Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种PTC发热器,它主要由PTC片、散热片构成,其特征在于它有一个内部支架,PTC片安放在支架中,支架和PTC片两侧有两块电极板紧靠在PTC片上,电极板外侧为散热片,散热片与电极板之间有绝缘片,前后两片散热片上下两端内侧有相互对应的槽道,两散热片通过槽道卡接在一起。在对接的槽道处插有弹性棒。本实用新型采用机械夹持方式,使用弹性棒与散热片卡槽的压合替代传统产品胶粘式结构,从根本上解决了传统产品硅胶老化、功率衰减的问题。克服了打火短路的现象,安全性好。散热性能好。发热器表面不带电,更具安全性。结构新颖,外形美观。
Description
(一)技术领域:本实用新型属于以PTC(正温度系数)热敏陶瓷电阻片作为发热元件的发热器。
(二)背景技术:PTC发热器近几年发展迅速,已广泛应用在暖风机、干衣机、热水器、空调器等电器行业,具有发热量自动调节,升温迅速,受电源电压波动小等特点。传统PTC发热器组件是由铝波纹式散热条利用硅胶粘接而成,铝条表面一般是带电体,这样由于硅胶老化以及粘接性能的降低导致发热器组件功率的极不稳定和衰减的严重性,特别是在电器性能上存在安全隐患。因为散热片表面是带电体,由于铝屑或其它导电介质的掉落,会引起电器短路,甚至会导致火灾。传统产品由于爬电间隙的影响,对PTC发热器的安装以及使用都带来诸多限制,安全性也受到影响,经常发生打火短路现象。
(三)发明内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一种PTC发热器,它能够长时间保持功率稳定,表面不带电。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:PTC发热器主要由PTC陶瓷片、散热片构成,其特征在于它有一个内部支架,PTC片安放在支架中,支架和PTC片两侧有两块电极板紧靠在PTC片上,电极板外侧为散热片,散热片与电极板之间有绝缘片,前后两片散热片上下两端内侧有相互对应的槽道,两散热片通过槽道卡接在一起。在对接的槽道处插有弹性棒。
本实用新型采用机械夹持方式,使用弹性棒与散热片卡槽的压合替代传统产品胶粘式结构,从根本上解决了传统产品硅胶老化、功率衰减的问题。克服了打火短路的现象,安全性好。散热性能好。发热器表面不带电,更具安全性。结构新颖,外形美观。
下面结合附图和实施方式进一步说明本实用新型的结构。

(五)具体实施方式:实施方式的支架10上有与PTC片4形状相适应的空框,几块PTC陶瓷片4安放在支架10的几个空框中,两个电极板9、13夹在PTC片4和支架10两侧,使各PTC片4成并联联接。电极板9、13外侧两边分别有散热片1、8,散热片1、8与电极板10之间加有绝缘片3、12,使电极板与散热片之间绝缘,保证散热片表面不带电。散热片1和8的内侧上下两端有相对应的卡槽2,两散热片1、8由卡槽2连接在一起,支架10上有凸台11,限制散热片1、8的位置,使之不前后串动。几根弹性棒7压入前后两片散热片1、8的卡槽2中,把两片散热片紧紧地连接在一起。弹性棒7有锥度,它在卡槽2处压入的多少可以调整,使夹持力连续可调,以保证电极板9、13与PTC片4接触良好。支架10两端露出散热片的部分,套上耐热塑料制做的支架6,端子5通过点焊或铆接的方式与电极板结合,同时具限位作用,使端头支架6不串动。支架10也可由几件链接而成。本实用新型的散热片1、8采用铲齿工艺加工的超薄翅片式散热片,体积小、重量轻,增大散热面积,提高散热性能。
Claims (4)
1、一种PTC发热器,主要由PTC陶瓷片、散热片构成,其特征在于它有一个内部支架(10),PTC片(4)安放在支架(10)中,支架(10)和PTC片(4)两侧有两块电极板(9)、(13)紧靠在PTC片(4)上,电极板外侧为散热片(1)、(8),散热片与电极板之间有绝缘片(3)、(12),前后两片散热片(1)、(8)上下两端内侧有相互对应的槽道(2),两散热片(1)、(8)通过槽道(2)卡接在一起。在对接的槽道(2)处插有弹性棒(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的PTC发热器,其特征在于支架(10)上有与PTC片(4)形状相适应的空框,PTC片(4)安放在支架(10)的空框中。
3、根据权利要求1所述的PTC发热器,其特征在于支架(10)由几件链接而成。
4、根据权利要求1所述的PTC发热器,其特征在于散热片(1)、(8)采用超薄翅片式散热片。
