Abstract

本发明涉及一种氧化镥发光材料,其分子通式为Lu2-xO3:Lnx 3+SiO2My,其中,Ln选自Eu、Tb、Dy、Sm、Er、Ho及Tm元素中的一种;M选自Ag、Au、Pt、Pd及Cu金属纳米粒子中的至少一种;0<x≤0.02;y为元素M与Lu2-xO3:Lnx 3+的摩尔数之比,0<y≤1×10-2;表示包覆,所述氧化镥发光材料以M为核,SiO2为内壳,Lu2-xO3:Lnx 3+为外壳。该氧化镥发光材料通过包覆Ag、Au、Pt、Pd及Cu金属纳米粒子中的至少一种形成核-壳结构,金属纳米粒子提高了该发光材料的内量子效率,使得该氧化镥发光材料的发光强度较高。
