本发明主要涉及豆制品及其制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种培根桂花千张卷。
背景技术
豆制品是中国人传统的食物,有丰富的植物蛋白质、纤维素,能够提供给人体一定的营养物质,但是口味单一,营养单一,人们对食品要求越来越高,而市场上仅有的豆制品并无法满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种培根桂花千张卷及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种培根桂花千张卷,由以下重量份原料制成:千张255-265、米酒适量、绿茶1-2、牛肉肉松20-25、虫屎茶粉1-2、玉米淀粉20-23、培根25-30、蓝莓10-15、鲜奶10-15、桂花5-6、洛神果4-5、焦麦芽6-7、焦山楂4-5、半夏5-6、桂枝3-4、襄荷根1-2、椒蒿1-2、营养粉10-11、食盐适量、鸡肉皮适量、水适量:
营养粉,由以下重量份原料制成:玛咖粉8-10、咖喱草5-7、百里香4-5、鱼胶粉10-13、麦麸35-40、绿茶10-12、莲子8-10、蜂蜜50-60、蜂王浆16-18、水适量;
营养粉的制备方法:将玛咖粉、咖喱草、百里香用5-10倍量的水提取,将所得提取物喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
将麦麸、绿茶、莲子放入超微粉机中制成超微粉,与步骤1中粉末、蜂蜜、蜂王浆合并,放入冷冻干燥器中冷冻干燥,再制成冻干粉,即得营养粉。
一种培根桂花千张卷的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将千张放入锅中,加入米酒、绿茶、适量水,加热10-15分钟后保温泡制15-20分钟,取出千张,沥干水备用;
(2)将培根洗净,切碎备用,将蓝莓洗净榨汁,得蓝莓汁备用;将培根、蓝莓、鲜奶混合放入锅中,加热熬制20-30分钟,将其浓缩,得到培根鲜奶果酱备用;
(3)将桂花、洛神果、焦麦芽、焦山楂、半夏、桂枝、襄荷根、椒蒿用5-8倍量的水提取,将所得提取物喷雾干燥,得到药粉备用;
(4)将剩余原料中除鸡肉皮、水外的其他原料与培根鲜奶果酱、药粉合并,充分搅拌,混匀后平均摊放在一张张铺好的千张上,卷成千张卷,将千张卷切成小卷,用鸡肉皮包好,放在铺有铁丝网的炭火上烤至出香,去掉鸡肉皮即可。
发明优点:本发明公开了一种培根桂花千张卷,添加鲜奶、桂花等物质,浓浓的奶香和桂花的清香,并且添加的桂花、洛神果、焦麦芽、焦山楂等提取物,有一定的化痰散瘀的功效。

一种培根桂花千张卷,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:千张255、米酒适量、绿茶1、牛肉肉松20、虫屎茶粉1、玉米淀粉20、培根25、蓝莓10、鲜奶10、桂花5、洛神果4、焦麦芽6、焦山楂4、半夏5、桂枝3、襄荷根1、椒蒿1、营养粉10、食盐适量、鸡肉皮适量、水适量:
营养粉,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:玛咖粉8、咖喱草5、百里香4、鱼胶粉10、麦麸35、绿茶10、莲子8、蜂蜜50、蜂王浆16、水适量;

1.一种培根桂花千张卷,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:千张255-265、米酒适量、绿茶1-2、牛肉肉松20-25、虫屎茶粉1-2、玉米淀粉20-23、培根25-30、蓝莓10-15、鲜奶10-15、桂花5-6、洛神果4-5、焦麦芽6-7、焦山楂4-5、半夏5-6、桂枝3-4、襄荷根1-2、椒蒿1-2、营养粉10-11、食盐适量、鸡肉皮适量、水适量:
所述营养粉,由以下重量份原料制成:玛咖粉8-10、咖喱草5-7、百里香4-5、鱼胶粉10-13、麦麸35-40、绿茶10-12、莲子8-10、蜂蜜50-60、蜂王浆16-18、水适量;
