Description

铝树脂接合体及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及由铝或铝合金形成的铝基材与热塑性树脂制的树脂成形体通过热塑性树脂的注射模塑成形或热压接,被牢固地接合成一体而得的铝树脂接合体及其制造方法。
背景技术
近年来,在汽车的各种传感器部件、家用电器制品部件、工业设备部件等领域,将由散热性高的铝或铝合金形成的铝基材与绝缘性能高、轻量且价廉的热塑性树脂制的树脂成形体接合成一体的铝树脂接合体被广泛应用,而且其用途正在扩大。
以往,将这样不同材质的铝基材与树脂成形体相互接合成一体的铝树脂接合体使用在铝基材与树脂成形体之间利用粘合剂在加压下接合而得的接合体。然而,近来,作为工业上更适合的接合方法,开发了将铝基材置入注射模塑成形用金属模具内,向该被置入的铝基材的表面注射熔融的热塑性树脂,在通过热塑性树脂的注射模塑成形使树脂成形体成形的同时将铝基材和树脂成形体间接合的方法,提出了用于使铝基材与树脂成形体间的接合更低成本,且接合强度更高的几种方法。这样的技术方案大多是对铝基材的表面实施合适的表面处理。
例如,本发明人已提出过以利用铝材的凹状部与热塑性树脂的嵌入部将铝形状体与树脂成形体互相咬合为特征的铝·树脂注射一体成形品(专利文献1),此外,提出过以具有由硅晶体形成的凸部为特征的树脂接合性优异的铝合金构件(专利文献2)。
还分别提出了:例如,将经过浸渍于选自氨、肼、及水溶性胺化合物的1种以上的水溶液的前处理而得到的铝合金物与热塑性树脂组合物通过注射模塑成形一体化的技术(专利文献3、4);使用三嗪二硫醇类的水溶液、及以各种有机溶剂为溶剂的溶液作为电沉积溶液,进行金属的电化学表面处理后,将该表面处理后的金属与橡胶或塑料接合的技术(专利文献5);以及在金属板上涂布粘合剂或者进行表面处理,形成有机皮膜,其后通过注射模塑成形将金属与树脂一体化的技术(专利文献6);将金属的表面用酸或碱处理后再用硅烷偶联剂处理,然后通过注射模塑成形使其与树脂接合的技术(专利文献7)。

这里,专利文献3、4所述的利用氨、肼及水溶性胺化合物的方法中,由于从处理后至注射模塑成形的时间上有限制,因此存在能够保持稳定的表面状态的时间短的问题。此外,在专利文献5所述的方法中,存在处理复杂的问题,还有,专利文献6及7所述的方法也存在工序复杂及处理成本高之类的问题。
正如专利文献1及专利文献2所记载的,本发明者人到目前为止,主要是提出了基于锚固效果的嵌合的物理接合,作为该方法提出了基于在处理浴中含有卤素离子的特殊的腐蚀处理的方法。这些方法虽然在接合强度及接合部分的气密性这样的性能上不存在问题,但是存在其他问题,诸如该蚀刻处理中产生来源于卤素的气体,必须采取用于不使周边的金属部件及装置腐蚀,以及不污染周边环境的对策。
发明内容
因此,本发明人为了开发在将铝基材与热塑性树脂制的树脂成形体间接合时,对周边的设备及环境不会带来问题,以简单的操作及低成本就能够达到长期优异的接合强度的方法进行了深入的研究,结果发现在铝基材的表面形成含有氧的含氧皮膜,在该含氧皮膜上接合由热塑性树脂形成的树脂成形体时,通过使用在重复单元内及/或末端具有带非共用电子对的元素的热塑性树脂作为该热塑性树脂,藉此在铝基材与树脂成形体间利用注射模塑成形或热压接接合(铝-树脂间接合)时,在铝基材表面的含氧皮膜与树脂成形体间形成长期牢固的接合,从而完成了本发明。
由此,本发明的目的是提供表现出铝-树脂间的接合强度的同时,在耐久性试验后也不发生强度降低,能够长期保持优异的铝-树脂间的接合强度的铝树脂接合体。
即,本发明是铝树脂接合体,其特征在于,具有由铝或铝合金形成的铝基材、在该铝基材的表面形成的含有氧的含氧皮膜和在该含氧皮膜上接合的由热塑性树脂形成的树脂成形体,
