面条作为我国北方的一种主食,有着悠久的历史。传统的面条大都一单一的面粉为原料,口味单一,营养结构简单,随着人们生活质量的不断提高,保健意识的不断增强,各种各样的保健面条也应运而生,成为了消费者的宠儿。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种益气补血藕粉面条及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种益气补血藕粉面条,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:
面粉120-140、藕粉30-40、抹茶粉8-10、黄芪1-3、当归2-4、人参2-3、枸杞1-3、山楂叶2-3、川贝1-3、陈皮2-4、香樟叶1-2、枸杞叶1-3、南瓜10-15、营养添加剂6-10;
所述营养添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:小麦胚芽粉10-15、鱼皮粉8-10、苦杏仁粉3-5、薏仁油适量;
所述营养添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将薏仁油均匀洒至锅中,烧热后将小麦胚芽粉、鱼皮粉、苦杏仁粉加入,炒至出香,即得。
所述的益气补血藕粉面条的加工方法,其特征在在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将新鲜南瓜去皮去籽后切成小块,然后放入蒸锅中,隔水蒸20-30分钟,然后按压成泥;
(2)将黄芪、当归、人参、枸杞、山楂叶、川贝、陈皮、香樟叶、枸杞叶加入适量水中,加热煎煮,得煎煮液;
(3)将面粉、藕粉与抹茶粉混合,然后将南瓜泥、煎煮液、营养添加剂等剩余原料加入其中,搅拌均匀后转移至制面机中,制成面条后晾干,包装,即得。

所述营养添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:小麦胚芽粉15、鱼皮粉10、苦杏仁粉5、薏仁油适量;
所述营养添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将薏仁油均匀洒至锅中,烧热后将小麦胚芽粉、鱼皮粉、苦杏仁粉加入,炒至出香,即得。
所述的益气补血藕粉面条的加工方法,其特征在在于包括以下步骤:
