Abstract
本发明涉及一种电加热装置,其包括:加热棒(3),以及被保持在加热棒(3)的凸缘(10)之间的散热片(4),其中由凸缘(10)中的切口限定的凸缘部(10a)被弯曲以夹持并保持散热片(4)。本发明还涉及制造该加热装置的方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电加热装置,其包括至少一个加热棒和连接至加热棒的散热片。这种电加热装置参见DE19848169A1。
背景技术
这种加热装置用于加热车辆的内部。该加热装置对经过其散热片并被吹入到车辆内部的空气流进行加热。
DE19848169A1中已知的加热装置利用滑移到加热棒的金属板。由于上述装置需要加工大量部件,因此产生昂贵的制作成本。
为简化制作工艺,DE102006018784A1教导将散热片整合到加热棒中。上述效果通过产生加热棒的壳体实现,而壳体包括由棒材挤压连接的散热片。然后对散热片打孔以使被加热的空气能够流过散热片。这种方法的缺点在于加热棒和散热片的挤压需要借助昂贵的工具。另外,热量从散热片转移到流经其通孔的空气是不理想的。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于展示如何以低成本生产允许高效加热车辆内部的电加热装置。
上述目的是通过根据权利要求1所述的加热装置和根据权利要求10所述的方法来实现的。从属权利要求中的内容是本发明的有利改进。
根据本发明,加热棒具有凸缘,这些凸缘用于将散热片固定到加热棒。凸缘在加热棒的纵轴方向上延伸。每个散热片放置在这些凸缘之间。为了将散热片保持在适当位置上,对凸缘进行切割。然后在两个这样的切口之间的凸缘部向两个相对的凸缘弯曲。弯曲的凸缘部由此将散热片夹持并保持在两个相对的凸缘之间。切割和弯曲可以通过冲压工具在一个步骤中以经济的方式来实现。也可以首先切割凸缘,随后再弯曲两个切口之间的部分。
散热片可以是波纹金属板。波纹金属板可提供廉价的、具有一系列凹陷(valley)和突起(ridge)的蜿曲的(meandering)散热片。这样允许流经凹陷的空气具有较大的接触面积。波纹金属板的散热片优选地放置在加热棒的凸缘之间,使得凸缘邻近金属板的边缘或窄边。除了波纹金属板,还可以使用经挤压或铸造的散热片等。
有利地,由切口限定的凸缘部可以被卷曲(crimp),以便将散热片保持在适当的位置上。例如,弯曲部可以在蜿曲转折处与由波纹金属制成的散热片接合。
切口在与加热棒的纵轴方向相交的方向上延伸。优选地,切口在与加热棒纵轴方向垂直的方向上延伸。然而,切口的方向也可以是倾斜的。这样,弯曲部就不是矩形的,而是梯形的。
优选地,每个凸缘都具有一系列切口。然后这些切口之间的部分可以以交替的方式弯曲,来保持散热片,例如,每个第二部分被弯曲。大量的弯曲部改善散热片与加热棒之间的连接。例如,由波纹金属板制成的散热片的每个凹陷中都可以具有弯曲部。
从上述说明中可以理解,本发明涉及将散热片固定到加热棒,以及因此制造电加热装置的方法。权利要求10是指向该方法。

具体实施方式
加热装置包括多个加热棒3和散热片4。加热棒可以是包含至少一个诸如PTC元件等加热电阻器的管。加热棒3的前端卡在支架1中,加热棒3的后端卡在支架2中。
加热棒3的前端用于电连接。接触板6从加热棒3的前端伸出。该接触板6与加热棒3的加热电阻器接触,并且与周围的壳体绝缘。在所示的实施例中,加热棒3的管壳体用于接地。加热棒3因此穿过可布置在支架1下方的金属接触板5而被卡住。还可为每个加热棒1设置第二接触板,该第二接触板从壳体的前端伸出,与接触板6类似。
