本发明涉及一种滋补养生海参食品及其加工方法,属于海参及加工方法技术领域。一种滋补养生海参食品,按质量份原料组成:海参100份,黄牛鞭20-40份,鹿鞭3-5份,桂圆肉5-6份,红枣5-6份,海毛菜5-6份。加工方法:1、海参宰杀、清洗、煮熟,低温回放、备用;2、黄牛鞭、鹿鞭开片清洗,然后将黄牛鞭、鹿鞭、桂圆肉、红枣、海毛菜一同放入60-80份水中慢火熬制4-6小时,熬至出胶;3、仙鹤草、肉苁蓉、巴戟天、菟丝子放入水中反复煎煮取汁;4、将金虫草、枸杞、锁阳酒浸取汁;5、海参与各原料混合,放水中熬制20-40分钟。本发明食用方便,不添加任何防腐剂及添加剂,食用后滋阴壮阳,强身健体,祛风除湿。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种滋补养生海参食品及其加工方法,属于海参及加工方法技术领域。
背景技术
海参是生活在海边至水下8000米的海洋软体动物,同人参、燕窝、鱼翅齐名,是世界八大珍品之一。海参不仅是珍贵的食品,也是名贵的药材。据《本草纲目拾遗》中记载:海参,味甘咸,补肾,益精髓,摄小便,壮阳疗痿,其性温补,足敌人参,故名海参。现代研究表明,海参具有提高记忆力、延缓性腺衰老,防止动脉硬化、糖尿病以及抗肿瘤等作用。
目前,海参的加工方法多为干制、盐制、水发、即食海参及液体海参等。干制时需对海参进行蒸煮、浸泡、日晒等过程,营养成分部分被破坏、流失,而时下不法商贩常以碱、甲醛来发海参,以缩短水发时间、增加水发海参的持水量,这种办法不但破坏了海参中的有益成分,而且严重危害消费者健康;冷冻即食的运输和食用又不大方便,液制时为了保证口感及保存质量,需在海参中加入添加剂及防腐剂,不仅破坏了海参的营养成分,而且使海参的的口感变差,并且实用过多的添加剂及防腐剂会影响人们身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述已有技术存在的不足之处,提供一种食用方便,口味独特,食补性及适口性强,不添加任何防腐剂及添加剂,食用后滋阴壮阳,强身健体,祛风除湿的滋补养生海参食品及其加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种滋补养生海参食品,特殊之处在于包括以下按质量份配比的原料组分:
海参100份,配黄牛鞭20-40份,鹿鞭3-5份,桂圆肉5-6份,红枣5-6份,海毛菜5-6份。
还包括以下任意一种或几种按质量份配比的原料组分:
枸杞2-3份,锁阳1-2份,金虫草1-2份,菟丝子1-2份,肉苁蓉1-2份,仙鹤草1-2份,巴戟天1-2份,酒3-5份。
上述一种滋补养生海参食品的加工方法如下:
1、将海参宰杀、洗净、煮熟,然后低温回放、发好备用;
2、将黄牛鞭、鹿鞭开片洗净,然后将黄牛鞭、鹿鞭、桂圆肉、红枣、海毛菜一同放入60-80份水中慢火熬制4-6小时,熬至出胶;
3、将仙鹤草、肉苁蓉、巴戟天、菟丝子放入水中反复水煎取汁;
4、将金虫草、枸杞、锁阳放入酒中浸泡后取汁;
5、将步骤1中得到的海参整只或切块与步骤2-4中所得原料混合,然后放入40-60份水中熬制20-40分钟,得海参浆;
上述一种滋补养生海参食品的加工方法还可以包括以下步骤进一步加工为海参膏或海参膏冲剂:
6、将海参浆继续熬制浓缩,制得海参膏;
7、将海参膏真空冷冻干燥,即得海参膏冲剂;
8、将制得的海参浆、海参膏或海参膏冲剂分量装袋或装瓶、高温灭菌、检验、包装。
本发明的一种滋补养生海参食品,采用现代中医理论经科学配伍反复验证,海参加上食补药膳原料营养互补,通过原料的复合搭配增加了海参的适口性,入口糯滑,口感极佳,回味悠香,并且不加任何添加剂,原色原味,是真正的纯绿色天然补品,对白血病、糖尿病、哮喘、阳痿肾虚、肿瘤以及前列腺等病症有辅助治疗作用,并能滋补美容,补肾助阳,祛风除湿,强筋健骨、阴阳双补,增强人体的免疫力,是一款强身健体男女皆宜的美食。

