Description

用于制造容纳在包装中的袋的设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造封装单元的设备,该封装单元包括含有可冲泡材料的袋,该袋以典型的不透香气的包装提供。
背景技术
从欧洲专利2 231 479 B1中已知一种带有前序部分特征的相应设备。在这种先前已知的设备中,首先将袋放置在包装材料的相对支腿之间的包装站中,该包装材料作为扁平网供应。将袋放置在网上,将该网折叠在袋周围,并且从供应的包装材料上切断,使得一片预制长度的包装材料将袋容纳在其中。通过折叠包装材料,已经形成袋的包装的边缘。然而,需要形成U形的密封接缝,使得包装围绕袋是周向闭合的,并且可以在袋内形成可冲泡材料的不透香气的封装。
这种可冲泡材料通常是茶或干粉或叶子的其他不溶性材料,其质量和味道可能会受到环境因素的影响,使得先前提及的不透香气的封装可能是必要的。这也适用于本发明。
在上述现有技术中,U形密封接缝由密封设备形成,该密封设备在转盘的外圆周表面上具有多个密封单元,每个密封单元具有可朝向彼此枢转的密封爪,该密封爪与袋一起接收包装,并且在转盘的逐步旋转运动的过程中闭合,以便在转盘的旋转运动期间通过焊接来密封包装的U形边缘,并且将这样闭合的包装输送到另一个站。
该实施例基于这样的考虑,即相对于先前已知设备的其他站,通过形成焊接接缝来密封包装中的袋在密封站中需要比先前站中更长的的停留时间。因此,密封站中的各个工作步骤可以通过旋转转盘来及时划分,而不会中断或干扰整个设备的循环时间。
为了包装的有效密封,特别是通过焊接,有必要使包装及其边缘处于密封爪之间,将密封爪抵靠包装放置,向包装中引入充足的热量,以使其熔化,使得包装的相互邻接的网熔化并且焊接在一起。由于施加的热量和必要的冷却时间,这种密封不能立即稳定,使得由袋和包装构成的封装单元通常只能在已经观察到一定的冷却时间后才能进一步加工。
由于用于制造封装单元的设备是用于大量生产消耗品的设备,所以封装单元具有快速循环时间和经济生产是重要的。
发明内容
本发明的目标是在这方面改进先前已知的设备,特别是提供一种允许在包装中更快地密封袋的密封站。
为此,本发明提议了一种带有权利要求1所述的特征的设备。
根据本发明的设备包括以已知方式的袋制造设备。这与欧洲专利2 231 479 B1中描述的袋制造设备没有不同。或者,也可以根据欧洲专利2 626 318 A1、欧洲专利1 479612 A1、欧洲专利2 572 996 A1或欧洲专利1 153 833 A1进行配置。在这种情况下,袋制造设备可以设计成使得线与袋一起也连接到其上,该线的另一端设置有标签,例如,从欧洲专利2 231 479 B1中已知的。
根据本发明的设备还具有密封站,如果必要的话,用于将袋与线和标签一起封闭在包装中。该密封站通常被配置成使得袋以不透香气的方式被封闭在包装中。例如,从德国专利296 09 717 U1中已知这种包装。在那里描述的配置中,如果必要的话,包装也是通过将袋与线和标签一起包装而形成的,其中由包装和袋构成的该单元被密封以形成U形接缝。为此,密封站可以借助焊接将包装的相对层联结起来。然而,例如滚花或胶合等其他类型的联结也是可以想到的。这些类型的联结也可以相互结合应用。
在根据本发明的密封站中,至少一个密封爪,通常是两个密封爪中的每一个,具有第一和第二密封爪元件。单个密封爪的每个密封爪元件被配置成形成纵向密封中的一个和横向密封的一部分。通常,提供两个密封爪元件,其组合起来形成U形的、几乎闭合的密封表面,并且从一侧施加为贴靠包装材料,以便将被折叠隔开的薄膜网的相对支腿彼此贴靠,并且将它们按压在两个密封爪之间。因此,由单个密封爪元件形成的密封表面优选为L形,该密封表面邻接用于密封的包装。
与现有技术相比,在根据本发明的解决方案中,设置在对应包装的一侧上的每个单独的密封爪至少形成为两个部分,优选恰好形成为两个部分。第一和第二密封爪元件可以在朝向和远离包装的不同方向上移动。因此,可以以不同于现有技术的方式来产生用于插入包装以密封包装和移除密封的封装单元的空间,在现有技术中,该空间是通过枢转两个密封爪形成的。
