海马参鸡特效药膳汤的制作方法是按下面的食品和药物质量比:童子鸡肉500份、干海参150份、干海马20份、白酒100份、枸杞子10份、红枣10份、沙参10份、淮山10份、生恙10份、精盐7份;制作方法步骤:一,取鲜活童子鸡宰杀干净得鸡肉;二,取干海参用清水浸泡24小时变软后清除干净内脏和表皮的杂质,然后放进保温壶中用热水浸泡12小时后得到泡发的海参;三,取干海马放进装有白酒的瓶中浸两天备用;四,把鸡肉切片放进锅内猛火爆炒2分钟后加进适量清水,爆炒过程中倒进少量的备用白酒;五,把泡发的海参、浸过酒的海马和枸杞子、红枣、沙参、淮山、生恙、精盐一起倒进锅中炖煮40分钟即成。

本发明涉及海产品海马、海参与童子鸡加工、制作、烹调成有特效药用食品的方法。 
背景技术
中国饮食文化源远流长,中国古代就有“民以食为天”的思想,中国饮食文化包括食品烹饪、制作,中国烹饪文化中有煎、蒸、煮、炸、炖、烩、炆、炒、烤等丰富食品烹调和表达方法,可见中国饮食烹饪文化之博大精深。
中国人烹饪食品中,汤文化是很重要的部分,中国人很喜欢喝汤,中国人总把“三菜一汤”、“四菜一汤”为家庭主菜式;大的宴席,如果缺少汤,不算正式中国宴席。从科学上分析,汤是把食品和水高温后的溶液,因此汤中含有溶解于水的营养成分,使营养成分更易于被人体吸收和利用,因此喝汤是最好、最快的补充人体能量的方式。中国的汤烹饪文化不但注重汤的营养和口味,中国汤烹饪还以药理功能结合,以食品和中药相结合以达到理疗、滋补、壮阳等功能,能增强人的生命力,甚至能延缓人的蓑老。
发明内容
在中国,有名句名话说“山珍海味”,这是对人类食品种类的和境界的最高概括,这话让人听着感觉饥肠辘辘、胃口大开。本人发明的海马参鸡特效药膳汤是集山珍海味的代表性食品料童子鸡和海马、海参和少量中药制作出的特效药膳汤,美味可口、能快速补充人的能量和精力,使人精力充沛、力量大增。
海马参鸡特效药膳汤的制作方法是按下面的食品和药物原料和制作步骤进行,所需的食品原料质量比为:童子鸡肉500份、干海参150份、干海马20份、白酒100份、枸杞子10份、沙参10份、红枣10份、淮山10份、生恙8份、精盐7份;制作步骤:一,取鲜活童子鸡一只宰杀干净后取鸡肉500份;二,将干海参150份用清水浸泡24小时变软后将内脏和表皮杂物清除干净,然后放进保温水壶中加进热水浸泡12个时后得到泡发的海参;三,取干海马20份放进100份白酒瓶中浸泡两天备用;四,将童子鸡肉切成肉块放进锅内猛火爆炒2分钟后加进适量清水,爆炒其间倒进少量备用白酒;五,将酒瓶中浸泡过的海马、泡发后的海参、枸杞子、沙参、红枣、淮山、生恙、精盐一起倒进锅内加盖炖煮40分钟即成。
海马参鸡特效药膳汤的主料为海参和鸡肉,其他为辅料和配料。中国人做汤主料较为简单,一般以一两种动物肉类为主料,很少超过三种肉类以上作为主料,以免多种肉类的味道相互压制,例如,很少人把鸡、鸭、狗肉一起做汤,鸡汤的鲜味会得不到发挥。本发明中利用海参作为主料之一,因为海参有极高的营养成分,但海参的味道并不明显和突出,不构成对鸡肉的鲜味的压制,只能是补充和助长鸡汤的鲜味和营养。海参作为食品,海参中除了含有丰富的蛋白质和氨基酸,海参中还含有磷、锌、锰、硒等活性无素,海参中的氨基酸是构成男性精子细胞的主要成份,有调节性激素的功能,因此海参又是补肾壮阳之良药珍品。本发明中使用鸡肉作为主料之一,相比海中的水产食品,鸡肉是陆上禽类食品的代表,是陆上珍品,鸡肉所含的氨基酸和蛋白质种类多于其他动物肉类。在中国食品行业,人们把鸡比喻作凤凰,如“凤爪”、“龙凤汤”等食品美称。鸡的美味和营养也不虚其名,鸡以肉味鲜美肉皮细嫩而统领陆生动物肉类食品,中国有句名言“无鸡不成年”,年夜饭上如果缺了那一盘鸡肉,就缺少了隆重和喜庆的气氛,把鸡肉端上来,其它山珍海味也只能是鸡肉的陪衬。中国人对鸡肉烹调选择也比较讲究,讲究项鸡、公鸡、母鸡、童子鸡。本发明中就用童子鸡,童子鸡其实也是公鸡,是小鸡成长至鸡冠发红,刚成公鸡,但并未开始发生性行为的鸡。中国人发现,这种鸡有非同寻常的滋补壮阳功效,是因为这种鸡内的各种激素成分和营养成分达到了最高峰。
海马参鸡特效药膳汤的制作方法中使用了中药作为辅料:海马、枸杞子、沙参、红枣、淮山、生恙。为了不对汤的鲜味构成压制,又能达到滋补强壮身体的效果,本人采用的药性辅料都没有强烈的刺激性或苦味。海马是珍贵的海产品药材,有健身、强心、散结、消肿、舒筋活络等功效,海马中的药物成分在酒中更能充分溶解,海马和白酒的结合也能消除汤中的腥味。中药枸杞子、沙参、红枣、淮山、生恙都是药性缓和、口感微甜的滋补药物,能增加汤的鲜甜味道又能激发人生命的潜力。 
 海马参鸡特效药膳汤的制作方法的有益效果是:海马参鸡特效药膳汤的制作方法使用了海中的珍品海参和海马,又使用了陆生的高滋补功效的童子鸡作为制作汤的主料,还利用了枸杞子、红枣等微甜滋补中药作为辅料,能使人快速补充营养和能量,增强人的生命力。 
具体实施方式
     海马参鸡特效药膳汤的制作方法按下面的食品原料质量和制作方法步骤进行。 
     所用的原料为:童子鸡一只、干海参150克、干海马20克、白酒100克、枸杞子10克、沙参10克、红枣10克、淮山10克、生恙8克、精盐7克。 
     制作方法步骤:一,取鲜活童子鸡一只宰杀清洗干净后得鸡肉约500克;二,将干海参150克用清水浸泡24小时变软后把内脏和表皮杂物清除干净,然后放进保温水壶中用热水浸泡12小时后得到泡发的海参,这一步骤要提前两天进行;三,取干海马20克浸进装有100克的白酒的瓶中浸泡两天备用,这一步骤也要提前两天进行;四,将500克童子鸡肉切成小块放进锅中猛火爆炒2分钟后加进适量清水,爆炒其间倒进少量备用白酒;五,将浸过酒的海马、泡发后的海参和枸杞子10克、沙参10克、红枣10克、淮山10克、生恙8克、精盐7克一起倒进锅内加盖炖煮约40分钟即成。 
   实践证明,体质虚弱的人饮用水海马参鸡特效药膳汤后身体很快振作,病人饮用后免疫力增强、抗病力增强、普通人饮用后精神更充沛,运动员比赛前1小时饮用本人发明的海马参鸡特效药膳汤后爆发力强大,能迅速击败对手。
