Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于冲泡(brewing)饮料的装置和方法。特别地,本发明涉及在具有浸泡室的装置内冲泡的浸泡(infused)茶基饮料。
背景技术
饮料如茶和咖啡通常用咖啡粉、茶袋或散装叶茶在家里制备。然而,所需的长冲泡时间和产生的杂物是不便的。因此已经设计了提供方便、快速和消费者友好的方式来冲泡这样的饮料的冲泡装置。饮料材料通常提供在一次用囊盒内或其它在冲泡饮料之后被处置掉的容器内。对于咖啡饮料,所述囊盒本身通常充当冲泡室。囊盒的体积往往小于最终饮料的体积,因此冲泡水必须流过囊盒。这通过囊盒内具有过滤器而实现,使得在保留饮料材料的同时可以分配冲泡的饮料,并将饮料材料与囊盒一起处置掉。
然而,该方法不适用于冲泡茶,因为茶叶需要更大的浸泡体积。因此已经设计了具有单独的、更大浸泡室的用于冲泡茶的装置。例如,WO2007/042485公开了一种用于制备冲泡饮料的装置,所述装置具有用于容纳液体的冲泡容器。将容纳茶叶的筒引入所述装置的腔中。所述筒的底部包括液体可渗透的过滤器。所述浸泡容器和所述腔相互连通,使得当液体倒入所述浸泡容器时它流向所述筒。茶叶由此浸泡在所述液体中而发生浸泡。在浸泡已经发生后,打开与所述腔连通的通道,以让浸泡的液体从所述浸泡容器流过所述腔、流过所述筒的过滤器而流向所述通道。用过的茶叶在所述筒中收集并与所述筒一起从所述腔移除。尽管所述浸泡室允许有空间来浸泡茶叶,但该方法具有许多缺点。特别地,所述筒必须首先为过滤器提供足够的区域,以允许饮料一旦发生冲泡就在短时间内分配;和其次具有足够的体积以容纳在浸泡过程中通常膨胀到它们干燥体积约四倍的用过的茶叶。因此所述筒必须较大。它还必须足够强固以当它从装置中移除时支撑用过的茶叶的重量。因此需要大量的材料(如塑料)来制造所述囊盒。此外,囊盒主体和过滤器通常由不同的材料制造,因此所述囊盒不容易再利用。这些无论是从成本还是从环境影响的角度看都是不期望的。因此,本发明的目的是为了克服这些缺点。
发明内容
本发明通过将过滤器设置在囊盒固持器中而不是在囊盒中而解决了这些问题。因此,在第一方面,本发明提供了一种用于接收囊盒的囊盒固持器,所述囊盒固持器包括:
●具有上部边缘的侧壁,
●用于在所述囊盒固持器内支撑所述囊盒的机构,使得所述囊盒部分地覆盖所述上部边缘内部的区域,
●位于所述囊盒的预期位置下方的过滤器,和
●在所述过滤器相对于所述上部边缘相反侧的可打开并且可关闭的通道。
本发明的囊盒固持器执行现有技术中由囊盒执行的一些功能,例如过滤冲泡的饮料以保留用过的茶叶。因此对所述囊盒所需要的功能显著减少并且所述囊盒的建造可以简易许多。例如,所述囊盒不再需要在两侧打开,因此它可以是具有箔盖的、简单的不可渗透的杯。这显然需要存在酿造的饮料从浸泡室通往所述囊盒固持器中过滤器的路径。因此所述囊盒不能覆盖所述囊盒固持器的上部边缘内部的全部区域。然而,所述囊盒固持器必须在冲泡过程中支撑所述囊盒在位。
所述囊盒固持器包括用于支撑所述囊盒的机构。这些机构支撑所述囊盒的底座和/或法兰。这些机构可包括在所述囊盒固持器的侧壁和/或底座内部的一个或多个突出物。例如,在所述侧壁内部可存在刚好在所述囊盒固持器的上部边缘的下方的架板。可替代地或额外地,可存在从所述底座向上延伸的肋、壁或柱等。可替代地或额外地,所述底座本身可成形以支撑所述囊盒。所述囊盒固持器优选进一步包括用于限定所述囊盒的位置和方向的机构。所述囊盒可具有旋转对称,在这种情况下所述机构限定许多个可能的方向。用于限定所述囊盒的位置和方向的机构可包括在所述架板上突出物和/或凹痕(indentation)。
优选地,用于支撑所述囊盒的机构由在所述囊盒固持器的侧壁内部的架板构成。这具有的优点是,在所述囊盒固持器的底座或侧壁上不存在肋、壁或其它突出物,所述肋、壁或其它突出物会在所述囊盒固持器内产生可捕集茶叶的位置并因此难以清洁。
在第二方面,本发明提供了一种适配成与接受器配合以形成囊盒固持器的筛器,所述筛器包括:
●底座(73)和边缘(74),
●用于在所述筛器内支撑囊盒(30)的机构(28),使得所述囊盒部分地覆盖所述边缘内部的区域,和
●位于所述囊盒的预期位置下方的过滤器(25)。
在第三方面,本发明提供了一种冲泡装置,所述装置包括:
●具有限定开口的底部边缘的浸泡室;
●根据本发明第一方面的囊盒固持器;
●用于移动所述囊盒固持器和/或所述浸泡室的机构,使得所述囊盒固持器的上部边缘连接到所述浸泡室的底部边缘;
●用于将液体引入所述囊盒的机构,使得所述液体和茶材料可以混合并流入所述浸泡室从而冲泡饮料;
●用于打开所述囊盒固持器中所述通道的阀,以允许所述饮料从所述浸泡室流过所述过滤器并通过所述通道流出。
在第四方面,本发明提供了在本发明第二方面的冲泡装置中制备茶基饮料的方法,所述方法包括下述步骤:
a)将容纳茶材料的囊盒插入所述囊盒固持器;
b)将所述囊盒固持器的上部边缘连接到所述浸泡室的底部边缘;
c)将液体引入所述囊盒并使所述茶材料从所述囊盒中释放,使得所述液体和茶材料混合并流入所述浸泡室从而冲泡所述饮料;
d)在已经发生冲泡之后,打开所述囊盒固持器中的所述通道,以允许所述饮料从所述浸泡室流过所述过滤器并通过所述通道流出。
具体实施方式
如本文所使用,术语“茶材料”指的是茶植物材料、草本植物材料或其混合物。为避免疑义,术语“茶材料”不包括咖啡材料。术语“茶植物材料”指的是来自中国茶(Camelliasinensis var.sinensis)和/或阿萨姆茶(Camellia sinensis var.assamica)的叶、芽和/或茎的材料。所述茶植物材料可以是基本上发酵的(即红茶)、部分发酵(即乌龙茶)或基本上未发酵(即绿茶或白茶)。它也可以是一种或多种上述茶植物材料的混合物。通常用于给叶茶产品调味的其它成分(例如,佛手柑,柑橘皮等)也可与所述茶植物材料进行组合。术语“草本植物材料”指的是通常用作草本浸泡物的前体的材料。优选的草本植物材料选自洋甘菊,肉桂,接骨木花,生姜,芙蓉,茉莉,薰衣草,柠檬草,薄荷,博士茶(获自Aspalathuslinearis),玫瑰果,香草和马鞭草。所述茶材料还可包括水果片(如苹果,黑醋栗,芒果,桃子,菠萝,树莓,草莓等)。
优选地,所述茶材料被干燥而具有小于30重量%、更优选小于20重量%、以及最优选0.1至10重量%的水分含量。优选地,所述茶材料颗粒具有约2至约10mm、优选3至7mm的尺寸(即最长直径)。
术语“饮料”指的是基本上含水的、可饮用的、适于人类消费的组合物。优选地,所述饮料包含按所述饮料的重量计至少85%,更优选至少90%和最优选95至99.9%的水。优选地,所述饮料包含0.04至3重量%,更优选0.06至2重量%,最优选0.1至1重量%的茶固体。
术语“冲泡”指的是将液体特别是热水添加至茶材料,使得在所述液体中浸渍或浸泡所述茶材料而将可溶物质(例如风味和/或香味分子)释放入所述液体,从而形成饮料。冲泡可在任意温度下进行,但优选在80至95℃下进行。
术语“浸泡室”指的是其中发生茶材料浸泡的容器,并且其大到足以既允许茶材料在浸泡过程中在液体周围移动,又容纳最终饮料的大部分(即至少50%)的体积。术语“浸泡室”因此不是指在其内部发生冲泡的囊盒,如在咖啡机中通常的情况那样。
术语“囊盒”指的是在其中茶材料被包装或可被包装的刚性或半刚性容器,例如囊盒、筒、舱,等等。

图1显示出根据本发明所述的冲泡装置的一个非限制性实施方式。装置1具有带有前侧3和后侧4的外壳2。浸泡室10和囊盒固持器20被设置在所述装置的前侧。浸泡室10具有在其较低侧限定开口的底部边缘12。所述浸泡室可在其顶侧具有用可移除盖15覆盖的开口,或它可被构造为在其顶侧没有开口的容器。囊盒固持器20被设计为接收囊盒。它被设置在支撑体6中并优选具有把手22。所述囊盒固持器当从上方看时优选基本上为圆形,由于不存在茶叶被捕集于其中的角落,因此这使得容易清洁。
在图1中,囊盒固持器20被显示为在用于冲泡的位置,即使得所述囊盒固持器的上部边缘20与浸泡室10的底部边缘12水密性接触。浸泡室10通过歧管(未显示)支撑并夹持在位。贮水池、加热器和泵(未显示)被设置在所述外壳的后侧4的内部。在所述外壳的前侧3的底部存在托盘8,当分配饮料时,所述托盘8上放置杯9。分配喷口7被放置在所述囊盒固持器的下方。
