食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:葡萄籽5-6、大麦根5-6、芦荟汁8-10、奶酪20-30、花生酱30-40;
食品添加剂的制备方法:将葡萄籽、大麦根用5-7倍水提取,将提取液浓缩,得到浓缩液,与芦荟汁、奶酪、花生酱合并,充分搅拌,混匀后备用。
一种虾仁糯米糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将虾仁、金枪鱼肉洗净,置于锅中,加入乌鸡汤、食品添加剂,加热煮30-40分钟,将锅中所有物料取出打成浆汁备用;
(2)将糯米、玉米粒洗净,放入锅中,加入步骤1中的浆汁、适量的水,加热煮成米饭后,将米饭取出,充分散开备用;
(3)将猕猴桃、金桔洗净,取其果肉,放入榨汁机中,榨成果汁备用;
(4)将康乃馨、牡丹花、牛膝草、木兰花、飞燕草、合欢皮、石榴籽、山楂花用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉备用;
(5)将藕粉、米饭、中药粉、白糖合并,加入适量的水,充分搅拌,成型后,做成糕点,蒸熟即可。
