本发明公开了一种海鲜味面条的制备方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:面粉120-150、鱼肉粉20-30、鱼子粉20-30、蟹肉香精1-2、玉米须2-3、黄开口1-3、大叶钩藤2-3、苦丁茶2-3、川芎1-2、丁葵草2-3、玄参2-3、牡丹皮1-2、营养添加剂4-6;本发明提供了一种海鲜味面条的制备方法,将鱼肉粉和鱼子粉与面条结合,增加了面条的种类,提高了面条的营养价值,本发明面条烹制方便,具有高品质、口感独特的特点,而且由于川穹、玄参、牡丹皮等中药成分的加入,使得本发明产品具有预防癌症的保健作用。

本发明涉及一种海鲜味面条的制备方法,属于食品加工领域。
背景技术
面条作为我国北方的一种主食,有着悠久的历史。传统的面条大都一单一的面粉为原料,口味单一,营养结构简单,随着人们生活质量的不断提高,保健意识的不断增强,各种各样的保健面条也应运而生,成为了消费者的宠儿。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种海鲜味面条的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种海鲜味面条的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)称取以下重量份的原料:面粉120-150、鱼肉粉20-30、鱼子粉20-30、蟹肉香精1-2、玉米须2-3、黄开口1-3、大叶钩藤2-3、苦丁茶2-3、川芎1-2、丁葵草2-3、玄参2-3、牡丹皮1-2、营养添加剂4-6;
所述的营养添加剂是由薏仁油、郁李仁粉、天花粉以0.01-0.03:1-3:1-3组成;
(2)将玉米须、黄开口、大叶钩藤、苦丁茶、川穹、丁葵草、玄参、牡丹皮放入适量水中,加热煎煮,得煎煮液;
(3)将鱼肉粉与鱼子粉混合,放入锅中,加热炒至出香,待用;
(4)将上述炒至的鱼肉粉、鱼子粉加入至面粉中,然后将煎煮液、蟹肉香精、营养添加剂等剩余原料加入其中,搅拌混合后转移至和面机和成面团,然后制成面条,晾干,即得。
本发明的优点是:

实施例1:
一种海鲜味面条的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)称取以下重量份的原料:面粉120、鱼肉粉30、鱼子粉20、蟹肉香精2、玉米须3、黄开口3、大叶钩藤2、苦丁茶3、川芎2、丁葵草3、玄参2、牡丹皮2、营养添加剂5;
所述的营养添加剂是由薏仁油、郁李仁粉、天花粉以0.03:1:1组成;
(2)将玉米须、黄开口、大叶钩藤、苦丁茶、川穹、丁葵草、玄参、牡丹皮放入适量水中,加热煎煮,得煎煮液;
(3)将鱼肉粉与鱼子粉混合,放入锅中,加热炒至出香,待用;
(4)将上述炒至的鱼肉粉、鱼子粉加入至面粉中,然后将煎煮液、蟹肉香精、营养添加剂等剩余原料加入其中,搅拌混合后转移至和面机和成面团,然后制成面条,晾干,即得。

(1)称取以下重量份的原料:面粉120-150、鱼肉粉20-30、鱼子粉20-30、蟹肉香精1-2、玉米须2-3、黄开口1-3、大叶钩藤2-3、苦丁茶2-3、川芎1-2、丁葵草2-3、玄参2-3、牡丹皮1-2、营养添加剂4-6;所述的营养添加剂是由薏仁油、郁李仁粉、天花粉以0.01-0.03:1-3:1-3组成;
(2)将玉米须、黄开口、大叶钩藤、苦丁茶、川芎、丁葵草、玄参、牡丹皮放入适量水中,加热煎煮,得煎煮液;
(3)将鱼肉粉与鱼子粉混合,放入锅中,加热炒至出香,待用;
(4)将上述炒制的鱼肉粉、鱼子粉加入至面粉中,然后将煎煮液、蟹肉香精、营养添加剂加入其中,搅拌混合后转移至和面机和成面团,然后制成面条,晾干,即得。