一种滋补养生海参食品,各原料组分按质量份配比分别为:
海参100份,黄牛鞭30份,鹿鞭3份,桂圆肉5份,红枣5份,海毛菜5份。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,上述原料组分中还包含有枸杞2份,锁阳1份,金虫草1份,菟丝子1份,肉苁蓉1份,仙鹤草1份,巴戟天1份,酒3份。
实施例3
一种滋补养生海参食品,各原料组分按质量份配比分别为:
海参100份,黄牛鞭40份,鹿鞭5份,桂圆肉6份,红枣6份,海毛菜6份,枸杞3份,锁阳2份,金虫草2份,菟丝子2份,肉苁蓉2份,仙鹤草2份,巴戟天2份,酒5份。
实施例4
一种滋补养生海参食品,各原料组分按质量份配比分别为:
海参100份,黄牛鞭20份,鹿鞭4份,桂圆肉6份,红枣6份,海毛菜6份,枸杞3份,锁阳2份,金虫草2份,菟丝子2份,肉苁蓉2份,仙鹤草2份,巴戟天2份,酒4份。
以上实施例滋补养生海参食品的加工方法如下:
1、将海参宰杀、洗净、煮熟,然后低温回放、发好备用;
2、将黄牛鞭、鹿鞭开片洗净,然后将黄牛鞭、鹿鞭、桂圆肉、红枣、海毛菜一同放入60-80份水中慢火熬制4-6小时,熬至出胶;
3、将仙鹤草、肉苁蓉、巴戟天、菟丝子放入水中反复水煎取汁;
4、将金虫草、枸杞、锁阳放入酒中浸泡后取汁;
5、将步骤1中得到的海参整只或切块与步骤2-4中所得原料混合,然后放入40-60份水份中熬制20-40分钟,得海参浆;
上述一种滋补养生海参食品的加工方法还可以包括以下步骤进一步加工为海参膏或海参膏冲剂;
6、将海参浆继续熬制浓缩,制得海参膏;
7、将海参膏真空冷冻干燥,即得海参膏冲剂;
8、将制得的海参浆、海参膏或海参膏冲剂分量装袋或装瓶、高温灭菌、检验、包装。
海参浆呈红褐色胶状液体或膏状,其内含有整只海参或者丁块状海参及辅料丁片物,食用时可微波加热三分钟或隔水蒸透五分钟,食用方便快捷。海参混合物继续煎熬浓缩可制成滋补海参膏,海参膏真空冷冻干燥后得到海参膏冲剂,海参膏冲剂用适量开水冲开5分钟即可食用,海参膏或海参膏冲剂经稀释后又能制成海参滋补饮料,对重症病人做流汁食用特别方便、并能帮助病人提前恢复体力,食用方便灵活。

1.一种滋补养生海参食品,其特征在于包括以下按质量份配比的原料组分:
海参100份,黄牛鞭20-40份,鹿鞭3-5份,桂圆肉5-6份,红枣5-6份,海毛菜5-6份、枸杞2-3份,锁阳1-2份,金虫草1-2份,菟丝子1-2份,肉苁蓉1-2份,仙鹤草1-2份,巴戟天1-2份,酒3-5份。
2.按照权利1所述的一种滋补养生海参食品的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)、将海参宰杀、洗净、煮熟,然后低温回放、发好备用;
2)、将黄牛鞭、鹿鞭开片洗净,然后将黄牛鞭、鹿鞭、桂圆肉、红枣、海毛菜一同放入60-80份水中慢火熬制4-6小时,熬至出胶;
3)、将仙鹤草、肉苁蓉、巴戟天、菟丝子放入水中反复水煎取汁;
4)、将金虫草、枸杞、锁阳放入酒中浸泡后取汁;
5)、将步骤1中得到的海参整只或切块与步骤2-4中所得原料混合,然后放入40-60份水中熬制20-40分钟,即得海参浆。
3.按照权利要求2所述的一种滋补养生海参食品的加工方法,其特征在于还包括有以下步骤:

7)、将海参膏真空冷冻干燥,即得海参膏冲剂;
8)、将制得的海参浆、海参膏或海参膏冲剂分量装袋或装瓶、高温灭菌、检验、包装。