在根据本发明的解决方案中,每个单独的密封爪的第一和第二密封爪元件可以平移和/或旋转移动以形成相应的空间。特别地,两个密封爪元件可以彼此间隔开,以便在它们之间插入包装。在密封爪打开的情况下,在上部和下部密封爪的基本相对的第一密封爪元件与上部和下部密封爪的第二密封爪元件之间提供带有袋的包装之后,第一和第二密封爪元件通常已经相互接近。就上部和下部密封爪而言,这主要是为了在密封爪的单独部件之间进行区分。在密封期间,上部和下部密封爪将包装封闭在它们之间。第一和第二密封爪元件可以分别设置在上部和下部密封爪上。在密封期间,第一、第二和第三或第四密封爪元件(如果必要的话)相应地位于包装的一侧上。
优选的配置是在包装的上侧上和下侧上都实现密封爪的等同配置的那些配置。
密封爪元件优选为L形,其中一个支腿形成用于纵向密封的密封表面,并且另一个支腿形成用于横向密封的密封表面的一部分。在密封期间,形成横向密封的所述部分的两个支腿通常相互邻接或者相互紧密抵靠,使得尽管密封爪被分为第一和第二密封爪元件,但是可以产生从一个拐角到另一个拐角连续延伸的横向密封。
因此,根据本发明的解决方案提供了快速并且因此经济地密封包装的优点。包装可以更快地插入密封爪之间的空间中,在那里密封,并且在密封后从空间中移除。
例如,如果包装被旋转的运送轮移动到密封位置,在该密封位置,密封爪将包装材料压缩在它们之间,容纳围绕袋折叠的包装的底部的空间可以通过在上侧和下侧上间隔开的第一和第二密封爪元件形成。已经在接近密封位置时,相应的密封爪元件朝向彼此移动,使得其将包装材料收纳在它们之间,最后,在进给运动结束时,不仅彼此配合以完成U形密封表面,而且也将包装材料按压在它们之间。运送轮和密封站通常随着袋制造设备的周期时间一起运作。
优选地,相应的密封爪元件被枢转地安装,为此目的,提供了承载第一或第二密封爪元件的密封爪枢转臂。该密封爪枢转臂的枢转轴相对于纵向和横向密封倾斜地延伸,并且因此相对于先前提及的L形密封表面的杆横向延伸。优选地,该倾斜位置使得枢转轴以相对于纵向和横向密封恰好成45°的角度延伸,该纵向和横向密封通常相互成直角设置。然而,该角度可以偏离该优选取向+/-15°,优选+/-10°,特别优选+/-5°。
密封爪枢转臂可以由枢转轴传递的扭矩驱动。例如,密封爪枢转臂可以布置在电机的限定枢转轴的轴上。
当枢转时,枢转轴的倾斜位置致使L形密封爪元件的两个支腿移动远离包装的纵向边缘和横向边缘。纵向边缘由支腿的相对纵向边缘形成,而横向边缘通常以相对于它们成直角延伸,并且与折叠相对设置。关于良好的运动学,优选的是,使枢转轴相对于密封平面偏移,在该密封平面中,包装布置在密封位置。虽然密封期间密封表面通常平行于包含枢转轴的平面延伸,但是枢转轴明显从该平面偏移。
密封爪枢转臂通常基本为L形,密封爪枢转臂的一端围绕枢转轴枢转地安装,另一端承载相关联的密封爪元件。在这两端之间,通常接合有连接杆,该连接杆通常以铰接方式连接到枢转臂。连接杆经由驱动轴驱动,连接杆偏心地设置到驱动轴。通常,连接杆围绕驱动轴的偏心装置可自由地旋转。驱动轴通常平行于枢转轴延伸,因为不仅密封爪枢转臂经由驱动轴驱动,而且与第一或第二密封爪元件之一相互作用的反向爪枢转臂与该密封爪元件一起影响包装材料的密封。该反向爪枢转臂也枢转地安装(但是当驱动轴被驱动时,是关于在相反方向上的枢转运动)在相对于连接杆的枢轴点的相对侧上。因此,与密封爪相关联的枢转轴(在下文中称为密封爪枢转轴)占据连接杆在其自身和其他枢转轴(在下文中称为反向爪枢转轴)之间的接合点。
在上述优选配置中,其中每个密封爪由形成为L形的两个爪元件形成,该设备优选具有两个驱动轴,其中每个驱动轴分配有作为电机的驱动单元。因此,两个驱动轴中的每一个都具有独立的驱动器。该驱动器优选是伺服电机。
相应的驱动轴被设置用于驱动密封爪元件中的一个和反向爪元件中的一个。该反向爪元件是与对应的密封爪元件配合以按压包装的反向爪元件。然后,单个驱动轴优选地被分配到上部和下部爪元件,并且使它们朝向彼此移动,使得两个爪元件,即密封爪元件和反向爪元件,通过单个驱动轴以同步方式移动。第二驱动轴类似地提供另一对爪元件,该另一对爪元件将包装按压在它们之间。每个驱动轴平行于与驱动轴相关联的密封爪的枢转轴和反向爪枢转臂的枢转轴延伸。