所述热塑性树脂是在重复单元内及/或末端具有带非共用电子对的元素的热塑性树脂。
此外,本发明是铝树脂接合体的制造方法,其特征在于,它是具有在由铝或铝合金形成的铝基材的表面形成含氧皮膜的成膜工序,和在由该成膜工序得到的表面处理过的铝基材的含氧皮膜上,通过热塑性树脂的注射模塑成形形成树脂成形体的树脂成形工序,制造铝基材与树脂介由所述含氧皮膜成形体被接合的铝树脂接合体的铝树脂接合体的制造方法,
所述热塑性树脂是在重复单元内及/或末端具有带非共用电子对的元素的热塑性树脂。
还有,本发明是铝树脂接合体的制造方法,其特征在于,它是具有在由铝或铝合金形成的铝基材的表面形成含氧皮膜的成膜工序,通过热塑性树脂的注射模塑成形形成树脂成形体的树脂成形工序,和在由上述成膜工序得到的表面处理过的铝基材的含氧皮膜上利用热压接接合由所述树脂成形工序得到的树脂成形体的铝树脂接合工序,制造铝基材与树脂成形体介由所述含氧皮膜被接合的铝树脂接合体的铝树脂接合体的制造方法,
所述热塑性树脂是在重复单元内及/或末端具有带非共用电子对的元素的热塑性树脂。
在本发明中,作为基体的铝基材的材质及形状等,只要是由铝或铝合金形成的则没有特别的限制,可以根据使用其形成的铝树脂接合体的用途及该用途所要求的强度、耐蚀性、加工性等各种物性决定。
此外,在这样的铝基材的表面上经成膜工序形成的含氧皮膜,只要是与铝基材的密着性良好则没有特别的限定,较好是通过使用含有锌离子的碱性水溶液的含锌皮膜形成处理所得的含锌元素的皮膜,或者,来自于以湿法且非电解进行的铝皮膜形成处理的含有选自Al(OH)3、AlO(OH)、Al2O3、Al(PO4)、Al2(HPO4)3、Al(H2PO4)3、及Al(H2PO4)3中的任意1种或2种以上的铝化合物的皮膜,更好是通过激光处理在铝基材的表面形成的皮膜。
这里,关于在用于在铝基材的表面形成含氧皮膜的成膜工序中进行的含锌皮膜形成处理,只要是能够在铝基材的表面形成以氧化锌(ZnO)、氧化锌铁(ZnFeO)、氧化锌铝(ZnAlO)等形式含有锌元素的同时含有氧的皮膜即可,藉此热塑性树脂含有带有非共用电子对的元素的情况下,在通过该热塑性树脂的注射模塑成形形成树脂成形体时,或者,通过与将该热塑性树脂成形而得的树脂成形体的热压接,在与形成于该含氧皮膜上的树脂成形体之间达成牢固的铝-树脂间的接合强度。
使用该含有锌离子的碱性水溶液的含锌皮膜形成处理,较好是使用以重量比(MOH/Zn2+)1以上100以下的比例、优选2以上20以下的比例、更好是3以上10以下的比例含有氢氧化碱(MOH)与锌离子(Zn2+)的含锌离子的碱性水溶液,使该含锌离子的碱性水溶液在常温下与铝基材的表面接触,藉此在铝基材的表面形成含有氧的含锌皮膜。该氢氧化碱(MOH)与锌离子(Zn2+)的重量比(MOH/Zn2+)若小于1(MOH<Zn2+),则锌未充分溶解,因此其效果无法充分发挥,反之,如果大于100(MOH>100Zn2+),则铝基材的溶解快于锌的置换析出,在该铝基材的表面不易析出锌。
这里,含有锌离子的碱性水溶液中的碱源优选使用选自氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、及氢氧化锂的任意1种以上,还有,作为该含有锌离子的碱性水溶液中的锌离子源优选使用氧化锌、氢氧化锌、过氧化锌、氯化锌、硫酸锌、及硝酸锌的任意1种以上。
