本发明公开了一种鸭掌糯米养生酒，由以下重量份的原料制成：糯米200-300、鸭掌18-20、干青豆8-12、鸡翅9-10、樱桃6-8、板栗仁7-9、番茄汁9-11、紫薯8-9、豆腐8-10、榴莲果肉浆10-12、香蕉泥7-8、花生酱6-8、胡萝卜7-10、大青叶4-5、瓜蒌2-3、郁金2-4、焦大麦4-5、蚕蛹6-7、覆盆子2-3、营养添加剂10-15；本发明以糯米为主料来酿酒，糯米具有健脾养胃、补中益气、止虚汗的功效，其中添加的辅料鸭掌含有丰富的胶原蛋白，可以延缓衰老、美容养颜，同时本发明还采用大青叶等多种中草药，长期服用具有清热解毒、凉血止血的功效。

技术领域
    本发明主要涉及养生酒领域，尤其涉及一种鸭掌糯米养生酒及其制备方法。
背景技术
养生酒已有数千年的历史，是中国医药科学的重要组成部分。养生酒随着人们消费意识和生活水平的提高而得到重视，市场规模越来越大。由于养生酒大多是由中药在酒中浸泡而成，固有浓浓的药味，这让很多人难以接受其味道，因此，需要开发既有保健功能、口味又多样的养生酒。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种鸭掌糯米养生酒及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种鸭掌糯米养生酒，其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成：
糯米200-300、鸭掌18-20、干青豆8-12、鸡翅9-10、樱桃6-8、板栗仁7-9、番茄汁9-11、紫薯8-9、豆腐8-10、榴莲果肉浆10-12、香蕉泥7-8、花生酱6-8、胡萝卜7-10、大青叶4-5、瓜蒌2-3、郁金2-4、焦大麦4-5、蚕蛹6-7、覆盆子2-3、营养添加剂10-15；
所述的营养添加剂由以下重量份的原料制成：
鱼肚20-30、文冠果9-14、可可浆8-9、桑葚汁6-7、水苏糖5-6、蚂蚱肉6-8、蛋黄果8-10、峨屏草2-3、地锦草1-2、焦神曲3-4、炒白术1-2、木棉花2-5；
制备方法为：（1）将文冠果、蛋黄果混合，加桑葚汁打浆，得果浆；
（2）将峨屏草、地锦草、焦神曲、炒白术、木棉花晒干、破碎、混合后，用纱布包裹，得中药包；将鱼肚、蚂蚱肉置于锅中，加6-8倍水，放入中药包，小火熬制60-80分钟，除去中药包，加入果浆、可可浆、水苏糖，大火煮沸，过滤除渣，即得；
所述的一种鸭掌糯米养生酒的制备方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
（1）将大青叶、瓜蒌、郁金、焦大麦、蚕蛹、覆盆子混合，水提3-4次，过滤，合并滤液；将鸭掌、干青豆、鸡翅、板栗仁置于滤液中，中火熬煮至水干，出料，置于烤箱中考至焦酥，研成粉末；
（2）将樱桃、紫薯、胡萝卜加番茄汁混合打浆，所得浆液中加入豆腐、榴莲果肉浆香蕉泥、花生酱搅拌均匀，再与糯米混合入锅，加适量纯净水至液面高于糯米，制成糯米饭；
（3）将步骤（1）、（2）中处理后的物料及剩余各原料混合均匀，接种适量甜酒曲，在15-25℃下密封发酵8-12天，即得。
本发明的优点是：
本发明以糯米为主料来酿酒，糯米具有健脾养胃、补中益气、止虚汗的功效，其中添加的辅料鸭掌含有丰富的胶原蛋白，可以延缓衰老、美容养颜，同时本发明还采用大青叶等多种中草药，长期服用具有清热解毒、凉血止血的功效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述：
实施例：
一种鸭掌糯米养生酒，由以下重量份的原料制成：
糯米300、鸭掌20、干青豆12、鸡翅10、樱桃8、板栗仁9、番茄汁11、紫薯9、豆腐10、榴莲果肉浆12、香蕉泥8、花生酱8、胡萝卜10、大青叶5、瓜蒌3、郁金4、焦大麦5、蚕蛹7、覆盆子3、营养添加剂15；
所述的营养添加剂由以下重量份的原料制成：
鱼肚30、文冠果14、可可浆9、桑葚汁7、水苏糖6、蚂蚱肉8、蛋黄果10、峨屏草3、地锦草2、焦神曲4、炒白术2、木棉花5；
制备方法为：（1）将文冠果、蛋黄果混合，加桑葚汁打浆，得果浆；
（2）将峨屏草、地锦草、焦神曲、炒白术、木棉花晒干、破碎、混合后，用纱布包裹，得中药包；将鱼肚、蚂蚱肉置于锅中，加8倍水，放入中药包，小火熬制80分钟，除去中药包，加入果浆、可可浆、水苏糖，大火煮沸，过滤除渣，即得；
所述的一种鸭掌糯米养生酒的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将大青叶、瓜蒌、郁金、焦大麦、蚕蛹、覆盆子混合，水提4次，过滤，合并滤液；将鸭掌、干青豆、鸡翅、板栗仁置于滤液中，中火熬煮至水干，出料，置于烤箱中考至焦酥，研成粉末；
（2）将樱桃、紫薯、胡萝卜加番茄汁混合打浆，所得浆液中加入豆腐、榴莲果肉浆香蕉泥、花生酱搅拌均匀，再与糯米混合入锅，加适量纯净水至液面高于糯米，制成糯米饭；
（3）将步骤（1）、（2）中处理后的物料及剩余各原料混合均匀，接种适量甜酒曲，在25℃下密封发酵12天，即得。

1.一种鸭掌糯米养生酒，其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成：
糯米200-300、鸭掌18-20、干青豆8-12、鸡翅9-10、樱桃6-8、板栗仁7-9、番茄汁9-11、紫薯8-9、豆腐8-10、榴莲果肉浆10-12、香蕉泥7-8、花生酱6-8、胡萝卜7-10、大青叶4-5、瓜蒌2-3、郁金2-4、焦大麦4-5、蚕蛹6-7、覆盆子2-3、营养添加剂10-15；
所述的营养添加剂由以下重量份的原料制成：
鱼肚20-30、文冠果9-14、可可浆8-9、桑葚汁6-7、水苏糖5-6、蚂蚱肉6-8、蛋黄果8-10、峨屏草2-3、地锦草1-2、焦神曲3-4、炒白术1-2、木棉花2-5；
制备方法为：（1）将文冠果、蛋黄果混合，加桑葚汁打浆，得果浆；
（2）将峨屏草、地锦草、焦神曲、炒白术、木棉花晒干、破碎、混合后，用纱布包裹，得中药包；将鱼肚、蚂蚱肉置于锅中，加6-8倍水，放入中药包，小火熬制60-80分钟，除去中药包，加入果浆、可可浆、水苏糖，大火煮沸，过滤除渣，即得。