如图3所示,散热片4被保持在加热棒3的凸缘10之间。凸缘10在加热棒3的纵轴方向上延伸。每个凸缘10具有一系列切口,该切口在加热棒3的纵轴方向的横向上延伸。由这些切口限定的凸缘部10a朝向散热片4弯曲。通过这种方式,弯曲的凸缘部10a夹持并保持散热片4。因此,通过卷曲(crimp)凸缘部10a,散热片4能够被连接到加热棒3。弯曲凸缘部10a之间的伸直(unbent)凸缘部10b的宽度可以大于弯曲凸缘部10a的宽度。
散热片4可以是波纹金属板,例如铝制的。由波纹金属板制成的散热片4呈蜿曲形。弯曲凸缘部10a可在蜿曲转折处与散热片4接合,并向加热棒3挤压散热片4。因此能够获得良好的热接触。
在所示的实施例中,由切口限定的每个第二部被弯曲,从而夹住散热片4。因而,由切口界定的凸缘部10a以交替的方式弯曲。
像在图1所示实施例的加热装置,可通过设置包括凸缘10的加热棒3来制成,其中凸缘10在加热棒3的纵轴方向上延伸。然后将散热片4放置在两个凸缘10之间,并通过卷曲,也就是通过弯曲凸缘部10a以夹持并保持散热片4,从而将散热片4固定到加热棒3。凸缘10可设有切口,该切口限定随后被弯曲的凸缘部。还可以切割凸缘10,并在一个步骤中,例如通过冲压或弯折或剪切或弯折步骤等,将凸缘部10a弯曲在这些切口之间。
可以通过制造具有凸缘10的管壳体,然后将一个或几个加热电阻器放置在管壳体中,来提供加热棒3。该管壳体可通过棒材挤压制成,如在DE102006018784A1中所述的那样。电阻器可以与接触板5和绝缘层一同被放置在管壳体中,该绝缘层用于将接触板与壳体绝缘。管壳体可被压缩,以改善壳体与电阻器或多个电阻器之间的热接触。优选地,在散热片4被连接到加热棒3之前,执行所有压缩的步骤。
接触板5具有接触加热电阻器的接触侧。优选地,该接触侧面向放置散热片4的加热棒一侧。为了压缩,可在凸缘之间施加压力。加热电阻器可以是,例如由钛酸钡制成的陶瓷PTC加热元件。
Claims (10)
1.一种电加热装置,包括:
加热棒(3),以及
散热片(4)被保持在所述加热棒(3)的凸缘(10)之间,
其中由所述凸缘(10)中的切口限定的凸缘部(10a)被弯曲,以夹持并保持所述散热片(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的电加热装置,其中所述散热片(4)是波纹金属板。
3.如权利要求2所述的电加热装置,其中所述弯曲部(10a)在蜿曲转折处与所述散热片(4)接合。
4.如上述任一项权利要求所述的电加热装置,其中所述切口在与所述加热棒(3)的纵轴方向垂直的方向上延伸。
5.如上述任一项权利要求所述的电加热装置,其中所述弯曲部(10a)的宽度大于弯曲部(10a)之间的伸直部(10b)的宽度。
6.如上述任一项权利要求所述的电加热装置,其中几个加热棒(3)并排布置,所述散热片(4)位于所述加热棒(3)之间。
7.如上述任一项权利要求所述的电加热装置,其中所述加热棒(3)的至少一端被卡在支架(1,2)中。
8.如权利要求7所述的电加热装置,其中所述加热棒(3)贯穿被布置在所述支架(1)下方的接触板。
9.如上述任一项权利要求所述的电加热装置,其中所述凸缘(10)中的每个凸缘具有一系列切口,且所述切口之间的交替部(10a)被弯曲以保持所述散热片(4)。
10.一种用于制造电加热装置的方法,包括以下步骤:
提供包含凸缘(10)的加热棒(3),所述凸缘(10)在所述加热棒(3)的纵轴方向上延伸,
将散热片(4)放置在两个相对的凸缘(10)之间,
通过弯曲凸缘部(10a)而使所述散热片(4)卷曲,从而夹持所述散热器(4)。