该含有锌离子的碱性水溶液中,氢氧化碱浓度宜为10g/L以上1000g/L以下、优选50g/L以上300g/L以下,此外,锌离子浓度宜为1g/L以上200g/L以下、优选10g/L以上100g/L以下。通过使含有锌离子的碱性水溶液的组成在上述范围内,在铝基材的表面铝和锌离子发生置换反应,铝溶解,此外锌离子以微粒析出,其结果在铝基材的表面形成含有锌元素的含氧皮膜。即,铝在形成凹部的同时溶解,在凹部内析出锌,形成含有锌元素的含氧皮膜。这里,氢氧化碱浓度低于10g/L时存在含有锌元素的含氧皮膜的形成不充分的问题,反之若超过1000g/L则会产生碱引起的铝的溶解速度快,无法形成含有锌元素的含氧皮膜的问题。还有,锌离子浓度低于1g/L时,存在含锌皮膜的形成需要耗费较多时间的问题,反之若超过200g/L,则会产生无法控制锌析出速度,形成不均一的表面的问题。
还有,在用于在铝基材的表面形成含氧皮膜的成膜工序中所进行的铝皮膜形成处理,例如,通过在50℃以上的温水中浸渍60秒以上的温水浸渍处理,0.1MPa以上及1分钟以上的曝露于加压条件下的水蒸汽气氛中的水蒸汽处理,在以0.1~100g/L的范围含有选自磷酸根离子、磷酸一氢根离子、及磷酸二氢根离子的任意1种或2种以上的磷酸根类离子的磷酸类水溶液中浸渍30秒~30分钟后以80~400℃的热风干燥30秒~30分钟的磷酸处理等以湿法且非电解进行的铝皮膜形成处理对将由铝或铝合金形成的铝基材实施处理,在该铝基材的表面形成含有选自Al(OH)3、AlO(OH)、Al2O3、Al(PO4)、Al2(HPO4)3、Al(H2PO4)3、及AlOSiO2的任意1种或2种以上的铝化合物的含氧皮膜。
这些温水浸渍处理、水蒸汽处理、及磷酸处理可以仅进行其中的任意1种的处理、在铝基材的表面形成含氧皮膜,还可以根据需要,将其中任意2种处理组合进行,在铝基材的表面形成所需的含氧皮膜。
此外,在用于在铝基材的表面形成含氧皮膜的成膜工序中进行的激光处理,只要是能够将铝基材的表面附近、优选仅表面附近局部地加热至铝基材的熔融温度以上、氧化,使氧化铝(Al2O3)在铝基材的表面附近析出,形成含该氧化铝(Al2O3)的含氧皮膜即可,例如可以使用激光蚀刻装置等进行。
这样经上述成膜工序在铝基材的表面形成含氧皮膜而得的表面处理过的铝基材,在从其最外表面至3μm深度的表层中由EPMA测定的氧量宜为0.1重量%以上48重量%以下、优选0.5重量%以上20重量%以下、更好是1重量%以上10重量%以下。该表面处理过的铝基材的表层中的氧量若低于0.1重量%,则有时不易达到铝-树脂间的足够的铝-树脂间的接合强度,反之,在氧量超过48重量%时带来制造上的困难。
本发明中,经上述成膜工序得到的表面具有含氧皮膜的表面处理过的铝基材,通过在其含氧皮膜上利用热塑性树脂的注射模塑成形接合树脂成形体而成一体的树脂成形工序制造铝树脂接合体,或者,通过利用热塑性树脂的注射模塑成形形成树脂成形体的树脂成形工程与、利用使用激光熔接、振动熔接、超声波熔接、热压熔接、热板熔接、非接触热板熔接、或高频熔接等装置的热压接将所得的树脂成形体接合在表面处理过的铝基材的含氧皮膜而成为一体的铝树脂接合工序制造铝树脂接合体。
在本发明中,上述树脂成形工序中所用的热塑性树脂使用在重复单元内及/或末端具有带非共用电子对的元素的热塑性树脂。这里,热塑性树脂所含的带有非共用电子对的元素较好是选自硫、氧、及氮的任意1种或2种以上。此外,热塑性树脂的重复单元内所含的这些带有非共用电子对的元素可以含于重复单元的主链,也可以含于侧链。
这样的在重复单元内及/或末端具有带非共用电子对的元素的热塑性树脂具体可例举例如聚苯硫醚(PPS)或砜类树脂等含硫元素的树脂,例如聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)等聚酯类树脂及液晶聚合物、聚碳酸酯类树脂、聚缩醛类树脂、聚醚类树脂、聚苯醚类树脂等含氧原子的树脂,例如聚酰胺(PA)、ABS、聚酰亚胺、聚醚酰亚胺等含氮原子的热塑性树脂等。
