Abstract
本发明公开了一种铁皮石斛饮料生产方法,生产方法包括:原料包括铁皮石斛、枸杞,党参,黄芪,桑叶单独提取、过滤、调配、灭菌、脱气、灌装、保存;生产出来的铁皮石斛饮料为浅黄色。本发明采用鲜铁皮石斛和四种中药材为原料,可实现持续性生产;同时不含任何防腐剂及其他色素添加剂,清甜可口、营养丰富,富含植物多糖,适合糖尿病与肥胖症患者在内的广大消费者饮用,可提高人体免疫力;且生产方法简单,生产成本较低,适合大规模工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明属于食品饮料技术领域,具体是涉及铁皮石斛饮料及其生产方法。
背景技术
铁皮石斛属于兰科草本植物。兰科石斛类植物是中医最为常用的名贵中药,包括铁皮石斛、细茎石斛、黄石斛、金钗石斛、霍山石斛及疏花石斛等,其中铁皮石斛是石斛中的保健上品。铁皮石斛主要有效成分是石斛多糖,铁皮石斛多糖的含量是评价其品质的重要指标。除石斛多糖外还有石斛碱、石铜碱等功效成分。新鲜的铁皮石斛还含有大量的花青素。铁皮石斛富含无机元素,其中钾、钙、镁、锰、锌、铬、铜含量丰富。铁皮石斛在民间有“救命仙草”的传说,铁皮石斛因其神奇共同的药用价值和保健功效,博大精深的中医药文化对其推崇备至,历代许多具有影响的医学专著和药典均将其收入其中,奉其为“药中之上品”。素有“千金草”、“软黄金”和“植物黄金”之盛誉。国际药用植物界称其为“药界大熊猫”。中医认为,铁皮石斛性味甘,性微寒。生津养胃;滋阴清热;润肺益肾;明目健腰。现代药理实验表明铁皮石斛具有显著的抗氧化、抗疲劳、降血糖、抗炎、抗菌作用、增强免疫力、抗肿瘤等作用。
枸杞子是茄科枸杞属的多分枝灌木植物,是名贵的药材和滋补品,中医素有“枸杞养生”的说法。枸杞子主要功效成分是枸杞多糖,同时富含维生素C、磷、铁等多种功效成分,能补虚生精,强身健体,提高人体免疫力。中医认为枸杞子味甘、性平,具有滋阴补血,滋补肝肾、益精明目、增强人们的免疫力等作用。中医常用于治疗因肝肾阴虚或精血不足而引起的头昏、目眩腰膝酸软、阳痿早泄、遗精、白带过多及糖尿病等症。
党参为桔梗科植物党参、素花党参(西党参)或川党参的干燥根。党参的主要功效成分也是多糖。中医认为党参性味甘平,具有补中益气,健脾益肺的功效。用于脾肺虚弱,气短心悸,食少便溏,虚喘咳嗽,内热消渴等。现代药理实验研究发现党参具有调整胃肠运动功能、抗溃疡、增强机体免疫功能、增强造血功能、抗应激、强心、抗休克、调节血压、抗心肌缺血和抑制血小板聚集等作用。党参还具有益智、镇静、催眠、抗惊厥、养生等多种功效作用。
黄芪为豆科黄芪属植物膜荚黄芪及内蒙古黄芪的根。黄芪的主要功效成分为黄芪多糖,还含有大量糖苷类、黄酮、氨基酸、微量元素等营养成分。中医认为黄芪性味甘温,入脾胃为补中益气要药,同时入肺又能补益肺气,可用于肺气虚弱,咳喘日久,气短神疲者。黄芪常与人参和党参相须为用,能相互增强疗效。现代医学认为黄芪能促进机体代谢、抗疲劳;有明显的利尿作用;能改善贫血动物现象;能升高低血糖,降低高血糖;能增强和调节机体免疫功能,对干扰素系统有促进作用,可提高机体的抗病力;有较广泛的抗菌作用;能使细胞生长旺盛,寿命延长;能增强心肌收缩力,保护心血管系统,抗心律失常,扩张冠状动脉和外周血管,降低血压,能降低血小板粘附力,减少血栓形成;还有降血脂、抗衰老、抗缺氧、抗辐射、保肝等作用。
桑叶为桑科植物桑的干燥叶,桑叶中富含桑叶多糖,同时还含有黄酮类、植物甾醇、生物碱、γ-氨基丁酸等多种功效成分,同时富含稀有元素有机硒、锗,是天然的强抗氧化剂,具有较强抗氧化功效,可清除体内自由基,使蓄积在人体内的毒素和废物被氧化,增加血液中的含氧量,促进新陈代谢和微循环。对于高血脂、高血糖、脂肪肝、冠心病、高血压、甲、乙型肝炎的治疗以及癌症术后放化疗病人的康复有非常好的辅助作用,具有显著的降血糖和抑制血脂升高的作用。
现代医学研究发现植物多糖具有非常多的生物活性功效,包括清除超氧化物自由基、羟基自由基的功能,抗菌的功能,免疫系统修复功能,以及与蛋白质结合的复合物具有免疫调节和抗癌作用、抗癌功能等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种铁皮石斛饮料及其生产方法。该饮料采用鲜铁皮石斛和干制品的枸杞子、桑叶以及饮片形式的黄芪、党参为生产原料,可实现持续性生产;同时不含任何防腐剂及其他色素添加剂,清甜可口、营养丰富,适合糖尿病与肥胖症患者在内广大消费者饮用,可增强人体免疫力;且生产方法简单,能耗低,适合大规模工业化生产。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种铁皮石斛饮料的生产方法,其特征在于:其包括如下步骤:
