Abstract
本发明公布了一种润肺养颜饮料及其制备方法。该饮料的主料包括梨5~50份;银耳0.5~3份;大米5~15份。本发明选用主料均为食材,分别具有润肺、生津、益气、养颜的功效。在科学组方的基础上,再经过提取、沉淀、过滤、灌装等工序而制备而成。产品中除了添加少量的食品用防腐剂山梨酸钾之外,不添加任何香味剂、糖、甜味剂等。因口感纯正,健康安全,是一种老少咸宜的润肺养颜的新型饮料产品。

技术领域
本发明属于食品领域,尤其涉及一种水果、食用菌和大米组合的食品,以及该食品的加工工艺。
背景技术
秋冬季节来临,空气干燥,容易导致人的皮肤水分蒸发过大而引起的干燥。虽然用护肤产品涂敷暴露体表来防止水分的丢失,但不能解决口鼻干燥、皮肤瘙痒、干咳少痰等整体问题和深层问题。近年来,我国冬季空气污染现象在加重,雾霾天数和严重程度均呈增加趋势。这种空气污染,不仅对包括肺脏在内的呼吸系统有明显的危害,也对皮肤有不良影响。中医认为:“肺主皮毛,开窍于鼻,其华在毛。”又有“肺喜润恶燥”之说。润肺就能够滋养皮肤。因此,开发一种内源性润肺养颜产品迫在眉睫。
发明内容
针对目前空气中PM2.5污染严重的情况,本发明将梨、大米和银耳进行了组合,开发出可以润肺养肺,滋养皮肤的产品。本产品低糖、低脂、低热量,且不含有中药,口感良好,是一种老少咸宜的健康饮品。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种润肺养颜的饮料,该饮料的主要成分及其质量份数组成如下:梨5~50份;银耳0.5~3份;大米5~15份;水为主料质量的2~10倍量;食品用防腐剂溶液质量的0.01%~0.5%。
本发明的制备方法工艺流程为:
1、原料处理:(1)梨处理:洗净,去皮、核,切片,备用;(2)银耳处理:抢水冲洗,冷水浸泡,备用;(3)大米处理:抢水洗,备用。2、提取:将上述原料,倒入提取罐中,加原料总重2~10倍量的水,加热提取30~180min,过滤,趁热加入防腐剂;3、静置、沉淀、过滤;4、将过滤后的提取液浓缩至相对密度为1.02~1.12;5、灌装、密封。
上述技术方案的有益之处在于:
将养阴生津、润肺止渴的梨,与滋阴养胃、美容嫩肤的银耳,及具有健脾胃、除烦止渴之功的粳米,进行了组合,将养阴、益气、生津、健脾、嫩肤之功效进行集成,脾肺兼补,从而实现了产品润肺养颜的功效。产品配方主料均由食物组成,不含有任何草药,除了食品防腐剂之外,不含任何香精、色素等添加剂成分,也没有糖或甜味剂的添加,因此,是一种饮用安全,老少咸宜的健康饮料。
具体实施方式
一种润肺养颜饮料,该饮料的主料成分包括梨、银耳、大米和水;辅料成分包括食品用防腐剂。
上述主料的质量份数和功效如下:
梨(5~50份),为蔷薇科植物白梨、沙梨、秋子梨、西洋梨等的果实。研究显示,梨具有润肺、养肺的功效。吃较多梨的人远比不吃或少吃梨的人感冒机率要低。梨可以润肺,祛痰止咳,通便秘,利消化,对心血管也有好处,还可以促进积存在人体内的致癌物质的大量排出。
银耳(0.5~3份),又称作白木耳、雪耳、银耳子等,属于真菌类银耳科银耳属,是门担子菌门真菌银耳的子实体。
银耳味甘、淡、性平、无毒,特点是滋润而不腻滞,具有强精、补肾、润肠、益胃、补气、和血、强心、壮身、补脑、提神、美容、嫩肤、延年益寿之功效。银耳富有天然植物性胶质,外加其具有滋阴的作用,是可以长期服用的良好润肤食品,并有祛除脸部黄褐斑、雀斑的功效。银耳是种含膳食纤维的减肥食品,它的膳食纤维可助胃肠蠕动,减少脂肪吸收。
大米(5~15份),为禾本科草本植物粳稻的种仁,又称粳米。其味甘淡,其性平和,能益脾胃,除烦渴。
水的添加量为主料质量的2~10倍数,为的是作为溶剂,将主料中的营养成分等充分的溶出。食品用防腐剂的添加量为溶液质量的0.01%~0.5%,目的是为了产品在储存和运输过程中不会腐坏变质。

本发明一种润肺养颜饮料的加工工艺流程为:
1、原料处理:
(1)梨处理:洗净,去皮、核,切片,备用;
(2)银耳处理:抢水冲洗,冷水浸泡,备用;
(3)大米处理:抢水洗,备用。
2、提取:
将上述原料,倒入提取罐中,加原料总重6倍量的水,加热提取120min,过滤,趁热加入防腐剂;
3、静置、沉淀、过滤;
4、灌装。
以上实施例,仅为说明本项发明的技术思想,不能凭此限定本发明的保护范围。本发明在其它实施例中,可以将各个主料成分的比例进行调整,也可以达到同样的效果。凡是按照本发明提出的技术思想,在技术方案基础上所做的任何改动,均落入本发明保护的范围之内。

1.一种润肺养颜饮料及其制备方法,其特征在于:该饮料的主要成分按质量份数由5~50份梨,0.5~3份银耳,5~15份大米,及主料质量2~10倍的水组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种润肺养颜饮料,其特征在于:制备方法工艺流程包括:
(1)原料处理
梨处理:洗净,去皮、核,切片,备用;
银耳处理:抢水冲洗,冷水浸泡,备用;
大米处理:抢水洗,备用;
(2)回流提取
将上述原料,倒入提取罐中,加原料总重2~10倍量的水,加热回流提取30~180min,过滤;
(3)静置、沉淀、过滤。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种润肺养颜饮料及其制备方法,其特征在于:将过滤后的提取液浓缩至相对密度为1.02~1.12,冷却后进行灌装、密封。