两个驱动轴优选彼此成直角对齐。这同样适用于被分配到相应对的枢转轴,其中优选地提供四个枢转轴,以便将第一对的密封爪元件和反向爪元件相互朝向和相互远离地枢转安装,并且以相同的方式枢转地安装第二对的密封爪元件和反向爪元件。

具体实施方式
图1中显示的实施例具有由参考标记2标识的袋制造设备和由参考标记100标识的密封站。
袋制造设备2包括转盘,该转盘具有围绕轴线旋转以用于容纳透水包装的多个容器4,该透水包装形成为形成含有可冲泡材料的袋,并且通常连接到线和标签。关于各个站及其配置,可以参考现有技术,例如欧洲专利2 231 479 B1或WO 01/62600 A1。图1中的参考标记I至IV标识了容器4可以位于其中的各个位置,以便接收和处理成品袋或待成品袋的各种部件。为了清楚表示起见,在该过程中起作用的元件未显示。在位置VI中,袋被完成。
图1和图2显示了由参考标记10标识的袋处理设备和由参考标记20标识的包装材料处理设备的元件。所显示实施例的包装材料是不透香气的薄膜。因此,在下面的描述中,将参考薄膜处理设备20。袋处理设备10包括两个近似平行延伸的臂12、13,它们相互铰接地连接并且经由联接杆14联接到公共驱动设备30。该公共驱动设备30具有不同的凸轮盘32,凸轮盘不可旋转地固定在驱动设备30的公共驱动轴33上,并且联接到拾取器34,凸轮盘32的外圆周表面在每种情况下在该拾取器中滚动,其中拾取器34各自枢转地安装在公共轴承轴线36上,并且设置带有控制杆37,该控制杆铰接地连接到相关联的联接杆14。联接杆14经由控制杆作用在臂12、13上。
驱动设备30致动袋处理设备10的各个部件和薄膜处理设备20的部件。因此,处理设备10、20都设置有公共驱动器,并且被强制同步。
从图2中可以看出,图1中示意性显示的薄膜40和袋42一起被推出袋制造设备2并且至运送轮50,其中通过折叠薄膜40的材料形成的且在薄膜40的两个支腿44之间形成的折叠部45向前延伸,并且袋42向后延伸。薄膜处理设备20接合薄膜40的边缘。通过使夹紧块15与夹紧弹簧16一起以及与前部和后部袋处理臂12、13的前端一起径向远离袋制造设备2移动,通过利用夹紧弹簧16来致动夹紧块15,而从后面推出袋42。在该运动结束时,袋42被放置在包装薄膜40中,并且被夹紧在运送轮50的夹紧臂52之间。
密封站100具有由参考标记102和108标识的密封爪,其中在图3至9的底部处显示的密封爪102由第一密封爪元件104和第二密封爪元件106形成。类似地,其上显示的上部密封爪108由两个爪元件形成,这两个爪元件在下文中被称为反向爪元件110和112。特别如图6中显示,每个密封爪元件104、106在俯视图中为L形,并且具有长支腿113和与长支腿成直角延伸的短支腿114。长支腿113各自形成纵向密封,相对的支腿44通过该纵向密封在其纵向侧处联结。两个短支腿114一起形成每个密封爪102、103的密封表面,该密封表面适于形成横向密封并且在薄膜40上产生横向密封,以便密封薄膜材料的与折叠部45相对的横向侧。纵向密封和横向密封允许薄膜封装的内部被气密地密封。第四侧由折叠部45密封。
密封爪元件104和反向爪元件110(在每种情况下,根据图3至9的密封爪的左侧部分)由以伺服电机形式的公共驱动器115驱动。为此,连接杆偏心地设置在驱动器115的驱动轴116上,其中邻近驱动器114设置的连接杆与反向爪110相关联,并且因此在下文中被指定为反向爪连接杆118,而设置在反向爪连接杆118的与驱动器115相对的一侧上的另一个连接杆被指定并且标识为密封爪连接杆120。
该密封爪连接杆120可自由旋转并且偏心地安装在驱动轴116上。密封爪连接杆120的另一端在由参考标记122标识的枢轴点处铰接地附接到密封爪枢转臂124,该密封爪枢转臂在一端处承载密封爪元件104,并且在其另一端处围绕枢转轴126枢转地安装,该枢转轴在下文中标识为密封爪枢转轴。
以相应的方式,反向爪连接杆118枢转地连接到反向爪枢转臂128,该反向爪枢转臂支撑反向爪110并且在其相对端处枢转地安装在反向爪枢转轴130上。参考根据图示的密封爪102、108的取向,特别是在图5和9中,下面也参考了上部密封爪108和下部密封爪102。下部密封爪102由下部密封爪元件104、106构成。上部密封爪108由上部密封爪元件110、112构成。
两个枢转轴126、130设置在密封爪102、108和驱动轴116之间,这尤其在根据图5和9的侧视图中可以看出。在图9中由参考标记E标识的密封平面(当形成密封时薄膜40位于该密封平面中)与联结两个枢转轴126、130的连接线成直角延伸。沿着这条线的近似一半是枢轴点,在图中只能看到密封爪连接杆120的枢轴点122。
用于密封薄膜40的元件,即密封爪元件106和反向爪元件112(在图4的右侧上可以看出)也以上述方式安装在支撑和可移动的构造中。特别是从图6中可以看出,提供了两个驱动器115、140,它们的驱动轴116、142彼此成直角延伸。驱动器115、140设置成彼此重叠,由此得到了相对紧凑的结构。密封站100的必要部件基本上围绕轴线A镜像倒置,其中轴线A与两个驱动轴116、152的交点相交,穿过短支腿114之间的间隔,并且与运送轮50的旋转轴线成直角延伸。
从以上描述可以得出,肘控制杆设置用于第一和第二对密封爪元件104、110;106、112中的每一对,其中密封夹爪元件104的肘控制杆包括密封爪连接杆120,反向爪元件110的肘控制杆包括反向爪连接杆118。在这种情况下,两个连接杆118、120围绕公共驱动轴116可旋转地安装并且由该公共驱动轴支撑。它们偏心地安装到该驱动轴116上。然而,偏心装置是彼此成角度偏移。
图3至5显示了在将图3至5中的上部薄膜40插入密封爪102、108之间之前的密封站100的操作中的阶段。密封爪102、108是打开的。具体地,在根据图4的视图中,密封爪元件是向下和向左枢转的密封爪元件104、向下和向右枢转的密封爪元件106、向上和向左枢转的反向爪元件110以及向上和向右枢转的反向爪元件112。这种枢转运动由相应的肘控制杆实现。如图5所示,相应的连接杆118、120的相应偏心装置的较大半径位于驱动轴116的与密封爪102、108相对的一侧上。长支腿113平行于轴线1延伸,短支腿114与其成直角,枢转轴126、130各自相对于轴线1倾斜45°。因此,枢转臂124、128几乎最大限度地在驱动轴116的方向上枢转。密封爪102、108之间的空间允许折叠薄膜40插入而不与密封爪102、108碰撞。这种插入是通过运送轮50的旋转来实现的,当折叠薄膜40已经到达密封平面E时,该运送轮停止。然后,折叠薄膜40被插入到密封爪102、108中。当薄膜40接近密封平面E时,根据图5和9,通过驱动轴116的顺时针旋转,密封爪102、108已经闭合。在这些图中,参考了驱动轴116。另一个驱动轴142在相反的方向上被驱动。
密封位置在图6至9中显示。密封爪102、108相互接触。具体地,密封爪元件104邻接反向爪元件110,并且密封爪元件106邻接反向爪元件112。因此,每对相互关联的爪元件104、110;106、112是通过薄膜40的封闭来闭合的。此外,相应爪元件104、106、110、112的短支腿114相互接触。
特别如图9中所示,分配给下部密封爪102的密封爪连接杆120处于其延伸位置。因此,与枢轴点122和驱动轴116相交的直线穿过偏心装置,所述偏心装置以其最大半径和以不可旋转的方式连接到驱动轴116。因此,密封爪连接杆120仅在径向上由驱动轴116的安装支撑。
