一种槟榔鸭肉养生酒，其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成：
青稞220-270、鸭肉9-13、鸭皮15-20、龙眼肉7-8、米粉10-15、杏仁浆5-6、白萝卜6-7、红茶5-6、奶粉7-9、诺丽果8-13、牦牛骨粉9-12、海带提取液6-7、花豆汁5-6、槟榔3-5、剑花1-2、红枣皮4-5、啤酒花2-3、苦参2-4、营养添加剂10-15；
所述的营养添加剂由以下重量份的原料制成：
鱼肚20-30、文冠果9-14、可可浆8-9、桑葚汁6-7、水苏糖5-6、蚂蚱肉6-8、蛋黄果8-10、峨屏草2-3、地锦草1-2、焦神曲3-4、炒白术1-2、木棉花2-5；
制备方法为：（1）将文冠果、蛋黄果混合，加桑葚汁打浆，得果浆；
（2）将峨屏草、地锦草、焦神曲、炒白术、木棉花晒干、破碎、混合后，用纱布包裹，得中药包；将鱼肚、蚂蚱肉置于锅中，加6-8倍水，放入中药包，小火熬制60-80分钟，除去中药包，加入果浆、可可浆、水苏糖，大火煮沸，过滤除渣，即得；

（2）将龙眼肉、白萝卜、诺丽果混合，加杏仁浆打浆，所得浆液与海带提取液、花豆汁混合均匀，经喷雾干燥处理，得干粉；

本发明的优点是：
本发明以青稞为主料来酿酒，青稞具有下气宽中、壮精益力、除湿发汗的功能，其中添加的鸭肉、鸭皮，含有丰富的B族维生素和维生素E具有抗衰老的作用，辅料采用的牦牛骨粉具有补肝强筋、强身健体的功效，同时本发明还采用红枣皮等多种中草药，长期服用具有养血安神、健脾益胃的功效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述：
实施例：
一种槟榔鸭肉养生酒，由以下重量份的原料制成：
青稞270、鸭肉13、鸭皮20、龙眼肉8、米粉15、杏仁浆6、白萝卜7、红茶6、奶粉9、诺丽果13、牦牛骨粉12、海带提取液7、花豆汁6、槟榔5、剑花2、红枣皮5、啤酒花3、苦参4、营养添加剂15；
所述的营养添加剂由以下重量份的原料制成：
鱼肚30、文冠果14、可可浆9、桑葚汁7、水苏糖6、蚂蚱肉8、蛋黄果10、峨屏草3、地锦草2、焦神曲4、炒白术2、木棉花5；
制备方法为：（1）将文冠果、蛋黄果混合，加桑葚汁打浆，得果浆；
（2）将峨屏草、地锦草、焦神曲、炒白术、木棉花晒干、破碎、混合后，用纱布包裹，得中药包；将鱼肚、蚂蚱肉置于锅中，加8倍水，放入中药包，小火熬制80分钟，除去中药包，加入果浆、可可浆、水苏糖，大火煮沸，过滤除渣，即得；
所述的一种槟榔鸭肉养生酒的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将槟榔、剑花、红枣皮、啤酒花、苦参混合，水提4次，过滤，合并滤液；将红茶冲泡后过滤，所得红茶水与奶粉混合，得奶茶；将鸭肉、鸭皮混合蒸熟后，加滤液、奶茶打浆，得鸭药浆；
（2）将龙眼肉、白萝卜、诺丽果混合，加杏仁浆打浆，所得浆液与海带提取液、花豆汁混合均匀，经喷雾干燥处理，得干粉；
（3）将青稞置于锅中炒制30分钟，得炒青稞，与步骤（1）、（2）中处理后的物料及剩余各原料混合均匀，加3倍纯净水后，接种适量活化的酿酒酵母，在25℃下密封发酵12天，即得。
Claims (2)
1.一种槟榔鸭肉养生酒，其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成：
青稞220-270、鸭肉9-13、鸭皮15-20、龙眼肉7-8、米粉10-15、杏仁浆5-6、白萝卜6-7、红茶5-6、奶粉7-9、诺丽果8-13、牦牛骨粉9-12、海带提取液6-7、花豆汁5-6、槟榔3-5、剑花1-2、红枣皮4-5、啤酒花2-3、苦参2-4、营养添加剂10-15；
所述的营养添加剂由以下重量份的原料制成：
鱼肚20-30、文冠果9-14、可可浆8-9、桑葚汁6-7、水苏糖5-6、蚂蚱肉6-8、蛋黄果8-10、峨屏草2-3、地锦草1-2、焦神曲3-4、炒白术1-2、木棉花2-5；
制备方法为：（1）将文冠果、蛋黄果混合，加桑葚汁打浆，得果浆；
（2）将峨屏草、地锦草、焦神曲、炒白术、木棉花晒干、破碎、混合后，用纱布包裹，得中药包；将鱼肚、蚂蚱肉置于锅中，加6-8倍水，放入中药包，小火熬制60-80分钟，除去中药包，加入果浆、可可浆、水苏糖，大火煮沸，过滤除渣，即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种槟榔鸭肉养生酒的制备方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
（1）将槟榔、剑花、红枣皮、啤酒花、苦参混合，水提3-4次，过滤，合并滤液；将红茶冲泡后过滤，所得红茶水与奶粉混合，得奶茶；将鸭肉、鸭皮混合蒸熟后，加滤液、奶茶打浆，得鸭药浆；
（2）将龙眼肉、白萝卜、诺丽果混合，加杏仁浆打浆，所得浆液与海带提取液、花豆汁混合均匀，经喷雾干燥处理，得干粉；
（3）将青稞置于锅中炒制20-30分钟，得炒青稞，与步骤（1）、（2）中处理后的物料及剩余各原料混合均匀，加2-3倍纯净水后，接种适量活化的酿酒酵母，在15-25℃下密封发酵8-12天，即得。