图2是显示所述装置的主要功能组件的示意图。来自贮水池50的水经由滤水器52、水泵54、加热器56和阀57进给到浸泡室10。所述加热器优选是流通式加热器。阀57控制所述水在加热器56和浸泡室10之间采取的路径。例如,所述水可先经由囊盒30泵送到浸泡室10从而冲泡饮料60。然后,阀57可以重新引导所述水使得它经由冲洗头18进入冲泡室10从而冲洗和/或清洁冲泡室10。还可存在气泵58,其可以例如经由设置在囊盒固持器20中的囊盒30,或经由所述囊盒固持器本身而将空气泵送给浸泡室。喷口7、杯9和托盘8被设置在所述囊盒固持器20的下方。
图3显示出具有降低的囊盒固持器20、使得其上部边缘23与所述浸泡室的底部边缘12分离的图1的装置。囊盒固持器20优选从支撑体6中移除,使得可以容易地插入囊盒并且便于清洁。图4显示的所述装置中,囊盒30插入囊盒固持器20,所述囊盒固持器20在其降低位置。
图5显示出从所述装置中移除的囊盒固持器20的一个实施方式:(a)透视图和(b)截面图。囊盒固持器20具有带有上部边缘23的侧壁24和底座26。侧壁24当从上方看时优选是圆形的。
所述囊盒固持器包括用于支撑囊盒的机构28,使得所述囊盒部分地覆盖所述上部边缘内部的区域。在图5显示的实施方式中,用于支撑囊盒的机构28由在侧壁24的内部、刚好在上部边缘23下方的架板28A和从底座26向上延伸的肋28B构成。
过滤器25被设置在囊盒下方所述囊盒固持器的内部。在过滤器25的下方是通道29,在分配过程中所述饮料流过通道29,而在冲泡过程中通道29通过排液阀21关闭。所述过滤器优选由例如不锈钢、尼龙、聚酯或PTFE制造的细网格构成。网格尺寸必须足够小以拦截小块茶材料,但足够大以确保排液不太缓慢。优选地,网格尺寸为100至500微米,更优选150至300微米。优选地,所述过滤器(当其在所述装置中的正常位置时)相对于水平面倾斜5至45°、优选10至30°、例如约20°的角度。使所述过滤器相对于水平面呈某一角度具有两个优点:首先,它提供了更大的表面积,从而增大排液速度。其次,茶材料收集于倾斜的过滤器的底部而使得上部不含有茶材料,以便所述饮料自由地通过上部排出。
图6显示出囊盒固持器20的第二实施方式的透视图,所述囊盒固持器由两个可分离部件——接受器70和筛器72构成。图6(a)显示出当组装囊盒30在位的囊盒固持器,而图6(b)显示出分开的囊盒、筛器和接受器。
接受器70具有侧壁24和底座26。另外,所述侧壁当从上方看时优选是圆形的。设置在底座26中的是通道29,在分配过程中所述饮料流过通道29,而在冲泡过程中通道29通过排液阀(未显示)关闭。接受器70具有把手22。
筛器72具有底座73、边缘74和把手75。在图6显示的实施方式中,用于支撑囊盒的机构包括在侧壁24的内部、刚好在边缘74下方的架板78。架板78围绕所述侧壁的一部分延伸。囊盒30具有对应于所述架板形状的法兰33,使得所述法兰沿所述囊盒的基本上全部一侧搁置于所述架板上,并因此由所述架板支撑。所述侧壁(当从上方看时)优选是圆形的,因此所述架板类似地具有圆弧的形式。这需要所述囊盒的法兰的形状大体上为椭圆形。相反,如果所述囊盒具有例如圆形的法兰,则所述架板和所述法兰之间的接触面积将不足以支撑所述囊盒。因此在所述囊盒固持器中将需要额外的支撑。这些可能在所述囊盒固持器中导致可捕集茶叶并由此阻碍清洁的位置。
只要架板能够支撑所述囊盒的法兰,它就不必要是连续的。因此例如,所述架板可以具有小的缺口。所述架板的宽度优选匹配所述法兰的宽度,并且优选至少为3mm宽。图6(a)示出搁置于架板78上的法兰33的部件80。所述架板上的小构件71确保所述囊盒位于正确的位置上并且在两个可能正确的方向中的一个。
所述筛器的底座73的至少一部分由过滤器25构成。在所显示的优选实施方式中,底座73位于所述囊盒下方的部分是实心的,而所述底座的其余部分由所述过滤器构成。所述实心部分也可用来支撑所述囊盒。所述过滤器优选由例如不锈钢、尼龙、聚酯或PTFE制造的细网格构成。网格尺寸必须足够小以拦截小块茶材料,但足够大以确保排液不太缓慢。优选地,网格尺寸为100至500微米,更优选150至300微米。
如图6(a)所示,在使用中,筛器72搁置在所述接受器上并由侧壁24支撑。筛器的边缘74形成囊盒固持器20的上部边缘23。所述筛器覆盖接受器70的全部顶部,使得液体不能通过所述筛器的边缘74和所述接受器的侧壁24之间,并因此只能通过所述过滤器进入接受器70。所述过滤器阻止用过的茶叶进入接受器70。优选地,边缘74由弹性材料制造。因此它实际上是在所述接受器和所述筛器之间、以及在所述囊盒固持器和所述浸泡室之间都形成密封的衬垫。
