背景技术
鸡肉属于富含多种微量元素的家禽食品;目前市面的鸡肉产品较为单一;且保存周期短;不利于市场的物流运输和市场买卖。
发明内容
为了解决现有的技术问题,本发明的目的是要提供一种糯米鸡肉肠的配方及制作方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种糯米鸡肉肠,其包括以下重量的原料:猪五花肉4千克、鸡肉4千克、食用盐0.6千克、蔗糖0.9千克、五香调料粉0.3千克、黄酒1千克、酱油2千克。
制备过程:1.先把猪五花肉和鸡肉放入绞肉机绞碎成肉馅,在与其他配料放入容器中一起搅拌成糊状,腌制4-6小时,放入灌肠机;2.将肠衣一端套入官场机灌制,灌制要均匀,每30CM一根,两头打扣;3.把香肠风干,接着放入蒸锅,蒸煮20分钟熟透,取出冷却既得。
有益效果:
本发明的优点是:本产品配方合理将杂粮运用到熟食肉类产品当中;添加了食品的全新口感;本产品口感滑爽;富含多种营养、维生素;糯米是一种天然杂粮有蠕动肠道的积极作用;本产品制作方便;选材经济。
