本发明公开了一种中药补血面条的加工方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:低筋面粉100-120、山楂粉40-50、糜子粉10-20、黄芪2-3、人参2-3、当归1-4、白芍2-4、熟地2-3、制首乌1-3、鸡血藤1-2、阿胶3-4、李子汁8-10、石榴汁8-10、营养添加剂6-8;本发明提供了一种中药补血面条的加工方法,本发明方法工序简单,操作简便,配方合理,生产成本低,适合批量生产;采用本发明方法生产的面条因为原料中添加了黄芪、当归、阿胶等中药成分的加入,具有补血养生的作用,特别适合贫血人群食用。

本发明涉及一种中药补血面条的加工方法,属于食品加工领域。
背景技术
面条作为我国北方的一种主食,有着悠久的历史。传统的面条大都一单一的面粉为原料,口味单一,营养结构简单,随着人们生活质量的不断提高,保健意识的不断增强,各种各样的保健面条也应运而生,成为了消费者的宠儿。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种中药补血面条的加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种中药补血面条的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:。
(1)称取以下重量份的原料:低筋面粉100-120、山楂粉40-50、糜子粉10-20、黄芪2-3、人参2-3、当归1-4、白芍2-4、熟地2-3、制首乌1-3、鸡血藤1-2、阿胶3-4、李子汁8-10、石榴汁8-10、营养添加剂6-8;
所述的营养添加剂是由薏仁油、郁李仁粉、天花粉以0.01-0.03:1-3:1-3组成;
(2)将黄芪、人参、当归、白芍、熟地、制首乌、鸡血藤、阿胶放入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(3)将李子汁、石榴汁、营养添加剂一起加入至糜子粉中,浸泡20-30分钟,待用;
(4)将低筋面粉、山楂粉混合,然后将上述制备的原料加入其中,充分搅拌混合,用和面机和成面团,再制成面条,晾干,即得。

实施例1:
一种中药补血面条的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:。
(1)称取以下重量份的原料:低筋面粉120、山楂粉50、糜子粉20、黄芪2、人参3、当归4、白芍4、熟3、制首乌3、鸡血藤2、阿胶3、李子汁10、石榴汁10、营养添加剂8;
所述的营养添加剂是由薏仁油、郁李仁粉、天花粉以0.03:3:3组成;
(2)将黄芪、人参、当归、白芍、熟地、制首乌、鸡血藤、阿胶放入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(3)将李子汁、石榴汁、营养添加剂一起加入至糜子粉中,浸泡30分钟,待用;
(4)将低筋面粉、山楂粉混合,然后将上述制备的原料加入其中,充分搅拌混合,用和面机和成面团,再制成面条,晾干,即得。

1.一种中药补血面条的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)称取以下重量份的原料:低筋面粉100-120、山楂粉40-50、糜子粉10-20、黄芪2-3、人参2-3、当归1-4、白芍2-4、熟地2-3、制首乌1-3、鸡血藤1-2、阿胶3-4、李子汁8-10、石榴汁8-10、营养添加剂6-8;
