本发明涉及中药虫草花、杞子等与童子鸡加工、制作、烹调成的特效药用食品。

中国饮食文化源远流长,中国古代就有“民以食为天”的思想,中国饮食文化包括食品烹饪、制作,中国烹饪文化中有煎、蒸、煮、炸、炖、烩、炆、炒、烤等丰富食品烹调和表达方法,可见中国饮食烹饪文化之博大精深。
中国人烹饪食品中,汤文化是很重要的部分,中国人很喜欢喝汤,中国人总把“三菜一汤”、“四菜一汤”为家庭主菜式;大的宴席,如果缺少汤,不算正式中国宴席。从科学上分析,汤是把食品和水高温后的溶液,因此汤中含有溶解于水的营养成分,使营养成分更易于被人体吸收和利用,因此喝汤是最好、最快的补充人体能量的方式。中国的汤烹饪文化不但注重汤的营养和口味,中国汤烹饪还以药理功能结合,以食品和中药相结合以达到理疗、滋补、壮阳等功能,能增强人的生命力,甚至能延缓人的蓑老。
发明内容
在中国,有名句名话说“山珍海味”,这是对人类食品种类的和境界的最高概括,这话让人听着感觉饥肠辘辘、胃口大开。本人发明的一种虫草花辅鸡药膳汤是集山珍的代表性药品虫草花、杞子、红枣等配合海中产品干海参辅童子鸡制作出的特效药膳汤,美味可口、能快速补充人的能量和精力,使人精力充沛、力量大增。
一种虫草花特效药膳汤是按下面的物质质量比配合熬汤而成:虫草花10份、童子鸡肉500份、元肉20份、干海参150份、淮山20份、白酒100份、枸杞子10份、沙参10份、红枣10份、生恙8份、精盐7份。
任何药膳食品都有食品的性质和药品的性质,既有食品的欣赏性也有治疗的功能性,因此,药膳汤应有食品的口味特征,不能过于药品化、苦药味化,使用的药物都不能过于苦味。本发明的一种虫草花辅鸡药膳汤中所用的中药都是口感药味正派的中药。在药性方面论述,药膳汤应以鸡肉为辅料,但从食品方面论述,应以中药为辅料,因此任何药膳汤的主料和辅料都没有明确的界限。如果从食品方面看,一种虫草花辅鸡药膳汤应以发鸡肉和海参为主料。中国人做汤主料较为简单,一般以一两种动物肉类为主料,很少超过三种肉类以上作为主料,以免多种肉类的味道相互压制,例如,很少人把鸡、鸭、狗肉一起做汤,鸡汤的鲜味会得不到发挥。本发明中利用海参作为主料之一,因为海参有极高的营养成分,但海参的味道并不明显和突出,不构成对鸡肉的鲜味的压制,只能是补充和助长鸡汤的鲜味和营养。海参作为食品,海参中除了含有丰富的蛋白质和氨基酸,海参中还含有磷、锌、锰、硒等活性无素,海参中的氨基酸是构成男性精子细胞的主要成份,有调节性激素的功能,因此海参又是补肾壮阳之良药珍品。本发明中使用鸡肉作为主料之一,相比海中的水产食品,鸡肉是陆上禽类食品的代表,是陆上珍品,鸡肉所含的氨基酸和蛋白质种类多于其他动物肉类。中国人对鸡肉烹调选择也比较讲究,讲究项鸡、公鸡、母鸡、童子鸡。本发明中就用童子鸡,童子鸡其实也是公鸡,是小鸡成长至鸡冠发红,刚成公鸡,但并未开始发生性行为的鸡。中国人发现,这种鸡有非同寻常的滋补壮阳功效,是因为这种鸡内的各种激素成分和营养成分达到了最高峰。
一种虫草花辅鸡药膳汤中使用了中药作为原料:虫草花、元肉、海马、枸杞子、沙参、红枣、淮山、生恙。为了不对汤的鲜味构成压制,又能达到滋补强壮身体的效果,本人采用的药性辅料都没有强烈的刺激性或苦味。虫草花的学名叫蛹虫草,是一种菌类,为子囊菌亚门,麦角菌目,麦角菌科、虫草属,食用功效:眩晕耳鸣,健忘不寐,腰膝酸软,阳痿早泄,久咳虚喘。虫草花只是南方地区人们对其的特殊称谓,为了跟冬虫夏草区别开来,聪明的商家给它起了个一个美丽的名字——“虫草花”。 虫草花主要营养成分:氨基酸,蛋白质,虫草素,甘露醇,SOD,腺苷。元肉是龙眼肉去核后晒干的成品,是一种家喻户晓、历史悠久的药物和食品,历来被视为贵重的滋补品。元肉,性温味甘,益心脾,补气血;具有良好有滋养补益,补气血、益智宁心、安神定志的功效,可用于心脾虚损、气血不足所致的失眠、健忘、惊悸、眩晕等症。据药理研究证实,龙眼含葡萄糖、蔗糖和维生素A、B等多种营养素。元肉中含有较多的是蛋白质、脂肪和多种矿物质。这些营养素对人体都是十分必需的,特别对于劳心之人,耗伤心脾气血,更为有效。 白酒的加入能使各物质中的有效成份更好地溶解于汤中,白酒的结合也能消除汤中的腥味。中药枸杞子、沙参、红枣、淮山、生恙都是药性缓和、口感微甜的滋补药物,能增加汤的鲜甜味道又能激发人生命的潜力。

具体实施方式
  一种虫草花辅鸡药膳汤三个人一次的食用量是按下面的原料质量熬汤而成:虫草花10克、童子鸡肉500克、元肉20克、干海参150克、淮山20克、白酒100克、枸杞子10克、沙参10克、红枣10在、生恙8克、精盐7克。
  制作方法步骤:一,取鲜活童子鸡一只宰杀清洗干净后得鸡肉约500克;二,将干海参150克用清水浸泡24小时变软后把内脏和表皮杂物清除干净,然后放进保温水壶中用热水浸泡12小时后得到泡发的海参,这一步骤要提前两天进行;三,将500克童子鸡肉切成小块放进锅中猛火爆炒2分钟后加进适量清水,爆炒其间倒进少量备用白酒;四,将泡发后的海参和枸杞子10克、沙参10克、红枣10克、淮山10克、生恙8克、精盐7克一起倒进锅内加盖炖煮约40分钟即成。 
 实践证明,体质虚弱的人食用一种虫草花辅鸡药膳汤后身体很快振作,病人饮用后免疫力增强、抗病力增强、普通人饮用后精神更充沛,运动员比赛前1小时饮用本人发明的一种虫草花辅鸡药膳汤后爆发力强大,能迅速击败对手。
