Abstract
本发明提供了一种秋日滋润粥的制备方法及作用,其中主要含有百合、鸭梨汁、白木耳、粳米、冰糖。主要用于秋日干燥容易引起人体干燥、包括皮肤、头发、心、肺等的干燥的情况。预防由于秋日气候变化干燥而引起疾病,起到滋润保健、预防疾病、滋养身心的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种秋日滋润粥的制备及其在夏日减暑保健中作用。属于保健食品领域。
背景技术
冰糖具有补中益气润肺生津,清热调味作用,用于中气不足,肺热咳嗽,口燥咽干,咽喉肿痛等证[1]。粳米具有补中益气除烦止渴的作用[2]。神农本草经记载百合具有养阴润肺止咳,清心安神的作用。
梨,富含黄酮类化合物,人食用后能够对肺脏起到保护作用。多吃鸭梨具有滋润心肺功能[3] 银耳味甘、淡、性平、无毒,既有补脾开胃的功效,又有益气清肠、滋阴润肺的作用;既能增强人体免疫力,又可增强肿瘤患者对放、化疗的耐受力。银耳富有天然植物性胶质,外加其具有滋阴的作用,是可以长期服用的良好润肤食品。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种秋日滋润粥,其中主要含有百合、鸭梨汁、白木耳、粳米、冰糖。主要用于秋日干燥容易引起人体干燥、包括皮肤、头发、心、肺等的干燥的情况。预防由于秋日气候变化干燥而引起疾病,起到滋润保健预防疾病滋养身心的作用。其中分为加糖和不加糖,分别提供给儿童等口味需要不同的人。
白木耳(2g干品)泡发撕碎,鸭梨300-400g用粉碎机或榨汁机粉碎后榨汁,去渣留汁备用。百合5g与粳米(100g)一起加入3-5倍量的水,大火烧开后,中火熬制40分钟-1小时,加入用白木耳鸭梨汁和冰糖5g,继续熬制5-10分钟,出锅,即为秋日滋润之佳品秋日滋润粥,秋日服用可解渴润燥。
本发明提供的秋日滋润粥其特征在于具有滋润解渴生津的作用,冷热服用均可,为秋日滋润佳品。
本发明的积极效果在于,鸭梨汁、白木耳具有滋润作用,增加粥品的清爽味道,百合具有养阴润肺止咳,清心安神的作用。
以下列举本发明的实施例,并不代表本发明全部。其中的各材料的量可以根据实际需要按比例增加或减少。
实施例1
秋日滋润粥的制备
白木耳干品2g泡发撕碎,鸭梨300-400g用粉碎机或榨汁机粉碎后榨汁,去渣留汁备用。百合5g与粳米100g一起加入5倍量的水,大火烧开后,中火熬制40分钟-1小时,加入用白木耳鸭梨汁和冰糖5g,继续熬制5分钟,出锅,即为秋日滋润之佳品秋日滋润粥,秋日服用可解渴润燥。
实施例2秋日滋润粥的制备

实施例3秋日滋润粥的应用
按照实施例1中所制备的秋日滋润粥,可用于工业化生产加入防腐剂以后,可保存数日,用于秋日干燥不适,能够滋润解渴舒适心情。

Claims (4)
1.一种秋日滋润粥的制备方法:具体制备方法如下:白木耳(2g干品)泡发撕碎,鸭梨300-400g用粉碎机或榨汁机粉碎后榨汁,去渣留汁备用;百合5g与粳米(100g)一起加入3-5倍量的水,大火烧开后,中火熬制40分钟-1小时,加入用白木耳鸭梨汁和冰糖5g,继续熬制5-10分钟,出锅,即为秋日滋润之佳品秋日滋润粥,秋日服用可解渴润燥。
2.根据权利要求1,所制备的秋日滋润粥主要是由白木耳、百合、鸭梨汁、冰糖、粳米、水组成。
3. 根据权利要求1,所制备的秋日滋润粥具有解渴滋润的作用,为干燥秋日保健的佳品,尤其适用于北方秋季干燥,皮肤嘴唇干裂的情况,秋日滋润粥可以起到滋润皮肤的作用。
4.根据权利要求1,制备秋日滋润粥的方法可用于粥铺等餐饮机构应用,同时也可应用于大批量生产。