该实施方式具有的优点是,所述筛器和所述接受器可以容易地分离用于清洁。此外,为了从所述囊盒固持器中清空用过的茶叶,只需要移除所述筛器并从中倒出用过的茶叶。
优选地,所述筛器的把手75大于并重叠于所述接受器的把手22。当将所述筛器设置在所述接受器内时,所述筛器的把手75搁置在所述接受器的把手22上方,如图6(a)所示。这允许所述接受器和筛器通过从上方和下方握住它们而被一起拿起。然而,所述筛器可以通过握住其把手75的边缘(其延伸到所述接受器的把手22之外)而容易地从所述接受器中移除。
所述筛器的把手75可任选在其较低一侧具有凸起(projection)77,所述凸起搁置于所述接受器的把手22的顶侧中相应的凹陷(hollow)79。这有助于相对于所述接受器正确设置所述筛器。所述筛器可在其边缘上任选地具有凸缘(lip)(未显示),例如相对于所述把手设置,所述凸缘搁置于所述接受器的侧壁顶部相应的凹槽(notch)。这有助于相对于所述接受器正确设置所述筛器并且支撑它。
图7(a)显示出囊盒30的侧视图。所述囊盒包括主体部分31和盖32。主体部分31限定了其中放置有茶材料36的腔35。所述盖附接到所述主体部分使得将茶材料36包封在所述囊盒内。与已知囊盒相比,对所述囊盒所需要的功能显著减少,因为所述囊盒没有容纳过滤器。冲泡液体不需要通过一侧进入并通过另一侧离开,因此不需要打孔或以其它方式在所述囊盒的主体部分中制造开口。因此所述囊盒的构造大大简化。因此所述主体部分优选是单一的、不可渗透的部件,并且优选没有容纳任何机构(例如过滤器、或是可打开或有缺陷的区域)以允许液体通过所述主体部分进入或离开所述囊盒。所述主体部分优选由塑料或铝制造。它可以例如通过注塑法或通过热成型法而形成。
腔35的截面当从上方看时优选大体上是圆形的,如图7(b)所示。该形状从制造角度来看、以及对于将茶材料填充入所述囊盒而言是便利的。它还有助于所述茶材料在冲泡过程中从所述囊盒释放,因为不存在所述茶材料可捕集于其中的角落或其它区域。“大体上圆形”不需要所述腔具有精确的圆形截面;因此例如它可以具有小的凹口(indent),条件是不存在所述茶材料可捕集于其中的狭窄凹处(recess)。
所述主体部分包括法兰33,并且所述盖例如通过热封而附接到所述法兰,从而包封所述茶材料。为了提供足够的区域以牢固地附接所述盖,所述法兰优选至少3mm宽。如上所述,法兰33还用于通过搁置于所述囊盒固持器侧壁内部的架板而在所述囊盒固持器中支撑所述囊盒。因此所述法兰的形状和尺寸匹配它在所述囊盒固持器中的预期位置。
上述囊盒固持器的优选实施方式要求囊盒具有大体上椭圆形状的法兰。“大体上椭圆”不需要所述法兰是精确的椭圆形。所述法兰具有类似于所述囊盒固持器的侧壁24内部半径的曲率半径,使得所述法兰的形状大体上对应于所述架板。然而,可以容许与椭圆形状有小的差异,同时在所述法兰和所述架板之间仍然存在足够的重叠以支撑所述囊盒。大体上椭圆形状的一些实例显示于图8中。在特别优选的实施方式中,所述囊盒的法兰由两个交叉的圆弧限定,每个圆弧具有曲率半径(R),其与所述囊盒固持器的半径基本上相同,即为所述囊盒固持器内径(D)的一半,如图8(b)所示。所述法兰的最长直径与所述法兰的最短直径之比为1.2:1到1.5:1。需要1.2:1的最小比率,以提供足够的空间使冲泡的饮料通过所述囊盒;并且需要1.5:1的最大比率,使得所述囊盒足够大以容纳足够的茶材料而不需要过大的囊盒固持器。
所述囊盒优选是对称的,并且最优选围绕纵轴呈180°旋转对称。因此,所述囊盒可以两个方向中的任意一个被放置在所述囊盒固持器中。
在一个优选实施方式中,所述囊盒的主体部分是透明的,使得所述囊盒内部的茶材料是可见的。这对于消费者而言有吸引力,并且也具有如下优点:出于质量控制的目的,内含物可以在填充后利用光学机构而不是例如按重量进行检验。
