本发明公开了一种祛风寒面条,由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦70-80、花腰豆40-50、兵豆30-40、白果10-15、芡实10-15、韭菜17-22、洋葱20-25、羊肉19-26、生姜6-8、低钠盐3-4、防风1-2、胡柴1-2、紫苏叶1-2、艾叶1-2、面条改良剂1-2、水适量;本发明的面条,采用小麦、花腰豆、兵豆作为主原料,花腰豆有补血、增强免疫力、帮助细胞修补及防衰老等功效。兵豆具有纯化异常血液质、利喉止痛、清热退肿、清肺止咳的作用。韭菜有健胃、提神、促进肠道蠕动、温暖的作用。羊肉补体虚、祛寒冷、温补气血、益肾气、补形衰、开胃健力的作用。生姜具有抗氧化、抑制肿瘤、开胃健脾、杀菌解毒、祛风寒的作用。

本发明涉及一种食品及其工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种祛风寒面条及其制备方法。
背景技术
面条是人们日常生活中主要食品,其主要成分是面粉,经加水和面制成,面条出现之前,饭、粥为普遍中国人的主食,但当面出现后,面条地位即跟米食平起平坐–北方人主以面食为主粮。由于面条易于消化吸收,有改善贫血、增强免疫力、平衡营养吸收等功效,所以一直是人们喜爱的主食之一。但是,面粉的营养成分主要是淀粉和少量蛋白质,人体需要的其他营养成分含量极少,普通面条营养单一,不适合针对目标人群,予以强化营养,补充易流失元素,强身健体。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,普通面条已经不能满足人们对营养的需求。
发明内容
本发明弥补了现有技术的不足,提供一种祛风寒面条及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
面条由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦70-80、花腰豆40-50、兵豆30-40、白果10-15、芡实10-15、韭菜17-22、洋葱20-25、羊肉19-26、生姜6-8、低钠盐3-4、防风1-2、胡柴1-2、紫苏叶1-2、艾叶1-2、面条改良剂1-2、水适量;
所述面条改良剂由下列重量份的原料制成:糯米30-40、荠菜20-25、胡萝卜20-30、鸭蛋15-20、黄瓜籽粉10-15、破壁灵芝孢子粉6-7、枳壳4-5、小飞蓬3-4、葫芦茶3-4、天香炉4-5、溪黄草5-6、紫锥菊5-6、诃子3-4、薏仁油1-2、水适量;制备方法是将糯米放入炒锅中炒香,研磨成粉;将胡萝卜洗净去皮与洗净的荠菜一起研磨成菜汁,打入鸡蛋后加入薏仁油搅拌均匀,得混合液;将枳壳、小飞蓬、葫芦茶、天香炉、溪黄草、紫锥菊、诃子加入适量水文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤得滤液;将所得的糯米粉、混合液、滤液以及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
所述面条的制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将小麦、花腰豆、兵豆加入水中浸泡20-24小时,再放入研磨机中研磨成浆,得杂粮浆;
(2)将白果去皮与芡实加入步骤1的杂粮浆加热煮熟后,再研磨成浆,喷雾干燥,得混合粉,备用;
(3)将韭菜、洋葱洗净研磨成菜汁,备用;
(4)将生姜洗净打成姜汁,羊肉搅成肉泥,与上述姜汁、低钠盐混合,隔水蒸熟后,碾成肉末,备用;
(5)将防风、胡柴、紫苏叶、艾叶加入适量水中文火煎煮1-2小时,滤掉沉渣,得煎煮液,备用;
(6)将步骤2的混合粉、步骤3的菜汁、步骤4的肉末、步骤5的煎煮液以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀,调制成面团,再加工成面条,即可。
本发明的有益效果:

下面结合以下具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述:
称取下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:小麦75、花腰豆45、兵豆35、白果13、芡实13、韭菜20、洋葱22、羊肉23、生姜7、低钠盐1、防风1、胡柴1、紫苏叶1、艾叶1、面条改良剂1-2、水适量;
所述面条改良剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:糯米36、荠菜22、胡萝卜25、鸭蛋17、黄瓜籽粉13、破壁灵芝孢子粉6、枳壳4、小飞蓬3、葫芦茶3、天香炉4、溪黄草5、紫锥菊5、诃子3、薏仁油1、水适量;制备方法是将糯米放入炒锅中炒香,研磨成粉;将胡萝卜洗净去皮与洗净的荠菜一起研磨成菜汁,打入鸡蛋后加入薏仁油搅拌均匀,得混合液;将枳壳、小飞蓬、葫芦茶、天香炉、溪黄草、紫锥菊、诃子加入适量水文火煎煮1.5小时,过滤得滤液;将所得的糯米粉、混合液、滤液以及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌25分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
所述面条的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将小麦、花腰豆、兵豆加入水中浸泡22小时,再放入研磨机中研磨成浆,得杂粮浆;
(2)将白果去皮与芡实加入步骤1的杂粮浆加热煮熟后,再研磨成浆,喷雾干燥,得混合粉,备用;
(3)将韭菜、洋葱洗净研磨成菜汁,备用;
(4)将生姜洗净打成姜汁,羊肉搅成肉泥,与上述姜汁、低钠盐混合,隔水蒸熟后,碾成肉末,备用;
(5)将防风、胡柴、紫苏叶、艾叶加入适量水中文火煎煮1.5小时,滤掉沉渣,得煎煮液,备用;
(6)将步骤2的混合粉、步骤3的菜汁、步骤4的肉末、步骤5的煎煮液以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀,调制成面团,再加工成面条,即可。

1.一种祛风寒面条,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦70-80、花腰豆40-50、兵豆30-40、白果10-15、芡实10-15、韭菜17-22、洋葱20-25、羊肉19-26、生姜6-8、低钠盐3-4、防风1-2、胡柴1-2、紫苏叶1-2、艾叶1-2、面条改良剂1-2、水适量;
所述面条改良剂由下列重量份的原料制成:糯米30-40、荠菜20-25、胡萝卜20-30、鸭蛋15-20、黄瓜籽粉10-15、破壁灵芝孢子粉6-7、枳壳4-5、小飞蓬3-4、葫芦茶3-4、天香炉4-5、溪黄草5-6、紫锥菊5-6、诃子3-4、薏仁油1-2、水适量;制备方法是将糯米放入炒锅中炒香,研磨成粉;将胡萝卜洗净去皮与洗净的荠菜一起研磨成菜汁,打入鸡蛋后加入薏仁油搅拌均匀,得混合液;将枳壳、小飞蓬、葫芦茶、天香炉、溪黄草、紫锥菊、诃子加入适量水文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤得滤液;将所得的糯米粉、混合液、滤液以及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
2.根据权利要求书1所述祛风寒面条,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将小麦、花腰豆、兵豆加入水中浸泡20-24小时,再放入研磨机中研磨成浆,得杂粮浆;
(2)将白果去皮与芡实加入步骤1的杂粮浆加热煮熟后,再研磨成浆,喷雾干燥,得混合粉,备用;