(1)铁皮石斛的预处理:鲜铁皮石斛洗净,切成小节,打浆备用;
(2)原料提取:将铁皮石斛、枸杞子、党参、黄芪、桑叶分别用水进行提取得到相应的提取液;铁皮石斛水提液离心收集上清液,备用;枸杞子提取液,党参提取液,黄芪提取液,桑叶提取液过滤,备用;
作为方案的进一步优选,原料提取是将原料分别经70~100℃的水中提取,料液比为1:10~40,提取时间为1~5个小时,提取次数为1~2次,提取液过滤后加热煮沸灭菌,备用。
铁皮石斛提取液是经3000~6000rpm的条件下离心,收集上清液,备用;其他提取液分别用4~8层纱布过滤后备用。
(3)调配混合:以保持铁皮石斛提取液的颜色与气味为指标,将铁皮石斛提取液:枸杞子提取液:党参提取液:黄芪提取液:桑叶提取液按:2:0.5~2:0.5~2:0.1~1:0.5~2的比例进行混合,然后添加甜味剂,甜味剂的加入量为恰好能掩盖混合液饮后喉咙的回酸口味。
(4)罐装:将上述混合的提取液在灭菌后,脱气、罐装与室温保存,得到铁皮石斛饮料。
作为方案的进一步优选,所添加甜味剂包括三氯蔗糖、低聚果糖、赤藓糖醇中的一种或一种以上混合,添加的量达到混合提取液重量的0.001%~5%。
本发明中的枸杞,党参,黄芪和桑叶可以采用饮片、干品。
本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明利用铁皮石斛、枸杞,党参,黄芪和桑叶为生产原料,产品含有丰富的植物多糖这一功效成分,可以有助于益气补虚,强身健体,增强人体免疫力。
(2)本发明配方中采用铁皮石斛为主要原料,其他原料包括枸杞,党参,黄芪和桑叶,在适合的各种提取液添加比例(铁皮石斛提取液:枸杞子提取液:党参提取液:黄芪提取液:桑叶提取液为:2:0.5~2:0.5~2:0.1~1:0.5~2)的条件下,有助于产品保持新鲜铁皮石斛提取液的浅黄色、流体粘性与香气。
(3)本发明中产品富含各种植物多糖、黄酮等功效成分,有助于抑制细菌生长。另外,桑叶提取液不但可以使饮料的香气更浓郁,也起到一定的杀菌功效。因此本产品不需要添加防腐剂既可以长时间保存。
(4)本发明利用三氯蔗糖、低聚果糖、赤藓糖醇中的一种或一种以上混合作为甜味剂,可有效去除了该植物饮料中的微酸涩味道,同时恰好地抑制了该植物饮料饮后的回酸感,而且赤藓糖醇的冰甜爽口赋予这款饮料更愉悦的口感。
(5)本发明的植物饮料所添加的甜味剂为非糖类,属于低能量,不需要添加防腐剂、色素、增稠剂等,适合糖尿病与肥胖症患者饮用在内的广大消费者饮用。而且生产方法简单,设备要求不高,能耗低,适合大规模工业生产,具有良好的市场前景。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但是不作为对本发明的限制。
实施例1
本发明的铁皮石斛饮料,其原料包括铁皮石斛1公斤,枸杞0.5公斤,党参0.5公斤,黄芪0.5公斤,桑叶0.5公斤,三氯蔗糖0.001%。
本发明的铁皮石斛饮料的生产方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)铁皮石斛的预处理:将1公斤鲜铁皮石斛洗净,切成小节,打浆备用。
(2)原料提取:所有原料按照比例称量好,分别在70℃,料液比1:10的条件下提取2次,每次的提取时间为1~2小时。
(3)提取液过滤:铁皮石斛提取液在6000rpm的条件下离心,收集上清液备用。其他提取液分别用8层纱布过滤后备用。
(4)调配混合:各种提取液添加比例为铁皮石斛提取液:枸杞子提取液:党参提取液:黄芪提取液:桑叶提取液为2:0.5:0.5:0.1:0.5,再添加混合提取液重量0.001%的三氯蔗糖。
(5)罐装:上述混合提取液在高温蒸汽灭菌后,脱气、罐装与室温保存,即可得到铁皮石斛饮料。
本发明所生产的饮料的颜色保持铁皮石斛提取液的浅黄色,并保持新鲜铁皮石斛提取液的流体粘性,同时饮料所呈现的是铁皮石斛提取液的香气。
实施例2
本发明的铁皮石斛饮料,其原料包括铁皮石斛1公斤,枸杞1公斤,党参1公斤,黄芪2公斤,桑叶2公斤,赤藓糖醇5%。
本发明的铁皮石斛饮料的生产方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)铁皮石斛的预处理:将1公斤鲜石斛洗净,切成小节,打浆备用。
(2)原料提取:所有原料按照比例称量好,分别在100℃,料液比1:40的条件下提取1次,提取时间为4~5小时。
(3)提取液过滤:铁皮石斛提取液在3000rpm的条件下离心,收集上清液备用。其他提取液分别用4层纱布过滤后备用。