另一方面,反向爪连接杆118位于驱动轴116的旋转方向上,直至其到达密封位置,甚至在其延伸位置之前,即在其延伸位置之前近似30°。换句话说,相应的密封爪元件104、106已经到达其最大可能位置(参考根据图9的图示),同时驱动轴116的顺时针旋转导致反向爪元件110的进一步显著接近。在显示的实施例中,由作为驱动器115的伺服电机施加的扭矩决定了两个爪元件104、110或106、112之间的接触压力。在驱动器115处分接(tapped)的扭矩用于设定接触压力。扭矩恰好对应于接触压力。特别地,在驱动器115与彼此抵靠设置的各个爪元件104、106、110、112的密封表面之间没有弹簧或其他压缩装置。由于密封爪元件处于对应肘控制杆的延伸位置,因此,负载单独经由相关联的密封爪连接杆120径向传递到驱动轴,经由电机动力分接的扭矩仅由反向爪元件110的接触压力决定,由此经由伺服电机对接触压力的控制被简化并变得更加精确。
图6也示出了密封站100的部件相对于机器的壁144的位置,该机器通常在其外侧上(图6中,在左侧上)暴露出各个站,其功能部件与袋或袋材料、标签或用于将袋材料连接到线的所述线相互作用。在壁144的外侧上,在打开通常至少部分透明并且覆盖部件的门之后,设备的操作者也可以接近部件以用于设置机器或进行故障排除。通常,机器的齿轮箱或电机位于壁144的后面。显然,驱动轴142和连接到其上的连接杆118、129穿过该分隔壁144。
图10示出了如上所述的封装,其由参考标记150标识的包装构成,该包装是容纳以虚线形式示出的带有线和标签的袋42并且以不透香气的方式将其封闭的圆周包装。包装150具有由折叠部45闭合的第一宽侧。纵向密封件L从该折叠部以直角延伸。在这些纵向密封L的末端处具有横向密封件Q,其平行于折叠部45延伸。纵向和横向密封件L、Q会合或相交。

5.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其中,被分配到第一或第二密封爪元件以用于挤压包装的是与第一或第二密封爪元件相互作用的反向爪元件,其中,反向爪元件附接到反向爪枢转臂,该反向爪枢转臂的枢转轴相对于纵向密封和横向密封倾斜地对齐,其中,密封爪枢转臂的枢转轴和反向爪枢转臂的枢转轴布置在枢轴点的相对侧上,在该枢轴点处,密封爪连接杆接合在所述密封爪枢转臂上,或者反向爪连接杆接合在所述反向爪枢转臂上,其中,密封爪连接杆和反向爪连接杆各自偏心地连接到公共驱动轴。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,两个驱动轴彼此成直角对齐,该两个驱动轴各自由驱动单元驱动,并且各自设置为用于驱动第一或第二密封爪元件和与相应的密封爪元件相互作用的反向爪元件中的一个以用于按压所述包装。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,第一和第二密封爪元件或者与第一或第二密封爪元件配合的相应的第一和第二反向爪元件被固定到密封爪枢转臂,所述密封爪枢转臂的枢转轴与所述纵向密封和横向密封倾斜地对齐。
8.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其中,第一和第二密封爪元件或与第一或第二密封爪元件配合的相应的第一和第二反向爪元件经由连接杆偏心地连接到与所述枢转轴平行对齐的驱动轴。
9.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,第一和第二密封爪元件或与第一或第二密封爪元件配合的相应的第一和第二反向爪元件被分配到第一或第二密封爪元件以用于按压所述包装,其中,所述第一或第二密封爪元件经由密封爪连接杆偏心地连接到公共驱动轴,并且第一或第二反向爪元件经由反向爪连接杆偏心地连接到公共驱动轴。
10.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,第一和第二密封爪元件或与第一或第二密封爪元件配合的相应的第一和第二反向爪元件被分配到与第一或第二密封爪元件相互作用的反向爪元件,所述反向爪元件附接到反向爪枢转臂,所述反向爪枢转臂的枢转轴相对于纵向密封和横向密封倾斜地对齐,其中,密封爪枢转臂的枢转轴和反向爪枢转臂的枢转轴布置在枢轴点的相对侧上,在该枢轴点处,密封爪连接杆接合在所述密封爪枢转臂上,或者反向爪连接杆接合在所述反向爪枢转臂上,其中,密封爪连接杆和反向爪连接杆各自偏心地连接到公共驱动轴。