对所述囊盒所需要的功能相比于容纳过滤器的已知囊盒显著减少。不需要所述囊盒保持用过的茶叶,也不需要所述囊盒与所述浸泡室形成水密性连接。事实上,所述囊盒浸泡在冲泡液体中。由于所述囊盒只需要足够大和足够坚固以容纳单一份的干燥茶材料,因此它可以比已知的囊盒小得多。因此所述囊盒的内体积(即所述腔的体积)为10至24cm3,优选12至19cm3,最优选14至18cm3。此外,所述囊盒只需要足够强固以支撑干燥的茶材料而不是湿润的用过的茶材料。因此所述囊盒的主体部分还可以具有相对薄的壁。
减小的囊盒尺寸意味着制造该囊盒所需要的材料(例如塑料)的量显著减少了。这具有环境和成本优势。此外,所述囊盒主体部分可以更加容易地再利用,因为它由单一材料制造而不同于通常具有过滤器的囊盒。小的囊盒还具有的优点是在运输过程中和储存过程中(例如在消费者的橱柜里)占有较少的空间。
所述腔不能过浅以至于茶材料在填充过程中跳出它之外。因此所述腔的深度优选为至少10mm,更优选至少13mm。另一方面,所述腔不能过深以至于难以在开始冲泡时从所述囊盒中移除所述茶材料。因此所述腔的深度优选为至多20mm,更优选至多18mm。当腔的体积也接近于其范围的上限时(即当所述腔不是既深又窄时),更容易从深度在该范围上部的所述腔中移除所述茶材料。
所述腔的截面面积和直径与所需要的体积和深度有关。因此,所述腔的直径优选为30至45mm。重叠于或覆盖所述法兰、并且覆盖所述腔的所述盖因此优选直径为约45至60mm,更优选47至58mm。所述盖的形状优选大体上匹配所述法兰的形状。
所述盖可以是简单的薄膜或箔。所述盖优选由金属箔或层压箔,最优选由铝箔和聚乙烯的层压材料制造。在一个优选实施方式中,所述盖的形状由两个交叉的圆弧限定,但所述圆弧具有截顶端38,如图7(c)所示。所述盖在两个截顶端之间的长度为47至58mm,而所述盖的最大宽度为45至50mm。
优选地,所述盖具有穿孔以便于打开所述囊盒以注入水和释放茶材料,如下文将说明的那样。更优选地,盖32具有曲线形式的穿孔线34,具有从曲线的末端向后延伸的节段,如图7(c)所示。当相对于钝造口部件推所述盖时(如下所述),这种构造产生明确限定的开口,其允许茶叶从所述囊盒中释放。最优选在所述盖中存在两组对称布置的穿孔,如图7(c)所示,使得所述囊盒无论以两个可能方向中的哪一个插入,一组孔都会永远位于所述开孔构件下方。所述穿孔的断连比(cut:tie ratio)应该使得它们例如在运输过程中不太容易迸裂,但是也不需要太大的力打开。例如,对于铝箔/聚乙烯的层压盖,约1:2的断连比是合适的。
通常以气密的二次包装、例如以容纳许多(例如十个)囊盒的包装来向消费者提供所述囊盒。具有穿孔的盖的另一优点在于,一些茶的香味从所述囊盒内部的茶材料中释放进入所述二次包装的空间。因此消费者在打开二次包装时就获得茶的香味。
在使用中,所述装置如下运行。囊盒固持器在其降低的位置,用户从支撑体中移除所述囊盒固持器,或在图6所示的囊盒固持器的第二实施方式中,用户可仅仅从所述接受器中移除所述筛器。将容纳茶材料的囊盒放置到所述囊盒固持器内,使它搁置在用于支撑所述囊盒的机构上。这些机构优选还将所述囊盒设置在正确的位置和方向中。
然后将所述囊盒固持器重置于所述支撑体上。接下来,用户例如通过按动装置上启动致动器的按钮来升高所述支撑体。所述囊盒固持器竖直向上移动直到它与所述浸泡室连接并形成水密封。在另一个实施方式中,所述浸泡室可以朝所述囊盒固持器向下移动。
在本发明的情况下,“将所述囊盒固持器的上部边缘连接到所述浸泡室的底部边缘”和“所述上部边缘连接到所述浸泡室的底部边缘”应理解为意指所述囊盒固持器的上部边缘和所述浸泡室的底部边缘形成水密接触,使得所述囊盒固持器和所述浸泡室形成其中可保持冲泡液体同时发生冲泡的容器。所述囊盒固持器和浸泡室可以通过中间构件如衬垫(例如由橡胶或其它柔性材料制造的环,其设置在所述囊盒固持器的上部边缘上和/或所述浸泡室的底部边缘上)的方式连接以提供良好的密封。所述浸泡室和所述囊盒固持器当连接时形成用于冲泡的空间。优选地,用于冲泡的空间体积为最终饮料体积的至少75%,更优选至少90%。