本发明中,在制造接合于上述的具有含氧皮膜的铝基材的表面的树脂成形体时,特别优选的热塑性树脂是成形为在IR分析中具有来源于羰基(C=O)的峰(1730cm-1附近)的树脂成形体这样的热塑性树脂。
此外,本发明中,可以在作为基体的铝基材的整个表面形成含氧皮膜,仅在所得的表面处理过的铝基材的必需的地方通过注射模塑成形或热压接接合树脂成形体,或者,考虑到成本,也可以仅在铝基材的表面的一部分或必需的地方形成含氧皮膜,在所得的表面处理过的铝基材的必需的地方通过注射模塑成形或热压接接合树脂成形体。仅在铝基材的表面的一部分或必需的地方形成含氧皮膜时,进行用于将形成含氧皮膜的部分以外的部分例如用掩模带等掩蔽后形成含氧皮膜的处理,然后,除去该被掩蔽部分的掩模带等即可。
在本发明的铝树脂接合体的制造方法中,可以根据需要在形成上述含氧皮膜的成膜工序之前,进行铝基材的表面的前处理,该前处理是选自脱脂处理、蚀刻处理、除垢处理、化学抛光处理、及电解抛光处理的任意1种以上的处理。
作为上述前处理进行的脱脂处理可以使用由氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、磷酸钠、表面活性剂等构成的通常的脱脂浴进行,作为处理条件通常,浸渍温度为15℃以上55℃以下、优选25℃以上40℃以下,浸渍时间为1分钟以上10分钟以下、优选3分钟以上6分钟以下。
作为上述前处理进行的蚀刻处理,通常使用氢氧化钠等碱水溶液或硫酸-磷酸混合水溶液等酸水溶液。使用碱水溶液时,可以使用浓度20g/L以上200g/L以下、优选50g/L以上150g/L以下的碱水溶液,以浸渍温度30℃以上70℃以下、优选40℃以上60℃以下、及处理时间0.5分钟以上5分钟以下、优选1分钟以上3分钟以下的处理条件进行浸渍处理。此外,使用酸水溶液硫酸-磷酸混合水溶液时,可以使用硫酸浓度10g/L以上500g/L以下、优选30g/L以上300g/L以下、及磷酸浓度10g/L以上1200g/L以下、优选30g/L以上500g/L以下的硫酸-磷酸混合水溶液,以浸渍温度30℃以上110℃以下、优选55℃以上75℃以下、及浸渍时间0.5分钟以上15分钟以下、优选1分钟以上6分钟以下的处理条件进行浸渍处理。
对于作为上述前处理进行的除垢处理,可以例如使用由1~30%浓度的硝酸水溶液构成的除垢浴,以浸渍温度15℃以上55℃以下、优选25℃以上40℃以下、及浸渍时间1分钟以上10分钟以下、优选3分钟以上6分钟以下的处理条件进行浸渍处理。
此外,作为上述前处理进行的化学抛光处理及电解抛光处理可以采用现有公知的方法。
本发明的铝基材与树脂成形体之间的接合的原理尚有较多不清楚的地方,但从如下的验证结果可以大致作如下的推断。
即,形成在铝基材的表面具有含氧皮膜的多个表面处理过的铝基材,对一部分的表面处理过的铝基材,在其表面通过含有羰基(C=O)的聚苯硫醚(PPS)的注射模塑成形接合PPS成形体而形成PPS接合体,对其余的表面处理过的铝基材,首先在保持于100℃的电炉中使硬脂酸挥发,将表面处理过的铝基材在其中暴露24小时,形成在含氧皮膜上具有硬脂酸的单分子膜的硬脂酸处理过的铝基材,在该硬脂酸处理过的铝基材的表面通过含有羰基(C=O)的PPS的注射模塑成形接合PPS成形体而形成硬脂酸处理铝PPS接合体,测定这些铝PPS接合体与硬脂酸处理铝PPS接合体之间的接合强度的差异。
结果,硬脂酸处理过的铝PPS接合体的接合强度明显低于铝PPS接合体的接合强度。
硬脂酸兼有作为亲水基的羧基(COOH)与作为疏水基的烷基(C17H35),具有形成具备1分子的厚度的单分子膜的性质。硬脂酸处理铝PPS接合体中,呈其铝基材的含氧皮膜与硬脂酸的羧基侧化学结合,烷基侧与PPS成形体接触的形式,因此可以推断其结果,阻碍了铝基材与PPS成形体的化学结合,从而导致接合强度低于铝PPS接合体的接合强度。
