面条由下列重量份的原料制成:大麦60-70、粳米40-50、山药25-35、秋葵20-30、葵花籽仁20-30、莲子20-25、龙眼肉15-20、陈醋10-12、葡萄籽油4-6、夜交藤1-3、柏子仁1-2、丹参1-2、白千层皮1-2、食品添加剂1-2、水适量;
所述食品添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:红薯淀粉40-50、花生20-30、海参15-20、羊栖菜20-25、树头菜20-25、滁菊8-12、绞股蓝5-6、草寇4-5、丰花草3-4、假茼蒿5-6、龙利叶3-4、谷芽4-5、手掌参5-6、小米汤10-12、水适量;制备方法是将花生炒熟放入炒锅中炒香,研磨成粉;将绞股蓝、草寇、丰花草、假茼蒿、龙利叶、谷芽、手掌参加入适量水文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;取海参肉加入煎煮液中中火煮沸后打磨成浆液;将羊栖菜、树头菜、滁菊烘干,研磨成粉,得混合粉;将所得的花生粉、浆液、混合粉以及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

(1)将夜交藤、柏子仁、丹参、白千层皮加入适量水文火煎煮1-2小时,滤掉沉渣,得煎煮液;
(2)将大麦、粳米洗净沥干,放入炒锅中炒至有香味溢出,用步骤2的煎煮液研磨成浆,得杂粮浆;
(3)将山药洗净削皮、秋葵洗净,放入研磨机中研磨成浆,加入龙眼肉加热煮沸,打成浆液,得混合浆液,备用;
(4)将葵花籽仁、莲子放入陈醋中浸泡10-12小时,取出沥干,放入烧热的葡萄籽油中翻炒至油被完全吸收,研磨成粉,得炒熟粉,备用;
(5)将步骤2的杂粮浆、步骤3的混合浆液、步骤4的炒熟粉以及其它剩余成分混合,调制成面团,再加工成面条,即可。

所述食品添加剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:红薯淀粉45、花生25、海参17、羊栖菜22、树头菜22、滁菊10、绞股蓝5、草寇4、丰花草3、假茼蒿6、龙利叶3、谷芽5、手掌参5、小米汤11、水适量;制备方法是将花生炒熟放入炒锅中炒香,研磨成粉;将绞股蓝、草寇、丰花草、假茼蒿、龙利叶、谷芽、手掌参加入适量水文火煎煮1.5小时,过滤得煎煮液;取海参肉加入煎煮液中中火煮沸后打磨成浆液;将羊栖菜、树头菜、滁菊烘干,研磨成粉,得混合粉;将所得的花生粉、浆液、混合粉以及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌25分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
所述面条的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将夜交藤、柏子仁、丹参、白千层皮加入适量水文火煎煮1小时,滤掉沉渣,得煎煮液;
