Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车灯加热器以及包括车灯加热器的车灯。
背景技术
现代车灯越来越多地包含发光二极管(LED),而不是卤素灯泡。LED提供了有利的功耗降低,但是无法产生足够的热量来防止冷凝物积聚在灯的透明罩的内侧上。
US 7 262 388 B2公开了一种车灯,其包括安装在灯壳体上的PTC加热电阻器。PTC加热电阻器被设置成布置在靠近透明罩的灯壳体的内表面或外表面上的一系列导电轨道。然而,在冻结温度,例如-20℃情况下,对前照灯的透明罩进行除冰仍然需要相当长的时间。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于示出如何快速地对车灯,特别是车辆前照灯,进行除冰。
该目的通过根据权利要求1所述的车灯加热器来实现。本发明的有利改进是从属权利要求的内容。该目的还通过包括具有透明罩的塑料壳体、LED和这样的车灯加热器的车灯来实现。
根据本发明的车灯加热器包括PTC加热电阻器和固定到PTC加热电阻器的金属冷却体。发明人已经发现,散热常常是车灯的快速除冰的限制因素。与布置在灯壳体的表面上的导体轨道相比,金属冷却体显著地改善了散热。因此,可以增加加热功率并加速除冰。
PTC电阻器在临界温度下显示出电阻的显著增加。PTC电阻器的低温状态的电阻和其高温状态的电阻可以相差100倍或更多倍。因此,PTC电阻器本质上是安全的,不会过热。
PTC加热电阻器可以是聚合物PTC电阻器,例如,包含炭黑颗粒和热塑性聚合物(例如聚乙烯或聚偏二氟乙烯)的混合物。聚合物PTC电阻器能够以低成本制造,并提供可靠的过热保护。
本发明的有利的改进在于,PTC加热电阻器与冷却体电绝缘。例如,PTC加热电阻器可以通过胶或电绝缘粘合剂固定到冷却体。
本发明的另一个有利的改进在于,PTC加热电阻器被设置为两个金属表面之间的层。这些表面可用于向PTC加热电阻器施加电势。例如,PTC加热电阻器可以布置在金属板之间。板材可以由胶或电绝缘粘合剂覆盖,以用于固定冷却体。
本发明的另一有利改进在于,金属冷却体是波纹金属板,例如铝。这种冷却体能够以低成本制造,并且能够有效地传热。类似于翅片(fin),波纹提供用于将热传递到周围空气的大的表面积。
本发明的另一有利的改进在于,PTC加热电阻器设置在两个金属冷却体之间。由此可以进一步改善散热。
本发明的另一有利的改进在于,车灯加热器包括风扇。风扇可以通过将空气吹到一个或多个冷却体上或者穿过一个或多个冷却体来改善散热。除PTC电阻器以及一个或多个冷却体之外,支架可用于保持风扇。

具体实施方式
图1中所示的车灯加热器包括:聚合物PTC加热电阻器1,两个金属冷却体2,以及用于保持聚合物PTC加热电阻器1和冷却体2的支架(holder)3。支架3由塑料制成,例如由PC、PA66、PBT或其它热塑性塑料制成,并且包括用于将支架固定到车灯的壳体的附接元件4。附接元件可以例如包括孔眼或凸缘。
聚合物PTC加热电阻器在相反两侧上具有金属涂层。用于连接到电源(例如车辆电气系统)的端子例如可以通过钎焊或焊接附接到金属涂层。
聚合物PTC加热电阻器可以是设置在两个金属板之间的层。例如,通过覆盖PTC加热电阻器的金属涂层的电绝缘粘合剂或胶,聚合物PTC加热电阻器与冷却体2电绝缘。冷却体2是波纹金属板,例如由铝制成。
支架3形成围绕聚合物PTC加热电阻器1的框架。此外,支架3包括至少一个壁5。一个或多个壁5能够形成其中布置聚合物PTC加热器和冷却体2的壳体。另外,一个或多个壁5可以引导空气流。
图2示出与图1的实施例不同的车灯加热器的实施例,不同之处仅在于,在支架3上增加了漏斗状部段3a。部段3a被配置成保持用于将空气吹到冷却体2上并穿过冷却体2的风扇。风扇本身未示出。
图3和图4示出了车辆前照灯,其包括具有透明罩11的塑料壳体10、LED(未示出)和车灯加热器12。车灯加热器12可以是如图1或图2所示的车灯加热器。在图3中,可以看到车灯加热器12的金属冷却体2。车灯加热器12被布置在车灯的饰框(bezel)中的槽中。
Claims (10)
1.一种车灯加热器,包括:
PTC加热电阻器(1),
金属冷却体(2),其固定到所述PTC加热电阻器(1),以及
支架(3),用于保持所述PTC加热电阻器(1)和所述金属冷却体(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车灯加热器,其中所述金属冷却体(2)是波纹金属板。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车灯加热器,其中所述金属冷却体(2)与所述PTC加热电阻器(1)电绝缘。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车灯加热器,其中所述金属冷却体(2)通过粘合剂固定到所述PTC加热电阻器(1)。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车灯加热器,其中所述PTC加热电阻器(1)布置在两个金属冷却体(2)之间。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车灯加热器,其中所述PTC加热电阻器(1)在相反两侧上具有金属涂层。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车灯加热器,其中所述支架(3)由热塑性塑料制成。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车灯加热器,其中所述支架(3)包括围绕所述PTC加热电阻器(1)的框架。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车灯加热器,其中所述支架(3)保持风扇。
10.一种车灯,所述车灯包括具有透明罩(11)的塑料壳体(10),以及根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车灯加热器。