此外,对硬脂酸处理前后的表面处理过的铝基材,观察其表面进行比较研究,未发现表面的结构因硬脂酸单分子膜的有无而不同。另一方面,对硬脂酸处理后的表面处理过的铝基材,滴下液滴,测定其接触角时,接触角接近于180°,液滴大致成球形。这是证明硬脂酸的烷基侧多存在于铝基材的最外表层侧的结果。
由此可以认为,本发明的铝树脂接合体中表面处理过的铝基材与含有羰基(C=O)的树脂成形体之间,在含氧皮膜的氧与树脂中的羰基之间产生化学结合,该化学结合的作用显示出提高铝基材与树脂成形体间的接合强度的效果。
发明效果
本发明的铝树脂接合体是,将铝基材的表面用含氧皮膜被覆,然后,使用含有带有非共用电子对的元素的热塑性树脂,通过该热塑性树脂的注射模塑成形或通过由该热塑性树脂的注射模塑成形得到的树脂成形体的热压接,在铝基材表面的含氧皮膜上接合树脂成形体而得的铝树脂接合体,不仅铝基材与树脂成形体介由含氧皮膜被牢固地接合,而且能够长期保持优异的铝-树脂间的接合强度。
通过本发明的铝树脂接合体的制造方法,在铝基材的表面形成含氧皮膜的成膜工序中,除了不会产生气体等以外还能够在常温下操作,对周边的设备及环境不会带来问题,能够以简单的操作且低成本制造可以长期发挥优异的铝-树脂间的接合强度的铝树脂接合体。

图4为用于说明本发明的实施例1中实施的铝-树脂间的气密性评价试验的方法的说明图。
具体实施方式
以下,基于实施例及比较例,具体地说明本发明的铝树脂接合体及其制造方法。
实施例1
(1)表面处理过的铝基材的制造
从市售的铝板材(A5052;板厚2.0mm)切出40mm×40mm大小的接合强度试验用铝基材。接着,在切成40mm×40mm大小的铝基材的中央开10mmφ的孔,制成气密性试验用铝基材。此外,制备作为成膜处理剂的氢氧化钠浓度100g/L及氧化锌浓度25g/L(以Zn+计20g/L)的含有锌离子的钠水溶液。接着,在室温下将上述铝基材浸于该含有锌离子的钠水溶液中3分钟,然后进行水洗,制成在表面形成了含有锌元素的含氧皮膜的试验用表面处理过的铝基材。
(2)皮膜的含氧量的测定
对所得的表面处理过的铝基材,用EPMA(岛津株式会社(島津)制:EPMA1610),实施以照射径40μm/步(step)分别在纵横方向进行512步的测定的面分析。这里,测定面积为20.48mm×20.48mm,1步的采样时间为20ms,加速电压为15kV,氧的深度方向的分解能为3μm以下。接着,根据事先制成的校正曲线以重量百分率(wt%)计算出测得的氧强度。该校正曲线使用由Al2O3标准试样(氧量:48wt%)的氧强度与高纯度Al箔的氧强度这2点计算而制成的校正曲线。
结果示于表1。
(3)接合强度试验用铝树脂接合体的制造
使用作为热塑性树脂的PPS(日本聚合塑料株式会社(ポリプラスチツクス社)制商品名:フオ一トロン),将上述所制得的接合强度试验用表面处理过的铝基材设置在注射模塑成形机的模具内,以模具温度150℃、树脂温度320℃、注射速度100mm/s、保压50MPa、保压时间3秒的注射模塑成形条件进行PPS的注射模塑成形,如图1所示,形成5mm×10mm×30mm大小的PPS成形体3的同时,使该PPS成形体3以5mm×10mm的面积接合在表面处理过的铝基材2的含锌皮膜(无图示)上,制成接合强度试验用的铝树脂接合体1。
(4)气密性试验用铝树脂接合体的制造