所述装置可具有用于识别囊盒和/或从与所述囊盒或所述囊盒固持器相关联的代码中读取信息的工具。这允许所述囊盒由所述装置识别,使得所述装置可以自动为冲泡操作设定参数,如冲泡时间、水温、压力、体积或流速、和/或液体在所述冲泡装置内流动的路径等。它还允许所述装置进行编程,使得它只在正确类型的囊盒存在下进行操作。因此有效的代码表示存在期望种类的囊盒,而无效的代码表示期望之外的囊盒种类、已经用过的囊盒或不存在囊盒。识别系统可以是任何合适的种类,例如所述囊盒和所述囊盒固持器之间的机械联锁;光学识别(例如通过颜色、荧光或条形码)、电、磁、射频识别(RFID)芯片等。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述识别系统是基于电磁感应和金属探测的原理。所述囊盒和/或所述囊盒固持器包括具有两个边缘段的导电材料,所述边缘段位于所述腔的相对侧,优选位于靠近或在所述法兰的相对端,即靠近或位于所述囊盒的相对端。带有交流电并设置在所述冲泡装置内、靠近所述囊盒的线圈在导电材料中感应出涡电流。所述涡电流产生改变所述线圈阻抗的相反的电磁通量。电阻的变化是所述导电材料内流通的涡电流的强度和自由度的函数。所述导电材料中的不连续性限制和削弱了所述涡电流的强度并影响所述线圈的阻抗。因此所述导电材料的边缘段的布置(例如位置、形状)对信息进行编码,其允许所述冲泡装置根据所述导电材料的构造来识别所述囊盒。优选所述边缘段基本上是直的边缘段,并且特别优选所述边缘段相互平行。所述边缘段不需要延伸横跨所述囊盒的整个宽度,但在优选实施方式中它们是这样的。导电材料的优选实例包括金属片材、金属箔和箔层压材料。
这种方法允许在宽范围的物理和电学容差内利用简单的编码系统进行近场和非接触式检测识别,并且特别适合于其中所述冲泡装置需要识别有限数量代码(即优选不多于10个代码)的情况。这种方法的优点是线圈不需要与导电材料进行物理接触。这意味着,即使所述线圈和所述导电材料之间存在非导电材料,识别也是可能的。为此,若干种将所述导电材料与所述囊盒相结合的方式都是可能的。此外,即使在所述线圈和所述囊盒之间存在水和/或残余茶材料,囊盒识别也是可能的。
优选地,所述识别系统包括:两个谐振回路电路,每个都包括线圈和电容器;两个用于检测线圈阻抗变化的电子检测电路;用于产生信号的机构,其中所述信号指示线圈阻抗的变化;以及用于根据所述信号来控制所述冲泡装置的至少一个参数的控制机构。所述两个线圈的存在改善了所述识别系统关于物理容差的鲁棒性。因此,所述编码系统可以容忍所述囊盒在所述冲泡装置内定位的某些变化,或所述导电材料相对于所述囊盒的定位的某些变化。这允许以简单而可靠的方式来识别被编码的囊盒,并减少了识别特定囊盒的所需时间和/或增大了识别精度。
每个谐振回路电路都包括线圈和电容器,并被设计为在导电材料中感应出涡电流的频率下谐振。优选地,每个振荡电路都被设计为在50至200kHz、更优选75至150kHz的频率下谐振。优选地,所述线圈间隔的距离为40至50mm,更优选45至47mm,因为这一距离对应于适宜的囊盒尺寸。
每个电子检测电路都监测线圈阻抗的变化,并导出指示线圈阻抗变化的信号。所述信号的其它特性可通过电子处理和/或软件处理来提取。由于所述信号的幅度通常反比于所述导电材料与所述线圈的邻近程度,优选所述线圈和导电区域的间隔距离为0至2mm,更优选0至1mm。
所述导电材料可以是所述囊盒的一部分或附接到所述囊盒,例如所述盖。然而,在一个优选的实施方式中,所述导电材料与所述囊盒可释放地结合。例如,所述导电材料可包括含有中央开口的金属片材,所述中央开口被成形以便与所述囊盒的主体部分可释放地接合。因此,所述导电材料可搁置于或附接于所述囊盒固持器,使得当所述囊盒被插入到所述冲泡装置的囊盒固持器时,所述囊盒与所述导电材料相结合。在这种情况下,所述盖不需要包括导电材料,而优选由非导电材料、更优选塑料膜构成。
任选地,所述装置还可具有用于允许用户调节冲泡操作参数如冲泡时间、接受器尺寸等的机构。所述机构可合适地由在所述装置上的按钮或其它输入端与控制系统一起构成。
所述囊盒的盖需要打开或移除,以便释放所述茶材料。优选地,所述盖在所述囊盒已被插入所述囊盒固持器之后,例如当所述囊盒固持器的上部边缘连接到所述浸泡室的底部边缘时,由所述装置自动打开。优选地,在所述盖中制造出两个开口,一个用于将液体引入所述囊盒而另一个用于将液体和茶材料释放进入所述浸泡室。然而,由于所述囊盒不具有过滤器,所以不需要打孔或以其它方式在所述囊盒的底座中制造开口。
