本实用新型属于电加热装置,涉及一种以PTC材料为发热体的PTC电加热器。
背景技术
现有的用于空调器等电器中的PTC电加热器,其基本结构包括一个截面为矩形的金属芯管,在金属芯管内设置PTC电热元件、电极和绝缘层,在芯管外侧的两个较大的散热面上粘贴有散热条,散热条包括一段连续弯折呈波纹状的铝带和焊接在波纹状铝带上、下两面的两条铝板,芯管外壁与散热条一侧的铝板通过导热胶相互粘贴。这种结构的PTC电加热器,从PTC电加热元件到波纹状铝带之间存在的导热环节较多,并且波纹状铝带只能在波纹的峰、谷位置与两则的铝板相接触,其接触主要为线接触,接触面积小,这些因素都造成PTC电加热器的热传导损失较大,热效率低,抗老化性差。此外散热条需要两面焊接铝板,工序多、生产效率低、材料成本和制造成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种导热环节少、热效率高、成本低的PTC电加热器。
本实用新型的PTC电加热器包括有截面为矩形且内部安置了PTC电热元件、电极和绝缘层的芯管,芯管的外侧的两个大散热面上粘贴有散热条,所述的散热条包括一条弯折为多段的铝带,铝带的纵剖面形状为并排排列的多个三角形,铝带的上、下两侧分别由多个小平面组成。
铝带一侧的小平面通过焊接或粘贴的方式与一条铝板相接触,另一侧的小平面直接粘贴在芯管上。
所述芯管的两个大散热面的壁厚小于两个小散热面的壁厚。
本实用新型结构中,作为散热条的主体的铝带纵剖面形状为并排排列的三角形结构,因而其上、下两面形成多个小平面,这样就使得铝带与铝板及芯管外壁的接触形成面接触,从而提高了导热效率。另外,由于仅在铝带一侧设置铝板,另一侧直接与芯管粘贴,这样不仅减少了导热环节,提高了热效率,并且也减化了制造工序、节省了材料、降低了成本;此外,芯管具有较薄的大散热面,也有利于热量的迅速传递。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本实用新型包括有芯管1和散热条2,芯管内设置有PTC电热元件、电极和绝缘层等常规部件。散热条2由一条铝带21和一条铝板22构成,散热条的纵剖面形状为多个并排排列的三角形(如图3),从而在铝带的上、下两面形成多个小平面211,其中一侧的小平面与铝板22焊接接触,另一侧的小平面与芯管1的大散热面11直接粘贴(如图1、图2所示)。矩形芯管的两个大散热面11的壁厚小于两个小散热面12的壁厚。

Claims (3)

1、一种PTC电加热器,包括有截面为矩形且内部安置了PTC电热元件、电极和绝缘层的芯管(1),芯管外侧的两个大散热面(11)上粘贴有散热条(2),所述的散热条包括一条弯折为多段的铝带(21),其特征是:铝带的纵剖面形状为并排排列的多个三角形,铝带的上、下两侧分别由多个小平面(211)组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的PTC电加热器,其特征是:铝带一侧的小平面(211)与一条铝板(22)相接触,另一侧的小平面(211)直接粘贴在芯管(1)上。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的PTC电加热器,其特征是:所述芯管的两个大散热面(11)的壁厚小于两个小散热面(12)的壁厚。