使用作为热塑性树脂的PPS(日本聚合塑料株式会社制商品名:フオ一トロン),将上述所制得的试验用表面处理过的铝基材设置在注射模塑成形机的模具内,以模具温度150℃、树脂温度320℃、注射速度100mm/s、保压50MPa、保压时间3秒的注射模塑成形条件进行PPS的注射模塑成形,如图3所示,形成520mmφ大小的PPS成形体6的同时,使该PPS成形体6以235.5mm2的面积接合在表面处理过的铝基材7的含锌皮膜(无图示)上,制成气密性试验用的铝树脂接合体2。
(5)铝树脂接合体的树脂部分的IR分析
对这样制得的试验用铝树脂接合体1及2,使用IR分析装置(安捷伦科技公司(Agilent Technologies)660FastImage-IR),利用显微ATR法实施树脂成形体部分的IR分析,确认有无来源于羰基(C=O)的峰(1730cm-1附近)。结果,正如表1所示,检测到来源于羰基(C=O)的峰。
(6)铝树脂接合体的耐久试验后的接合性的评价试验
对这样制得的试验用铝树脂接合体,进行将铝树脂接合体在温度85℃及湿度85%的环境下放置1000小时,评价铝树脂接合体的耐蚀性的铝树脂接合体的耐久试验,对该耐久试验后的铝树脂接合体,用下述方法进行其铝-树脂间的接合性(接合强度及气密性)的评价试验。
如图2所示,作为接合强度评价试验,实施通过将铝树脂接合体1的表面处理过的铝基材2固定于夹具4,在PPS成形体3的上端从其上方以1mm/分钟的速度施加荷重5,破坏表面处理过的铝基材2与PPS成形体3之间的接合部分的方法来评价铝树脂接合体的接合部的剪切强度的试验,评价耐久试验后的铝树脂接合体的接合强度。
结果示于表1。
如图3及图4所示,作为气密性评价试验,实施将铝树脂接合体2的表面处理过的铝基材7介由O形环9用夹具12固定于铝固定用工具8及气密性试验工具10,以正压+0.5MPa施加空气3分钟,测量PPS成形体6的接合部的空气泄漏量的试验。在评价时间内无空气泄漏时评价为○,观察到空气泄漏时评价为×。
结果示于表1。
实施例2~9
除了铝基材使用表1所示的材质的铝基材,含有锌离子的碱性水溶液使用表1所示的溶液组成的溶液、氢氧化碱浓度及锌离子浓度改为表1所示的浓度以外,与实施例1同样地制造试验用的铝树脂接合体,与实施例1同样地进行树脂部分的IR分析、接合强度及气密性的评价试验。
结果示于表1。
实施例10~11
铝基材使用表1所示的材质的铝基材,实施在30wt%硝酸水溶液中以常温浸渍5分钟后用离子交换水充分水洗,接着,在5wt%氢氧化钠溶液中以50℃浸渍1分钟后水洗,再在30wt%硝酸水溶液中以常温浸渍3分钟后水洗的前处理。接着,通过进行在80℃的热水中浸渍20分钟的水合处理来实施铝皮膜形成处理,在铝基材的表面形成含有铝化合物AlO(OH)的含氧皮膜,除此以外,与实施例1同样地制造试验用的铝树脂接合体,与实施例1同样地进行树脂部分的IR分析、接合强度及气密性的评价试验。
结果示于表1。
实施例12~13
铝基材使用表1所示的材质的铝基材,通过激光蚀刻处理(装置名称:宫地株式会社(ミヤチテクノス)/ML-7112A、激光波长:1064nm、光斑直径:50-60um、激发方式:Q开关脉冲、频率:10kHz),在同一方向以间距宽度50μm间隔照射,在表层形成热氧化皮膜(含氧皮膜),除此以外,与实施例1同样地制造试验用的铝树脂接合体,与实施例1同样地进行树脂部分的IR分析、接合强度及气密性的评价试验。
结果示于表1。
实施例14
除了热塑性树脂使用聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)以外,与上述实施例1同样地制造试验用的铝树脂接合体,与实施例1同样地进行树脂部分的IR分析、接合强度及气密性的评价试验。此外,PBT的注射模塑成形条件是以模具温度100℃、树脂温度250℃、注射速度100mm/s、保压50MPa、保压时间2秒的注射模塑成形条件进行。
