本发明公开了一种蓝莓葡萄柚混合饮料的制备方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:蓝莓60-100、葡萄柚20-35、水蜜桃15-25、牛蒡5-10、山药5-10、大豆分离蛋白4-8、乳清蛋白3-6、香菇粉5-10、红景天1-2、红巧梅2-4、柠檬草1-2、向日葵叶1-2、串铃草2-3、香附1-2、明胶0.5-2、蔗糖糖浆5-10、适量水;本发明配方含有蓝莓、葡萄柚等有益成分,营养保健功能丰富,制备工艺合理,配伍其他营养成份,均衡营养结构;配伍合理协调,能增加体力消除疲劳,长期饮用,能健体强身,提高免疫力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料,尤其涉及一种蓝莓葡萄柚混合饮料的制备方法。
背景技术
葡萄柚含有丰富的营养成分,能够滋养组织细胞,增加体力,舒缓支气管炎,利尿,改善肥胖、水肿及淋巴腺系统之疾病,抗感染。其果汁略有苦味,但口感舒适,全世界的葡萄柚约有一半被加工成果汁。
蓝莓富含丰富的蛋白质、膳食纤维、脂肪、维生素等营养元素,是一种高营养的水果。本发明为了改善单一水果制备饮料,影响口味及营养价值,以蓝莓、葡萄柚等为主原料制备一种混合饮料,适合各种人群饮用,有益人体健康。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种蓝莓葡萄柚混合饮料的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
    一种蓝莓葡萄柚混合饮料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量份的原料组成:蓝莓60-100、葡萄柚20-35、水蜜桃15-25、牛蒡5-10、山药5-10、大豆分离蛋白4-8、乳清蛋白3-6、香菇粉5-10、红景天1-2、红巧梅2-4、柠檬草1-2、向日葵叶1-2、串铃草2-3、香附1-2、明胶0.5-2、蔗糖糖浆5-10、适量水;
(2)、将蓝莓去蒂,葡萄柚去皮,水蜜桃去皮去核,一起破碎后,加2-5倍水打浆,得到果浆;
(3)、将牛蒡、山药分别蒸熟后去皮切块,压捣成泥,与香菇粉混匀,加少量的葡萄籽油,文火翻炒至干香,加5-9倍水煮沸15-35分钟,冷却后加入煮液重的0.4-0.6%的a-淀粉酶进行酶解1-2小时,灭酶后离心过滤,得酶解液;
(4)、将红景天、红巧梅、柠檬草、向日葵叶、串铃草、香附合并加4-8倍水煎煮1-2小时,过滤去渣,滤液超滤得到超滤液;
(5)、将果浆、酶解液、超滤液及其他剩余原料混合,加混合物1-2倍的水搅匀,在78-85℃保温1-2小时,过160-200目筛,所得液体即为成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明配方含有蓝莓、葡萄柚等有益成分,营养保健功能丰富,制备工艺合理,配伍其他营养成份,均衡营养结构;配伍合理协调,能增加体力消除疲劳,长期饮用,能健体强身,提高免疫力。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
    一种蓝莓葡萄柚混合饮料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量(斤)的原料组成:蓝莓100、葡萄柚30、水蜜桃25、牛蒡10、山药10、大豆分离蛋白8、乳清蛋白4、香菇粉6、红景天1、红巧梅2、柠檬草1、向日葵叶2、串铃草2、香附1、明胶0.8、蔗糖糖浆8、适量水;
(2)、将蓝莓去蒂,葡萄柚去皮,水蜜桃去皮去核,一起破碎后,加3倍水打浆,得到果浆;
(3)、将牛蒡、山药分别蒸熟后去皮切块,压捣成泥,与香菇粉混匀,加少量的葡萄籽油,文火翻炒至干香,加8倍水煮沸25分钟,冷却后加入煮液重的0.4%的a-淀粉酶进行酶解2小时,灭酶后离心过滤,得酶解液;
(4)、将红景天、红巧梅、柠檬草、向日葵叶、串铃草、香附合并加8倍水煎煮2小时,过滤去渣,滤液超滤得到超滤液;
(5)、将果浆、酶解液、超滤液及其他剩余原料混合,加混合物2倍的水搅匀,在78℃保温1.5小时,过200目筛,所得液体即为成品。

Claims (1)

1.一种蓝莓葡萄柚混合饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量份的原料组成:蓝莓60-100、葡萄柚20-35、水蜜桃15-25、牛蒡5-10、山药5-10、大豆分离蛋白4-8、乳清蛋白3-6、香菇粉5-10、红景天1-2、红巧梅2-4、柠檬草1-2、向日葵叶1-2、串铃草2-3、香附1-2、明胶0.5-2、蔗糖糖浆5-10、适量水;
(2)、将蓝莓去蒂,葡萄柚去皮,水蜜桃去皮去核,一起破碎后,加2-5倍水打浆,得到果浆;
(3)、将牛蒡、山药分别蒸熟后去皮切块,压捣成泥,与香菇粉混匀,加少量的葡萄籽油,文火翻炒至干香,加5-9倍水煮沸15-35分钟,冷却后加入煮液重的0.4-0.6%的a-淀粉酶进行酶解1-2小时,灭酶后离心过滤,得酶解液;
(4)、将红景天、红巧梅、柠檬草、向日葵叶、串铃草、香附合并加4-8倍水煎煮1-2小时,过滤去渣,滤液超滤得到超滤液;