在图9中所示的一个优选实施方式中,当所述囊盒固持器向上移动以与所述浸泡室的底部边缘连接时,所述盖通过相对于一个或多个静态造口部件推动而打开它。将盖32相对于设置在浸泡室歧管16上的静态造口部件40进行推动。所述构件的功能是在所述盖中产生开口以释放液体和茶材料。这可以通过具有对所述盖进行切割或打孔的具有锐利边缘的构件来实现。或者,所述盖可具有预形成的缺陷如穿孔34,其减小了打开所述盖所需的力。在这种情况下,构件40可以是钝的,例如金属丝。优选地,所述构件具有角度或具有倾斜部分41,使得当它移动进入所述囊盒时,通过打开所述盖而形成的翼片(flap)被推离开口并在所述茶材料从所述囊盒中释放时保持不挡道。
在图9中所示的优选实施方式中,通过将所述盖相对于由具有尖端的管构成的静态针42进行推动而制造出用于将液体引入所述囊盒的第二开口。所述针42刺穿所述盖。然后将水从贮水池泵送到加热器,所述加热器优选是流通式加热器。产生的热水(和任选的蒸汽)然后被泵送到所述囊盒并通过所述针进入所述囊盒。热水的涌入将所述茶材料通过由造口部件40制造的开口从所述囊盒中挤出并进入浸泡室10。
控制所述加热器和泵,使得在所述浸泡室中实现目标冲泡温度(其通常在80℃至95℃范围内)。通常水的流速是在200至400ml/min范围内,并且水的体积是150至300ml,取决于期望的饮料规模。
优选地,浸泡室10由透明材料如玻璃或透明塑料制造,使得用户可以在冲泡饮料的同时看见茶材料(例如茶叶)的运动。更优选地,所述浸泡室由TritanTM共聚酯制造,因为该材料是透明的并且被发现具有良好的抗污性。可将空气泵送进入囊盒固持器20(例如经由所述静态针)或直接进入浸泡室10以在水中产生气泡从而搅动所述茶材料。这不仅增强了视觉外观,也有助于浸泡并有助于防止所述茶材料粘附在所述浸泡室的侧面。此外,引入空气释放香味,所述香味可任选地经由管排放,所述管例如具有靠近所述分配喷口或靠近所述浸泡室顶部的出口,从而在冲泡过程中将茶的香味提供给用户。通常范围为10到120秒的冲泡时间优选通过用户输入和/或从所述囊盒中读取的信息设定。
冲泡一经发生了所需的时间,设置在囊盒固持器20底座中的排液阀21就被打开,允许饮料从所述浸泡室中排出。优选地,所述排液阀的打开通过所述机器自动控制。所述饮料从所述浸泡室中流出,流过设置在所述囊盒下方的囊盒固持器中的过滤器25,流过通道29,并最终流入用户已经放置在托盘8上的杯9中。通过过滤器25防止茶材料进入杯9。
任选地,可存在如图1所示放置在所述囊盒固持器下方的分配喷口7,使得所述饮料通过所述排液阀分配并通过所述喷口排出。因此,所述饮料并不竖直向下分配进入所述接受器,而是沿着类似于从茶壶喷口中倾倒出的茶那样的弧线分配。这增强了所述机器提供给用户的“戏剧效果”,并还强调所述饮料的“茶性(tea-ness)”,其有别于咖啡机。
在所述饮料已被分配之后,用过的茶材料可用另外的热水从冲泡室壁冲洗。优选地,冲洗水通过设置在所述浸泡室顶部附近的旋转冲洗喷嘴18引入。通过旋转冲洗喷嘴实现了比静态喷嘴更好的冲洗。在一个优选实施方式中,冲洗在所述饮料已被分配之后立刻进行,并且冲洗水也被分配进入所述接受器并成为所述饮料的一部分。这去除了单独处置冲洗水的需要。在这种情况下,冲洗水提供所述饮料总体积的约15-30%,例如使用的冲洗水体积为约50ml。
最后,在所述饮料已被分配之后,将所述囊盒固持器优选自动降低,或由用户例如通过启动按钮而降低。用户然后从所述支撑体中利用把手22而移除所述囊盒固持器,或在图6所示的囊盒固持器的第二实施方式中,用户可仅仅从所述接受器中移除所述筛器。然后处置掉用过的囊盒和用过的茶叶,并且可以冲洗所述囊盒固持器。由于所述囊盒固持器可从所述冲泡装置中移除,所以它易于清洁。所述囊盒固持器然后返回所述支撑体,准备下次使用。
可以清洁所述装置,例如通过运行没有茶材料的清洁循环或通过运行具有清洁材料如过碳酸钠的循环。所述清洁材料可以在囊盒中提供,或作为简易放置在囊盒固持器中的片剂提供。
本发明的实施方式在上述单个节段提及的各种特征视情况进行必要的修改而应用于其它节段。因此在一个节段中说明的特征可视情况与其它节段中说明的特征相结合。对相关领域的技术人员显而易见的、用于执行本发明的描述模式的各种变型旨在下述权利要求的范围内。
Claims (17)
1.用于接收容纳茶材料的囊盒(30)的囊盒固持器(20),所述囊盒固持器包括:
●具有上部边缘(23)的侧壁(24),
●用于在所述囊盒固持器内支撑所述囊盒的机构(28),使得所述囊盒部分地覆盖所述上部边缘内部的区域,
●位于所述囊盒的预期位置下方的过滤器(25),和
●在所述过滤器相对于所述上部边缘相反侧的可打开并且可关闭的通道(29)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的囊盒固持器,其中所述侧壁当从上方看时是圆形的。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的囊盒固持器,其还包括用于将所述囊盒定位于它在所述囊盒固持器中的预期位置的机构(71)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的囊盒固持器,其中用于支撑所述囊盒的所述机构还限定所述囊盒的一个或多个预期方向。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的囊盒固持器,其中用于支撑所述囊盒的所述机构包括在所述囊盒固持器的侧壁和/或底座内部的一个或多个突出物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的囊盒固持器,其中用于支撑所述囊盒的所述机构包括在所述囊盒固持器的侧壁内部的架板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的囊盒固持器,其中用于支撑所述囊盒的所述机构由在所述囊盒固持器的侧壁内部的架板构成。
8.根据权利要求5所述的囊盒固持器,其中用于支撑所述囊盒的所述机构包括从所述底座向上延伸的肋、壁或柱。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的囊盒固持器,其中所述囊盒固持器的底座被成形以支撑所述囊盒。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的囊盒固持器,其包括可分离的接受器(70)和所述过滤器(25)位于其中的筛器(72)。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的囊盒固持器,其中所述囊盒适配成对应于用来在所述囊盒固持器内支撑所述囊盒的机构。
12.筛器(72),其适配成与接受器(70)配合以形成根据权利要求10所述的囊盒固持器(20),所述筛器包括:
●底座(73)和边缘(74),
●用于在所述筛器内支撑囊盒(30)的机构(28),使得所述囊盒部分地覆盖所述边缘内部的区域,和
●位于所述囊盒的预期位置下方的过滤器(25)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的筛器(72)与容纳茶材料的囊盒(30)的组合。
14.根据权利要求1或2所述的囊盒固持器或根据权利要求12或13所述的筛器,其包括具有两个边缘段的导电材料,所述两个边缘段位于所述囊盒的腔的预期位置的相对侧边缘。
15.根据权利要求14所述的囊盒固持器或筛器,其中所述导电材料包括含有中央开口的金属片材,所述中央开口被成形从而与所述囊盒的主体部分可释放地接合。
16.冲泡装置,所述装置包括:
●具有限定开口的底部边缘的浸泡室;
●根据权利要求1至10任一项所述的囊盒固持器;
●用于移动所述囊盒固持器和/或所述浸泡室的机构,使得所述囊盒固持器的上部边缘连接到所述浸泡室的底部边缘;
●用于将液体引入所述囊盒的机构,使得所述液体和茶材料可以混合并流入所述浸泡室从而冲泡饮料;
●用于打开所述囊盒固持器中所述通道的阀,以允许所述饮料从所述浸泡室流过所述过滤器并通过所述通道流出。
17.在根据权利要求16所述的冲泡装置中制备茶基饮料的方法,所述方法包括下述步骤:
a)将容纳茶材料的囊盒插入所述囊盒固持器;
b)将所述囊盒固持器的上部边缘连接到所述浸泡室的底部边缘;
c)将液体引入所述囊盒并使所述茶材料从所述囊盒中释放,使得所述液体和茶材料混合并流入所述浸泡室从而冲泡所述饮料;
d)在已经发生冲泡之后,打开所述囊盒固持器中的所述通道,以允许所述饮料从所述浸泡室流过所述过滤器并通过所述通道流出。
