到其伸出位置,使得密封元件39c定位成远离壳体11的壁。该运动导致真空室26释放其真空(框340)。因此,液体没有被吸入到真空室26中,并且密封可以在没有液体被吸入到真空室26中的情况下完成(框350)。
上述电磁阀39的动作可以以多种不同的方式开始。在一些实施例中,它可以在从密封开始经过预定持续时间后开始。在其他实施例中,电磁阀39的动作可以通过压力传感器36检测到的特定压力来触发。在遵循两步密封过程的实施例中,电磁阀39的延伸可以在密封过程中的第二步骤发生时开始,或者可以在第二密封步骤开始后的某个时间段(例如,0.1-1秒)后开始。本领域技术人员将理解,可以采用其他触发动作。
还应该注意的是,尽管本文图示和描述了电磁阀39,但是其他构造也是合适的。例如,在一些实施例中,电磁阀39可以安装在真空密封器11的上部部分14中,而不是下部部分12中,在这种情况下,电磁阀39经由第二空腔17进入真空室26。图2中所示的电磁阀39的位置仅是说明性的;电磁阀39可以位于提供进入到真空室26中的任何地方。此外,电磁阀39可以被构造成使得柱塞39b缩回到套筒39a中(而不是伸出),以释放真空室26中的真空。此外,其它种类的阀(例如,挡板阀、球阀等)可以被采用以代替电磁阀39。
图3是根据本实用新型的进一步实施例的真空密封器110的正面顶部透视图,其可以在盖子关闭时提供用于抽真空和密封的袋的改进的定位。图3中移除了盖子,以更清楚地示出用于改进的袋定位的机构。如图3所示,真空密封器110包括壳体11,壳体具有适于在使用期间搁置在支撑表面(例如工作台面)上的下部部分112,上部部分114,控制面板116和盖子。当盖子处于关闭位置时,真空室126围绕袋的开口端部密封。密封杆定位在盖子的下侧上,从而当盖子处于关闭位置时,密封杆定位成邻近真空室126的周边。下部部分112的顶部表面具有隔热的背衬条124,该隔热的背衬条被定位成使得当盖子处于关闭位置时,聚合物或塑料袋被夹置在密封杆和隔热的背衬条124之间。在替代实施例中,隔热的背衬条124位于盖子中,而密封杆位于壳体的下部部分112的对应的顶部表面中。在该装置的操作期间,空气从真空室126中被抽真空排出,这进而经由打开的袋端部将空气从袋中被抽真空排出。
真空密封器110进一步包括袋保持机构130,该袋保持机构固接到下部部分112或与下部部分一体成型。袋保持机构130包括主体132,其具有第一端部111和第二端部113,经由相对的端部支架134固接到下部部分112。袋保持机构130进一步包括用于将袋保持在适当位置的两个夹具,这两个夹具中的任一个可以是固定的或者在侧向方向上可移动。例如,第一或右侧夹具(其是第一闩锁机构115的一部分,第一闩锁机构可移动地设置在主体132的第一端部111上)可以沿着滑架140能够侧向移动,所述滑架沿着主体132滑动,从而可以调节第一闩锁机构115和第二闩锁机构117之间的距离。第二夹具(其是第二闩锁机构117的一部分,第二闩锁机构与第一闩锁机构115对齐设置位于主体132的第二端部113附近)可以被固定,从而不允许侧向移动。第一和第二夹具115和117可枢转地安装在相应的安装件上,从而可在相应的打开和关闭位置之间移动,以便当处于关闭位置时,将放置在正确或期望位置的袋保持在其下方用于抽真空/密封。第一夹具115可以向外偏压,以向袋施加张力,从而有助于去除褶皱,以更好地密封袋。
像真空密封器10一样,真空密封器110可以包括电磁阀或其他阀,用于在密封结束之前释放真空室126内的真空。

Claims (8)

1.一种真空密封器,其特征在于,包括:
壳体,所述壳体在其中包括真空室;
真空泵,其与真空室流体连通;
密封机构,其邻近真空室的周边;
阀,其定位和构造成可释放地密封真空室,该阀能够在第一位置和第二位置之间移动,在第一位置,所述阀与所述真空室形成密封,在第二位置,所述阀不与所述真空室形成密封;以及
控制器,其操作性地与所述真空泵、所述密封机构和所述阀连接,该控制器被配置成在密封期间将所述阀从所述第一位置移动到所述第二位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空密封器,其特征在于,所述密封机构是两步式密封机构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的真空密封器,其特征在于,所述控制器被配置为在两步式密封的第一步骤完成之后,将所述阀从所述第一位置移动到所述第二位置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的真空密封器,其特征在于,所述密封机构是一步式密封机构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的真空密封器,其特征在于,所述控制器被配置为在不中断密封的情形下将所述阀从所述第一位置移动到所述第二位置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的真空密封器,其特征在于,所述阀是电磁阀。
7.根据权利要求1所述的真空密封器,其特征在于,所述控制器基于预定的压力测量值将所述阀从所述第一位置移动到所述第二位置。
8.根据权利要求1所述的真空密封器,其特征在于,所述控制器基于从密封开始经过预定的持续时间,将所述阀从所述第一位置移动到所述第二位置。