结果示于表1。
实施例15
除了在利用含锌的氢氧化钠的处理之前,作为前处理实施使用氢氧化钠的蚀刻处理和使用硝酸的脱垢处理以外,与上述实施例1同样地制造试验用的铝树脂接合体,与实施例1同样地进行树脂部分的IR分析、接合强度及气密性的评价试验。此外,使用氢氧化钠的蚀刻处理是在5wt%水溶液中60℃下浸渍1分钟的处理,使用硝酸的脱垢处理是在10wt%水溶液中以25℃实施3分钟。
结果示于表1。
比较例1
除了不进行使用成膜处理剂形成含锌皮膜的成膜工序以外,与上述实施例1同样地制造比较例1的试验用的铝树脂接合体,与实施例1同样地进行树脂部分的IR分析、接合强度及气密性的评价试验。
结果示于表1。
比较例2
除了使用成膜处理剂形成含锌皮膜后再在其上进行无电解镀NiP处理,使含锌皮膜变为NiP镀膜以外,与上述实施例1同样地制造比较例2的试验用的铝树脂接合体,与实施例1同样地进行树脂部分的IR分析、接合强度及气密性的评价试验。
结果示于表1。
比较例3
铝基材使用表1所示的材质的铝基材,在30wt%硝酸水溶液中以常温浸渍5分钟后用离子交换水充分水洗,使其干燥,形成在铝基材的表面具有自然氧化膜的铝基材,除此以外,与实施例1同样地制造试验用的铝树脂接合体,与实施例1同样地进行树脂部分的IR分析、接合强度及气密性的评价试验。
结果示于表1。

工业上的可利用性
本发明的铝树脂接合体在耐久试验前后均具有优异的接合强度,因此可适用于汽车用各种传感器的部件、家用电器制品的部件、工业设备的部件等各种部件的制造。
符号的说明

Claims (18)

1.铝树脂接合体,其特征在于,具有由铝或铝合金形成的铝基材、在该铝基材的表面形成的含有氧的含氧皮膜和在该含氧皮膜上接合的由热塑性树脂形成的树脂成形体,
所述热塑性树脂是在重复单元内及/或末端具有带非共用电子对的元素的热塑性树脂。
2.如权利要求1所述的铝树脂接合体,其特征在于,在接合树脂成形体前的表面具有含氧皮膜的铝基材,在从其最外表面至3μm深度的表层中由EPMA测定的氧量在0.1~48重量%的范围内。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的铝树脂接合体,其特征在于,在含氧皮膜上接合树脂成形体的接合方法为利用注射模塑成形或热压接的方法。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的铝树脂接合体,其特征在于,含氧皮膜是由使用含有锌离子的碱性水溶液的含锌皮膜形成处理所得的含锌元素的皮膜。
5.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的铝树脂接合体,其特征在于,含氧皮膜是来自于以湿法且非电解进行的铝皮膜形成处理的含有选自Al(OH)3、AlO(OH)、Al2O3、Al(PO4)、Al2(HPO4)3、Al(H2PO4)3、及Al(H2PO4)3中的任意1种或2种以上的铝化合物的皮膜。
6.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的铝树脂接合体,其特征在于,含氧皮膜是通过激光处理形成于铝基材的表面的皮膜。
7.如权利要求1~6中任一项所述的铝树脂接合体,其特征在于,热塑性树脂所含的带非共用电子对的元素是选自硫、氧、及氮的任意1种或2种以上的元素。
8.如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的铝树脂接合体,其特征在于,在重复单元内及/或末端具有带非共用电子对的元素的热塑性树脂是选自聚苯硫醚类树脂、聚酯类树脂、聚碳酸酯类树脂、聚缩醛类树脂、聚醚类树脂、聚苯醚类树脂、聚酰亚胺类树脂、聚醚酰亚胺类树脂、液晶聚合物、砜类树脂、聚苯醚类树脂、聚酰胺类树脂及聚丙烯类树脂中的任意1种或2种以上的树脂。
