Abstract

本发明提供一种包覆有金属纳米粒子的钛酸盐荧光材料,分子通式为A1-x-yByTiO3:xRSiO2Mz,其中,A选自Ca、Sr、Ba和Mg元素中的一种或两种;B选自Li、Na和K元素中的一种;R选自Eu、Gd、Tb、Tm、Sm、Ce、Dy、Mn元素中的一种或两种;M选自Ag、Au、Pt、Pd及Cu纳米粒子中的一种;0<x≤0.40;0≤y≤0.40;z为M与SiO2的摩尔比,0<z≤1×10-2;表示包覆,M为核,SiO2为中间层壳,A1-x-yByTiO3:xR为外层壳。该包覆有金属纳米粒子的钛酸盐荧光材料通过引入金属纳米粒子形成核-壳结构,金属纳米粒子产生表面等离子体共振效应,提高了包覆有金属纳米粒子的钛酸盐荧光材料的内量子效率,发光强度较高。本发明还提供一种包覆有金属纳米粒子的钛酸盐荧光材料的制备方法。