(4)调配:各种提取液添加比例为:铁皮石斛提取液:枸杞子提取液:党参提取液:黄芪提取液:桑叶提取液为:2:1:1:0.5:1,再添加混合提取液重量5%的赤藓糖醇。
(5)罐装:上述混合提取液在高温蒸汽灭菌后,脱气、罐装与室温保存,即可得到铁皮石斛饮料。

实施例3
本发明的铁皮石斛饮料,其原料包括铁皮石斛1公斤,枸杞3公斤,党参3公斤,黄芪3公斤,桑叶3公斤,三氯蔗糖0.001%,赤藓糖醇1%。
本发明的铁皮石斛饮料的生产方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)铁皮石斛的预处理:将1公斤鲜石斛洗净,切成小节,打浆备用。
(2)原料提取:所有原料按照比例称量好,分别在90℃,料液比1:20的条件下提取2次,提取时间为2~3小时。
(3)提取液过滤:铁皮石斛提取液在4000rpm的条件下离心,收集上清液备用。其他提取液分别用8层纱布过滤后备用。
(4)调配:各种提取液添加比例为:铁皮石斛提取液:枸杞子提取液:党参提取液:黄芪提取液:桑叶提取液为:2:2:2:1:2,再添加混合提取液重量0.001%的三氯蔗糖,1%的赤藓糖醇。
(5)罐装:上述混合提取液在高温蒸汽灭菌后,脱气、罐装与室温保存,即可得到铁皮石斛饮料。

实施例4
本发明的铁皮石斛饮料,其原料包括铁皮石斛1公斤,枸杞0.5公斤,党参0.5公斤,黄芪0.5公斤,桑叶0.5公斤,水1.5L,三氯蔗糖0.002%,低聚果糖2%。
本发明的铁皮石斛饮料的生产方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)铁皮石斛的预处理:将1公斤鲜铁皮石斛洗净,切成小节,打浆备用。
(2)原料提取:所有原料分别在70℃,料液比1:10的条件下提取2次。
(3)提取液过滤:铁皮石斛提取液在6000rpm的条件下离心,收集上清液备用。其他提取液分别用8层纱布过滤后备用。
(4)调配:各种提取液添加比例为:铁皮石斛提取液:枸杞子提取液:党参提取液:黄芪提取液:桑叶提取液为:2:0.5:0.5:0.1:0.5,再添加混合提取液重量0.002%的三氯蔗糖和2%的低聚果糖。
(5)罐装:上述混合提取液在高温蒸汽灭菌后,脱气、罐装与室温保存,即可得到铁皮石斛饮料。
本发明所生产的饮料的颜色保持铁皮石斛提取液的浅黄色,并保持新鲜铁皮石斛提取液的流体粘性,同时饮料所呈现的是铁皮石斛提取液的香气。
Claims (7)
1.一种铁皮石斛饮料的生产方法,其特征在于:其包括如下步骤:
(1)铁皮石斛的预处理:鲜铁皮石斛洗净,切成小节,打浆备用;
(2)原料提取:将铁皮石斛、枸杞子、党参、黄芪、桑叶分别用水进行提取得到相应的提取液;铁皮石斛水提液离心收集上清液,备用;枸杞子提取液,党参提取液,黄芪提取液,桑叶提取液过滤,备用;
(3)调配混合:将铁皮石斛提取液:枸杞子提取液:党参提取液:黄芪提取液:桑叶提取液按:2:0.5~2:0.5~2:0.1~1:0.5~2的比例进行混合,然后添加甜味剂;
(4)罐装:将上述混合的提取液在灭菌后,脱气、罐装与室温保存,得到铁皮石斛饮料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铁皮石斛饮料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)的原料提取是将原料分别经70~100℃的水中提取,原料提取的料液比为1:10~40。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的铁皮石斛饮料的生产方法,其特征在于:原料提取时间分别为1~5个小时,提取次数为1~2次,提取液过滤后加热煮沸灭菌,备用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铁皮石斛饮料的生产方法,其特征在于:铁皮石斛提取液是经3000~6000rpm的条件下离心,收集上清液,备用。
5.根据权利要求1所述的铁皮石斛饮料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述甜味剂包括三氯蔗糖、低聚果糖、赤藓糖醇中的一种或一种以上混合。
6.据权利要求1所述的铁皮石斛饮料的生产方法,其特征在于:所添加甜味剂的量为饮料重量的0.001%~5%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的铁皮石斛饮料的生产方法,其特征在于:所生产的铁皮石斛饮料为浅黄色。