9.如权利要求1~8中任一项所述的铝树脂接合体,其特征在于,树脂成形体含有羰基C=O。
10.铝树脂接合体的制造方法,其特征在于,它是具有在由铝或铝合金形成的铝基材的表面形成含氧皮膜的成膜工序,和在由该成膜工序得到的表面处理过的铝基材的含氧皮膜上通过热塑性树脂的注射模塑成形形成树脂成形体的树脂成形工序,制造铝基材与树脂成形体介由所述含氧皮膜被接合的铝树脂接合体的铝树脂接合体的制造方法,
所述热塑性树脂是在重复单元内及/或末端具有带非共用电子对的元素的热塑性树脂。
11.铝树脂接合体的制造方法,其特征在于,它是具有在由铝或铝合金形成的铝基材的表面形成含氧皮膜的成膜工序,通过热塑性树脂的注射模塑成形形成树脂成形体的树脂成形工序,和在由上述成膜工序得到的表面处理过的铝基材的含氧皮膜上利用热压接接合由所述树脂成形工序得到的树脂成形体的铝树脂接合工序,制造铝基材与树脂成形体介由所述含氧皮膜被接合的铝树脂接合体的铝树脂接合体的制造方法,
所述热塑性树脂是在重复单元内及/或末端具有带非共用电子对的元素的热塑性树脂。
12.如权利要求10或11所述的铝树脂接合体的制造方法,其特征在于,成膜工序中,通过在以重量比(MOH/Zn+2)1~100的比例含有氢氧化碱(MOH)和锌离子(Zn+2)的含有锌离子的碱性水溶液中浸渍铝基材的含锌皮膜形成处理,在该铝基材的表面形成含有锌元素的含氧皮膜。
13.如权利要求12所述的铝树脂接合体的制造方法,其特征在于,含有锌离子的碱性水溶液中的碱源为选自氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、及氢氧化锂中的任意1种或2种以上的氢氧化碱。
14.如权利要求12或13所述的铝树脂接合体的制造方法,其特征在于,含有锌离子的碱性水溶液中的锌离子源为选自氧化锌、氢氧化锌、过氧化锌、氯化锌、硫酸锌、及硝酸锌的任意1种或2种以上的锌盐。
15.如权利要求10或11所述的铝树脂接合体的制造方法,其特征在于,在成膜工序中,通过对由铝或铝合金形成的铝基材进行选自下述任意一种铝皮膜形成处理从而在该铝基材的表面形成含有选自Al(OH)3、AlO(OH)、Al2O3、Al(PO4)、Al2(HPO4)3、Al(H2PO4)3、及AlOSiO2的任意1种或2种以上的铝化合物的含氧皮膜,所述铝皮膜形成处理为在50℃以上的温水中浸渍60秒以上的温水浸渍处理,0.1MPa以上及1分钟以上的曝露于加压条件下的水蒸汽气氛中的水蒸汽处理,在以0.1~100g/L的范围含有选自磷酸根离子、磷酸一氢根离子及磷酸二氢根离子的任意1种或2种以上的磷酸根类离子的磷酸类水溶液中浸渍30秒~30分钟后以80~400℃的热风干燥30秒~30分钟的磷酸处理,或者阳极氧化处理。
16.如权利要求10或11所述的铝树脂接合体,其特征在于,成膜工序中,通过将由铝或铝合金形成的铝基材的表面附近加热的激光处理来形成含氧皮膜。
17.如权利要求10~16中任一项所述的铝树脂接合体的制造方法,其特征在于,热塑性树脂中所含的带有非共用电子对的元素是选自硫、氧、氮及碳的任意1种或2种以上的元素。
18.如权利要求10~17中任一项所述的铝树脂接合体的制造方法,其特征在于,在重复单元内及/或末端具有带非共用电子对的元素的热塑性树脂是选自聚苯硫醚类树脂、聚酯类树脂、聚碳酸酯类树脂、聚缩醛类树脂、聚醚类树脂、聚苯醚类树脂、聚酰亚胺类树脂、聚醚酰亚胺类树脂、液晶聚合物、砜类树脂、聚苯醚类树脂、聚酰胺类树脂及聚丙烯类树脂中的任意1种或2种以上的树脂。
