本发明公开了一种跳狗鱼保健酒及其生产方法,其技术特征在于原料重量份(配方)含有跳狗鱼、海参、带子、菊花、茨实、枸杞子、茯苓、低聚果糖、玫瑰花、薏米、肉桂、太子参、淮山、莲子等。本发明融合了多种功能原料,产品含有高蛋白、低脂肪、高维生素、代尔太7-胆固醇和24-亚甲基胆固醇及总黄酮、粗多糖、总皂甙、氨基已糖、已糖醛酸和岩藻糖、氨基酸等多种功效成分。具有补肾益精、滋阴健阳,补血润燥、调经祛劳、养胎利产等作用。另外,还有舒筋活络等功能和增强免疫力、缓解疲劳、促进新陈代谢、活血化瘀、促进血液循环、美容养颜、祛黄褐斑等多种保健功效,是久病初愈,肾虚精乏,腰酸膝痛者服用之温补良酒。

本发明涉及一种保健酒及其生产方法,特别涉及一种跳狗鱼保健酒及其生产方法。
背景技术
跳狗鱼盛产于沿海一带滩涂里的一种小鱼。体长约5-10厘米,头大略扁,双眼凸出,嘴阔,灰褐色的身体布满着花斑,腹部有吸盘,能附在礁石上栖息,喜欢钻洞穴居于底质为烂泥的低潮区,或咸淡水交汇的江河口滩涂,弹跳力极强,喜欢在潮水退后的海滩上跳跃,生存能力强,耐渴性很高,可以几十小时不进水。另外,跳狗鱼耐寒耐热,除了用鳃呼吸外,还可以凭借皮肤和口腔粘膜的呼吸作用作辅助呼吸器官。跳狗鱼的视觉十分敏锐,一只眼睛专门用来搜寻食物,另一只眼睛却警惕地注视着可能出现的敌害。
跳狗鱼是海产珍品,富含蛋白质、碳水化合物和钙、磷、铁以及多种维生素,具有生精补血,滋阴壮阳之功效。有些海产品,养殖的不如野生的,如虾类等。跳狗鱼不一样,养殖的不失野性,与野生的品位相当。跳狗鱼可以现时煮吃,也可以存放一段时间。跳狗鱼生命力很强,用海水暂养,可以存活一个月左右。食用方法有多种,常见的可用清水煮,只加适量的盐、醋、米酒、酱油、生姜即可。也可以单一用米酒炖蒸,加点参片或枸杞。跳狗鱼鱼肉纯正,鱼质醇美,营养充分,最能补阳。跳狗鱼也宜冷冻吃,冻时肉聚胶凝,鱼汤一体,吃肉如吃冻,吃冻如吃肉,清爽甘冽,滋阴补肾。做“月子”的妇女、病人和交冬时节吃补都宜吃跳狗鱼。常食跳狗鱼对肝炎、水肿、湿热、痔疮等具有明显疗效。跳狗鱼所含胆固醇、脂肪少,而且含有“十六碳烯酸”,这种物质能够保护血管,是老年人和高血压患者的理想食品。跳狗鱼还是最佳的馈赠品,用跳狗鱼送人情其礼厚重。
跳狗鱼肉质细嫩鲜美,营养丰富。据分析,每100克鱼肉含蛋白质20.4克、脂肪3.9克,还含有碳水化合物、钙、磷、铁、烟酸和维生素B1、B2等,其营养成分甚至胜过对虾、龙虾和鳗鱼等名贵海产。具有滋阴壮阳、补肾壮腰、活雪舒筋等药用功效,对手术后的病人及产后妇女有较好的滋补功效,在东南亚被誉为“水中人参”。
海参,属海参纲,是生活在海边至8000米的海洋棘皮动物,距今已有六亿多年的历史,海参以海底藻类和浮游生物为食。海参全身长满肉刺,广布于世界各海洋中。我国南海沿岸种类较多,约有二十余种海参可供食用,海参同人参、燕窝、鱼翅齐名,是世界八大珍品之一。海参不仅是珍贵的食品,也是名贵的药材。据《本草纲目拾遗》中记载:海参,味甘咸,补肾,益精髓,摄小便,壮阳疗痿,其性温补,足敌人参,故名海参。海参具有提高记忆力、延缓性腺衰老,防止动脉硬化、糖尿病以及抗肿瘤等作用。随着海参价值知识的普及,海参逐渐进入百姓餐桌。生活环境决定海参品质,荣成地处东经122.25度,北维37.10度,水质,温度都适合海参环境。
