本发明涉及一种猪肉肠,尤其是一种海苔猪肉肠。
背景技术
现有的猪肉肠口味单一;加入的添加剂都是各种人工合成产物;不符合平衡膳食的科学原则,不利于长期食用。
海苔具有大量的氨基酸、维生素E是大海给人类的宝贵赐福,猪肉含有丰富的蛋白质及碳水化合物、钙、磷等人体需要的维生素;有补虚强体等作用。
发明内容
为了解决现有的技术问题,本发明的目的是要提供一种海苔猪肉肠满足市场需求。
技术方案:一种海苔猪肉肠,其包括以下重量的原料:精猪肉6-12千克、海苔1-2千克、鸡肉1-3千克、蔗糖0.5-0.8千克、食盐1-2千克、五香调料粉0.4千克、料酒3千克、酱油1千克。
制备过程:1.将精猪肉洗净切块放入绞肉机绞碎成肉馅,再与其他原料放入容器中一起搅拌成糊状,加入料酒酱油腌制4-5小时;待用。
1.     将海苔洗净,切成碎末装放入肉馅当中混合拌匀。
2.     将肠衣一端套入灌肠机,灌制要均匀,每50CM一根,两头打扣;
3.     把香肠风干,接着放入蒸锅,蒸煮50分钟熟透,取出冷却既得。
作为发明,本发明食用富含营养和新鲜口味的海苔加入猪肉肠中,给猪肉肠添加了新口味。