海参含有蛋白质、钙、钾、锌、铁、硒、锰等活性物质外,海参体内其它活性成分有海参素及由氨基己糖、己糖醛酸和岩藻糖等组成刺参酸性粘多糖,另含18种氨基酸且不含胆固醇。因为海参性温,具有补肾益精、滋阴健阳,补血润燥、调经祛劳、养胎利产等阴阳双补功效。能提高男性内分泌能力,提高女性的新陈代谢,促进性激素分泌能力,提高性功能。
带子俗称骚蛤。正名是鲜贝或者扇贝。其肉圆形,扁状,名为“带子”,可鲜食,也可晒干食。营养价值极高,是珍贵的海产食品。带子是贝类软体动物中,含一种具有降低血清胆固醇作用的代尔太7-胆固醇和24-亚甲基胆固醇,它们兼有抑制胆固醇在肝脏合成和加速排泄胆固醇的独特作用,从而使体内胆固醇下降。它们的功效比常用的降胆固醇的药物谷固醇更强。人们在食用贝类食物后,常有一种清爽宜人的感觉,这对解除一些烦恼症状无疑是有益的。
近年来。随着我国沿海养直业兴旺发展,跳狗鱼养殖业也一马当先。通过科学放养,目前,收获跳狗鱼已不受气候季节限制,在粤、琼、桂、台地区一年四季皆产。而海参、带子市面供应不断。
综上所述,若将海参、带子等辅助于跳狗鱼制成保健酒,其营养价值、经济价值以及受消费者的青睐程度一定不菲。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提出一种跳狗鱼保健酒及其生产方法,以实现上述目的。
一种跳狗鱼保健酒及其生产方法,其技术特征在于:原料重量份为跳狗鱼10~20份、海参8~15份、带子8~15份、菊花3~15份、茨实3~12份、枸杞子1~12份、茯苓3~10份、低聚果糖5~20份、玫瑰花1~6份、薏米3~10份、肉桂1~6份、太子参1~2份、淮山5~20份、莲子3~9份、白糖1~20份、蜂蜜1~20份、白酒500~5000份。
本发明的生产方法:按重量份取跳狗鱼、海参、带子、菊花、茨实、枸杞子、茯苓、低聚果糖、玫瑰花、薏米、肉桂、太子参、淮山、莲子等置于容器中,加入白酒升温至40℃~60℃并保持1~5h后停止升温。在常温条件下浸泡5~10d时降温至-5℃~-10℃并保持10~20d后趁冷过滤。将滤液升温至40℃~60℃,加入低聚果糖、白糖和蜂蜜并保持1~5h后再次过滤。然后又将滤液再降温至-5℃~-10℃并保持1~5h后三度过滤。滤液如此升温、过滤,降温、过滤1~3次,最后一次过滤后,升至常温,置于容器或装瓶后存入5~15℃环境中陈酿3~6个月,即得产品。

下面将通过实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
本实施例的配方为:跳狗鱼16份、海参9份、带子9份、菊花11份、茨实8份、枸杞子9份、茯苓7份、低聚果糖9份、玫瑰花5份、薏米5份、肉桂5份、太子参2份、淮山10份、莲子8份、白糖13份、蜂蜜12份、白酒4300份。
本实施例的生产方法:按重量份取跳狗鱼、海参、带子、菊花、茨实、枸杞子、茯苓、低聚果糖、玫瑰花、薏米、肉桂、太子参、淮山、莲子等置于容器中,加入白酒升温至40℃~60℃并保持1~5h后停止升温。在常温条件下浸泡5~10d时降温至-5℃~-10℃并保持10~20d后趁冷过滤。将滤液升温至40℃~60℃,加入低聚果糖、白糖和蜂蜜并保持1~5h后再次过滤。然后又将滤液再降温至-5℃~-10℃并保持1~5h后三度过滤。滤液如此升温、过滤,降温、过滤1~3次,最后一次过滤后,升至常温,置于容器或装瓶后存入5~15℃环境中陈酿3~6个月,即得产品。
